Die schlechten Bewertungen können wir (ein Pärchen) nicht verstehen. Es ging alles super schnell bei der Rückgabe. Auf Check 24 war alles angegeben so wie es auch war. Wir würden es wieder machen und preislich waren sie einfach unschlagbar

Ich fühl mich ehrlich gesagt betrogen. Dass man 33 mehr bezahlt, weil man 30 min vor der Öffnungszeit kommt, ist schon krass. Aber als ich das Auto bekommen habe, meinte der Mitarbeiter zu mir, dass ich gern Autobahn fahren kann und die Maut Kosten dann einfach danach bezahlen kann. Bei der Abgabe hieß es dann auf einmal, dass ich eine Miete von 19 für das Mait Gerät im Auto bezahlen soll. Das stand aber nirgends und wurde mir vorher auch nicht gesagt. Sie versuchen einfach mit jedem kleinen Scheiß einen anzuzocken, es nervt! Und man hat keine Chance ich würde den Anbieter nicht empfehlen.

Nous avons loué deux voitures pour une dizaine deuros par jour. Nous avons donné une caution de 2100 euros par cb qui na pas été débitée. Le dossier a été clôturé après le check out effectué. Lagence dispose dun parc important de voitures qui sont systématiquement lavées dans leur station. Ils sont ouverts 7/7 de 8h à 20h avec un personnel efficace. Ils ont une navette à laéroport. Je recommande pour le rapport qualité prix.

Wir hatten über ein Plattform ein Auto von Movida bekommen. Ich war erstaunt wie einfach und schnell wir das gebuchte Auto, bekamen. Es hat vom abholen am Flughafen Faro, Auto Übergabe, Auto zurück geben und Transfer zurück zum Flughafen alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Uns wurde nichts zusätzlich versucht anzudrehen. Alles Top und Preis Leistung wunderbar. Kann ich nur empfehlen. 5 Sterne.

Dieses Mal hat alles geklappt. Im Frühjahr wurden wir noch um 294 Euro betrogen, die wir zusätzlich zahlen mussten, weil unsere Kreditkarten nicht akzeptiert wurden. Dieses Mal hat es mit der selben Kreditkarte geklappt. Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt.

Ich habe meinen Geldbeutel im Handschuhfach vergessen und eine Stunde später angerufen unter Angabe des Kennzeichen/ Vertragsnummer. Angeblich wurde die Geldbörse nicht gefunden ... Danke für den guten Service!

Not only it took over an hour arguing and proving I paid for a 2nd driver at the time of the booking, leaving me stressed and crying(they wanted an additional 500 euros) They made me click a good review when I returned the car in August For them to guarantee the return of my deposit. It took a while to get it back and .. I thought that was it. For me its not the value of the toll its the fact I was told when my deposit us returned(after paying them a fee..Im guessing 20 euro for tolls and an additional I think 2.70 for another one) Now Four Months later, yes the scammers are back to say they have already charged my credit card for another one. I was guaranteed at the time at the desk my card details do not stay with them after the return of the deposit ..as they consider my contract is finished with them. Believe me I did ask!! Now it turns out you can have a Big surprise(just in time to stress me for Christmas) I did allow them to take it to save me the tears but imagine they do that to all customers and everyone pays it because its only a toll..and they cant handle the stress. This is illegal in a real world. They are nothing but Scammers , making money from everyone who doesnt dispute the charges for different reasons. Karma is on you. Happy Christmas I wont ever come to you for a car and will not recommend you to anyone. If you already hired , Do ask them in writing to Remove your Card details from their records. Ich war etwas erschrocken ab der vielen negativen Bewertungen. Muss aber gestehen dass wir von A - Z eine super Erfahrung hatten. Der Preis war super attraktiv, der Pick-up vom Flughafen hat wunderbar geklappt und das administrative schnell erledigt. Hatten einen relativ neuen Seat Ibiza erhalten in gutem Zustand. Das Auto hatte vorne einen Schaden der aber entsprechend vermerkt war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Rückgabe war schnell und unkompliziert.

Ja la vai mais ou menos 16/17 anos que mudei para o UK e desde do primeiro ano que vou a Lisboa de ferias alugo carros na Driveonholidays eu pessoalmente nunca tive razao de queixas ate por vezes alugo carros de uma certa cat, e recebo de uma cat, superior sem extra pagamento,staff amavel e simpatico e sempre disponivel ajudar em qualquer duvida ou problema que surgir durante o aluguer do carro, os carros sempre recebi carros limpos e em otimas condicoes alguns sao quase novos com menosmde 3/4 mil km. Em resumo eu recomendo-os sempre aos meus amigos vaoa Lisboa.Para mim servico % estrelas

Swhr schlechter Service, unmotivierte Mitarbeiter und lange Wartezeiten. Zudem wurde auch hier eine absolut unnötige Versicherung aufgedrängt.

I had a terrible experience renting from this company. They charged me twice for insurance (lost ~160 EUR because the teller said I had to tap twice) and have not responded to my claims. They push aggressive upsells right before handing over the car keys. Although we had already purchased insurance through Expedia, we were told it wouldn t cover certain aspects (X & Y), basically forcing us to pay more for additional insurance and upsells than for the car itself. To make matters worse, we waited 45 minutes in line to pick up the car. It s 2024 I expect transparency in pricing before booking and a smoother process overall. This company is just an outdated business disguised with a modern facade.

Una verfuenza que habiendo pagado todo en el lugar, 4 meses después te cobran algo sin abuso alguno. No volvería Ahora en noviembre 2024, me quieren cobrar otros peajes siendo q viaje a principios de mayo 2024. Desastre

Son unos completos impresentables en todos los sentidos. 1º Te hacen pagar un seguro innecesario para poder llevarte el coche asegurándote que el que has contratado por Bookin no es valido lo cual es mentira. 2º Te hacen esperar para recoger a varios pasajeros a la vez tanto a la llegada como a la salida, sin importarles tu situación o que sus trabajadores no estén haciendo nada. 3º No te devuelven la fianza a pesar de entregar el coche en perfecto estado y cuando se la reclamas te contestan tarde y mal, con el objetivo de quedarse tu dinero.

Je vous recommande cet agence. 3 locations, je nai jamais été déçu. Personnel très agréable, ils vous expliquent tout en détails, la caution, lautoroute (via verde)... La navette nattend pas dêtre pleine pour vous déposer à laéroport. Jai loué une fois sur la cabane du P4 et je me suis fait arnaqué. Je pense que désormais je ne louerai plus que chez Drive On. D ailleurs, si on peut avoir une carte de fidélité, je suis preneur.

Mensen trap er niet in. Begin september een auto gehuurd en we hebben nog steeds geen borg terug. Nu al 20 keer gebeld zonder resultaat. Bij aankomst is het zo druk dat iedereen blij is dat je aan de beurt bent en daarom dus maar allemaal extra dingen afrekend om ervan af te zijn en weg te kunnen. Wees gewaarschuwd. Oplichters!!!

Haben letztes Jahr im Dezember ein Fahrzeug über Check 24 (AurumCars) und letzt endlich war es drive On Holidays gebucht, und waren sehr zufrieden. Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Mietstation sehr kurz. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und professionell. Das Fahrzeug im sehr guten Zustand und modern, mit mehr Ausstattung als gebucht. Abgegeben haben wir das Fahrzeug am 01.01.2024 und das sehr früh, dennoch waren die Mitarbeiter pünktlich und freundlich. Alles reibungslos geklappt. Somit haben wir für diese Jahr Dezember wieder bei diesem Autoanbieter gebucht.

Abholung am Parkplatz P4 war reibungslos. Auto ist sauber und vollgetankt gewesen. Moderne Autoflotte. Rücktransport zum Flughafen war auch problemlos. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Worst car rental service we experienced. We booked car though Booking.com and also paid for full insurance provided by Booking. We waited quite a long time for shuttle bus that would take us to the office, as the office isn t directly at the airport. We were asked about the insurance. We told them that we purchased insurance on Booking, but they said they don t accept that insurence and we either need to buy full insurence with them, or they would block 3 800 on our card and that we should decide what we wanted. We decided do pay for yet another full insurance. By the way, carefuly check what s included in their wannabe full insurance, as for example tyre, wheel damage, interior, roof or underside of vehicle isn t included in their full insurace . We had rented car before many times, but something like this never happened to us. We will never book car with this company again, and definitely would not recommend booking a car with them!!!

Pour moi à recommander, zéro problème. Attention aux cartes bancaires françaises , vérifier bien si vous avez mention CRÉDIT sur votre carte. Voiture conforme avec réservation. Les péages à régler sur place à la fin. Navette gratuite depuis aéroport, attention il faut traverser le parking P4 Line E , vous verrez les drapeaux voir la photo , navet toute les 15minutes . A fuir absolument des escros et je pèse mes mots,ils nous font des assurances en plus alors qu on l à déjà prise sur. Le site de réservation, l entretien du véhicule est inexistant à peine arrivé à lisbon plus d huile dans le moteur, nous avons donc acheté un bidon d 1 litres sinon casse moteur.Lorsque nous avons rendu le véhicule ils n ont pas voulu nous rembourser parce qu il fallait les appeler, et se faire dépanner, alors attention ne faite pas la même erreur !!!!

Service navettes a disposition, très peu d attente. Personnel accueillant. Tarif très intéressant pour la première semaine d août avec un véhicule tout neuf pour ma part. Remise commerciale suite à une incompréhension. Service au top je recommande

Dieser Vermieter hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Das Abholen des Wagens war richtig stressig: 1. Der Abholort P4 ist zwar gut zu finden, allerdings gibt es überhaupt keinen Hinweis auf Drive on Holidays. Der Shuttle-Wagen hatte ist mit Movida bezeichnet. 2. Die Abholschlange hat eine knappe Stunde gedauert, die Mitarbeiter waren dort nicht motiviert. 3. Die Übergabe des Wagens war schrecklich: Der Mitarbeiter war absolut unfreundlich und hat uns komplett ignoriert, viele Schrammen am Lack und an den Felgen wurden von ihm gar nicht beachtet. Nur unter massivem Druck hat er noch irgendwas in Portugisisch als Vorschaden auf den Vertrag gekritzelt . Fairerweise muss ich sagen, dass die Abgabe problemlos verlief

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL - STAY AWAY. this company will charge you for insurance that basically doesnt cover any damage of the car, and then if something happens (not talking about an accident, but minor things) they will bill you approximately 1000$ FOR EACH REPAIR. how is that possible? because they add to the bill amount of hours to fix such damage with an exaugurated amount so you pay for 17 hours to fix a scratch, or 19 hours to fix something that takes literally 2 hours. We unfortunately paid them 2000$ during our last visit, and due to persisting from my side and filing a formal complaint against them to the consumers protection of Portugal, we were able to get a refund for only 900$. They simply stopped answering our e-mails when we asked to see THE ACTUAL COST of fixing said scratch and not what they estimate. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT RUIN YOUR VACATION, rent from another company.

