Der Kleinwagen war ok. Der Service ist hier unterirdisch. Zudem wurde mir eine teure Versicherung aufgeschwatzt. Auch bei der Rückgabe gabs Probleme, weil der Mitarbeiter das falsche Auto zurückgebucht hat. Sehr ärgerlich und komplett unnötig. Ich rate davon ab, hier ein Auto zu mieten

Booked through booking.com but one arrived they said there is a mismatch in the name and refused the booking and tried to charge over £150 while the original was just £7 Then when we made a new booking via booking.com again tried to charge another extra £30 saying during the time we were booking the office hours change and added an out office hours charge all within half an hour plus they tired to claim the full instance cover including damage exceeds cover from booking .com during the booking is useless and they better buy a over from them All of them made us feel very suspicious to carry on with them looking to grab every possible penny fro us One of our friends also have had a similar experience not so long ago So never ever again Also look at many similar experience on Tripadvisor site on this Frao branch run by some scammers Zero Class Wagen

Avec ce genre de loueurs comment voulez-vous que les touristes aient un bon avis sur les loueurs de voiture...... Cela fait 40 ans que je loue des voitures a Faro mais la plus jamais. - pbm avec le prénom Maria/Marie te font comprendre qu ils te font une fleur en acceptant ton dossier - 3200 de caution alors que généralement cela tourne aux alentours des 2000 - essayent de te faire croire que ton assurance CB ne fonctionne pas au Portugal...alors que je l ai déjà fait jouer sans aucun pbm chez des concurrents - bizarrement ma CB ne passe pas alors que j avais assez de solde et que le plafond nétait pas atteint - caution de 150 pour le télépéage Donc j ai tout annulé j ai perdu 80 et je suis allée ailleurs ou j ai payé moins que le montant total demandé (80 location + 350 assurance) Pour nous 1ere et dernière fois

Simply a bunch of thieves. I booked a car from Booking.com and then when I got to the airport to get the car, These guys wanted another £400/- and some £2500/- as deposit. this is even when I had paid booking.com for the car. but then I think most of the car hire companies at the airports are working like con artist anyway. Most of them just want to pay you on top of whatever you paid when booking the car. So I didnt took car from these Con. I simply took a cab and hired a diffrent car in the city with help from my hotel.

Nie wieder Klass-Wagen! Zunächst werden bei Fahrzeugübergabe 30,- Euro aufgerufen für die ungünstige Rückgabezeit dann wird die Kreditkarte belastet zuerst 150,- für die Autobahngebühr, hat am Ende für 10 Tage über 20,- gekostet (1,95 Maut, der Rest Miete fürs Gerät) alles schwer zu überprüfen und daheim auch nicht mehr angreifbar) und dann 3.900,00 Euro Kaution für etwaige Schäden am Fahrzeug. Man sitzt dann irgendwo im Nirgendwo und will einfach den Urlaub beginnen und dann schlägt einem die nette Dame eine Vollkasko für 300,- vor um keine Bauchschmerzen zu haben. am Langen Ende wohl die bessere Alternative, weil man ja auf die Abbuchung keinen Einfluss nehmen kann. Wir hatten über Check24 gebucht. Schade das die mit solchen Partnern zusammenarbeiten!

Warning! These guys are scammers! We booked a car online with insurance. Upon arriving we were told the insurance wouldnt be accepted because my credit card doesnt have my full name on it, it only has my initial and last name. Which is the norm in my country and most as far as I know. They offered another insurance as a solution which was more than five times the price of what our full rental would be! They hide behind the fact that this is in the terms and conditions however this is not legal! There are news articles online explaining this scam and weve had contact with our credit card company but its illegal for them to refuse the payment. Save yourself the headache and dont fall for this scam! Rent somewhere else.

Thugs and thieves, avoid at all cost. The asians are all corrupt, will try sell you additional insurance, if you dont buy will scare you to say you could be charged if anything happens. Played tactic to not make credit card work when entering pin, saying chip maybe corrups so they could make me use my debit card which means I cant put a hold deposit and have to pay for the extra insurance which they wanted to sell. Wasted 3 hours to collect car. Lot of other customers were also angry and having arguments. Do you want people to actually hire cars from you or be so scared to drive that they dont come back? - They are very insistent on this credit card situation. I have been renting car for 17 years all over Europe. Worst experience ever. I have Dutch credit card, where initial and surname is mentioned. It was not accepted (unless I would pay full insurance). In the Netherlands, its impossible to show a statement with a first name and last name of a card or any statement. No expectation has been made. We were left with no car in the evening. We were brought back to the airport.

DONT RENT FROM HERE! Terrible experience. They refused to rent a car to us without insurance because of some stupid policy of having a full name and surname on the credit card instead of initials + surname even though it is impossible to have that in the Netherlands where we came from. The guy at the reception was very nice but started playing the whole drama when it came to the name, telling us that the car might be stolen, that it is dangerous to drive in Portugal. He also said that we needed to pay 20 eur for the transponder even though from the 01.01.2025 there are no paid roads in the Algarve. He mentioned it to be a law but it was just another way of getting us to pay more. When we said that we are leaving he started playing a game that he will call his boss and try to get an exception for us. Didnt work. Then he said that in other rental companies we will have the same problem (bullshit as we rented at least 15 times and never had such a treatment). Luckily we left and were able to rent a car from another place. Very relaxed, no pushing and funny enough the law for transponder fee miraculously disappeared at another company.

