Jai loué dans cette agence pour quelques jour sur Faro. Je recommande tout sest bien passé pour un total de 130 euros pour 3 jours avec assurance ( je me suis rendu compte quon trouve des locations moins cher mais en cas de probleme il faut payer la caution donc il faut faire attention) A vouloir gagner de largent on peut en perdre énormément. Superbe service et personne au top. Ils vous déposent à laéroport a la fin pour un trajet de quelques minutes.

Nous avons louer un véhicule via bsp, accueil chaleureux et personnel qui parle en français, voiture propre et fonctionnelle ( opel corsa), modèle pas récent mais du moment que cela roule !!! La voiture était abimé mais aucun soucis pour nous et l employé a tout noté sur sa feuille de location donc pas de problème pour le retour ! Nous avons bien eu les sièges auto comme convenu, il faut rendre la voiture avec le même montant d essence et pas besoin de la nettoyer si pas trop sale évidemment ! Une navette nous enmene et nous ramène à l aéroport cela est très pratique ! Bref je recommande vivement cette agence très sérieuse ! nous reviendrons !

Hubo un pequeño mal entendido entre el broker de coches y Best Deal pero Best Deal lo ha sabido solucionar sin problemas. Personal atento. Te pasan a buscar en el P4 del aeropuerto, el local está a pocos metros del aeropuerto. El coche estaba en buenas condiciones. Es recomendable el sistema de pago de autopistas por si pasas por ellas. En Portugal hay autopistas que no se pueden pagar directamente y te cobran por lectura de matrícula.

Ayant longuement hésité en lisant toutes les mauvaises expériences des clients auprès des diverses agences de Faro ( véhicules usagés jusqu a la corde, assurances abusives , prevelements, a posteriori )etc.. jai choisi Best Deal pour les commentaires plutôt rassurants. Et j ai bien fait car très bonne expérience, véhicule neuf, pas de pousse conso, gentillesse et service navette impeccable au parking P4. Jai pris la précaution de remplacer préalablement par ma carte bancaire visa de débit par une carte de credit pour éviter toute mauvaise surprise et m aquiter de la caution du véhicule , immédiatement remboursée a restitution. One of the BEST car rentals in the area! World-class service and good cars and you can pay with debit card which is a HUGE plus! No one uses credit cards these days, so its nice that BEST DEAL is up to date with the modern times. Unlike another car rental called OK Mobility - the worst scammer in the world, taking advantage of the normal misunderstanding between credit and debit cards. I ended up throwing 143 EUR out of the window at OK Mobility and they did absolutely nothing to help me get it back. So go to BEST DEAL or Europcar. They are by far the best car rentals in the area!

Agence de location correcte, pas de souci pour retirer et restituer le véhicule. Par contre, méfiance si avez souscrit une assurance pour la franchise sur un site partenaire, ils incitent à prendre leur assurance en supplément pour ne pas avoir à faire de dépôt de garantie, ce qui est inutile quand on a déjà souscrit une assurance pour le remboursement de franchise.

Je recommande cette agence de location. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les tarifs sont intéressants, et le service impeccable. La navette vous récupère à laéroport et vous emmène jusquà lagence située à quelques minutes. La voiture que nous avons reçu correspond à ce que nous avions réservé et était en super état et très propre. Pas de frais caché, et pas insistant pour payer tel où tel service supplémentaire.

I use bestdeal for all my clients. Last week a friend went to pick up a car but put all his luggage in the wrong car. They swapped it over and drove to Cabanas. We were having a meal when he suddenly realised he had left his wallet in the door of the other car. I called the office and told them, they called back 10 minutes later and had found the wallet. My friend collected it the next day....the wallet had over 500 and £1500 plus cards etc. Bestdeal.....honest and reliable. My thanks to those involved

Competitive prices. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. On the road, there was a problem with the car (light bulb stopped working), and the staff came up with an easy and fair way to solve this problem. I already rented a car many times in Faro, and compared with the competition, I can confirm that at Best Deal they don t try to rip you off, unlike at some of the more established car rental companies.