Mi experiencia con esta compañía es muy negativa. Me cobraron 1300 euros, que en ningún lugar me avisaban que debería pagar como deposito, cuando lo contraté por booking. Depués pretendían cobrarme 35 euros para llevarme de su centro al aeropuerto (no me lo cobraron porque me vieron molesta). Han pasado 2 semanas desde que devolví el coche y aun no me han devuelto mis 1300 euros!!! Llamo y me dicen que es cosa del banco pero mi banco me ha dicho que aun no han depositado la cantidad.

Vermijd dit bedrijf. Tijdens de reis is er iemand tegen de auto aangereden terwijl hij geparkeerd stond. Keurig netjes schadeformulier ingevuld + contactgegevens van de aanrijden + telefoonnummer van de lokale politie gegeven. Ondanks dit wouden ze dat ik de schade ging voorschieten, terwijl het niet mijn schuld was. Toen ik witheet werd kwamen ze hierop terug aangezien we via sunnycars geboekt hadden. Daarnaast voor de tol rekenen ze 16 voor het gebruik van het kastje, maar ze zeggen dat het de inschatting is van de verwachte tolkosten. Vervolgens moet je nog tolkosten betalen + ze houden 70 hiervoor in op je creditcard. Idioot bedrijf, heeft geen recht van bestaan.

Schlechtester Kundenservice ever. Auto zurückgegeben, Sonnenbrille darin vergessen. Noch am selben Tag gemeldet. Rückmeldung war, dass die Brille gefunden wurde. Nach mehreren Wochen mit vielen Mails und Telefonate wurde mir die Rücksendung versprochen. Nach weiteren Wochen wurden mir die Kosten für die Rücksendung mitgeteilt. Betrag sofort überwiesen, dann wieder nichts. Nach weiteren Mails und Telefonaten wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es doch nicht meine Brille war und ich bekomme den Betrag für die Rücksendung rückerstattet. Nun sind wieder 3 Wochen um, das Geld wurde noch immer nicht zurücküberwiesen...

Einem wird versucht eine zusätzliche Versicherung zu verkaufen, bzw die Kaution durch extra Zahlung auf 0 zu senken ,weil sonst würde man das bei einem Schaden ja einbehalten und das wäre dann nicht mehr das Problem der Vermietung. Auch nach freundlichem Ablehnen wird man gedrängt Sie zu nehmen.

Drive on Holidays ist eine weniger bekannte Autovermietung, die dennoch durch ihre reibungslose Abwicklung und zuverlässigen Service überzeugt. Die Abholung am Flughafen verlief problemlos, der Transfer per Shuttle funktionierte einwandfrei. Das gemietete Fahrzeug war praktisch neu, mit wenigen Kilometern auf dem Tacho. Auch die Rückgabe des Autos war unkompliziert. Allerdings fällt eine Extragebühr von 35 Euro für den Shuttle an, wenn die Rückgabe vor 8:00 Uhr morgens erfolgt. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hinterlässt jedoch einen sehr positiven Eindruck. Insgesamt bietet Drive on Holidays einen sehr guten Service und ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Ich habe zum wiederholten Mal hier ein Auto gemietet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kein Versuch was zusätzliches zu verkaufen. Annahme und Abgabe liefern reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

I ve used this company on a few occasions and this will definitely be the last. I accidentally entered the motorway but immediately exited. When dropping the car back I was told for that I had to pay an 18 activation fee . They could see that it was a .16 cent toll which I tried to pay directly before but was unable. A complete accident and absolutely zero discretion shown. No good will = no more business from me. Enjoy the 18 as it s the last Euro you ll see from me. Poor management. Tried to lie saying it s the law . There is no law forcing companies to charge an administrative/activation fee for a toll.

Prima geregeld: auto gereserveerd in Nederland via ANWB. Op het vliegveld van Faro meld je je bij een net transferbus die je naar het kantoor brengt. Mooie nieuwe autos (Euro 280,00 voor 9 dagen, all-inclusive, geen eigen risico, onbeperkt kilometers: via ANWB). Terugbrengen op afgesproken tijd, waarna transferbusje je weer afzet op het vliegveld. Gemakkelijk en efficiënt.

Ich kann die negativen Eindrücke bzgl. der versteckten Kosten voll bestätigen. Leider wird die Kaution mit einer VISA-Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert, weil es nur eine Debit-Karte ist. Erstaunlich, wie schnell die Mitarbeiter auch die entsprechend Kleingedruckte Passage in dem Check24-Vertrag ausfindet gemacht haben (3 Sekunden). Natürlich wird einem dann eine sehr viel teurere Lösung angeboten, bei der keine Kaution fällig wird. Die Ironie: die Kaution, die dann für das Mautgerät fällig lässt sich dann komischerweise doch mit der VISA-Kreditkarte blockieren. Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt. Die niedrigen Preise sind leider nur ein billiges Lockmittel. Nie wieder

Wir haben über Check24 ein Fahrzeug gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Ablauf verlief reibungslos, und ich kann Drive on Holidays uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nach nur 5 Minuten Wartezeit wurden wir äußerst freundlich empfangen und betreut. Es wurden uns keine zusätzlichen Versicherungen aufgedrängt. Das Auto war mit nur 8.000 km in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Auch die Rückgabe verlief unkompliziert, begleitet von der gleichen Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wir hatten bei der Buchung einen Renault Grand Scenic oder ähnlich (IVMR) reserviert, erhielten jedoch einen Dacia Jogger, der nicht wirklich vergleichbar ist. Drive on Holidays bietet keine Renault Grand Scenic an diese Information hätte besser kommuniziert werden sollen.

Ich warte seit Anfang September auf die Rückerstattung der Maut. Auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet. Vor Ort war soweit alles ok mit Ausnahme, dass mir versucht wurde, eine teure Versicherung anzudrehen (und Angst gemacht wurde, sollte das Auto einen Schaden haben), obwohl ich bereits eine Versicherung durch meinen Anbieter hatte.

FINGER WEG! Absolute Abzocke. Man kennt ja schon die Masche mit dem Versicherungsverkauf (obwohl alles bereits inkludiert ist, wenn man über Check24 bucht), aber nun wenden sie eben noch etwas neues an: Man muss vorher eine Maut Gebühr hinterlegen (natürlich viel zu hoch) und bekommt diese dann angeblich nach Verrechnung der tatsächlichen Maut zurück erstattet. Wir kennen das Spiel... aber was soll man machen außer zu vertrauen? Natürlich hatten wir 70 nicht verbraucht und sollten diese innerhalb von 2-4 Wochen zurück erstattet bekommen...siehe da: NICHTS! Und auf Emails wird natürlich nicht reagiert.

Worst experience ever picking the car up. Waited almost 2 hours from our pickup time. Then they have the nerve to inform about extra costs of you return the car more than 15 minutes early. Bad information on how to get to the shuttle/rental shop - Easy to fix in pick-up information. Hidden costs about toll fees. Returning the car was very smooth however :) overall not worth the lower price compared to other car rentals.

nog steeds aan het wachten op ons geld. we betaalde eerst contant de verzekering. daarna terug gegaan om met de creditcard te betalen. we zouden het contante geld terug gestort krijgen binnen een par dagen. het is nu 8weken verder en nog geen cent gezien. als je ze belt krijg je te horen dat je moet wachten en dat het vanzelf goed komt. still waiting for our money. we first paid the insurance in cash. then went back to pay with credit card. we would get the cash back within a few days. Its now been 8 weeks and we havent seen a cent yet. When you call them you are told to wait and that everything will be fine.

Took a while to get seen and pick the car up but lovely car and handy shuttle too and from the airport was good.

Friendly staff, quick and efficient turnaround, minibus runs like clockwork to and from airport. Minibus driver waited nearly 2 hours for us after we were delayed in passport control and was one of the last flights in to Faro. Thought we were stuck till in the morning or a taxi to Albufiera and back but they really pulled us out the mire and got us processed and on our way really quickly. Big thank you to Drive on holidays. P.s car was great too and an upgrade as well so will definitely be using again on our next trip.

BAD SERVICE- I do not recommend you rent a car from movida. It may appear that the price is low but they charge alot of extra charges on pickup that it s better you rent from more trustworthy companies. Our car simply had a flaw one day that wasn t our fault and they charged us 900 Euros for something that we didn t do. They just made up the number without showing us proof that it s the actual cost. The staff was rude and inconsiderate.

Chauffeur driven shuttle from the airport (P4 car park 10 mins) clean office with enough staff to assist each guest on arrival. Elói Cardoso greeted me and confirmed my booking details.His colleague Mohamed Nada explained the insurance waiver to me while he printed off the forms. I was taken to a clean car , shown around, given contact telephone numbers and told what to do in an emergency by Elói.

Une étoile cest encore cher payé, les pratiques commerciales de ce loueurs sont honteuses, il vous vend des assurances a un prix exorbitant en vous faisant croire que cest une caution, le plein nest jamais fait lors du départ il y a de quoi faire 20 kilomètres, lors du retour sil reste la moitié rien nest remboursé, il impose doffice un Bip dautoroute même si vous avez le vôtre, le personnel est désagréable au possible. Je nai jamais payé un location aussi chère pour un véhicule et pourtant je voyage partout dans le monde. A évitez impérativement.

I had a fantastic experience renting a car from Movida. They are an honest company that doesn t push unnecessary add-ons, offering clear, transparent, and friendly communication throughout the process. Both the pick-up and return of the vehicle were seamless and hassle-free. I was also impressed that the blocked deposit was released immediately, even on a Sunday. I m glad I chose Movida for my car rental needs and would highly recommend them for their reliability and trustworthiness.

