Auto war gut, Abwicklung war okay, Preis war gut. Allerdings bekommt man hinterher Belastungen ohne Abrechnung und Grund. Wir haben eine Belastungen bekommen. Vermutlich für Maut. 3 Wochen später dann eine weitere Abbuchung ohne Verwendungszweck. Ohne Abrechnung einfach sehr undurchsichtig!

Très pratique en sortant de laéroport P4 , nous avons eu une Seat Ibiza quasiment neuve avec 17000 km au compteur quelques égratignures déjà noté sur leur contrat.... Au retour véhicule redonnée en 5 minutes le temps de faire le tour et vérifié que nous avions bien remis de lessence. Petite agence très efficace avec des jeunes dynamiques et réactifs. Je recommande !!!

On a loué une voiture en Septembre, 3 semaines. On avait réservé sans donner d acompte et sans numéro de carte bancaire. Tous les engagements ont été tenus. La voiture une C3 était neuve, caution par empreinte de CB , régularisation 15 jours après la restitution de la voiture avec déduction du prix des péages autoroutiers. Nous atterrissions tôt le matin de notre arrivée et comme prévu on a récupéré la voiture dès 8h du matin, l endroit où on récupère la voiture est une cabane sur le parking de l aeroport, ou se trouvent tous les loueurs, accessible très facilement. Aucun problème non plus à la restitution de la voiture que l on doit rendre correctement propre.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this car rental company. Ana Varela who was the staff who I dealed with during my pick-up (Algarve airport, August 22-16h00) seemed quite obstinated and unwilling to work. No eye contact, no smiling and speaking very fast like a robot, like if you where a heavy load to get rid-off as soon as possible. Very far from what this company puts on their web page: We have a friendly staff waiting for your arrival. And of course when I had a misunderstanding concerning the deposit (which is taken by the bank differently depending if you have a credit or debit card) instead of having a normal conversation it became a very heated verbal altercation. Sometimes one employee can ruin the whole customer experience and damage a company reputation dispite their efforts. I personally keep a bitter experience from YOR CAR, and an unfortunate way to start the vacations. Not a company different than the others.

We always received Excelente service, a very good and clean car, the reps were very sympathetic... Will definately use the company again for my next visit. Thank you!!

Upon arriving in Portugal, I had a disappointing experience with this company due to the poor treatment I received. The person in charge was disrespectful; I don t remember his name, but he had light-colored eyes. We paid for a seat for a child under 2 years old, but he brought us a seat for a child over 5 years old. The poor service continued when another employee had to bring the correct seat; he just threw it in the back seat. Additionally, the person in charge threatened that if we didnt arrive before 9 PM, they would be closed. We actually got the car around 10 PM and arrived feeling stressed because of our baby. When I called this guy, he was quite rude. In the end, the car was perfectly fine, and when we brought it back, another employee was friendly and apologized. When I mentioned my experience, he said that the disrespectful person was the manager.

Joal, met us at the car rental pod, in car park 4, we have been before so understood the process at the pod, which can be a little confusing the first time. It is home to a number of different car rental companies, so you have to find your one behind the counter and wait for them, easy process, car clean on pick up, friendly staff, explained process, explained return process, before leaving to ensure we had no issues. On return easy process again, car checked for damage, fuel amount etc, all good.

Joao and Tiago were both really helpful with the experience!

A positive experience overall. I was a bit worried at arrival as the rental office is just a very tiny desk in a messy cabin in the car park, mixed with other rentals agencies, no organised queues or waiting area. At my turn though staff was friendly, helpful, spoke good English, explained everything and from there I had no problems (they ask 350 euros deposit). Returning the car was also easy (I just didnt understand from where to enter at the return, so listen carefully for instructions). Tiago was very friendly, checked the car and even got me a little gift from the compaby which was very thoughtful. Would recommend.

Brilliant experience. We were upgraded for no extra fee giving us a really roomy car in excellent condition. No issue marking up an extra scratch we found on collecting the vehicle. The system for tolls is confusing but it is explained up front that if you dont pay to use the service and use motorways youll be charged later - I dont know why other reviewers are complaining. The system worked well for us and we werent charged anything more than we expected, and got our deposit back in full very promptly. Staff both at collection and drop off were quick and very friendly. Id happily use this company again.

Smooth Transaction. On arrival at Faro Airport, I made my way to CAR PARK 4 as directed, to the Yes / Yor Car Hire desk. I was met by Pavlo who was quick to explain in detail all the necessary info on my car hire, and I was then quickly given the keys to my car (which was like new and very clean). On my return I was met by Pavlo again, who quickly checked over the car for scratches or dent and the fuel level which were both spot on, so I was off to catch my departure flight in less than 5 mins. I was also informed that my deposit will be released in the next 5 working days and any toll charges will be deducted from it, (many toll roads in Portugal). Still get flashbacks from renting from this place. Hidden fees, horrible customer service. Was yelled and sworn at when I called to ask a question. DO NOT recommend renting from here.

La voiture était très bien mais nous avons reçu un très mauvais accueil, de la part de quelquun qui ne parlait un très mauvais anglais ainsi que français et qui nous a très mal traitées. Il a été mesquin et faisait exprès de ne pas répondre à nos questions. Lorsquun vient datterrir dans un pays étranger cest un peu violent.

Faites bien attention à bien choisir vos assurances Nous n avons pris que l assurance classique Il a fallu que nous soyons victime d un vol l avant-dernier jour. Je suis allée au bureau de police près de Faro juste après les faits pour ramener le PV à la société. La petite Seat Corona que nous avions eu en prêt a vu sa vitre, côté passager, être brisée, et la portière très légèrement abîmée au montant en plastique. Résultat : la société m a demandé 1.144 euros à payer pour les frais d une Seat Corona En me disant « prenez ces papiers, votre assurance belge règlera le tout à votre retour », mon il !!! En quoi mon assurance auto belge est mêlée à lassurance voiture de location portugaise... Et ils ont le culot de me dire que 1.144 euros pour les dégâts, c est normal, pour une petite Seat Corona... Mon courtier en assurance en Belgique m a dit qu il était courant que les sociétés arnaquent les vacanciers, il a raison PLUS JAMAIS !!!! Je ne digère toujours pas cette histoire des 1.144 euros!!!

Had a 9 seat Van Renault, everything About car was okey. The young guy at the counter said to us, the car was checked by our experts, everything is okey, but It wasnt, there was scretches etc. We marked every mark/scretches on the paper. The Van drove nice, we brought it Back as it was said, with 1/4 of tank. So now I Will wait to get my deposit back. While I was bringing car Back, there was Joao, nice guy, very friendly, checked the car, said everything is okey with car. Thank you