Wij hebben een Seat Ibiza gehuurd voor 10 dagen eind april. Heel goede service en ontvangst. De transfer vanuit luchthaven parking naar het verhuurbedrijf verliep heel vlot (bij reservatie best aangeven dat busje op parking 4 staat). Afhandeling/nazicht van de huur verliep vlot en correct. Controle op schade verliep correct. Er werd ons niet gevraagd om extra verzekering te nemen, maar is mogelijk. Afrekening van tol correct. Zeker aan te raden!

Bonne agence, navette depuis/vers l aéroport. Nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement des autoroutes qui peut être surprenant pour les français.

I came to Best Deal after having a bad experience with another company who wouldnt accept my credit card (as it only had initials, not my full name). Best Deal were quick to respond and provided an affordable price. The car I hired was good quality, and whilst they did offer the additional insurance and toll road meter they werent pushy at all when I said I didnt need them. We checked the car over together and I took additional photos of the some minor marks as advised. On returning the car they were really friendly and efficient, and I received the full deposit back just a few days after returning, and didnt need to show any of the photos I took. When I arrived a shuttle bus had just left so they gave me a lift to the airport in the car, which was a nice bonus. Beste allen, Graag deel ik hierbij mij ervaring met jullie bij Best Deal autoverhuurbedrijf voor mensen die nog twijfelen om te reserveren: Auto gehuurd 23/5 om 16:00h, 15:45h stond de shuttlebus al klaar op parking 4, eens aangekomen kon ik na 10min al doorrijden met de auto , 31/5 hadden wij afgesproken om 6uur auto terug te brengen omdat onze vlucht heel vroeg was! Wij zijn vanuit Albufera te laat vertrokken en om 6:15 kreeg ik telefoon of alles in orde was en of zij mij met iets konden helpen, ter plaatsen heeft het 2min geduurd en ze hebben ons naar de voordeur van de luchthaven gebracht. Achteraf is alles op een cent na correct afgetrokken van mijn MasterCard (tol)! Als we terug naar Portugal gaan dan is het met ogen dicht terug bij Best Deal! Top Top Top!

A l aéroport, nous avons pris la navette Best Deal sur le P4, qui nous a amené à leur bureau situé à 5mn. L accueil a été chaleureux, aimable, les explications sont claires et précises. La prise en charge du véhicule est simple, ils nous ont demandé de faire des photos et une vidéo. Pour le retour, compte tenu de notre départ très tôt, nous avons laissé le véhicule directement à l aéroport, moyennant 35 euros mais c était très pratique. Pas de stress. Pas de surprise, retour très positif. Je recommande.

Très satisfaite ! Une personne nous attendait à notre arrivée à laéroport,en 5 minutes de navette,nous étions à leur agence. Nous avons pu récupérer notre voiture rapidement, elle était conforme à notre réservation. Notre vol retour ayant été décalé,nous avons pu rajouter facilement une journée supplémentaire à notre réservation initiale. Nous avons louer chez eux du 15 au 22 mai 2023 , dans lensemble ça cest bien passé , je voudrai quand même faire quelques remarques . Personne de chez best deal était sur place a laéroport comme prévu . En aucun cas nous navons été prévenus quune navette pouvais nous emmener . ( nous avons failli partir a pied mais au dernier moment on a appeler et la on nous dit , on viens vous chercher . ha daccord ! ) le personnel nest pas très aimable , aussi bien a laller quau retour . le positif : le rapport qualité prix , un véhicule neuf en parfait état le personnel parle Français . pas dentourloupe .

La restitution sest très bien passé, ils ne cherchent pas à nous arnaquer contrairement à dautres. Pour en avoir testé dautres sur Faro, je recommande cette agence ++.

Good and friendly service! Shuttle bus person gave me instructions about how to drive back to return the car. Well informed on what to expect regarding additional costs and why. They advised to film the condition of the car. I mistakenly rented till noon but was intending to return at 5 pm, no extra charge. Overall a really good experience!