Agence loin de l aéroport, on est pas au courant du service de navette ( 5 km à pied ça use ça use ) surtout après être sortie de 19 heures de vol. Plusieurs surprises, comme des montants imprévus à payer, le fait que toutes les cartes ne sont pas acceptées ( bravo pour les touristes), le commercial ne m as pas proposé de solution alternative seulement des alternatives ou je dois payer encore plus. Et ce n est pas tout ! Pour faire court, il y a assez d agence de location de voiture à l aéroport et sans doute encore moins cher et plus humains, perdez pas votre temps avec eux. Et si vous êtes déterminé à signer chez eux, lisez bien les avis ( cela vous éviterait de casser le début de vos vacances ) . À bon entendeur salue

Hat alles gut geklappt. Von der Abholung mit dem Shuttle zum Flughafen und mit der verfrühten Abgabe (33 ). Wir wurden 1x gefragt wegen Versicherungserhöhung, aber nicht bedrängt. Kreditkarte hatte nicht gleich geklappt, der Mann am Schalter war sehr ruhig und geduldig. Alles ging zügig, auch die Rückgabe. Es waren mehrere da, die die ankommenden Autos zurückgenommen haben. Alles sehr angenehm. Buchen da gerne wieder.

We hebben een uitstekende service ervaren. Onze vlucht was vroeger dan de openingstijden. Na een telefoontje was alles geregeld en konden wij de huurauto buiten de openingstijden inleveren en binnen no-time werden we naar Faro Airport gebracht. Zeer aardige werknemers.

Company did not make it at all obvious that it s not on the airport premises. The shuttle from the airport arrived 5-10 minutes after getting to the waiting spot and there were too many people for the shuttle (so some people had to wait for a second, not really what you want when you ve just landed, waiting in the Portugese heat in a car park). Location wise is about a mile from the airport so not even that far, but there was a big queue already for collection so again a lot of waiting around. Getting the car was straight forward enough, the usual deposit for everything and you re away. I tried contacting the company on the day of collection to let them know I was going to be late and it was impossible to get hold of anyone, contacted zest and they said there s nothing they can do. Dropped the car off 100 minutes late and they insisted on me paying an extra 16. Yes I was late but I normally return cars early and get (and expect) no money back . Just think it s very poor customer experience especially since it s not on the airport AND when they drop you off it s back at the car rental point at the end of the car park, it would take them a couple of extra minutes to drop you off at the terminal and that would actually make me consider using them again in future

Navette sans temps énorme dattente, dommage quelle ne te dépose proche de lentrée de laéroport !!

L accueil était lamentable, 0 explication, même pas un tour du véhicule pour vérifier que celui-ci soit en bon état (on m a expliqué que le véhicule. Le seul objectif de ce loueur de véhicules et d arnaquer au maximum les touristes. Fuyez cette société, personnellement il m ont pris quasiment 2000 sur ma caution en utilisant des moyens plus frauduleux les uns que les autres, je déconseille vivement qui que ce soit d y aller. Ils n ont même pas pris la peine de répondre à mon mail de réclamation. HONTEUX. Si mettre aucune étoile était possible, je le ferais sans réfléchir. J ai déjà entamé une procédure juridique. Je trouve cela profondément triste de traiter des touristes venus visiter un si beau pays de cette manière.

Wir mussten eine Gebühr von über 30 Euro bezahlen, weil unser Flug spät ankam und wir ausserhalb ihrer Öffnungszeiten dort waren. Ohne Versicherung wird ein Depot von über 2000 Euro gesperrt, wenn die Kreditkartenlimite zu tief ist, wie häufig der Fall, ist man gezwungen eine Versicherung abzuschliessen. Telefon wurde beim dritten Versuch und insgesamt etwa 30 Minuten Warteschlange beantwortet. Wir haben insgesamt über 150 Euro mehr bezahlt. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

We huurden voor 9 dagen een auto in Faro. Het was ons niet meteen duidelijk waar de pendelbus stond maar na navraag vonden we deze op P4. Op de verhuurlocatie ging alles vlot, er waren 6 balies geopend! We werden gewezen op de mogelijkheid van aanvullende verzekeringen maar daar maakten we geen gebruik van en hier werd totaal geen probleem van gemaakt. We kregen een splinternieuwe auto mee. Ook het inleveren ging heel erg soepel en snel. Het was een goede ervaring, heel anders dan zoals ik het ken in Spanje, daar word je nooit vrolijk van autohuur. Maar in Portugal bij DriveOnHolidays ging het hier heel vriendelijk en klantgericht!

I don t understand the negative comments. I booked with booking.com and had the external insurance. We arrived and had to wait 20 minutes. The staff was really friendly,. We were aware that they will book a bond of EUR 2100, it was clearly instructed in the booking documents! And the staff didn t want to sell us a new insurance. The car was in a very good condition. It was a little busy when we came back, but the process was quickly and we had no problems. Everything was stated in our booking documents, so no negative surprises. I would rebook a car with drive on holidays.

Det var umuligt at komme igennem til en person på deres hotline, og da de ringede tilbage efter 40 minutter, nåede telefonen ikke engang at give lyd fra sig, før de havde lagt på igen. Resultatet betød, at jeg måtte booke leje af endnu en bil, køre 45 minutter til deres kontor uden for lufthavnen, vente en evighed i kø og så køre tilbage igen. Blot fordi de ikke besvarer opkald over telefonen. Det værste var, at medarbejderen i skranken var totalt ligeglad. 2) Da vi skulle aflevere bilen kl. 7:05 om morgenen, fik vi at vide, at der tilkom et gebyr på 33 EUR for at aflevere uden for kontorets åbningstider (8-20), på trods af at der reelt var åbent og masser af medarbejdere til at tage imod en. Det er ren og skær tyveri og humbug.

Well, picked up the vehicle late at night, checked the car with a 2 meter scratch all along one side. The only panel that wasnt marked was the petrol cap lid. Two days later, I checked the vehicle as I dropped my phone at the rear and found a bald tyre and the other one close to the limit. Not a happy bunny . So now they want me to drive 100km to change two tyres....yeh jog on!

You are enticed by the cheap cost to hire a car initially, but BEWARE there are several hidden costs which you must pay upon collection. You might depart the airport and catch a shuttle bus to the location - please note it is not located where the other car rentals are in the airport, you must head to the car park area in the opposite direction. The service is slow for collection and I was waiting over 30 minutes. I was required to leave a deposit for tolls of 70 , which I was promised the difference would be refunded to me, it was not. Was required to take out additional insurance despite taking some with Booking.com . Return process was straight forward.

Auf den Shuttle am Flughafen mussten wir ca 10 Minuten warten, da wir viele Leute vor uns hatten. Der Shuttle an sich fährt im 5 Minuten Takt. Das abholen an der Station hat leider einen Moment länger gedauert. Klappte sonst aber absolut reibungslos. Es wurde nicht versucht einem noch weitere Zusatz Versicherungen anzudrehen und man wurde auch super über die Maut Straßen an der Algarve aufgeklärt. Auch die Abgabe des Mietwagens hat mehr als reibungslos geklappt und hat höchstens 5 Minuten gedauert. Anschließend wurden wir direkt zum Flughafen gefahren. Ich kann diesen Verleih absolut empfehlen und würde selbst jederzeit wieder dort mieten.

Booked a Jeep got a Peugeot, said it was similar but they are actually over 10% less cargo space. Family of 4 and tricky to fit it all in. Car was clean and tidy. Pick up and drop off was painless. They do push the insurance a lot, 3 options even though we already paid for extra cover through booking.com. Then they take a deposit for the tolls, which we used once costing 80 cents, all the cars are fitted with the device but they just want another 70 euros Shuttle could do with being quicker, ended up getting an Uber on the way back to Faro. Over filled on the car, which they dont give you extra for, would definitely charge the other way round. I

Myself and my friends booked a Rental Car with Drive On Holidays Lisboa. We booked the car for 12:30am as our flight landed at 11:45pm and we said we would give time for delays. We arrived in Lisbon Airport at 12am. We went straight to the given meeting point and waited for roughly an hour for a member of their team to meet us. Nobody showed. When attempt to ring any of the numbers given on the website and they all stated the lines closed at 8:00pm. We got through to a member in the claims department who stated she could not help us with our issue and she hung up. We were left stranded in Lisbon airport that night with no transport to our destination which was 1.5 hour car journey from Lisbon. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We have written them emails, attempted to call and no response so far. VERY disappointed and started our holiday off on a bad note, alongside an extra expense of 100 euro for a BOLT taxi to our destination.

Non credo che questo sia un problema nostro dal momento che la fattura è stata emessa prima che ritirassimo la macchina e che il tizio si è rifiutato di cambiare intestazione dicendo che lavrebbero fatto lindomani!!!! Ad oggi, 5 agosto 2024 ancora nulla!!!!!!!! Dire che siete pessimi è un complimento! Dopo che noleggiate macchine con gomme palesemente usurate non siete nemmeno in grado di fare un rimborso di 300 euro in tempi decenti! EVITATELI COME LA PESTE!!!!! Aggiornamento del 6 agosto 2024: abbiamo ricevuto un rimborso di 90 a fronte dei 274,75 spesi! In buona sostanza neanche una gomma ci hanno rimborsato! Ultimo aggiornamento: Siamo riusciti ad avere il rimborso che meritavamo! Questa è la dimostrazione che vale più una recensione negativa su google che una mail privata! 2ème année que nous louons une voiture dans cette agence et nous en sommes ravis. Prise en charge rapide et efficace tant à larrivée quau retour, explications claires, personnel à lécoute. Nos attentes de locations ont toujours été respectées. Les véhicules étaient en bon état voir neuf cette année. Un retard de vol ne nous a pas permis de récupérer notre voiture initialement réservée dans une autre agence. Léquipe de Drive on Holidays a pu répondre rapidement à nos besoins malgré notre heure tardive darrivée et nous offrir de très bonnes conditions de réservations. Le service de navette offre une prise en charge efficace et rapide, avec un personnel agréable. Merci à toute léquipe et à lannée prochaine.

