The counter in the terminal wasn't open, so we had to transport our suitcases about 500 meters through a pedestrian tunnel to the Hertz/dollar/Thrifty office. The process there and ultimately the takeover of the vehicle worked very well. Even when the car was returned after 2 weeks, everything went well. 5 stars and our recommendations. 👍😀

I'm surprised there are so few reviews here at Dollar. Dollar rent a car company belongs to the Hertz group, which is where we also received the vehicle. We were very happy with our rental car, which we had for 2 weeks. The pick-up and return process was carried out very quickly. The company employee there was very friendly. What more could you want?

Booked through check24, I picked up the car at dollar/Hertz/Thrifty. No other car rental company has ever been so uncomplicated! This means that everything went quickly and smoothly when the vehicle was picked up and returned. Very friendly person at the handover. Almost received new Peugeot 208. When it was returned, the car wasn't even looked at or checked. The key was thrown into a compartment (a kind of mailbox) and I was able to get to the terminal. By the way; The way to and from the terminal is quite a stretch! You have to roll the suitcase(s) through a tunnel to the landlord's office. That's about 500 m. The way to the landlord is logically just that far! Not ideal for older people, especially not for the disabled. At home I received additional payment for -accidentally- entering the motorway twice. My fault. Apparently the cars there won't be examined until later!?

Charged me without explaining or responding to my emails. Also ordered a car to fit two suitcases in and this one could only fit one so my girls had to travel with the other between them. Chap on desk very nice and polite but if you pay for less you get less. Never learn ey!
