Possibly the worst company I have ever used, con artists, avoid at all costs! - rude and disrespectful from start to finish, we were charged for damage that was not caused by us and when evidence was shown I was told that it is irrelevant, when questioned about this I was threatened and I can carry on… I will never be using this company again.

I happened to come to DRIVALIA via my insurance company following my car breakdown, and I was warmly welcomed by the lovely and friendly staff. From checkin to checkout everything went out smoothly. We rented a vehicle at Drivalia Faro from 17 to 25/9/2023. Nickel vehicle (new). Everything went really well when taking possession and returning the vehicle. No bad surprises. I highly recommend this rental agency.

Fantastic service from the staff: professional and friendly, and I was entitled to an upgrade on the rental vehicle, I recommend it!