Arrivé à laéroport de Faro sortie passager à 10h30, heure locale. Pas une seule indication de lendroit où se trouve la navette. Gentiment orienté par une demoiselle qui na rien à voir avec cette compagnie, on a pu enfin rejoindre la parking nº4 situé à 500 mètres du hall de laéroport et où enfin sera la navette. Peut faire beaucoup, beaucoup mieux.

Goed geholpen ondanks de drukte. Wij hebben de auto geboekt via Sunny Cars en de online check-in gedaan, alleen deed de verhuurder daar niets mee (had zeker gescheeld in de drukte)

Arrivée catastrophique. On a pas trouvé la navette du coup on a marché plus dun kilomètre avec les sacs les valises et sous 35 degrés. Arrivé à lagence : On nous dit de payer 33 pour restituer le véhicule avant 8h. 12 pour lactivation du badge péage + une provision de 70 . Lassurance et bah il ny en a pas enfin si mais faut pas environ 550 non récupérable ou 115 avec franchise (je ne me souviens pas des prix exactes mais cétait exorbitant) du coup on a préféré donner une caution de 2200 et à nos frais en cas de problème. Au retour rien à dire restitution sans chipotage et navette dispo de suite.

De ophaallocatie was niet aangegeven aan de luchthaven zelf alsook niet op de reservering. Na informatie te vragen vonden we het busje op parking 4. Wanneer we op de locatie waren hebben we meer dan 1u aangeschoven en werden er nog extra kosten aangerekend. We hebben ter plaatse meer dan 200 moeten opleggen. De volledige verzekering dat zij verkopen dekt niet alles. Dat kom je pas te weten na betaling, wij vroegen eerst alles te mogen lezen voor betaling en dit kon niet volgens de medewerker. Het afleveren en transfer naar de luchthaven ging wel vlot.

Wir haben dort zum ersten Mal ein Auto gemietet. Vermittler war günstiger-mietwagen, Vertragspartner bsp-auto, Vermieter Drive on Holidays. Naja... ist wohl heute so. Der Shuttle zum Vermieter fährt vom Parkplatz P4 im 5-10min Takt. Fahrzeit sind nur ca. 5min. Der Vermieter ist sehr professionell, versucht natürlich eine zusätzliche Versicherung für die SB von 1500 abzuschließen, was wir freundlich ablehnten (denn die SB hätte bsp-auto übernommen). Für die Autobahnmaut befindet sich ein Transponder im Auto, welchen man zu 1,85 /Tag mieten kann (gedeckelt bei ca. 38 , wenn man länger mietet). Uns wurde eine Kaution von 1500 , die Leihgebühr (2 Tage) für den Transponder von 3,70 und pauschale Vorkasse von 70 für evtl. Maut auf der Kreditkarte belastet. Alles OK. Das Auto war sauber, Mängel wurden dokumentiert, der Tank war voll. Nach zwei Tagen haben wir das Auto wieder voll getankt angegeben, es wurde ein kurzer Check gemacht, eine Quittung übergeben, und am nächsten Tag waren auch die 1500 Kaution und Differenz der Maut zu den 70 gutgeschrieben. Fazit, es gab nix zu meckern, alles gut geklappt. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Wir haben das erste mal bei Drive on Holidays ein Mietwagen gebucht und es war wirklich alles Top. Wir mussten nicht lange auf den Shuttlefahrer. Die Fahrt zum Büro waren keine 10 min. Dort mussten wir bis zur Abwicklung leider etwas warten da wir nicht die einzigsten waren die ein Auto abholen wollten. Das Personal war sehr bemüht alle schnell abzuwickeln haben sich aber für jeden einzelnen die Zeit genommen alles zu erklären. Und wurden auch keine unnötigen Versicherungen ausgequatscht wie bei manch anderen Anbieter. Was ich aber gut fand, dass uns ein Tax für die Maud empfohlen wurde. Diese haben wir für gerade mal 18 mitgebucht. Das war die richtige Entscheidung. Wir haben ein sehr neues Auto bekommen (7000km) sauber und zuverlässig alles wie es sein sollte. Die Rückabwicklung ging dagegen sehr zügig. Auto geparkt, Auto gecheckt, Papiere bekommen, Maud bezahlt und der Shuttlefahrer stand schon fahrbereit. Alles in allem keine 20 min. Und dann waren wir schon am Flughafen. Also alles wirklich top und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

I would strongly urge anyone not to use this company. Some very sharp practices at play. Scammed my father out of an additional 200 for an insurance policy he didn t need. Ridiculous excesses, and don t seem to have a single working PDQ machine. Use them at your peril, you have been warned.

Der Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen fuhr alle 5 Min., es wurde fix alles abgewickelt, uns wurden keine unnötigen Versicherungen oder Zusatzpakete angeboten/aufgedrungen. Das Fahrzeug war sauber, nahezu neu und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Rückgabe lief einwandfrei, wir müssten nur noch die anfallende Mautgebühr bezahlen. Gerne wieder! Kann ich jedem empfehlen! The shuttle service from the airport ran every 5 minutes, everything was handled quickly, we were not offered/pushed to take out unnecessary insurance or additional packages. Had a very bad experience on Drive on holidays PORTO. The made me pay 926 for a small crack in the front window (0,5cm) wich was from a pebble wich flew on the window because of a car in front of me!!! Do not under any circumstance rent a car from here. This is an easyJet company who charge extra for everything. They tried to charge me 33E for returning the car half an hour early! They are not (as advertised) at Faro airport and in fact you need to go to a far away car park and then get a shuttle to the suburbs to join a huge queue to get your car. Pay more for Europcar or Sixt and end up paying less for much better service. This is a disgrace.

Shocking experience. Waited over a hour just to get to the hire desk - in awful heat. Got to the desk and they first tried to charge 3000 euros to my card (after I had paid online). When I expressed shock they said that I could have another option where I paid another couple of hundred. Then they block over 500 till you bring the car back. Brought the car back in pristine condition and they tried to say we stole the boot cover! There was never a boot cover in the car in the first place. Staff very aggressive and wouldn t listen until we started filming what they were doing then they suddenly stopped threatening us. I would never use them again. If you do - make sure to film your car inside and outside or this will happen to you too.

Slowest car rental ever - 2 hours waiting time for a couple of people - each rental procedure takes 20-30 minutes. How is this even possible nowadays ????

Der Shuttle vom Flughafen zur Garage war in Ordnung, aber vor Ort mussten wir lange warten, und das Personal wirkte gestresst. Leider wurde in unser Auto eingebrochen, und wir stießen auf wenig Verständnis seitens des Anbieters. Wir mussten mit einem komplett eingeschlagenen Fenster über eine Stunde auf der Autobahn bis zur Autovermietung in Faro fahren, was für uns weder angenehm noch sicher war, da wir uns zu der Zeit in der Nähe von Sagres befanden. Der Schaden musste grösser sein, damit man uns abgeholt hat (gemäss Kundenservice)... Der Kundenservice bestand jedoch darauf, dass das Fahrzeug noch fahrbar sei. Zwar ist der Mietpreis günstig, aber wir würden diesen Anbieter nie wieder wählen. Lieber zahlen wir mehr bei Europcar oder einer anderen Vermietung für besseren und sichereren Service. Das einzige, wofür ich fünf Sterne vergeben kann, ist der Shuttle vom Flughafen zur Vermietung. Bei der Abholung des Fahrzeugs gab es eine unerklärliche Blockierung auf unserer Kreditkarte und wir wurden gezwungen, vor Ort zusätzliche, fragwürdige Versicherungen abzuschliessen. Obwohl wir bereits in der Schweiz eine Versicherung abgeschlossen hatten, zeigte die Autovermietung dafür keinerlei Verständnis. Es ist ratsam, sich lieber für einen seriösen Anbieter von Mietfahrzeugen zu entscheiden. Wer Portugiesisch spricht, ist beim Kommunizieren definitiv im Vorteil und kann missverständnise vermeiden.

Horrible experience with them. They were not correct with us. They called us before we took the car to ask us at what time we would like to give them back the car. We told them a certain time and they told us yes without telling us that there would be an extra fee if we gave back the car at this time. The manager wasnt nice at all and didnt want to hear any of it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Servizio pessimo! Ci hanno fatto pagare la tendina del bagagliaio che a inizio del noleggio non c era. Ingenuamente abbiamo fatto le foto al ritiro della macchina solo all esterno, non anche all intero. Errore madornale! Raccomando a tutti di fare anche le foto dell interno! A comprova che la tendina del bagagliaio c era all inizio del ritiro ci viene mostrata una foto datata 09.08.2024, noi la macchina abbiamo ritirata due giorni dopo (11.08.2024). Dopo discussioni abbiamo pagato, ma siamo molto delusi.

The car was fine, exactly the model we needed. I found the brakes a bit spongy and got myself into very close situations in traffic as it would brake only at the very bottom of the brake pedal travel and it would brake sudden at that point. We also needed a baby seat for the car and they offered one that was really ran down and looking awful and dirty. We requested another one and that looked better, although too big for our kids age. Checking in and out went well, although they tried to put on me some scratches on the wheels. Was lucky I had taken pictures when I picked up the car and was able to show they were there prior to me using it. It s not far from the airport and they run a very frequent service. Didn t have to wait long either way. Knocked down a star for the baby seat and the wheel scratch situation.

Prenotato tramite agenzia viaggi una macchina per 6 giorni. Ero spaventata inizialmente perché avevo letto diverse recensioni negative in merito, invece ho trovato persone cordiali, che subito mi hanno illustrato assicurazioni extra la mia(base) e ho pagato 80 euro circa per eventuali danni accidentali. Ho successivamente pagato i soldi per i pedaggi (alcune strade sono a pagamento e nell auto è presente una specie di telepass) ed infine mi hanno congelato 400 euro dalla carta di credito che poi mi hanno sbloccato alla consegna del veicolo al termine del sesto giorno. Grazie di tutto, consiglio vivamente.

Jai eu très peur lorsque jai vu les avis et jai eu raison ! Prenez bien des photos et des vidéos sous toutes les coutures, même les roues ! On a failli se faire avoir à cause dune rayure sur une pauvre jante en plastique, heureusement quon avait une vidéo qui la montrait (sachant que personne ne vient quand vous prenez la voiture mais ils font bien le tour quand vous la rendez). On a pris le boitier péage quon loue 18 + 70 davance. On nous dit bien quon nous rendra la différence plus tard. Vu les commentaires jai attendu les 4 semaines, et ne voyant rien venir jai fait un mail à [email protected], et la silence radio, personne ne me répond. La prochaine fois je vais ailleurs !

