Very good shop, I rent an e-bike and it was a very good one. Also I had 2 flats and each time they came to repair it. I strongly recommend this shop for e-bike renting.

Wir haben unsere beiden Räder (darunter ein eBike) auf Empfehlung unserer Unterkunft dort gebucht. Die Räder waren erstklassig. Obwohl wir erst ab Samstag morgen gebucht hatten, konnte wir es am Freitag Nachmittag bereits abholen. Der Service bei der Übergabe war super, ein extra Helm wurde nicht berechnet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A fantastic shop. We rented bikes for the day to cycle the 20km Ecopista (a converted railway track) to Arraiolos for lunch and then back. The service was very warm, friendly and helpful, as they explained how to find the Ecopista trail and provided their contact details in case anything should go wrong. They also very kindly gave us complementary bottles! The range of bikes available was excellent (normal, mountain bike, e-bike etc) and the two we rented were in great condition. The value for money was also excellent. Overall, would highly recommend the beautiful ride to Arraiolos and the excellent service at Galacio Bike. Thank you!

A great bike shop. I needed a two day rental and called a day in advance from New York. The bike and all the accessories were ready for me when I arrived. The owner gave advice on routes to try, and he came to pick up the bike from me at my hotel on a Sunday, when the shop was closed. A 15-minute walk from the historic center. All went very well.

Excellent experience. Rented 2 e-bikes and rode to the megoliths using the bike shops suggested route (we stopped at Pingo Doce and picked up a picnic lunch on a little detour). Bikes worked smoothly and the fit was good for both a tall and a short person. Muito obrigada!

Não recomendo absolutamente nada esta loja/oficina de bicicletas para quem tem pouco conhecimento sobre componentes de bicicletas, quando me desloquei à oficina para trocar duas coroas, foi-me erradamente solicitado a troca de um pedaleiro integral por um de gama inferior, quando bastava substituir apenas as coroas amovíveis gastas. Em suma gastei mais dinheiro desnecessário e fiquei com uma transmissão inferior porque acreditei no que me foi dito na oficina, infelizmente só depois de ter deixado a bicicleta para reparação é que falei com entendidos e conferi na net que tinha razão a SR Suntour XCT V2 22/32/42T Crankset tem de facto pratos amovíveis.

We hired bikes for the day and took the old railway line (ecopista) up to Arraiolos, about 55km there and back. Bikes were excellent, we were given bike locks and mobile phone holders and the route was on the website Very affordable and an excellent way to spend a day. Would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

I was only in Evora for a few days. I emailed Galacio Bikes in advance (in English) and the owner was extremely helpful with his replies. When I arrived at the shop he was very organised and provided a good bike for a very good price. Furthermore, he ensured that I had a lock, CO2 canisters, tubes and a bottle. He even offered to lend me his cycling shoes!! Additionally, he had tuned the 105 Shimano gears immaculately making the ride extremely enjoyable. Many thanks and I wish all bike shops were like your shop.

Orlanda and Galácio were very helpful. We contacted them to rent bikes, but they kindly offered to also book a cork tour and a wine tour and provided gpx routes. Bikes were solid hybrid bikes with options to add panniers. Gears changed smoothly. Helemts were in good condition. When one of our group became unwell, they delivered and picked up the bikes from our apartment in Evora centre. Would recommend

Tens problema na bicicleta, ele desaparece ao contrário quando levas o automóvel à oficina...entras com um problema, esse desaparece mas mais dois novos aparecem. Galaciobikes top!!

Very friendly folks, helpful and responsive and very reliable e-bike! Cycling around Evora (including on dirt roads across the fields) was simply the best way to get a sense of this beautiful region, really enjoyed the ride and the bike (thanks God for the e in e-bike, too). Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful afternoon on Galacio s bikes. Galacio dropped our bikes off at our Airbnb; adjusted seat heights & explained how to use e-bikes as we normally ride regular bikes. He also helped us with the route - which we downloaded to our GPX file. Headed out from Evora to see the megalithic sites (Zambujeiro Dolmen & the Cromeleque dos Almendres). Very glad we had e-bikes as the uphill tracks into the sites were badly rutted after recent rain, making traction difficult. Excellent quality bikes and such kind & efficient service. Exceptionnel. Très bon accueil. Le vélo est vérifié avant de vous être loué. La boutique fermait le samedi après-midi mais le vendeur m a laissé son numéro et a récupéré le vélo après ma balade. Vélo adapté à mon besoin. Des itinéraires proposés sur le site internet. VTC + casque pour 13e sur un après-midi. Merci.

Las bicicletas de alquiler son muy nuevas y están en muy buen estado. Si no conocéis la zona os asesorarán bien para las mejores rutas, en su página web encontrareis los recorridos descargables en Strava. El local está situado muy próximo a la Ecopista, con lo cual se puede iniciar la ruta de Évora a Arraiolos allí mismo. Precio muy bueno para un material de primera. Altamente recomendable.

Very beautiful, safe and relative easy trip. The Galacio bike websites contains a lot of interesting routes to choose from. Can recommend this venue to everybody with interest in cycling.

My wife and I rented bikes from Galacio Bike today and on the advice of the owner, did a 40 mile/65 KM out/back ride into the countryside on a railroad bed converted to a bike trail. We were provided good bikes at a fair price and the trail was perfect. Highly recommended!

Only the highest praise for Galacio Bike. We rented two top bikes that were carefully serviced by the owner before our trip around the Alentejo. The bikes were perfect for our trip and needs and we really enjoyed riding them.

A great surprise We rented electric bikes of excellent quality and at a great price. We first toured the old city of Evora - very beautiful. Later we used a road designated for bicycles that led us from Avora to the countryside next to it in the direction of the village of Arraioles Pastoral area with quintas farms, horses, cows and sheep grazing in the meadow. For those who come from Lisbon, definitely a change of atmosphere. We got the recommendation for the route from the store

Very good bikes, close to ecopista, (Via Verda), easy to park, great service, gave us water bottles and bottled water, even took us personally to the ecopista. Highly recommended.

64 Kms depois, num percurso de Évora a Arraiolos, fica o meu agradecimento à enorme equipa de apoio da @galaciobike que forneceu esta bicicleta BTT de topo (Romet Mustang), com todos os acessórios de segurança para uma aventura especial. Tive um furo logo ao início e a equipa de apoio esteve lá para substituir a roda. Tinha o tempo limitado, a equipa esteve lá para buscar a bike à rodoviária. Sem palavras para descrever o quanto recomendo este tipo de turismo com as bicicletas da @galaciobike !

Mountain biking around Valverde and bent my derailleur and derailleur hanger. Tried to straighten, then Limped 15 kms to Evora , Googled bike shop and found Galacio bike. They didn t have a hanger as my bike is Hungarian but immediately repaired and straightened everything and bike now as good as new. The service was fantastic and a very good price. rented an e bike late in the day (3 pm) because I really wanted to see the neolithic sites! It was the only day I was in town, and I found out about the e-bike option a little too late. Anyway, great service, gave me a bike, and when I was late getting back, picked the bike up where I was! They were so kind even though I got back late. Great service.
