Habe das Auto mit nur viertels vollem Tank bekommen. Beim zurückgeben hat das natürlich nicht geklappt genauso wieder abzugeben, somit war der Tank Dreiviertel voll und ich habe euch einen halben Tank geschenkt. deshalb nur 1 Stern !!!

Jai eu loccasion de louer une clio, tout sest super bien passé, (cétait une demande de dernière minute car ma voiture est tombée en panne) , M. Costa et son personnel ont été très sympathiques. Aucune mauvaise surprise, prix intéressants, service impeccable. Vraiment rien à dire, je le conseille aussi à mes hôtes Airbnb, et tous ne mont fait que de bons retours

Got a conract from this company but when picking up the car the price was over double even I had their e-mail!?? Didn t get the car what I paid for either!! Got a smaller one, not similar! Don t use this car rental!! They even manage to remove there e-mail from me, so couldn t prove anything! Totally skam!!!

Horrible. The head of this company is an absolute maniac. He will literally yell and insult you. He was also supposed to send back 200 euros, which he never did. Avoid.

Wonderful Experience!! NO HASSLE for us ! A Very Good Price, NO Extra Costs, Deal was done within 12 hours, a New Car Skoda Automatic 800km on the clock, Fully Insured every thing they said!! BE AWARE, Many known Big Rental Companies say the same , but if you read the Small Print many Parts are NOT , like; Roof, Chassis, Wheels and Tires , Glass etc. NO money reserved on your Creditcard which can run into 2000-3000! Tomtom cannot find the Adress but fill in Coordinates ;37.027944, -7.968997. You can,t go wrong!! I was very surprised how smooth the Return went, with Shuttle Bus we were within 5 min at Airport! Very Symphatic Workers! A Place to remember!!!

Really good service overall and would definitely recommend. Was given the car that we actually booked. The gentleman who did the administration and handed over the car was a little too specific and could come across as he was trying to dissuade in going ahead with the rental agreement. Apart from this it was made easy and the cost was extremely competitive vs other rental providers.

Pretty good handeling. Everything as promised. But the people could be friendlier. Quite grumpy and a little rude. Also the creditcard reservation seems very high.

Personal muy maleducado. Me vieron perdida después de dejar el coche y no hicieron nada por ayudar. Quise ir al baño y me dijeron que estaba ocupado y era mentira. Fue muy dificil coger el coche, porque estaba en letra pequeña que debería dirigirme a un lugar determinado del parking para llevarme en furgoneta a las oficinas, fuera del aeropuerto. Al llegar comenté que volvería en autobús, y me dijeron que me llevarían ellos a la estación de autobús, ya que su oficina estaba en la nada y no había acceso ni facilidad de transporte público. Al entregar el coche se negaron a llevarme, ni siquiera me ayudaron a conseguir un uber al ver que me los estaban cancelando. Mala experiencia.

Do not use this company. Cars not up to scratch to start with, scratches and dents all over it. No one has repaired these so if this place charged you money for causing them it s not gone to good use! When you go to drop off the car, they claim there s a new scratch and then charge you for it automatically Don t you have the paper that says where the dings and scratches are before you take the car at the start. I hear you ask. Why yes we did but they claimed that there was a new scratch and not noted on the paperwork (had every ding and scratch been recorded we would still be at the desk!). Unprofessional management who weren t on site and didn t have a lot to contribute other than pay up! Save yourselves the bill that s coming (even if you added no damage to the car) and go somewhere else.

Car was brand new, smooth process, quick pick up, and no problems at all. On the way back to the airport we forgot a mobile phone in the van. The company send a driver back to the airport with the phone while we were already passed security. Great service!

Hard to find on Google maps was late but he charged us nothing, the staff were chill. A young guy named Dan was very nice he deserves a raise and I left my wallet in the rental car and he drove all the way back to give me it

Take pictures of your car before you leave the lot. Get any damage (even the small dings and scratches on front grill) because they ll try and accuse you of causing it then require cash payment or they won t release your deposit. It s a racket! Terrible people that left a bad last impression of Portugal :(

Méfiez vous ce sont des escrocs. Nous avons fait appel à eux et à peine arrivé à notre hôtel nous avions déjà un pneu crevé. Il nous propose de changer le pneu nous même en attendant puis daller dans un garage ou ou soccupera de nous le lendemain. Sinon nous devons payer pour une réparation car cest le soir. Nous changeons donc le pneu. Le lendemain on se rend au garage (qui na pas été prévenu de notre arrivée) et ou nous dit que nous sommes responsables de la crevaison et que nous devons payer le pneu. Nous avons refusé et lui avons rendu la voiture.