Dans l ensemble cela s est bien passé mais effectivement on a eu quelques surprises et ce sont sûrement des choses à savoir avant de réserver. 1/ ne prenez pas d assurance en ligne on va vous dire que ce n est pas directement pris en compte et que en cas de litige il vous faudra payer et ensuite se retourner vers cette assurance. 2/ si vous ne voulez pas payer une « assurance » en plus pour faire baisser la franchise il vous faudra pouvoir payer une caution de 2200 ( pas toujours évident malgré l argent sur le compte) sinon c est dégressif (me semble avoir payer 179 pour avoir une petite franchise et sinon 250 pour aucune franchise) 3/ si vous prenez les autoroutes il faudra payer pour le badges 12,5 et 70 de caution (+ ce que vous aurez consommé bien sûr) 4/ l agence ne se trouve pas dans l aéroport ni autour mais à 2-3km. Pour y aller il faut vous rendre au parking P4 des navettes font le trajet toutes les 5-10min (j ai mi une vidéos du parking où trouver la navette Sinon le personnel est aimable et vous explique toutes les subtilités que je vous ai écrit. Concernant le véhicule je n étais pas déçu, il était en bon état et propre. Il a fait parfaitement le job. Pour le retour je n ai pas eu de soucis j ai bien était remboursé de toutes les cautions rapidement

If you want to wait hours in a queue to get your car, then this is the place for you! Absolutely terrible car rental company. After a walk from the terminal to a remote car park, and a wait in the heat for the shuttle bus, we got to the car rental centre. We waited nearly two hours in a queue, outside in the heat (under cover), with hardly anywhere to sit, full of family s with kids wanting to start their holiday whilst only 3 staff checked in each customer (each taking at least 15minutes. Everyone queueing to check in does so in the entrance/exit to the car park meaning you re dangerously close to all the cars driving past the entire time. Our situation wasn t a one off, when we returned our car middle of the day, in the week, it there were still awful queues with customers sat on the ground everywhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We zouden het contante geld op rekening gestort krijgen binnen een paar dagen/weken. Wachten nu al 1,5 maand op ons geld. Rented a car with my girlfriend. We paid the insurance in cash first. Went back a day later to arrange everything with the credit card. We would receive the cash deposited into our account within a few days/weeks. We have been waiting for our money for 1.5 months now.

Similar to another reviewer, I rented a car at Faro airport from Drive on Holidays. When I picked up the car on 25)7/24 they told me that they will charge me 70 Eur for the toll deposit. Upon returning the car my toll charges was only 45 cents. I paid that in cash. They told me that they had not received all the toll charges. Once they receive it they will deduct it from the 70 Eur deposit and give me the balance back. I returned the car on 30/7/24. I have not received the balance. I sent them an email on 15/8 giving them my rental details and asking for the toll balance to be returned to me. But it has been two weeks and I didnt get the money back or hear from them. This is not acceptable.

Good experience overall, no bad surprises, staff was friendly and helpful enough. Bit more pricey and away from the airport(they have shuttle to/from terminal though) than expected

Worst rental company so far. Honestly, try to avoid it. These people are scammers. Firstly, they wanted us to pay for insurance again while I had already paid through Booking. After, they said we had to pay 70 euro more for the tolls and we would receive that amount back. We spent 1.90 in tolls and we never got the 70 again. This is how they make money. They said they couldn t find the card number. Make yourself a favor and find a different company to rent a car.

This rental car agency is located off site from the Lisbon airport! Driver meet us in front of Vodaphone store in the arrivals hall. No problems with transfer. We rented a Peugeot 5008 which was adequate for our family of 5, had air-con, automatic and gratefully diesel engine. Car was clean and all scraps were clearly marked on the documents. Although, it is always a good idea to take pictures and videos of the blemishes before leaving the garage. We drove from Lisbon to Porto. The return location in Porto is Rua Do Barreiro 492 Pavilhao J. Waze worked well in Portugal. Pick up and drop off were hassle free. Cost was right. Would definitely use them again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- SCAM Returned the rental car to Drive on Holidays today after 2 weeks of rental. When returning the car, the employee discovered minor damage to the front. I indicated that it was already there and showed the video that was made when I picked up the car. This showed the damage, but the employee indicated that a new scratch had appeared on the same place; which is not correct! So you are simply being scammed here! When collecting, Drive on Holodays lets the customer take photos or make a video themselves (without instructions). They do not this themselves nor have their own administration. You have to make the recording in a small space where the cars are close together and with a lot of light. this distorts things. I had to pay 194eur on the spot. Discussion is pointless and the video does not have any effect. you get no answer and an impolite attitude. My 2 year old son was shocked by this and burst into tears. therefore the advice is not to rent a car here!!! As I made any damages, no problem to pay for it. However, charging different customers for the same damage (where the initial damage was not repaired) qualifies as a scam! All please avoid Drive on holidays!!! I have to start the insurance claim now with a lot of admin - thanks Drive on Holidays

Per sort varem descobrir el problema abans de sortir de les instal·lacions i ens varen canviar el cotxe sense problemes. La resta bé.

I have been there to rent a car for the second time. First I was sceptical, if the shuttle to the agency (which is not inside the airport) would be a problem.But they were fast and polite - everything was as told. Our car was nearly new and in very good condition. I would book there again for a third time.

Good car and good price but be very aware and take your time to extra check the damage sheet for accuracy and 100% take a time and date stamped video and pictures of any damage as I m pretty sure my video saved me from losing my deposit and even then it was very very closely scrutinised!!!! Think twice if you need the extra insurances at pick up as it s a hard sell and we declined though they make it hard for you to do so claiming the any extra insurances you take out when your booked the car isn t any good. I was satisfied I was well protected so declined the insurance options they offer. It seems like they may be on commission for it as when I declined the attendant wasn t quite so friendly as before!

Booked early without a cancellation option and got a brilliant rate. Condition of car was ok. Service at pick up and drop off was very good. Went without full insurance cover so my card was temporarily charged with the excess. I was handed details of the existing damage and advised to take a video to confirm pick up condition. No issue on return. Would recommend.

Déçue malheureusement, nous sommes arrivé dans cette agence en louant sur le site carjet, nous nous en tirons de base pour 179e pour 10j pour un véhicule type clio avec la plus grosse assurance en cas de soucis, difficile de trouver le lieu de rdv car écrit en tout petit sur la feuille alors quand vous êtes à l opposé de l aéroport avec 3 enfants et les valises c est pas top. Nous trouvons enfin le point de rdv, une navette arrive rapidement pour nous déposer dans une agence ( on s attend à carjet) on arrive chez Drive on Holidays, belle agence, bien accueilli par une dame qui parle correctement le français et la surprise, pour baisser la caution de 1350 à 350e il a fallu payer 100e de plus malgré que nous ayons pris la plus grosse assurance déjà sur carjet, elle nous dit qu en cas de litige cela peut être compliqué si l un ou l autre se revoit la balle. Ensuite nous demandons pour le badge télépeage il faut faire une réserve de 70e pour les péages que nous allons utiliser, pas de soucis nous comprenons que c est un gage de sécurité. Mais au retour du véhicule on nous demande de payer les infos télépeage déjà collectées ! À quoi bon prendre les 70e de cautions si nous devons encore payer en plus. Alors mis bout à bout cela nous est revenu plus cher que les agences qui sont à l aéroport. Mais la nous avons perdu du temps à trouver le lieu de rdv. Concernant la voiture elle était propre, bon quelques coups et griffes c est pour cela prenez le temps filmer ou photographier le véhicule lors du départ. Maintenant nous attendons le remboursement de la réserve télépeage qui peut aller jusquà 4 semaines selon lagence mais dans les avis beaucoup ne sont pas encore remboursé plusieurs mois après.

Vor Ort empfahl man uns ein Mautpaket für 18 EUR, haben wir gebucht und am Ende noch fünf EUR drauf gezahlt, für die abgefahrenen Straßen. Lohnt sich also. Malgré qu il y ait de mauvais avis nous avons testé. Léger surclassement, attention il est précisé que le règlement doit s effectuer avec une carte de CRÉDIT et non de DÉBIT comme ont 90% de français. Le Check out s est bien passé pas de mauvaises surprises. Un conseil lisez bien les CGV avant de laisser des avis ;)

Great staff especially Muhammad who delt with us went out of his way dealing with us with a minor error in the booking. Would definitely recommend. Airport pick up and drop off very easy. Car ordered was ready when we arrived and easy drop off when finished. Hats of to Muhammad.

Habe jetzt schon das zweite mal mit Drive on gebucht und werde es zukünftig wieder tun. Personal total freundlich und Preis Leistung stimmt. Bei meinem jetzigen Aufenthalt hatte das Auto mehrere aufleuchtende Lämpchen wie Öl und abs angezeigt, sofort zurück gefahren und ohne Probleme umgetauscht. Das Auto wurde direkt kontrolliert. Sind sehr gut organisiert.

Des voleurs ! Nous avions déjà une assurance prise au moment de la location en ligne et sous prétexte que notre visa est noté débit , ils nous ont imposé une assurance 134 !!! Aucune dérogation possible alors que nous leur avons montré notre assurance . Qui plus est l accueil nest pas a laéroport donc temps du trajet en camionnette . Nous ne recommandons pas , malhonnête !

3 min zu Fuß vom Arrival bis zum P4 Shuttle, der alle 5 min fährt. Dann nur 5 min zum Standort des Verleihs. Wirkte alles sehr strukturiert. Wir wurden kompetent empfangen und mit dem gebuchten PKW versorgt. Auch die länderübergreifende, nachträglich angefragte Versicherung wurde unkompliziert umgesetzt. Die Rückgabe erfolgte trotz großem Andrang in erstaunlich zügigem Tempo, ebenfalls komplikationslos. Unstrittig überraschend gute Erfahrungen mit dem für uns vorher unbekannten Mietwagenverleih. Im weltweiten Vergleich, müssen wir zugeben, Drive on Holidays steht den bekannten Marken in nichts nach. Gerne wieder.

