Reliable, professional. Great service
Everything went very smoothly. The agent at the Évora office, where we picked up the car, was very helpful and patient. He even gave us advice on how to see and visit the local sites in the region.
Easy drop off, everything went well.
We rented a Tesla to get away for the weekend to see the surrounding towns. The Tesla was great. Pick up was easy. Vehicle was clean. Price was great. 10/10 would recommend.
I will never trust this company again. We rented a van online, to move some furniture from Spain to Portugal, nowhere in the site said we were not able to drive across the border. Which is one hour away from the rental office. I received the email confirmation with all the info, the only requirement was that if you were to drive to the UK you needed to add a special insurance, which was not going to be our case. The day of the pick up we arrived to the office and the first thing they asked us was if we were going to drive to Spain, I was a bit surprised that was their very first question, and we said yes. All the sudden they told us (in a very rude way) that we were not allowed to do that at all, that we were going to be charged 300€ extra and that insurance would not covered any issues while in Spain. And that we were going to be charged 95€ if we did not pick up the van... Nobody tried to help, the two "gentleman" at the store washed their hands and were completely useless since I "had booked online", the people we called online said there was nothing that they could do either. Since they said, and wait for it, there is a pdf linked somewhere in their site, that if you download and study will find out the clause saying that you cannot drive outside Portugal with a van, which by the way I still have not found to this day.... THIS IS PLAIN SCAMMING, if that is the case you could share that info right upfront, in the description along with all the other description (300km per day, need to be 26years old or you pay more, and what if you add "cannot drive outside Portugal"), you could show the info in the confirmation email, or anywhere visible in the site. Instead you choose to hide that information the best you could and the information you actually send in the email even reinforces that there is no issue driving all the way to the UK, how am I suppose to drive to the UK without driving through Spain? Awful service, scamming practices, borderline rude employees and a complete waste of time and money. I might have paid 95€ for nothing but karma will get back to you all, and companies like this don't last long until customers stop using them.
Super helpful gentleman with valuable suggestions for sightseeing around the region. Wait times can be long though. We had a smooth experience renting and returning the car.

Serviço muito mau ! Fiz um agendamento de e uma viatura online 3 dias antes de a ir buscar, viatura essa que me iria ser útil para ir trabalhar, no dia em que era para ir buscar a viatura 30 minutos antes do horário agendado, recebo um e-mail a cancelarem porque não tinham viaturas disponíveis para mim. Liguei 8 vezes para lá e foi sempre parar à caixa de correio , experimentei a ligar do telefone de casa e atenderam logo, pois , já tinham o meu número guardado e sabiam que era eu que estava a ligar para reclamar. Não aconselho mesmo nada !
We arrived without a reservation because the website said that the car in the category we had chosen was not available. We were promptly attended to by Mr. João, who was friendly, helpful and very polite. He quickly offered me a similar car and we closed the deal. The car was in excellent condition. It was very close to the train station, only about 4 blocks away.

Terrible assistance service. Rented a vehicle that locked itself with all the belongings inside and no assistance. Spare key in Lisbon, and no solution in sight. I do not recommend it.
O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom, a rapidez na locação também e os valores de locação me agradaram, mas a política de cobrança da empresa não me agradou, quando fui retirar a viatura apareceram taxas extras para uso do Via Verde, o qual não iria utilizar e nem utilizei e mesmo assim foi cobrado. A viatura que selecionei também não estava disponível e me deram uma similar, mas achei inferior.

Great help and fast booking. Had to wait 3 hours for a car that I reserved previously from an other rental company. Europcar Evora was able to get me a car and do all necessary paperwork within 15min without previous reservation. Great service!

We rented a car for a day to visit nearby towns. The car was in great condition. The staff upfront were really nice. We didnt have our passports so this young woman drove us to our place and waited for me to get our passports and then drove us back. What a service! Highly recommend.

Did not go the extra mile so to speak. Take it or leave it attitude. Very expensive. Brusk and not particularly helpful. Booked and then cancelled. Ended up renting with Avis where our experience was exactly the opposite.

To be honest, Ive never seen such professional staff at any car rental anywhere in the world. The gentleman in charge of the check out and check in process knew exactly what people want to know when they rent a car, and he answered all our questions before we could even ask them. The price of the car was very reasonable. The location of the office is good too - its walking distance from the Old Town.
