Auto Rent - Faro Airport em Faro

Wir haben sonst bei Sixt und Europcar gebucht, die waren immer so schön entspannt bei der Rücknahme. Diesmal haben wir es einfach mal mit einer anderen Firma (Auto Rent) probiert, die kosten für ein vergleichbares Auto mit vergleichbarer Versicherung einfach nur 1/4 des Preises. Wir haben uns diesmal wirklich gegen JEDEN SCH... versichert und für 14 Tage 192 (!!!) mit freien Kilometern einen fast neuen Skoda Kamiq bekommen. Da ist man natürlich erstmal skeptisch. Im Endeffekt viel zu viele Gedanken gemacht. Hin- und Rücktransfer absolut problemlos (10 Minuten), Fahrzeugübernahme absolut problemlos (10 Minuten), Fahrzeugrückgabe (10 Minuten) absolut problemlos, freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter... Sixt sitzt zwar direkt am Flughafen, wir haben dort aber wesentlich mehr Zeit gebraucht. Eigentlich bin ich sprachlos, dass man für so wenig Geld so viel Service bekommen kann. Vielen Dank.

Top service. Arrive le 1 janvier et pourtant tout était ok. Navette sur place dans les 2 minute de notre arrivé sur le p4 de l aéroport . Avec l assurance tout relax , pas de cautions et pas de tracas pour les grattes ou problèmes qui pourrait vite gâcher les vacances . À conseiller aussi niveau prix. Si nous revenons , ça sera toujours avec vous pour la location de voiture.

Faro is great for car rental...such great value. Could have actually got car somewhere else for only £3.50 a day but terrible reviews. Auto rent had higher stars so paid £6 a day...November 2024. Checkin is a van waiting in car park to drive you to office, but office was 2 minutes. Car like new checkin easy car full of petrol.. bring back full of fuel. Took out our own excess insurance as most car hire companies have an excess you must pay of over £1000 these days and want a lot pay day to add extra insurance to cover this.

I always use autorent for car hire in the Algarve. The cars are good, the staff are courteous, cheerful, helpful and professional and they provide a reliable service. They have never let me down in any way. They always please me, and I can relax knowing this will be a trouble free car rental. Thank you to the team.

The customer service was excellent. Pick up us from Airport via its shuttle bus without waiting time at all. Check in and check out were very smoothly. No hidden fees. We are going to use it next time.

Nettes und hilfreiches Personal mit guten Englischkenntnissen.

Wir mieten nur noch bei Auto Rent, wenn wir in Portugal/ Faro sind. Hier weiß man genau: alles ist unkompliziert, innerhalb kürzester Zeit abgewickelt und ohne Verkauf von lästigen Zusatzversicherungen. Zudem klappt der Transfer reibungslos. Die Autos sind alle top gewartet und sehen nach was aus. Vielen Dank und weiter so :)

Vi hyrde en Seat Ibiza i 6 dagar med full försäkring och avläsare av biltullar och valde firma utifrån fina recensioner. Kan konstatera att allt var precis så bra som det verkade. Trevlig och kunnig personal, bra pris, tydliga och rimliga villkor och en fin och fräsch bil. En kort transfer till/från flygplatsen för att hämta/lämna bilen som också funkade fint.

While AutoRent could be an outstanding car rental agency, the manner in which the agent harassed me for not accepting their auto insurance was a major turn off. It is not clear to me whether the issue lies with the company or the employee (F), but the employee made it clear that I would be liable for every little mark on the car and haphazardly explained where the existing damages were. This literally forced me to rub every little mark on the dusty exterior to check whether there was a scratch and to even get on my knees to check the lower part of the car. The experience was extremely unpleasant and I was worried that I would be made liable for scratches that I missed and are not of my fault. The prospect of being harassed when returning the car stressed me out throughout my trip, so I had to call the rental platform before returning the car and ask for help. AutoRent (the company) needs to realize that it is not easy for people who already purchased insurance from the reservation platform to cancel the purchase. Customers do not have any information about AutoRents insurance policy when making reservations through the platforms, so if AutoRent is not happy that customers are buying policies from the platforms, it needs to address the issue with the platforms instead of getting back at customers. Why be a 1-star agency when you can clearly gain much more being 5-stars?

Nous avons loué une voiture automatique pour 6 jours, elle nous a énormément servi. Elle était facile à conduire et très fluide. Le personnel d auto rent est très serviable. La navette aéroport-agence de location est juste top !! Je recommande vivement !

Die Abholung von P4 klappte völlig problemlos, der Transfair dauerte keine 5 Minuten. Wir hatten das all incl. Paket gebucht, so ging die Übergabe binnen 10 Minuten über die Bühne. Auch wurde nicht versucht uns irgendeine Zusatzpolice anzudrehen. Dadurch dass im Office ein Monitor über die Flugankunftzeiten ist, ist die Crew auch jedezeit über die genauen Ankunftszeiten informiert. Das Fahrzeug, ein Seat Ibiza, war in gutem, sauberem Zustand. Die Rückgabe gestaltete sich noch schneller und unkomplizierter, die Mitarbeiten waren allesamt sehr freundlich. AutoRent ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Erg prettige ervaring met deze autoverhuurder. De prijs gaf de doorslag om te boeken, maar je levert hier niets in op kwaliteit. De shuttle service duurde 5-10 minuten en het was vervolgens slechts een paar minuten rijden. De medewerker bij het kantoor was erg vriendelijk, duidelijk en nam de tijd om alles goed door te nemen. We waren direct aan de beurt en het ging vlot. We kregen een mooie auto mee (Peugeot 2008), die we van te voren samen met de verhuurder goed controleerden op bestaande schade. Na een fijne verhuurperiode ging ook het inleveren erg snel en makkelijk. Het duurde nog geen 5 minuten en alles was in orde. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens huren!