I booked a car hire in Portugal this July, it went very smoothly, initially we had to ask for directions at the airport to the shuttle for drive on holidays, which was easily enough pointed out to us. Once we got to the shuttle the driver took us to the car hire straight away. The staff at the location in Portugal were fantastic, very kind and informative and spoke perfect English. They first took the hold of roughly 2,100 and then I actually paid to add myself as an additional driver which was around 23. They asked if we planned to travel around Portugal, because if we did we needed to pay to activate the automatic toll system in the vehicle and put down a toll deposit hold, any tolls we went through would be automatically deducted and what ever was not used released from my account hold. This is where, like the 2,100, the money is held not actually taken. This was not issue, I paid to have the toll system activated and put down the 70 toll deposit hold. The car was lovely, it was a great car to drive with excellent air conditioning. No issues at all with the quality of the car. Once I returned the car they had a check over it to make sure I had not damaged the vehicle and reimbursed the full $2,100 hold on my card which showed immediately, they told me again that the $70 hold will be reimbursed when any toll deduction had been taken and this happens within 30 days. I set a reminder for 30 days just because, I had no reason for doing this but I just thought it made sense to do. After 30 days I noticed no deduction for a toll had been made. I contacted drive on holidays to ask about this, they responded telling me the hold was still in place and I had to transfer them a charge of 00.80c for this to be released, they provided me with a Santander account at the end of the email (with no sort code), now as you can imagine I m very confused. I have replied trying to clear up clear if the 80 cents had been deducted automatically as had been stated, and I was just waiting for them to release the rest of the money held, they replied with the following; Regarding your concern we kindly send in the files our bank details in order for you to make the transfer of 0.80 regardinf the pending tolls. The 70 are blocked, once the value of 0.80 is paid we unblock the caution I have replied stating what a poor system this is, and that I need a sort code to send them the 80 cents, otherwise I can t do this. I sent this email some time ago and I am still waiting for a response, my money is still being held. My concern is I had to contact them to ask for my 70 to be released for the sake of 80 cents when I had been told on many other occasions this would be automatic. What if I didn t contact them and they didn t get their 80 cents and my 70 was held for many many more months? Even if it wasn t automatic to play devils advocate, they still did not contact me, I had to contact them. I am in a fortunate position where having this money held for such a long period of time (in total it has been around 6 weeks) does not effect me, but it might be detrimental to someone else. Overall I would say it was mostly a smooth process and the people I physically spoke with were delightful, the vehicles are spot on and the shuttle service is very fast. However that was quite unacceptable and I felt a bit deceived. This has really taken off the 5 starts I would have given if it was not for this. I would say keep an eye out on all your holds and charges to make sure they are accurately returned if you do go with this company, other than that I can t fault them. Update 28/07/2024 Still no reply from the email that has been commented on the review (which was the email I had been contacting all along). No sort number was sent to me so I used what I assumed would be it which would be the one for Santander, it showed on my bank app as unknown and that it didn t match anyone. I sent over the poxy 80p on the 19/07/2024 and emailed the screenshots, chased this asking for a reply on the 25/07/2024, still no response.

Das mit der Kaution fand ich auch sehr Schade. Dadurch hat der Wagen mehr als bei den anderen gekostet. Ich werde nächstes Mal wieder SIXT nehmen. Da muss ich jene Kaution zahlen. Kaution konnte ich nicht zahlen aufgrund eines technischen Problems. Da hilft mir auch keine Mail an irgendeinen Support. Wenn ich da stehe bin ich erstmal geliefert auf jeden Fall mit Kindern der Wagen war aber sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Leite wirklich nett.

This is the second time I leave a review cause I have to warn potential customers. On a few occasions now I received contradicting information from the agents in the store in Lisbon and from the phone service in Faro, always resulting in me losing money. They will tell you anything you want to hear to sell you something and then will tell you something else over the phone and hang up on you when you dare to get angry for being misled. In all the cases they refused to take responsibility for the misinformation. They will probably leave a reply to this review saying that its unusual and please leave us an email and we will take care of it, but they never do, and you cant reply to their reply. Stay away please! There are other more decent car rental agencies.

La caution du véhicule vous est facturer puis ensuite rembourser si pas de dégâts sur le vh. Il vous propose une assurance franchise alors que vous lavez souscrit en ligne. Il vous facture 15e dactivation du tele-péage sans vous en informer au départ Je nai pas apprécié de ne pas faire le tour de la voiture avec une personne, il vous invite à filmer le véhicule avant le départ. Nous avons eu un vehicule noir au Portugal!! Le pare brise mal nettoyé. Moyenne expérience.

Unseriösestes Unternehmen, das ich je erlebt habe. Wollen einfach nur Versicherungen verkaufen, um zu hohe Kautionen ( von ihnen noch mal schnell geändert ( auf 2.200 hochgesetzt trotz online Buchung über Uber Rent hier bereits sehr hohe Kaution über 2150 reduzieren. Bei allen Kunden die dort auch wie wir ewig nämlich 2 h warteten gleiche Masche nur anders. Am Ende behalten sie die hohe Kaution vermutlich ein. Sind ohne Auto dort weg, da wir nicht 217 oder mehr Versicherung extra zahlen wollten , da wir so bei einem seriösen Unternehmen wie Europcar etc . Hätten buchen können und sollen. Super unfreundlich dort. Ist kein Vermieter, sondern Versicherungsmakler. Vorsicht Falle! Ätzend wenn man zwei Kinder dabei hat und Stunden verliert an wertvoller Ferienzeit. This company is very strange! You book online with full coverage insurance, and then when you arrive they say, that the car is from movida rent a car and in small letters they show you on the contract, that you must leave 2000 eur deposit, but if you dont want this, then you must pay an other 239,88 euros. Next problem, when you want to extend the time and have the car 5 days longer, then this is not possible. You must bring the car back and rent an other one, but now you must pay again 239,88 euros for full coverage. Never again, and I warn everyone not to go to this Drive on holidays movida car rentals.

If I could give zero stars I would. Did not rent the car after told about the safety deposit of 3.6k euros. Absolute joke. Who in the right mind is ok with paying a 3.6k deposit which only covers fire and theft? Do not recommend until they change their business. No point to take any risk like that. Just avoid.

SCAM, DONT USE! *Pretended they couldnt use my debit card in order to get an extra £500 from me and having to take out extra cover because of this. Used another card & pretended it was a credit card and it worked fine* *Claimed they couldnt put my credit card through manually even though this is the only way I have ever used my card due to an issue with the pin. Have confirmed with my bank that they didnt try. This meant they could charge me more again* *Tried to charge excessive cleaning fee for a bit of sand. Told us all customers should valet the car before returning it and that I wouldnt treat my own car like that as if it was damaged. He backed off when I offered to vac the bit of sand out myself because of course every gets a bit of sand in the car if they have gone to the beach. Refused to pay, literally blew the sand off the seat. He told me they dont valet the car before the next people hire it, it is our responsibility despite their T&Cs saying different* *Tried to claim damage on the seat from putting the child seats in when THEY installed them at the office* *I had already paid for cover of the excess yet when I got there, despite having the documents and having paid it they said I didnt. This then cost me more to cover the excess (again) because he kept hinting that if I didnt the car wouldnt be covered against accidental damage and it seemed as it the damage would be caused on purpose if I didnt take out the cover* Please dont use this company, especially if you have children! Looking back now, it was those in a rush and with children that they conned. It ends up a lot cheaper from the airport directly anyway with all the scams and fraud added on. Will update if I am refunded.

I would rate it zero if I could. We arrived at the airport at 1:00am and we waited for the shuttle bus for more than an hour until 2:30 am and the shuttle bus never showed up. We contacted the phone number that we were given and no one answered. We booked with this company because of their 24/7 service, apparently not, their google map shows closed beyond midnight and no one at their office answers. We ended up paying for a cab to get to our destination. Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid renting with this company!!

Where do I even start with this SCAM of a company?? Hands down the worst car rental experience I have ever had in any country in my life. Shuttle from the airport was impossible to find and painfully slow (5-6 different families being shuttled 15 minutes from the airport one by one). Once we arrived we were hit with unexpected insurance fees which the company know you are not aware of, but must pay to essentially be able to drive the car away. The actual car itself was fine, no issues. Fuel wasn t filled and when returned at the exact same mileage told if not completely full then a further cost would be added, meaning they also got fuel for free from us. Returned the car 10 minutes before the 8am return time, with our flight being at 10:30. Then told that a 40 before 8am return fee would be charged. The customer service throughout all of these issues was shameful and their staff were even laughing in our faces at the insanity of all the added costs. In their own words I am not a cruel person but my company has cruel procedures . HORRIFIC experience, please please please steer clear of this company, I can t imagine any other rental service could possibly be this awful!!!!

Ils disent que le péage qui reste à payer sera pris sur la caution mais ce nest pas le cas. Après plusieurs contacts jai payé le reste du péage que je devais (1 90 ). La caution me doit être restituer mais aucune nouvelle de la caution. Attention de ne pas vous faire avoir sur cela

Bereits im Besitz von zwei 100% Mietwagen-Versicherungen (Meine Kreditkarte und bereits bezahlt bei der Online Buchung durch den Reiseveranstalter) erwartete mich bei der Autoabholung eine sehr unangenehme Überraschung: Entweder a: Sie hinterlegen 2850,00 mit Ihrer Kreditkarte. Bei einem Schaden wird dieser erst einmal mit dem Hinterlegten abgerechnet. B: Alternativ bezahlen Sie sofort eine neu Mietwagen-Versicherung über 324,00 . Viele Ausschlüsse waren bei dieser enthalten: Reifen, Auto Innenseite, Schlüssel, Scheibenwischer, verbrannte Kupplung usw. Das empfand ich als äußerst unseriös. Zudem warteten wir vorher bereits über 40 Minuten am Flughafen auf Abholung, da sich die Auto Vermietung einige Kilometer weiter davon entfernt befindet. Zuletzt hat uns der Mitarbeiter, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage, eine komplett falsche Adresse für die Rückgabe angegeben (32 km vom Flughafen entfernt). Als wir uns am Tage der Rückgabe nach der Rückgabeadresse telefonisch erkundigen wollten, war das Telefon dauerbesetzt, Typisch!