Je suis passée pour ce loueur via economy booking. Il est venu nous cherché à l heure sur le P4 de l aéroport le soir. Ensuite j ai payé le reste du de la location et une caution de 1200 il me semble. Il n a pas cherché à nous vendre d assurance en plus, c était simple rapide et efficace. Nous avons eu une nissan (je crois), propre. Pas de problème la voiture nous convenait c était pas un modèle récent mais ça nous allait très bien ! Pour le retour nous avons déposé la voiture, il a fait un rapide tour voir si pas de gros problèmes sur la carrosserie et nous a ramené tout de suite à l aéroport! Pour moi ce loueur était vraiment bien et pas d arnaque. Si nous revenons à albu je repasserais par lui et en plus le tarif n était vraiment pas excessif. On a toujours un peu peur avec les locations de voiture mais ici pas de problème. Merci !

Ayant longuement hésité en lisant toutes les mauvaises expériences des clients auprès des diverses agences de location de voitures, j ai choisi pour notre séjour du 31/05/23 au 07/06/23 Best Deal via BSP Auto pour les commentaires les plus rassurants et ce fût une très bonne expérience (pas d entourloupe). Le véhicule était récent, en très bon état, propre, pas de forcing pour les options, caution débloquée immédiatement à la restitution. L état de la voiture a été fait en notre présence tant à la prise (il nous a été conseillé de prendre des photos) qu au retour du véhicule. Service navette gratuit et impeccable Très bonne agence de location. Service rapide, personnel très agréable ayant de plus de bonnes notions de français, ce qui facilite les échanges. Je recommande vivement cette agence.

Rented a car in June2023 for a week. Good communication, they respond to the phone or call back immediately. Quick pick up, quick transfer, they are very close to the airport. Watch the 35 out of hours charge, not sure I had the info when booking. Easy check out, again very quick transfer to airport. They seem a good and efficient team, would use them again.

So its in the middle of nowhere, they dont give you what you booked, they force you to take out insurance and when you leave they charge you a scratch for nothing at all NULL !

We booked a car via DiscoverCars. We took Panda Hybrid. Car was clean and in good shape, almost new (around 13 000 mileage). No problems during the rent. The price was OK. Formalities were quick, both at pick up and on return. Staff spoke good English. They pick you up from the airport by a shuttle and bring to the office, this takes about 3 minutes, so no problem here. You might need to call them, though (consider doing this while walking). I recommend it.

Very happy to recommend Best Deal who we used for the first time in July. The office is less than 5 minutes from the airport and everything was very smoothly handled by Marcelo. The process left me feeling that the company cared about the customer and providing a good service, which is not always the case with my car hire experiences. For info, we used the toll road on many occasions over 11 days and the bill came to around 22 euros so I would recommend paying for the toll machine.

Really good experience renting a car for our family holiday in the Albufeira area. Best deal gave us a good price for a skoda family estate. When we arrived we found the suitcases were too bulky for the car Id reserved but Bruno kindly found a larger group D car and didnt increase the hire cost. Very friendly and professional service and very straightforward to deal with. I would recommend.

This is a great company who you can trust and be guaranteed to get a 5 star service from. I rented a Seat Ibiza for a week in Faro. It was very reasonably priced and the staff were honest, polite and friendly. I received a courtesy call the day before I arrived to confirm my booking and clarify my arrival time. Even though the company isnt on the airport it is only a few minutes away in the courtesy van. The transfer was waiting for us when we arrived from the UK and when we handed the vehicle back we didnt wait anytime and were transferred to the airport again within minutes. I cant rate this company highly enough.. thank you Best Deal Ill certainly be using you again.