À un prix raisonnable et inférieur aux majeurs du secteur, AUTORENT Faro nous a loué une voiture propre et conforme à notre commande (une 3008 pour 4 personnes avec bagages). Une fois que vous aurez trouvé le point de rencontre (un petit panneau au milieu du parking P4 ), le process (acheminement et administration) est simple et efficace.

Wypo yczalnia godna polecenia, bardzo dobre ceny i serwis, mieli my prawie nowy samochód. Kiedy pojawi si drobny problem z samochodem natychmiast otrzymali my pomoc z wypo yczalni. Warto wykupi pe ne ubezpieczenie, nie jest wymagany depozyt.

Si vous venez à Faro, prenez cette agence !! Pas de caution, le personnel y est très agréable et répond à vos questions. Un chauffeur fait laller retour avec un van entre laéroport et lagence, même en dehors des heures douverture de lagence. Vraiment TOP !

Location du 6 au 22 août 2024 pour un prix raisonnable du 356 avec boitier autoroute compris et kilométrage illimité. Très bon accueil du personnel. Véhicule propre et récent. La vérification de létat du véhicule avec le loueur avant et après sest réalisé sans problème. Le règlement de lautoroute seffectue lorsque lon rend le véhicule. Navette qui vient nous chercher et nous ramener à laéroport parking P4. Très satisfait de cette société. On recommande a 100 %.

Expérience très décevante, tout était parfait jusqu au retour et la personne qui nous a pris en charge pour le retour du véhicule, il nous a pris 200 pour une rayure qui était quasi inexistante et surtout qui ne se voyait même pas en photos. À mon avis, ils n avaient pas fait assez de chiffres cet été donc besoin de rentrer de l argent avant la fin de la saison.

Weve used Auto Rent a number of times in Faro and never had a problem. Excellent service from nice people. Pick up at airport carpark and 5 minutes later collecting car from office. Could not be easier. Excellent service and price.

Schnelle Abwicklung und guter Airporttransfer. Wir haben das Auto vor der Rückgabe gewaschen, da es wirklich dreckig war. Innen haben wir die Fußmatten ausgeklopft. Es war lediglich ein kleines bisschen Sand im Auto, was auch nicht vermeidbar war. Es wurde nichts beanstandet. Haben noch unsere Maut bezahlt und dann wurde der Betrag auf der Kreditkarte freigeschaltet. Das einzige was noch berechnet wird, ist die Maut vom Abgabe Tag.

Super loueur, laccueil ,le prix, la rapidité et le sérieux du personnel

Pure Abzocke! Gebucht über die Seite Carjet. Hier war ein wirklich attraktiver Preis angegeben. Die Möglichkeit einer Versicherung für 7 Euro pro Tag wurde beworben. Vor Ort sind es dann aber auf einmal 15 Euro pro Tag. Auf Nachfrage hierzu nur die Antwort, dass die Unterlagen veraltet sein. 40 Euro zusätzlich für die Rückgabe vor 8 Uhr. Begründung hierbei ist, der personelle Mehraufwand. Schwer nachvollziehbar wenn exakt dasselbe Personal wie bei Abholung vor Ort ist. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Bei Rückgabe des PKW vor 8 Uhr werden 40 Mehraufwandskosten verlangt. Gute Masche, um nebenbei die Einnahmen aufzupolieren. Klare abzocke!

Rundum Perfekt gelaufen. Shuttletransfer hat bestens funktioniert (sowohl hin als auch zurück). Keine Wartezeit am Servicedesk. Freundlicher und kompetenter Mitarbeiter. Geringe Vorschäden vorbildlich dokumentiert (man erhält eine Bestätigung mit Photos). Ein kleiner nicht aufgeführter Schaden wurde sofort photografiert und in die Bestätigung integriert. Fahrzeug top (wenig Kilometer). Fahrzeugklasse entsprechen der Buchung. Sowohl Abholung als auch Rückgabe haben bestens geklappt. Würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Jai loué une voiture du 6/09/24 au 13/09/24 mais nous avons appris la veille que notre vol retour du 13 était annulé.. Agence super on a pu garder la voiture un jour de plus sans problème. Voiture propre et récente vraiment aucun problème! Javais pris lassurance tout relax donc aucune franchise (pas de caution) vraiment super!

Car deal was amazing I have to say...but the service from The staff upon arrival was shocking...they rushed us through the pick up and we didnt notice they didnt mark a scratch down till it was too late. We were told upon collection we could hand the car in a little earlier as we had an early flight out, but although there were people in the office since 7am , they didnt open the doors till exactly 8am...they made us pay for the scratch that was there on arrival as it wasnt marked down...so we had to pay £250 or miss our flight home trying to argue it.. avoid or make sure u have a torch if u arrive late and make sure every little scratch is noted before u sign...dont make the same mistake we did..dont trust them to have ur back..

Very very simple process and good value. Paid for the insurance to cover damages and the staff basically said ok you re good to go - unlike other rental experiences I ve had where they try to scare you into spending more money or putting down a huge deposit. I m not looking for a 2024 car with 20 miles on the clock where I ll lose £2k for going over a speed bump!! Gave me great peace of mind on my holiday.