Excellent car rental, pickup at P4 (just a quick search) and in no time with shuttle bus about a 10-minute drive to the rental location. No hassle with extras they try to sell you. Neat, fairly new car in accordance with the request. The return was also well arranged and quickly returned to the airport with the shuttle bus. Highly recommended!

We were able to rent a vehicle from Movida for the last 14 days. So far, this was the best experience we have had with regard to car rental in Faro. The shuttle was available in the P4 parking area with a very helpful driver. The vehicle pick-up was quick and efficient, great ! The vehicle was clean and in perfect condition. The return was again quick and pleasant. A service the way you love it.Thank you very much. It was a great experience. We look forward to renting a vehicle from Movida Dirve on Holidays again soon.

Positiv: The extra fee for border crossing to Spain is significantly lower than at other car rental companies. Staff was very helpful, shuttle to airport and from airport was allright.

Hele goede ervaring gehad. 13 dagen een hele fijne, bijna nieuwe auto meegekregen voor relatief weinig geld. Er werd bij het ophalen wel gevraagd of we een extra verzekering wilden nemen, dat is niet nodig als je dit al via een aanbieder hebt gekozen/betaald. Het inleveren ging snel en we werden vriendelijk geholpen. Ik zou Drive on Holidays aanraden!

Pourri a fuir de toute urgence...nous avions demandé à rendre la voiture à 1 heure p.m. par deux fois le conseiller nous a dit oui. Au moment de rendre la voiture nous avons du payer un extra. Nous avons fait venir la personne qui nous a dit oui et elle a soutenu que non. Un gros manque d honnêteté et pas de geste commercial. Limite on se fait engueuler par le manager. A fuir ++++++++

Anarque en série ! Si vous navez pas une CB pour une empreinte à 2 200 euros de caution, vous navez pas le choix que de payer 220 euros (non récupérable) pour descendre lempreinte à 400 euros... ! On demande si on peut décaler le retour à 13h au lieu de 10h, on nous dit oui. Le jour du retour... il a fallu payer 23,16 euros de retard ! Cest pas pour le montant, mais le principe de ne pas prévenir au début ! Je devais rendre la voiture au 7/8 dessence... et dire que jai fait le plein... Ils ne sont pas commerciaux, pas honnêtes ! A fuir absolument !

We rented from them at their Lisbon airport location. Received a lemon Jeep Renegade with a severe engine oil leak. We had to drive the car ourselves with low oil level to the Porto airport location for an exchange. They gave us another Renegade due to limited availability in the booked class. They charged another ~$3,800 deposit for new car and held the original ~$3,800 deposit hostage for months after the vacation. Zero communication, no emails or phone calls returned. Worst rental experience ever and we have rented cars in from numerous questionable companies in some very interesting locations.

The only positive point was the reception at the airport and transportation to the rental company. From then on I felt deceived on every point: 1) I was informed that the Total insurance initially contracted did not include basic coverage for third parties. With children, tired after a 14-hour flight, inside the store (already far from the airport) I was forced to pay a fortune on the spot, 2) the car delivered ready for travel did not have the wiper water tank with a full windshield 3) I noticed during the trip that the dashboard was in German idiom (I had to look on YouTube for how to change it) 4) SCAM !!!!! Im still waiting to this day (more than two months after returning the vehicle) for the refund of the balance security deposit for use of the Via Verde toll Único ponto positivo foi o receptivo no aeroporto e transporte à locadora. A partir daí me senti enganado em todos os pontos: 1) fui informado que o seguro Total contratado inicialmente não incluía coberturas básicas em relação a terceiros. Com crianças, cansado após 14 horas de voo, dentro da loja (já longe do aeroporto) me vi obrigado a pagar uma fortuna no local, 2) o carro entregue pronto para viagem não estava com o reservatório de água do limpador de pára-brisa cheio 3) fui perceber durante a viagem que o painel estava em idioma alemão (tive que procurar no YouTube como alterar) 4) ainda aguardo até hoje (mais de dois meses após a devolução do veículo) o estorno do saldo do depósito de segurança para utilização do pedágio Via Verde

Not Recommended. The insurance policy is designed in a way that you pay the most for minor damage. When I said I don´t want the full coverage, they remembered that they also have another option (which was better but still bad).I was annoyed that this wasn´t offered at first. The worst part came when I gave the car back. I used it for a month and went to the beach with it regularly. Hence, there was some sand in the trunk and the foot area of the front seats. Should be normal for a holiday on the Algarve. Hoewver, I was charged 50 (!) euros extra for cleaning. I have rented many cars in Portugal in hte past and this has never happened. Never again with Drive on Hoidays!

Wir hatten in Deutschland ein Auto über FTI gebucht, als wir bei Drive in Holidays ankamen wollten sie 3000.- Kaution. Leider hatte die neue Kreditkarte nur 2500.- Limit, darum bekamen wir keinen Leihwagen, obwohl wir auch einen kleineren genommen hätten , bekamen wir nur einen wenn wir zusätzlich 351.- für eine Versicherung abschließen und zusätzlich noch 450.- hinterlegen. Da es schon spät Abends war blieb uns nichts anderes übrig. Wir finden das nicht Kundenfreundlich. Somit hatte und das Auto für 14Tage 456 statt 96 gekostet. Außerdem hatten wir noch mit dem Leihwagen Probleme wegen nicht durchgeführten KD von der Firma. Uns gingen 3 Urlaubstage flöten wo wir das Auto nicht nutzen konnten.

Voiture réservée par internet sur BSP avant de partir à Faro, Algarve, Portugal. Agence à 5mn en voiture de laéroport. Bonnes indications pour trouver la navette à laéroport qui nous attendait à larrivée de notre vol. Voiture très propre, puisque neuve, un peu plus de 2000 kms. Pratiquement le plein quand on la prise. Boitier autoroute en supplément. Aucun soucis pendant notre séjour avec le véhicule. Aucun problème au retour du véhicule. Une navette nous a redéposé à laéroport. Nous recommandons cette agence de location de voiture.

Ik had een bijna nieuwe Polo voor nog geen 11 pee dag!!! Met een oranje shuttle bus zit dir verhuurbedrijf 1,5 km verwijderd van het vliegveld in Faro. Ik had handbagage en heb het gewoon gelopen. Was daarom als eerste binnen.en werd dus gelijk geholpen Toen de shuttle binnen kwam zat er 7 (!!) personeelsleden iedereen te helpen. Ik heb in mijn hele leven al heel vaak autos gehuurd maar zo veel incheck personeel heb ik nog nooit gezien. De wachttijd totdat je de auto had was daarom max 10 minuten. Mijn beste ervaring ooit. Erg vriendelijk personeel en ze proberen je geen extras te verkopen . Rating: 1- 5 sterren Personel. 5 sterren Prijs/kwalieit. 5 sterren Auto. 5 sterren Service. 5 sterren

Ik moest minimaal 3.600,- op mijn credit card hebben staan om geen verzekering af te hoeven sluiten. De verzekering was duurder dan het huren van de auto. Dus ipv 200,- euro voor de het huren van de auto was ik nu 400,- kwijt. Echt afzetterij dit. Voor de rest was de auto en het brengen en halen van en naar het vliegveld prima.

We were scammed by this company. No complaints about the car but please beware that they are out to trick tourists. We were told that you could either pay a deposit of $3600 or $300 something, which you d get back if there were no problems with the car. We specifically asked the employee why you would pay the larger amount if you could pay the smaller amount. She simply shrugged her shoulders and said you could pay one or the other. So, of course we chose the smaller amount. Upon returning the car, we were actually charged the deposit and it was NOT refunded. We questioned the bill and the employee then told us that since we chose the smaller deposit, we don t get our money back. We were not provided with any details in advance that this would not be refunded EVEN when we asked. We felt totally mislead and tricked. Please stay away! We will be disputing the charge with our credit card company. Follow-up: Even though the company s response below makes it seem like they might actually do the right thing, their emailed response to our complaint was that we would NOT be reimbursed. I stand by my review. Do NOT choose Drive On Holidays! I will continue to make their shady practices known on all travel sites and forums.

It is not specified but a shuttle will be waiting for you at Parking number 4 of the airport (which is why I only give it 4 stars). The welcome is very good and some members of the staff speak French. The car was like new and conformed to the description given to us.

The company charged me 39.95 euros for paying for someone elses travel on toll roads from 2023/09/28 20:20:57 to 2023/10/06 18:21:57. My lease started later than this date. My rental was from 09/28/2023 20:20:57 to 10/06/2023 18:21:57. My request for a refund in the mail, the company has been ignoring it for six months. [Ticket #TQP1G63D]

Mietwagen vorab bei Check24 gebucht. Fahrzeug in tadellosem Zustand übernommen. Es dauerte alles höchstens 15 Minuten, dann konnten wir losfahren. Bei der Rückgabe alles problemlos abgelaufen, Fahrzeug wurde überprüft und alles war okay. Das ganze dauerte kaum 10 Minuten und wir wurden dann zum Flughafen gefahren. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und gut gelaunt. ich kann nichts negatives berichten und gebe deshalb 5 von 5 Sternen.

Check and make sure they give you the car you booked. I booked a Hybrid and was given a petrol. I was told it was a hybrid but after leaving their rental area soon discovered that it was just petrol and this increased my fuel cost considerably during my stay. Dont take their word for it, check the car before you leave...!

Wir haben das Auto bei Check 24 gebucht. Shuttle Service pendelt ständig zwischen Flughafen und Station hin und her. In 2 Minuten Fahrt ist man bereits an der Station mit den Autos. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Immer wieder!

Be very scared when you book renting because they want huge amount for refundable security deposit! In my case it was 4170eur and limit on my bank credit card was up to 4000eur! I think most of people have such limit. So at the end I had to pay more than double amount for renting a car because of high deposit which I cound´t meet!!! From my point of view it is deceiving the consumer and they are thieves!

Ich habe schon das zweite Mal mit Drive on Holiday einen Mietwagen gebucht und war äußerst zufrieden. Die neue Filiale ist sehr schick und modern. Die alte war wirklich eine Bruchbude. Abholung des Fahrzeugs hat sich ein wenig in die Länge gezogen, jedoch hab ich ein sehr modernes Fahrzeug bekommen. Rückgabe war auch sehr einfach - Kaution ohne Probleme wiederbekommen. Würde jederzeit wieder mit Drive on Holidays buchen.