Having travelled to Portugal many times with family and using many different car hire companies, we will definitely be sticking with Best Deal. I was at first wary of using another off-site car hire as we are now travelling with our 3 year old toddler, so ease is the aim nowadays. However, Best Deal was really easy to find, less than 5 minute drive from the airport, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cost is very competitive. Whats not to love?! Very happy with our car rental at Best Deal. After booking online I had some questions, which were always answered very fast and polite. We were picked up from the airport, as the agency is a few minutes drive away. Car was good and clean, unlimited kilometers, and with extra insurance we didnt have to bother with franchise. Upon return everything went smooth as well and we had a transfer back to the airport. Its very nice to finally have a rental company that doesnt try to scam you!!

Der Name ist Programm. Super freundlich und zuverlässig. Es wurde gesehen, das wir zu viert waren und etwas mehr Gepäck dabei hatten, da gab es ein kostenloses Upgrade. Der Citroën war in einem guten Zustand. Die Beratung vor Ort war auch sehr gut. Heute Morgen wurden wir vor Öffnung im 8 Uhr bedient und wieder zum Flughafen gefahren. Daher 5 Sterne.

I was very happy with their price and service! I previously rented a car from other company and felt they were shady and a local hostel owner recommended Best Deal. Location il y a une semaine. Personnel très sympathique. On ma proposé au choix lassurance en supplément ou caution sans forcing. Nous avons eu un véhicule plus grand que prévu donc parfait pour les bagages.pas de soucis avec la voiture. Retour du véhicule sans soucis également (je conseille cette agence au vu des commentaires sur dautres loueurs: Europcar/Sixt pour les citer qui sont loin dêtre rassurants...) ici aucun problème.

Nous avons longtemps hésité pour choisir notre agence de location. Puis par de simples échanges de mails, cette agence a su répondre en Français à toutes nos questions, très rapidement. Goede service, goede prijs en goede wagen. Seat Ibiza in Faro drie weken gehuurd, vriendelijke mensen. We moesten iets langer wachten om opgehaald te worden door de shuttle, waarschijnlijk omdat het een late vlucht was, maar dat was niet erg.

Wir sind über unser Hotel Golden Beach Guesthouse in Praia de Faro an diese Mietwagenfirma gekommen. Wir hatten einen soooo guten Service und das obwohl dort die Preise noch günstiger waren als anderswo. Hier wird mit einem Aufpreis auf eine Kaution verzichtet. Daher haben wir uns für Best Deal entschieden. Zusatzversicherung kosten kaum etwas, ebenfalls das Mautgerät. Mietwägen werden auch geliefert. Überraschend war, das es keine Km Begrenzung gibt und somit sind wir von Faro nach Sagres mit ein paar Zwischenstopps. Ein Traum. Ein junger Mann mit sehr kurzem Haar, macht nicht nur seinen Job richtig gut (hatte das Gefühl er macht dort fast alles alleine) sondern ist auch sehr aufmerksam und außerordentlich freundlich und entgegenkommend. Noch schöner ist es das die Menschlichkeit nicht verloren gegangen ist. Kostenloser Shuttle vom Flughafen hin und zurück, sind ca. 5 Minuten. Kann man auch in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Bitte gebt bei diesen Preise gerne ein gutes Trinkgeld, das Personal freut sich und diese Dankbarkeit hat uns einfach sprachlos gemacht. Wir werden euch empfehlen und wünschen alles Gute! Is the best agency ever, really. I have rent many cars during 2021 and 2022 and every time the rent was super easy and everything was made like a big family, the price is absolutely the best compared to the other agencies in Faro. In addition to that they helped me after more then 2 years when I received a fine to my home address in Italy and immediately they did everything they could to find out the contracts and they told me the course of action to solve the problems. A perfect place to rent a car at Faro. Very reactive, very professional and very pleasant people. Price is quite cheap and you can choose between a lot of vehicules (personnaly I do not drive so well, so I could choose a little car). Very fast to get and return the car. They even drove us to the airport for free when we returned the car ! So kind of them I highly recommend this place