Une expérience peu concluante, un véhicule de 2021 avec 70 000kms qui toussait un peu, un accueil très moyen. La navette efficace par contre. Je ne renouvellerais pas lexpérience.

Über Check24 habe ich den Mietwagen gebucht. Wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt. Am Schalter wurde deutsch gesprochen. Es gab keine versteckten Kosten. Man konnte sich das Mautgerät für einen kleinen Beitrag direkt dazubuchen. Alle Mängel waren vorab auf dem Mietvertrag gekennzeichnet. Super Service, empfehlenswert

Très bonne expérience avec cette agence (location dune fiat 500 en mai 2024). Jai réservé directement sur leur site avec souscription de leur assurance ainsi je nai pas eu de caution à déposer. Lagence est bien organisée, la navette vous récupère à laéroport Parking P4, le personnel était professionnel et sympathique, véhicule propre, bon rapport qualité prix. Au retour, il y a une station de lavage juste à côté de lagence cétait trés pratique pour la rendre propre. Je recommande et si je reviens je nhésiterais pas à louer de nouveau avec Auto Rent. The car pick up location is not far from the airport and the shuttle bus is already waiting for the customer at P4 (8 mins). Recommend online check in very useful, doesn t take too much time when arrived the car pick up location less than 10 min then you are set to drive. The driver and staff are very kindly and explaining clearly information.

Por precio era uno de los sitios más baratos que encontramos para alquilar un coche en agosto con seguro a todo riesgo. El servicio es perfecto, nos recogieron en el aeropuerto según llegamos y no tuvimos que esperar nada. Nos asignaron un Fiat Panda y no tuvimos ningún percance.

La location de voiture s est plutôt bien passée, le Monsieur en charge de la navette vers l Aéroport est très sympathique. Le type de véhicule (économique) suffisait largement pour deux personnes qui ne prévoient pas de faire trop de route. En revanche, pensez à bien prendre l entièreté de la voiture en vidéo et en photo au moment de la prise en charge. Ils ont commencé à dire que la serrure avait été forcée pendant notre location heureusement que j avais les vidéos qui montraient qu elle était déjà dans cet état lors la prise en charge ! C était une Fiat Panda assez abîmée, beaucoup de rayures, il faut être vigilants. D ailleurs quelqu un a eu le même problème de serrure forcée il y a deux semaines dans les commentaires et visiblement sa caution a été retenue . Bizarrement l employé s est directement dirigé vers la serrure et a à peine regardé le reste de la voiture la pratique est tout de même assez douteuse.

Depending on who you hire from you will get a very different service. Friendly/ Not friendly. My car fell apart inside of no fault of my own. The window turning wheel in the back seat and broke off. I had to pay for it even though it was normal use. 80 Eur. They claimed it was new car and hence I broke it (willingly or not).

Wir hatten eine großartige Erfahrung mit AutoRent! Schon bei unserer Ankunft am Flughafen lief alles reibungslos. Die Information wies uns darauf hin, zum Parkplatz Bereich 4 zu gehen, wo uns ein Shuttle abholen würde. Auch die Person am Telefon bestätigte, dass der Shuttle gleich ankommen würde. Alles funktionierte hervorragend. Die gesamte Abwicklung war professionell und effizient. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die klare Kommunikation, insbesondere die Übermittlung der Fotonachweise und die Empfehlung, selbst Fotos als Beleg zu machen. Es wurde auch nicht aufdringlich versucht, uns zusätzliche Versicherungen zu verkaufen, was wir von anderen Autovermietungen leider oft anders kennen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können AutoRent uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Gute und schnelle Abwicklung, die Abholung am Flughafen hat etwas gedauert. Da wäre es zumindest schön wenn es eine Verschattung im Wartebereich gäbe. Ansonsten lief alles unkompliziert und schnell ohne Diskussionen. Buche allerdings immer direkt beim Anbieter und nicht über eine Buchungsplattform, das läuft selten problemfrei.

Très bonne agence de location proche de laéroport de Faro, navette pour y aller, choix de voiture et prix intéressant. Pour 19 jours en août C3 essence 397 avec location du boîtier péage. Carte crédit ou débit accepté. A recommander

Je déconseille fortement cetteagence. Prenez des photos et vidéos détaillées de la voiture lors de la réception. Nous avons loué un Volkswagen T-Roc en août 2024, et à la restitution, lagent daccueil, antipathique, nous a très mal reçus. Sans même nous laisser sortir du véhicule, il a prétendu quil y avait un choc de porte inexistant au départ et nous a exigé 358,00 . Son attitude hautaine et non professionnelle est indigne dun professionnel du service client et ternit limage de lagence. Cette mauvaise expérience a gâché nos vacances au Portugal.

jai loué fin juillet 2024 pour 12 jours et je recommande vivement cette agence pour plusieurs raisons et la confiance : -réservation en ligne sans rien à payer ou pre-payer -le document de réservation est traduit en francais -on trouve facilement au parking P4, -le transfert dure moins de 10 minutes -véhicule neuf et super propre -procédure aller et retour pro en sans méfiance ou arnaques. - pas de surprises sur le prix ( cest celui prévu sur la réservation) vraiment agréable à recommander 5 étoiles

Parfait ! A 5 minutes à pied (prendre à gauche en sortant de laéroport, remontez les parkings), une navette vous attend à laéroport au bout des parkings. Accueil à Autorent très agréable et service rapide, aucun soucis pour la location et idem pour le retour ou la navette vous ramène à laéroport. Très content de notre choix et un bon rapport qualité/prix. Si vous prenez lautoroute, nhésitez pas à prendre le badge télépéage.