DO NOT USE Drive On Holidays Car Rental. Why? Because there is a chance that your credit card will be rejected even if the PIN is correct! They will then only give you the car with if you purchase the most expensive insurance and pay with your debit card. They do not even refund the initial insurance you bought and will not offer any excuses!! My credit card company confirmed that they did not receive any transaction request. Their Customer Service department responds in a few days but is useless and do not ask their credit card processing company to fix the bug (mastercard error code 30). They will not even offer an excuse for the issues they caused. Terrible experience. #TQPL1541 The car itself was ok same for the airport shuttle but you may need to wait a long time (1h+) in the queue before you will get to their representative when picking up the car.

Read the fine print. The insurance fee requested (2100 euros) exceeded my credit card limit, so I had to pay 2.5 times what was advertised. Mind you, they asked 4000 euros as insurance from the customer beside me... Shady businesses practices. In addition, I contacted them via email about getting my insurance money (due to incompetency), they have not responded, so poor customer service.

Nice experience in Faro. Rental is not on the Airport but das not natter takes 4 minutes and they have 3 vans to pick you up.

Hat alles gut in günstig funktioniert. Mein Wagen hatte Schäden vorher welche ich dokumentiert habe und nachher zeigen konnte dass es meine nicht waren. Shuttle Service ist angenehmen auf dem Parkplatz.

Wir haben über diese Autovermietung einen Mietwagen in Faro gebucht. Wir wurden vom Flughafen mit einem Shuttle zum Büro der Autovermietung gebracht. Dort mussten wir erst mal ein bisschen warten, was ein kleines bisschen gedauert hat, bis wir an der Reihe waren. Dann ging es eigentlich relativ schnell, wir haben unser Auto zu gewiesen bekommen, sind einmal ringsrum gegangen und haben die Schäden dokumentiert, und dann ging es auch schon los. Das Auto war größtenteils sauber, in der Umgebung aber eigentlich eher schwierig, da drumherum gebaut wird und die Straßen sehr dreckig waren. Mit dem Auto gab es keinerlei Probleme, auch bei der Rückgabe nicht. Auch hier musste ich ein bisschen warten, bis ich an der Reihe war. Es wurde nichts beanstandet, Preisleistungstechnisch war es in Ordnung.

Dluh jsme zaplatili a doufáme, ze se nám vrátí alespo depozit za mytne v rámci 70 euro. + nové vozidlo, nájezd cca 20k kilometru, s klimatizací, isté, s plnou nádr i - sice po kozené, ale vyhovující. Pokud m ete, Drive on Holidays se vyh ete a zvolte jinou spole nost! Kdy u vyu ijete, tak v echno pro jistotu nafo te, nato te a nenechte se oklamat fale ným úsm vem nap íklad od prodejce Vita!

Hybrid-Fahrzeug wie bestellt erhalten. Fahrzeug war neuwertig und im guten Zustand. Es wurde versucht eine Zusatzversicherung zu verkaufen, dass habe ich freundlich aber bestimmt abgelehnt. Rückgabe vor 8 Uhr morgens kostet extra. Abholung und Rückgabe gingen schnell und unproblematisch. Transfer zwischen Flughafen und Autovermietung ging schnell. Gerne wieder.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE CARTE DE CRÉDIT/DÉBIT, Nous avons réservé en janvier avec une carte de débit normale pourtant en avril nous sommes revenus et il fallait maintenant une carte de crédit pour payer la caution. Ayant réservé et payé sur internet nous navions pas été mis au courant de ce changement soudain. Ils ne voulaient même pas nous rembourser et nous laissé le choix de payer plus du double pour une assurance en plus ou perdre tout largent de la location.

Service impeccable, 4e location avec eux. La navette est la à chaque fois après 5 min max. Véhicules presque neufs. Bref, prochaine location avec eux aussi.

You should remember your credit card PIN, otherwise youll have to pay a lot of money for the insurance. 180 additional euro in advance for us with no other option. But if you do remember, I think its a solid and cheap choice. Shuttle worked good.

Aluguei o carro com um seguro extra de 79 euros para só ter uma franquia de 300 a pagar en caso de sinistros ( mas isto sem ler o que estava incluído ou não) . Ora no dia que devia entregar o carro danifiquei o pneu e tive que ligar à assistência em viagem! Vieram buscar o carro e fui até uma garagem onde pude mudar o pneu e pagá-lo! Porque infelizmente o seguro extra que paguei não incluía pneus e muitas coisas básicas!!!!! Ao mesmo tempo pedi à assistência em viagem para puder alugar o carro mais um dia, mas não dei hora de entrega! Às 18h quando tento ligar a um dos 4 números disponíveis ( que supostamente trabalham de 2f a domingo até às 20h) , diz que o atendimento telefónico já fechou. Por sorte no dia seguinte quando chego há alguém que vem entregar o carro à mesma hora senão não podia entregar o carro! E para acabar durante os 15 dias de aluguer o carro começou a indicar não ter óleo suficiente no motor e eu prontamente fui a uma garagem e puseram 2 litros de óleo.Mas isso não me foi reembolsado, porque devia chamar a assistência em viagem.

Excellent 1 month rental, newer car, clean and very good service

Im a big fan of this company, always good on price the vehicles are always good too. Ive used them in Porto and Faro and have been highly satisfied on every occasion.

Vor Ort sollte ich zusätzlich zu der mir vorher mitgeteilten Kaution von 1350 Euro noch eine Kaution für das im Auto eingebaute Mautgerät, Benzinkosten und Bußgelder hinterlegen, so dass ich insgesamt knapp 1600 Euro an Kaution hätte hinterlegen müssen. Diesen Betrag konnte ich aufgrund eines Limits meiner Kreditkartengesellschaft nicht hinterlegen. Der zweite Fahrer (ein Familienmitglied) wollte dann die Kaution hinterlegen. Das wurde von Drive on nicht akzeptiert. Ich konnte dann einen Betrag von 80 Euro zusätzlich zahlen und bekam eine geringere Kaution blockiert. Andernfalls hätte ich dort ohne Auto gestanden. Ich finde dies eine unangenehme Masche des Vermieters und für mich ein Grund dort nicht mehr zu buchen, da ich solch eine hohe Kaution noch nie zuvor erlebt habe und noch nicht erlebt habe, dass der Zweitfahrer (ein Familienmitglied mit gleichen Namen) die Kaution NICHT hinterlegen durfte. Letztendlich habe ich also den doppelten Betrag für die Vermietung gezahlt. Vermittler war bei mir Auto Europe, die im Nachhinein auch keinerlei Kulanz zeigen.

Exzellent. Shuttle erwartet uns bei Ankunft direkt am Flughafen Faro. Schneller Transfer - es sind nur wenige Minuten zur Station ( außerhalb vom Flughafen). Fast neuen Audi A1 bekommen. Super Abwicklung - auch die Rückgabe nach einer Woche morgens um 7 Uhr war sehr schnell und einfach. Freundliches kompetentes Personal. Preis - Leistung unschlagbar. Wir buchen wieder. Via Sunny Cars hier terecht gekomen. Goede service en via bureau alles prima geregeld. Weet het halve vliegtuig een auto huurt dus kan best druk zijn, ze staan met alle balies keihard mensen te helpen. In de zelfde straat zitten prima cafes waar je ff koffie kan doen. Verdiep je even in tol systeem daar, wel zo handig. Inleveren gaat prima en vlot. Ook daar zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Goede paneel service, en wil je niet wachten? Lekker lopen of een Uber.

Shuttle-Service auf dem P4 des Flughafen Faro gut zu finden. Zustand des Shuttle-Fz. und der Büros sehr ordentlich. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Poblemlose Übernahme und vor allem Abgabe des Fz.. Da unser Flug vorverlegt wurde, mussten wir das Fz. vor der offiziellen Öffnung des Büros abgeben. Dies war nach Rücksprache mit einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter kostenlos möglich!! Die Kaution für das Fz. und den Mauttransponder wurden nach am gleichen Tag zurückgebucht. So habe ich das noch nie erlebt! Sehr positiv! Wir haben ein größeres Fz., mit bekannten, kleinen Karosseriekratzern, erhalten.

Péssima companhia, fazem de tudo para tirar dinheiro e mais dinheiro, e se aproveitam do momento em que você está mais vulnerável, não vale a pena, preferível pagar um pouco mais em outras companhias e não ter surpresa. Foi a pior empresa que já contratei na minha vida. NÃO CONTRATE SERVIÇO DELES. Empresas assim tem que ter um cancelamento da população para deixar de operar.

Si je mets 3 étoiles, cest quil savoir un truc : Il faut une carte avec 2600 de retrait mini (la mienne était à 2000 et on était samedi après midi) pour faire lempreinte. Je pense que cest fait exprès donc sinon, cest 157 . Voila, ce que jai payé. Sinon, ils sont très gentils, et la navette nest pas trop longue. Cest juste les 157 qui me reste en travers la gorge, et je navais pas le choix.

Slecht bereikbaar per telefoon en mail, meer dan half uur in de wacht gestaan. Bellen pas na lange tijd terug, erg vervelend als je pech hebt. Auto meegekregen met een reeds versleten koppeling, daardoor op een helling in de problemen gekomen. Koppeling verbrandt, of we ff 2125, wilden afrekenen. Gelukkig via Sunnycars te declareren? Vervangende auto was wel prima, maar ook hier slechte bandenspanning. Bij inleveren wel aardige mevrouw die voor ons de shuttlebus ipv van naar vliegveld naar ons hotel regelde. Zij voelde goed aan dat er veel misgegaan was.

Auto am letzten Tag defekt. Mehrere Stunden Wartezeit, kein Taxi gekommen. Auto wurde abgeholt und wir standen im Regen. 65 Extrakosten für Taxi zum Flughafen. 2100 Kaution berechnet, plus Extra-Versicherung. Vorsicht!!! Hier besser nicht mieten. Reine Abzocke!!!

1,5 uur te laat geleverd. Navigatie kapot. Ruitenvloeistof leeg. Auto vuil was haast klus. Andere auto dan besteld. Onduidelijk afleveradres (booker) daardoor extra 4,50 parkeergeld. Snelle afgifte auto, vriendelijk personeel. Nemen in het vervolg een andere leverancier.
