After 3 attempts to get a car we reserved we finally got one…only to have no A/C! New one we got “was new” but on empty??? Asked to have gas put in they said “no”. Nice car but when returned the car they had all the wrong information on car and charged us for gas. 5/8 of tank when we were red lined to start out with. Totally confused at office. Totally confused on cars. Totally confused on returns You be the judge. Wow. And now they want my opinion. I hope not. Many other car companies to rent from. Not here
Excellent service! Staff extremelly friendly and helpful and good value for money. Highly recommend. Will certainly return next time I'll be in Evora.
1 star because lower is not possible. Rent a car here if you want an unpleasant start and end to your holiday. Deposit on credit card is ridiculously high to sell additional insurance (€2500), staff very unfriendly, long waiting times and a car with an empty tank. When we returned, we first had to wash the car because there was sand on it. Then paid more than €500 for a mini scratch that I overlooked when I picked it up. Stay away from these crooks if you want a nice holiday. The rent seems low, but they will find a way to make you up for the difference. See photo for the “damage” and the “dirty car”. DON'T!

Tivemos sorte a encontrar Sr. Francisco Alves 30 minutes antes de encerramento de todos os seus serviços de rent a car na sexta-feira Ele num estante contacto o seu colega e consegui para nos um automóvel com caixa automática. Foi tudo super simples e fácil. Quando develvemos o carro o Sr. Francisco até nos chamou o táxi porque não conseguimos o Bolt. Voltaremos sempre.

La réservation était en lien avec l achat des billets d avion et pour cause de retard nous avons dû prendre une navette après 20h et donc payer 40 pour 5min de navette. De plus, nous avons dû payer une assurance qui était remboursé seulement si on avait une carte de crédit et non pas de débit qui est la majorité des cartes actuelles