Tout est très facile et bien indiquer Ne cherchez pas cest la meilleure agence de location . Lassurance tous risques ne coûte vraiment rien : Exemple : Seat Ibiza 7 jours = 180 assurance tous risques comprise avec 0 franchise + badge télépéage Etoll. Ils prennent le temps de tout vous expliquer. Tout est clair.

Il noleggio è andato bene ma mi trovo costretto a dare 2 stelle per lestrema scortesia delladdetto al ritorno dellauto. Avevo ricevuto lauto con 7/8 tacche di benzina e lho riportata con 6/8, nonstante avessi spiegato che la tacca era scesa pochi chilometri prima. Limpiegato mi hanno intimato, in modo poco garbato, di andare a fare rifornimento al distributore di benzina, onde evitare lapplicazione della penale pur avendo fatto presente che il mio volo sarebbe partito dopo poco più di unora Insomma ho rischiato di perdere il volo di ritorno per pochi euro di benzina. Il lato umano di questo noleggio auto lascia a desiderare. Sarebbe bastato un minimo di comprensione per evitare il mio rischio e una recensione negativa per loro. Sconsigli vivamente di noleggiare unauto presso di loro, si trova molto di meglio a Faro!

Wir haben hier ein Auto für 9 Tage gemietet und es lief alles relativ reibungslos. Die Abwicklung erfolgte schnell und man hat uns tatsächlich nichts andrehen wollen. Der Shuttleservice war ebenfalls top und unser Auto (Fiat Punto) war zudem sehr angenehm zu fahren. Kann ich also sehr empfehlen. Uns bediente der Pedro, dem ein Lächeln übrigens viel besser stehen würde, aber ich kann über Pedro nix schlechtes sagen, da er sehr fair zu uns war! Huur hier niet! Vanaf het eerste moment gedoe, vlucht vertraagd en vandaar dus later aangekomen. Hierdoor 40 betalen, omdat de auto opgehaald werd buiten openingstijden. Vervolgens een auto meekrijgen waarvan de remmen niet 100% werken en de koppeling kapot. Melding gemaakt en andere auto meegekregen die ook niet 100% is. Bij terug het terugbrengen toch wat over gezegd, hier werden we vervolgens uitgelachen en moest een excuses van ver komen bij manager Machado. Een trieste en slecht geregelde zaak dus. Niet aan te raden

Tracte telefònic per a que et vinguin a buscar horrible. Tracte amb el personal daquest lloc, tant per a lentrega i devolució del vehicle horrible i antipàtics. Cobraments extres a la recollida del vehicle. Excés de persones permeses en el transport entre el lloc i el parking de laeroport. Sense indicacions ni a lentrega ni devolució del vehicle. Si vols llogar un cotxe, fes-ho a una altra banda.

Véhicule crevé un dimanche matin, appel à l agence qui envoi un agent , agent présent sous 15mn qui change la roue et nous demande de le suivre pour échange de véhicule car ne voulait pas que lon se déplace avec la roue galette. Der Transfer mit dem Shuttle Bus hat reibungslos funktioniert, leider muss ich ansonsten von dieser Autovermietung abraten. Bei der Rückgabe des Autos wurde ein Fehler festgestellt, am Schloss des Autos sei aufgehebelt worden. Innerhalb einer Sekunde erkannte der unfreundliche Herr des Unternehmens diese Auffälligkeit, die seltsamerweise vorher nicht fotografiert worden war. Dies wirkte mehr als unglaubwürdig und unseriös. Der Schaden wurde dann mit der vorher hinterlegten Kaution verrechnet. An dieser Stelle ist man dann mehr oder weniger machtlos. Ich rate jedem dringend, jedes Detail vorher genau zu fotografieren, um dann entsprechend widerlegen zu können. Nie wieder mit diesem Autovermieter.

Alles ziemlich unkompliziert, Auto war im top Zustand, eine Maut für die Autobahn kann vor Ort bezahlt werden, wenn man diese benutzen möchte, das ist praktisch.

La location sest très bien passé. Le personnel est gentil et professionnel. La vérification de la voiture sest bien passé, la personne a bien pris en photo sur sa tablette les nombreuses petites rayures de la voiture sans poser de question. Au retour aucun problème non plus, cest à peine sil a regardé la voiture même. Quelques jours avant le départ jai eu un gros moment de doute car il était indiqué que seules les cartes de crédit étaient acceptées. Sachant quen France quasiment tout le monde a une carte de débit jai eu peur quil y ait un problème au moment du dépôt de la caution. Au final aucun problème avec ma carte, jai juste eu à valider lopération via lapplication de ma banque. Le retour en navette à laéroport était très rapide (8 min). J recommande car très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great service and value for money. We were picked up by the shuttle minivan at the Faro Airport, and everything went really fast and smooth afterwards. We very much enjoyed riding by almost new Peugeot 208 to the stunning Algarve beaches. Thank you, guys! We will be back. I do highly recommend though taking the full insurance. Our Peugeot 208, although was quite new with a bit more than 50K on the clock, had quite a number of scratches here and there, thanks to some previous drivers, I would guess. :) It would be hardly possible to notice them all at the pick up to make sure that we are not charged for them on return, I suppose. Moreover, the roads in this area are not the best, and a stone or a road pit might cause some extra damage. So my advice - dont be greedy to pay some extra for the insurance for your security and peace of mind.

