Fantastic! I have hired cars at Faro Airport on 5 previous occasions with various different companies and different experiences, mostly pretty poor. Auto Green were without doubt the best by miles. I booked online so most of the paperwork was already done. Met by a representative and completed the paperwork in 5 minutes and taken to the car. The car was a 7 seater automatic as I had requested and was in excellent condition. It’s so refreshing to have a company do what they say they will in a very professional manner. If I could give more stars I would. Truly excellent!

Always use Auto Green when travelling to Portugal, the service is great. I email the details and the car is ready to go as soon as we get off the aeroplane!
Great company, everything went smooth, great staff. Got new seat Ibiza without any problems. Only thing I didn't like is you have to put your CREDIT card details in order to pay tolls in Portugal, i have looked through all emails and website and this has not been mentioned, felt like a trap.
Great experience from start to finish. Simple booking system and by far the best value vehicle in comparison with other companies over the same period. Greeted at the arrival hall by Patricia who was amazing, not only provide an overview of the hire process, travelling in the area and things to be aware, but also gave us invaluable information on places to go and the best bakery (who made awesome cake). The vehicle was perfect for our needs and drop off back at the airport super easy. Highly recommend
Great car hire, reasonably priced and with excellent customer service. Got the Seat Ibiza which is good for the small roads of Algarve. Hassle-free experience with the insurance and extra extensions of rental days. Can gladly recommend this company for a pleasant start to your vacation! 😊
Beware! This car hire company will charge you for damage even if you have bought the excess insurance. They say they charge ‘as you didn’t report it’. Tried arguing my case with them but no way. Very unprofessional. There are better car hire firms from Faro airport.
I had a good experience. I was picked up from carpark 4 and deposited without issue. I had a fiesta from 21st Jan to 6th Feb. It was clean inside and out and fitted my needs perfectly. The company pointed out damage that i had not noticed prior to driving. The rental was economical and no issues with returning. I paid a very small amount for excellent service. Thanks
Ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Alles lief organisiert und professionell ab. Am Ankunftsbereich zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt wurden wir von einem Mitarbeiter freundlich in Empfang genommen und zum Auto gebracht. Erhalten haben wir einen Citroën C3, welcher vom KM Stand quasi wie neu war. Der Mitarbeiter hat am Auto alles notwendige erklärt und auch direkt die Schäden dokumentiert, die vor Mietbeginn von anderen entstanden sind. Die Abgabe des Autos verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Ich kann diesen Mietwagenanbieter ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wir holten das Auto um 24.00h im Auto Green ab ed war scho dunkel der Anbieter von car jet hatte uns ein Auto zur Verfügung gestellt ein Polo der über 8Jahre alt war eine Katastrophe die Sessel waren von Schweis voller Flecken wir konnten das Auto von außen nicht Filmen es war zu dunkel an nächsten morgen merkten wir das der Wagen voller Rostflecken war. Beim abgeben vor dem Abflug ist der Vermieter ein Russe und hieß Alexa ums Auto gelaufen und hat gezielt eine Rostblase mit dem Fingernägel aufgebrochen und behauptet es sei eine Beule un verlangte 500.00Euro eine Frechheit wir mussten entweder bezahlen oder den Flug verpassen Last die Finger weg von Car Jet in Faro im Parkplatz 4 die Arbeiten Mafiamäsig so könnt ihr euch viel Arger sparen

Für zwei Wochen einen Seat Ibiza bekommen, recht neu, erst 26.000 km, guter Zustand. Freundlicher Empfang am Terminal, problemlose Übergabe, kurze Einweisung zum Fahrzeug und es konnte losgehen. Bei der Buchung direkt Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung plus Glasbruch Versicherung gewählt. Dadurch entfiel die Kaution. Auch das abgeben war unkompliziert, Tank wie bei der Übergabe voll, Fahrzeug am P4 geparkt und alles war erledigt. Das ganze zu einem fairen Preis und nicht so teuer wie bei den großen Vermietern. So macht Mietwagen mieten Spass und ist stressfrei. Immer wieder gerne bei Auto Green.
