Great work, excellent service.

I had an accident. Renault gave me a replacement car from Best Choice. They gave me the car and marked all the scratches and dents. When I picked up the car after the rental ended, I realized that they hadn't marked a hit on a side member. And after some discussion, they came to the conclusion that it wasn't me. I think they wanted to find a reason for me to have to pay for damage that I wasn't at fault for. Be careful with this company. The employee was not impartial. Keep your eyes open.

Bad service. The cars seem to be available online and you are asked to fill out the entire data collection form, but the next day, via email, the reservation is always cancelled. A waste of time!!