Leider kann ich mich den positiven Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Ich hatte bei meiner Anmietung ein paar Rückfragen weil ich der Meinung war, ein anderes Fahrzeug als gebucht erhalten zu haben. Auf meine Rückfrage hin reagierte der Mitarbeiter genervt, als ich nochmals nachgehakt hatte, sagte er mir, ich solle das doch mit Aurum Cars klären, ich habe schließlich bei denen gebucht und nicht bei ihnen und ich könne das Auto jetzt nehmen oder es lassen, er habe einen langen Tag gehabt. Dann drehte er sich zu seinem Kollegen und sagte etwas in anfälligem Tonfall zu seinem Kollegen. Darf man als Kundin keine Rückfragen stellen? Das Auto selbst hatte schon über 60.000 km drauf und einige Schäden, was mich grundsätzlich nicht stört. Allerdings war das Scheibenwischblatt abgenutzt und nicht mehr funktionstüchtig. Das hatte zur Folge, dass ich einmal mangels Sicht fast einen Unfall gebaut. Bei der Rückgabe fragte der Shuttlefahrer, wann unser Flug geht, als ich ihm sagte, dass es gut wäre wenn wir in 10 Minuten am Flughafen wären weil ich auf einen Bus muss, reagierte dieser genervt, ging zu dem Mitarbeiter, der mein Fahrzeug zurück genommen hat, beide haben in meine Richtung geschaut und die Augen verdreht. Ich habe mich wirklich noch nie bei einer Dienstleistung so unwohl gefühlt wie bei Autorent in Faro. Ich habe selbst 3 Jahre für einen Autovermieter gearbeitet und weiß, wie anstrengend Kunden sein können, ich war keine davon und habe mich auch bei den schlimmsten nie so verhalten wie diese 3 Männer dort. Für mich war das definitiv die letzte Anmietung dort, lieber zahle ich mehr für meinen Mietwagen und werde dafür anständig behandelt.

Auto Rent is the best Car Hire Company in Faro. Cars are all good clean new cars, there are plenty of staff in the office, so you never have to wait for long. There is no hard sell for upgrades or insurance. The agent comes out with you to inspect the car, unlike many other companies just send you out to find it, then if there is more damage than is recorded you have to go back and wait to have the report changed. On return of the vehicle the inspection is quick and your deposit is released right then while you are present. I have been renting cars at Faro for 9 years and tried many companies but without any doubt Auto Rent are the best, so I always return.

Auto war Brandneu, war sehr sauber und an sich lief alles Reibungslos und so wie man sich das vorstellt. Einen Stern Abzug dafür, dass der Wagen Half/Half und nicht Full/Full zu betabken war. Das hinterlässt bei mir immer einen negativen Eindruck, da so die Mietwagen Firma immer ein Paar Liter Benzin geschenkt bekommt. Aber ansonsten alles Top! :)

Super accueil, tarifs ultra compétitifs. Toujours stressant de louer une voiture mais avec cette agence, il ny a eu aucun problème. En plus, ils mont renvoyé mon sweat par la poste que javais oublié sur place.

Récupération à laéroport au parking P4 de laéroport de Faro par navette. Tout est prévu, siège bébé, les valises sont chargées. Sur place laccueil est très sympathique, et les explications précises. Nous avions pris toutes les assurances sauf le bris de vitre et crevaison. La voiture était très récente et très propre. Au retour dépose à notre hôtel après restitution. Vraiment au top. Nous recommandons vivement.

Absolute Empfehlung! Bei Mietwagen Anbietern ist man ja immer etwas skeptisch, aber bei AutoRent verlief alles wunderbar! Super schnelle und einfache Abholung und genau so auch die Abgabe. Es wurde kurz ins Auto geschaut, einmal drum herum gegangen und nach 2-3 Minuten konnten wir mit einer Unterschrift den Ort verlassen und wurden sogar zu unser nahe gelegenen Unterkunft am Flughafen gebracht. Daher haben wir einen guten Vergleich zu anderen Autovermietungen. Auto Rent war für uns in allen wichtigen Punkten top. Der Shuttle-Service von uns zum Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Auto wird vor der Übergabe zusammen mit einem Mitarbeiter auf bereits vorhandene Schäden kontrolliert. Dabei werden alle Schäden digital am Tablet erfasst. Uns wurden keine unnötigen Versicherungen aufgezwungen. Es wurde lediglich der Mautpass angeboten, welchen wir auch gekauft haben. Dieser war für uns sinnvoll, da wir innerhalb des zweiwöchigen Urlaubs täglich die Mautstrassen nutzen wollten. Fazit: Auto Rent ist professionell und zuverlässig. Wir werden hier das nächste mal wieder buchen.

Ils sont corrects et sans être trop pointilleux (ils nous conseillent de faire une vidéo du véhicule et ils nous montrent les accrocs à la réception). Transfert rapide entre l agence et l aéroport. Les véhicules sont récents avec même beaucoup d options. L administratif est rapidement réglé. Je conseille les yeux fermés. Great experience at Auto Rent. Their office is 5 minutes off-site, but the van driver was waiting for me in parking lot #4. Super easy check-in and checkout. You need the transponder for the toll highways in order to go on day trips. Would highly recommend.