Their instructions upon arrival at Faro airport are not clear where to go to collect the car. They are not actually based within the airport compound beside the likes of Avis, Europcar etc. When we finally got to their reception area, they wanted £2,300 euros on a credit card for insurance but when I refused to do this, I was informed I could pay 15 euros a day instead. After driving about 50 kilometres we parked the car in a garage for the evening. We went to drive the car in the morning, but we had a flat tyre. When I called the office, they gave me a phone number for the owner as he dealt with all queries. He told my husband to change the tyre or take it to a garage but we might have to pay for a new tyre at 200 euros??? We were insured!!!! After discussion, we pumped up the tyre again & had to drive a round trip of 100 kilometres (our charge for petrol) to change the car. I would AVOID hiring a car from this company, and go to a more reputable car hire company if you don t want any hassle.

I wouldve had an ok experience and I especially would like to thank the lady that works there that picked us up from the airport and tried to help with her difficult boss, and also Carlos for being very helpful. But I cannot give this place more than 1 star because of the awful treatment from Pedro the manager of the establishment. I asked to extend my reservation but to change to a smaller car with an automatic which would eat less gas + cost less and was told that this was fine once I stopped by the office. He did not let his team know that this discussion took place so when I got there they called him to check, which he denied the convo ever took place, already getting worked up with his employees. I was passed the phone in order to see if I could mediate it but as soon as I got on the phone he became irate and told me he never agreed to changing the car to another automatic and called me a liar, he also said, you are the customer so you cant tell me what I said. I can do what I want. At one point even raising his voice at me to where I had to move the phone away from my ear. I couldnt believe I was being talked to like this. Ultimately, he told me either extend the current car for the original price or go elsewhere. After hanging up I checked around for another car rental but every place was already booked so I told the staff that I will just take it otherwise, Id be stuck (I was staying an hour away). The staff called Pedro back to confirm that we can proceed with the booking and Pedro decided to change the price right then and there, raising it another 5 per day because he was angry. Even his staff were telling me that hes difficult to deal with.. this is just not how you treat a customer and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Im usually extremely calm during all CS situations and was appalled hed behave in this way. Good luck keeping the business going with that attitude/treatment.

Die Mietwagenstation befindet sich ca. 1km vom Flughafen entfernt, Shuttle-Bus fährt regelmäßig. Vollkommen problemfreie Übernahme und Übergabe des Mietwagens, höfliches Personal. Wir haben über Check24 gebucht, vorbildlicher Service!

Geen fijne ervaring: auto slechts voor een kwart met benzine gevuld, daar heeft de verhuurder altijd profijt van omdat je een kwart lastig kunt inschatten bij een onbekende auto dus altijd voller inlevert! Na een half uur moest ik al tanken. Er was mij niet verteld dat het een Hybrid Car was, heb dus sowieso teveel getankt! Er is geen adres, je moet met de telefoon een QR code aan de muur scannen en bewaren op Google Maps. Niet iedereen kan dat. Pas na retourneren van de auto zag ik dat ze AV/Dicovery Cars heten en niet AV RentCar, dan had ik wel een adres kunnen vinden, maar misschien niet makkelijk kunnen bereiken omdat het aan een ventweg naast de weg naar het vliegveld ligt. Hoewel ik een TomTom bij me had kon ik daar dus geen adres invoeren en moest ik met mijn telefoon op schoot terugrijden. Zeer onprettig! Bovendien kreeg ik ondanks mijn verzoek daarom geen verzekeringsvoorwaarden. Op elke vraag hierover kwam het antwoord dat alles was gedekt. Volgende keer toch maar ergens anders huren!

Schlechter Service bei der Rückgabe. 6.00 Uhr war terminiert. 7.30 Uhr war immer noch keiner da.

Einfache Anmietung; Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Büro; qualifizierte Übergabe , tolle moderne Fahrzeuge (wir hatten zwei) - mit Navi, obwohl nicht gebucht, einfache Rückgabe mit Protokoll - schnell und professionell, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für 14 Tage

Unfortunately they ask for an unusually high deposit on your credit card, much higher than other car hire companies. Even for the smallest little Panda car. My credit card limit was not high enough, so I tried to call my bank to raise it, but it was after the bank had closed for the day. I ended up having to pay AVs daily full insurance rate for the 3 weeks of my car hire which added a LOT to the cost of the car hire. So what had looked like a decent price turned into an expensive total charge. Not a great start to a holiday.

I rented a car with this company on New Years Day. The communication before I collected the car through Ana was fantastic. The car I rented was what I ordered. I had no issues and they were great to deal with. I would recommend this rental company.