We rented a small Fiat at Best Deal in Faro for ten days, it was a very good experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The car was very clean and fresh. I really think Best Deal offers the best deal when it comes to renting a car near Faro Airport. Theres a shuttle bus that transports you to and from the airport, we only used it after returning the car. By foot it takes about 15-25 minutes (with hand luggage). If youre going for the pedestrian route its best to stay on the right side of the road (when going from the Airport to Best Deal), theres a pedestrian bridge near Best Deal, dont cross the one near the roundabout at Faro Airport because the other side (the left side) of the road is not very safe for pedestrians. In hindsight it would have probably been better to just wait or call the shuttle. Side note: The A22 is the main highway that crosses through the Algarve, theres taxes for using the road but these are taken care of by a small device in the car that registers whenever you use the A22. Costs are then deducted from your credit card afterwards. The rental fee for this device is rather low. We had no clue about this but the staff at Best Deal explained it to us very well.

Very good car renting company. Its a small company but very flexible. they picked us up at the train station about 20min after we called them and drive us back to the bus station. Very nice people. Easy, fast and professional services. I will rent again with them.

Très bonne expérience. Nous avons été pris en charge à laéroport. Le mini bus se trouve au niveau des locations de voitures bien signalé. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Au retour de la voiture, qui était très propre, ils nous ont aimablement déposé dans un guest house ou nous avons passé la nuit à proximité de laéroport car notre vol était tôt le matin. Service au top!!! Bravo

Très contents de vos services. Prise en charge à laéroport pour retirer notre véhicule qui était très propre. Lors de notre retour, pour vol annulé et reporté, nous avons du réserver une chambre près de laéroport et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous y déposer. Bonne expérience avec une équipe très sympathique, nous les recommandons vivement. Em férias no Algarve, aluguem um carro com eles!!! Excelente atendimento, desde o primeiro contato telefônico antes do aluguel. Chegando ao aeroporto fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados sobre os procedimentos, pedágios, autoestrada e nacional(mesmo chegando em voo após às 22h00). Seguimos em viagem pela costa portuguesa (atualmente estamos mais precisamente em Lisboa) e eu tive a infelicidade de fechar o carro com a chave dentro. Entrei em contato com a agência, que se localiza no sul do país e nós estamos ao norte, e o retorno foi quase que imediato. Eles me informaram o número da assistência, contactei-os e em menos de 1 hora recuperamos a chave e por consequência o carro. Além da qualidade no atendimento, eles tem os melhores preços e são uma empresa local. Ainda não terminamos as férias e já pensamos em retornar e com toda certeza alugaremos com Best Deal.

Jai eu une très bonne expérience avec Best deal lors de mon séjour au Portugal . Nous avons été pris en charge de laéroport de Faro au niveau du Parking 4 dans un mini bus. Par sécurité, nous avons préféré prendre loption à 33 euros pour assurer le véhicule (ce qui évite le prélèvement de la caution), il sagissait dune fiat panda très propre et bon état. Lorsque nous avons rendu la voiture, tout sest très passé, pas de problème signalé. Je vous recommande de louer chez best deal pour vos séjours dans la région de lAlgarve.

Très bon service Compliqué pour rendre la voiture à laéroport, au parking ,pas dinfo, du coup on a laissé la clé dans la boîte à gants. Seul point négatif, en ayant la voiture à rendre avant louverture à 8h du matin, supplément de 35 facturés alors que cétait au parking de laéroport et quils navaient rien à faire

Jai loué une voiture avec BEST DEAL fin octobre 2022 pour ma femme, moi et nos deux petits-fils. Tout a été super. La personne nous attendait à laéroport, la voiture était nickel et le tarif attractif. Je nai eu aucune mauvaise surprise au moment de rendre cette voiture que jai gardé 8 jours. Pour moi tout est parfait : français , allez y les yeux fermés : Nous sommes arrivés à Faro depuis le train : ils sont venus nous cherchés sans présenter d extra Nous avons loué une voiture très propre intérieurement et extérieurement Notre caution n a pas été encaissée ( contrairement à d autres loueurs avec des français) Nous avons été raccompagnés à l aéroport un dimanche matin à 9h sans extra Ils sont sérieux, fiables et disposent d une très large gamme de véhicules !