Je recommande + + +! Nous avons réservé un véhicule pour notre séjour à Algarve du 31 mars au 4 avril. Tout cest déroulé parfaitement ce loueur est un loueur de confiance. Arrivée à laéroport une navette vous attends. Il faut vous rentre au fond du parking P4. La navette passe toutes les 5 min environ. Nous sommes reparti le 4 avril, nous souhaitions rendre le véhicule à 4h du Matin. Nous avons été plus quagréable ment surpris rdv chez auto rend et hop de nouveau navette jusque laéroport. Le service est irréprochable et les salariés de létablissement sont aimables et professionnels.

Abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza di autonoleggio. Navetta puntuale e rapida, prezzo come concordato, macchina funzionante e ci hanno dato quella prenotata da noi. Addetto parlava molto bene inglese. Abbiamo fatto lassicurazione totale per stare più tranquilli e non è stato comunque caro, sul sito è tutto specificato. L etoll service serve solo per prendere lautostrada noi labbiamo fatto ma non è servito perché abbiamo viaggiato su strada statale, costato 11 in più sul totale non una grande spesa. Torneremo, consigliato !

Me and the staff noted the outside of the car before picking up, when I drive away I notice both that the car is dirty inside, that the blinkers do not work as they should, the panel repeatedly shows warning for ice on the road, warning for the engine and other on the panel didn t works. They told me that they control the cars carefully, they did not know about these errors. When I have to return it, they claim that a new damage has occurred, which was not true, but the car was the same as when I picked it up, they demanded 360. And it took 3w to get back my deposit 1000 . Never here again!

Visited Portugal on 26/03/2024 flying into Faro Airport and needed a car suitable for 3 adults and a child...although the child is 6ft 2 tall...plus a couple of large suitcases and rucksacks etc. Im always wary of car hire companies and do try to look at reviews, I also try to book cars where I can collect from the airport rather than taking a minibus. After much searching it was apparent that the airport collection cars in my specification were expensive and so my search went to companies outside. I found Auto Rent and finally booked through Discover Cars and it was extremely reasonable, so I ended up taking the full insurance excess cover too booking a medium sized estate/wagon as this would suit us best. On arrival at Faro Airport the collection instructions were not the best and we ended up asking an airport worker for directions. Basically you exit arrivals and head out of the terminal towards P4 where theres a car hire hut - no thats not for Auto Rent but just in front the Auto Rent mini bus will be waiting - on both pickup and return it was a brand new transit type vehicle. within 10 minutes youll be at the Auto Rent office - my only criticism would be that the employees could be friendlier with the customers! Anyway, after the standard T&Cs there is the up-sell of insurance (which I already had) and also the Portuguese auto toll device - I didnt know if I would use the toll roads nor did I know the costs or ease of non toll roads so paid for the 2.15 daily charge which does not include the tolls themselves! So all done in the office and I was shown out to a virtually brand new Seat Leon estate which had just 800km on the clock. Absolutely spotless which made my job of inspection easy but also the fear of returning with any marks a worry. The car was provided with half a tank of fuel which was a bit cheeky as I needed to return it with the same amount but my advice is directly behind the Auto Rent offices you will find Continente Bom Dia supermarket which has a fuel station :) So at the end of my hire period I returned the car with nearly 1400km on the clock and the rental man gave it a quick glance over and my deposit was returned - that was my experience which I thought was pretty decent. The mini bus was there waiting for us and swiftly took us back to Faro - 10/10. Oh just my last comment would be that you can quite easily travel without toll roads, the side roads are not fast but we were not in a hurry. That said we did use the toll road on one day and must have driven over 120km round trip and the toll was just over 5 so not that expensive. Hopefully this review will help someone.

The most unfair rental car service on earth! They made us pay extra fee for car return out of working hours twice! So I had to pay 40 Euros twice!! Never use this rental service, at the end you pay much more than at SIXT!!!

Fair prices unlike other companies and fair policies(they only cared about not losing the key and not putting the wrong fuel). Would definitely rent again

Alles bestens. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen und zurück hat problemlos funktioniert das Auto war in Ordnung und die Übergabe war einwandfrei. Beim abholen des Fahrzeugs hat man uns ermutigt Fotos von den Schäden zu machen, hat aber auch selber alle Kratzer sehr großzügig markiert. Gerne wieder!

Great value for the money. The staff was courteous, and the time was short from arrival to driving off the lot. The only negative was that the employees needed to be more knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles they were renting. We were advised that our car did not have Carplay, which we later found was not the case(something you may want to know from the start if you intend to use your link to the infotainment system and use your phone for navigation).

Autorent were genuinely one of the best rental companies I have ever used. Very easy to find their reps at Faro Airport, quick transfer, friendly service, no queues at all, super quick to reply to any queries. Car was the one I wanted. What more can you ask for?

Overall a very good service. We would rent from them again. Very professional staff. They explained to us all options and did not try to force anything. One thing that could be better organized is the visibility of the meeting point at the airport parking and information on the frequency of the bus shuttle service (though one can easily obtain this information over the phone).

Goede, nieuwe auto gekregen voor kleiner bedrag tov de grote verhuurders. Enige nadeel is 5 minuten met shuttle bus vanaf vliegveld, bij ons stonden veel mensen te wachten, waardoor we pas met de derde bus mee konden.

Très bon loueur qui ne vous oblige à prendre aucune assurance complémentaire et très ponctuel.

Con la navetta (climatizzata) dallaeroporto si raggiunge la sede in 5 minuti, in poco tempo abbiamo concluso la pratica per il noleggio dellautomobile (avevo prenotato sul sito web). Macchina recente, pulita e ben tenuta. Alla consegna nessuna sorpresa, riconsegnato lauto come da contratto, navetta per il trasferimento in aeroporto. Rapidissimi!! Fast transfer (every five-ten minutes, duration approx. 3 minutes), super fast service, pick-up and drop-off were problem-free. And price/performance is unbeatable compared to portals like C24 and the like. What more could you want? I will definitely book here again and can only recommend it to everyone.

Nous avons loué une voiture pour une durée dune semaine. Les prix sont attractifs et le service de qualité. Récupération et retour du véhicule très rapides et simples. Je recommande ce loueur. Lagence se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture de laéroport, le loueur assure la navette.

Il faut une carte de débit/crédit pour déposer le dépôt de garantie. Sans cela, une option à 80 et l option du telepeage d autoroute portugaise. On s est senti au pied du mur et dans l obligation de payer . Pour l autoroute, finalement mon badge français fonctionnerait au Portugal. Sinon Une voiture seat aroma correcte.

Super Service. Unkompliziert, schnell, freundlich und kompentent. Es sprach sogar ein Mitarbeiter deutsch. Das Auto wird bei Annahme mit dem Mitarbeiter zusammen abgelaufen und alle Mängel notiert, wir wurden sogar gebeten selber ein Video zu machen zwecks Kontrolle. Abgabe erfolgte in 2 Minuten. Sehr zufriedenstellend

Quand on voit tous les loueurs qui ont des notes déplorables, je nhésite pas à mettre 5 étoiles ici. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable, jai une voiture flambante neuve et jai été surclassé. La navette est un peu difficile à trouver quand on est à laéroport mais sinon top !

Preis-/Leistung sehr gut. Auto (Seat Ibiza) war zwar nicht der neueste, hat aber keine Probleme gemacht. Transfer vom Flughafen zur Station und zurück hat prima geklappt. Würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Oplichters eerste klas 130,00 afgetroggeld om extra verzekering te nemen , bij het afleveren vond meneer de tank niet vol genoegd en moesten we weer 15,00 dokken . Mensen wij hebben een oude fiat panda gekregen en moesten omgerekend 50,00 per dag betalen , huur bij het hotel een auto dat kost ongeveer 30,00 per dag en word gebracht en op gehaald nooit auto rent gebruiken waardeloze zaak

Honest and no issues unlike other Faro rental companies which seem to be an unfortunate hot bed of scammers. Car was great. Fair price. Easy checkin. A bit of a hassle waiting on shuttle but once done all good.

Je ne recommande pas ce loueur l agent qui était au comptoir au retour était exécrable. Nous avons envoyé un e-mail pour prévenir que nous décalons notre retour de 12h au lieu de 10h car nous nous étions trompés sur l horaire du vol nous avons eu aucun retour. Arrivé sur place l agent n a rien voulu savoir malgré notre e-mail les demandant si cela posait un problème. Ils nous ont demandé 30 euros pour les 2h malgré que nous avons mis plus de carburant également. Aucun sens du commerce je prendrai plus ce loueur.

Für normal schreibe ich keine Rezensionen, allerdings war ich so positiv über dieses Unternehmen überrascht, dass ich nicht anders kann. Ich hatte für 26 Tage einen Seat Ibiza und muss sagen, dass Auto war mehr als perfekt. Tatsächlich war das Auto so sauber als ich es bekommen habe, dass ich mich selber fragte, wie man ein Auto überhaupt so sauber bekommt. Es lief durchgehend ohne zu meckern, hatte gerade mal 50k Kilometer drauf, die Reifen waren wie neu und hatte auch nur minimale Kratzer, nichts wildes. Zusätzlich sind die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und schnell, so wurde ich nur einmal gefragt ob ich eine Versicherung brauche, als ich ablehnte, machte der Mitarbeiter ohne nachzuhaken sofort mit der Abwicklung weiter. Auch der Shuttleservice von P4 funktionierte einwandfrei, bei der Rückfahrt wurde ich sogar direkt vor dem Eingang vom Flughafen gefahren. Ich werde auf jedenfall immer wieder bei Auto Rent ein Auto mieten und kann das nur jedem empfehlen, der unkompliziert ein gutes Auto braucht. Die 5 Sterne sind mehr als verdient.

10/2023: Bei Rückgabe wurde von mir verlangt, das Auto in der nahe gelegenen Waschstraße zu reinigen, ansonsten Gebühr von 50 Euro. Bei Rückgabe vor 08 Uhr Gebühr von 40 Euro fällig. Tank war 1/4 voll, vereinbart war voll zu voll. Kaution 2000 Euro über Debit Karte wird direkt vom Konto abgezogen und es dauert Wochen, bis das Geld wieder auf dem Konto ist. Gebucht war Ford Focus o.ä. - bekommen habe ich einen Fiat Tipo. Gebucht über Check 24: Dort stand Vermieter am Flughafen - es war jedoch ein Shuttle nötig.

A primeira vez que aluguei carro nesta empresa correu tudo bem. Voltei a alugar e o carro estava cheio de pó por fora, tinha carica de cerveja dentro do carro. Fiz aluguer de 1 dia e informei que provavelmente entregaria no próprio dia o carro tendo o agente dito que não havia problema. Qual não é o meu espanto quando volto para entregar o carro e a agência está fechada porque só havia um agente a trabalhar e que estava no aeroporto a espera de um cliente. Quando liguei ainda me respondeu de forma rude ao telefone que não tinha ligado a dizer que entregaria mais cedo (quando nunca me foi dito para o fazer e fui devolver 45 minutos antes do fecho da loja). Acabei por ficar lá meia hora a espera para ele voltar para conseguir devolver.

Bad Experience ! After returning home we got an invoice from Euro Collection. They told is we did. Not pay for using the Highway. In fact we booked a toll collector with the car. Thank you Auto Rent Faro for taking our Money and Not activating the device. So we had to pay 60 Euros on top. Worst Service and car rent ever. Stuff was unfriendly too. NEVER AGAIN!!! I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Pessima esperienza. Ci è stata addebitata una giornata in più perché dicevano che avremmo potuto restituire la macchina il giorno concordato a qualsiasi ora e così non è stato. Inoltre, abbiamo pagato l extra per il dispositivo per il pagamento automatico del pedaggio elettronico e abbiamo preso una multa perché risulta che il pedaggio non è stato pagato. Sehr gute Erfahrung. Professionelle und zügige Abwicklung. Es wurde versucht das Auto zu klauen und somit hatte war das Autoschloss beschädigt. Bei der Abwicklung des Schadenfalls war Autorent sehr kooperativ.

Seit einigen Jahren mieten wir über Check24 hier unsere Fahrzeuge. Auch im November hatten wir für 2 Wochen einen kleinen Fiat Panda, der zwar schon ca. 56 tkm auf dem Tacho hatte, doch tadellos in Ordnung war. Abholung und Rückgabe gingen flott über die Bühne. Ich hatte vor Ort mitgeteilt, das wir kein Autobahn benutzen würden; ein Gebühr würde NICHT erhoben. Es sollte allen Mietern bekannt sein, dass vom P4 am Airport die Abholung zum Büro erfolgt! Unverständlich, dass darüber von einigen hier gemeckert wird!

Wir haben bei Auto Rent schon des öfteren ein Fahrzeug gemietet und Immer wieder nur beste Erfahrungen gemacht. Kompetentes und freundliches Personal, schnelle Abwicklung bei Übernahme und Abgabe des Autos. Diesesmal hatten wir am Abholparkplatz P4 KEINE Wartezeit, da uns der Fahrer direkt von dort zum Büro gebracht hat; sprich er hat nicht gewartet, ob noch andere Mieter kamen. Super Service. So etwas findet man sehr selten!

Verstehe nicht, ob hier einige diesen Anbieter mit einem anderen verwechseln?! Wir haben auch im Nov/Dez.23 wiederum -und das zum x-ten mal- hier ein Auto gemietet und IMMER NUR positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Paradox ist es, wenn man über Check 24 in Deutschland bucht, es um einiges günstiger ist, als wenn man über die Homepage des Vermieters selbst bucht! Das variiert aber immer! Pünktlicher Transport vom Airport zur Station von Auto Rent. Freundliche, schnelle Mitarbeiter/Abwicklung im Auto Rent Büro bei der Übergabe des gemieteten Autos. Tadelloses, 1 1/2 Jahre altes/junges Auto (2022) ohne jegliche Beschädigungen. Wir hatten voll/voll gebucht und auch erhalten. Die Abgabe nach 17 Tagen ging flott und einwandfrei über die Bühne. Transport von der MW Abgabe- Station zum Airport ging auch ruck zuck ! DANKE, DANKE, DANKE, obrigado dafür, dass man mir -mein im Auto vergessenes- Handy nach Deutschland gesandt hat!

Great experience. Arriving we had to call for the location because it wasnt very clear, but its just 5 min away from the airport and you get there with a shuttle bus which drives every 10-15 minutes from the airport parking. Picking the car up and dropping it off was seamless. The ibiza we got was clean, no damages, smooth to drive. The toll service works great too, some charges might come a month later but in my case only some pennies. Definitely my choice again if I hopefully visit again soon! Overall a very good experience 10/10 recommended.

26 December 2023. Kort gewacht op shuttle service. Het was rustig. 3 min rijtijd naar verhuurstation. Prima ontvangst. Binnen 10 minuten in de auto. Nieuwe Seat Leon met 0 km. Erg fijne auto. Inleveren ging vlot en zonder problemen. Shuttle terug direct na inleveren auto. Drie weken na terugkomst via e-mail bericht van de tolgelden. Netjes en correct overzicht. Al met al een prima ervaring. Enige opmerking: borg mag wel iets lager vergelijkbaar met andere verhuurders. Bedankt. Ik zal zeker opnieuw huren bij jullie.

Excellent shuttle service to pick up and drop from Faro Airport, take only 5 minutes to get at Faro office. Stress free and very smooth delivery and dropping service ( I bought super CDW & TLW insurance for 3 days from Dec 19th to 22nd December 2024). Sofar they have charged from my card Toll charges only. Im not expecting any other charges. All staffs are very professional and value your time, dealt accordingly. Our trip went smoothly and Automatic car didnt give us any problem. Only problem, some time hand break was not working smoothly but that was a minor concern with Automatic car. I would definitely. At the time of booking, I was hesitating to hire from this company due to location and shuttle service. But shuttle service was super fast. I would recommend this company to others.

Great experience. The car was clean and new. Seamless experience during pickup and dropoff. No surprises. It appears to be the kind of company that still applies common sense I hope it continues to be the case every time I rent from them, which might be many more.