A fuir... nous avions réservé une voiture par internet. Arrivé sur place, l agence nous facture une assurance supplémentaire de 268 euros pour 6 jours alors que nous avons déjà une assurance. Nous avons trouvé une autre location de voiture assurée pour 48 euros chez un autre loueur. C est carrément du vol! Et pour répondre à votre commentaire ci dessous, nous avions bien une carte de crédit et non debit et nous avions bien une assurance supplémentaire. Votre salarié n à rien voulu savoir... nous n avons eu aucun frais supplémentaire avec votre concurrent. Par ailleurs, jous nous ne nous avez pas remboursé les frais engagés, ce qui n est pas correct

The worst experience ever Avoid and I mean avoid at all costs

Im renting a car right now (booked online) and they were really agressive with the insurance. They claim that every little dent in the painting will cost you 700 euro. Of course the rental car has several scratches and dents that obviously have not been repaired so go figure their business modell. Extremely uncomfortable now, as to whaz the situation will be when i return it, and they might claim some new scratches that havent been documented. Avoid and look for any of the more established rental cat companies around! Edit: weeks after the end of my trip, they are now annoying me with payment of portugese tolls, that apparently cant be charged from my credit card. It sounds like this is a standard procedure. I did not have this inconvenience when renting with other companies in portugal, so klass wagen, you are doing something wrong! Im happy to pay the additional 8 euro, but you keep sending me links and making it a hassle to pay (no pay pal/ credit card option). Just a scam company.

Cuidado con reservar con ellos- TIMADORES reservamos a través de doyouspain y nos querían cobrar recargo por fuera de horas por devolver el coche a las 22:00 cuando su horario es hasta las 22, alegando que mas tarde de las 21:59 ya es fuera de hora y no poniendo eso en el contrato. Aun diciéndoles que lo íbamos a devolver antes y llamando a Doyouspain, que nos dio la razón en todo momento, no hubo manera de razonar con ellos y nos quisieron echar de la oficina. Les pedimos que nos llevaran al aeropuerto de vuelta y se negaron tanto a eso como a hacernos un papel firmando que indicara que no nos querían llevar para pedir un taxi y reclamarlo después. Finalmente tuvimos que llamar a la policía para que accedieran a llevarnos de vuelta al aeropuerto.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. We rented a car from them in Faro via Bookings.com. We paid full insurance (via Booking) and still we had to pay one to Klass Wagen because hidden info about credit card in their service agreement. That info was not in the voucher and our credit card is accepted everywhere. Even they accepted it afterwords for toll deposit, but not as deposit for insurance. Once again, avoid them please, lower price is not worth of your time and nerves that you loose with them.

Terrible customer service, insane deposit amount then cancelled our whole booking. DO NOT USE

Wouldnt accept creditcard for deposit. We wanted to opt out of the insurance and go with a deposit (which was very high). They wouldnt accept our creditcard because the name on the card didnt precisely match the name on the booking. The reason for this is that the name on the card is obviously abbreviated. Creditcard details and name on the booking have been shared with them several weeks prior to arriving in Faro, so we asked why this wasnt brought up sooner. No clear explanation was provided. The booking needed to be canceled because they wouldnt accept our creditcard for the deposit.

Ao devolver o veículo fomos informados que esse valor não seria estornado pois era do seguro, claramente há uma estrutura de venda através da desinformação para ganhar dinheiro em cima de cliente. Zoals veel mensen al beschrijven. Boek hier geen auto. Nooit problemen gehad met het boeken van een huurauto met alleen je initialen op een creditcard. Zoek je een goed auto verhuur bedrijf. Ook wij zijn hierna naar centauro gegaan. Waar alles zo geregeld was. Zonder gedoe. En waar ze zeiden dat de eerste letter op je creditcard van je naam voldoende was . Omdat er vaak geen hele naam op je kaart staat. Wil je je vakantie zonder gedoe en vooral snel beginnen. Boek niet hier. Want ook doe jij alles goed . Kan je wachten op de eindeloze discussies die de mensen voor je hebben. Aanrader ; Centauro auto verhuur. Ligt in de buurt en alles vlot geregeld.

Deposits are insane high and for many people not affordable. Only credit cards accepted. No debit cards! Making the staff at the return pushing customers to give feedback online and paying them a commission for every feedback received (proofed by screenshots) is unprofessional and annoying. The car was good and worked well. The service, well, that is a whole other matter. We booked the car through booking.com and paid for the hire, additional driver and insurance. We knew we had to put a credit card details up as a deposit. On arrival, we were told they needed £241 for a cover all we don t care what the car comes back like, we don t even check or we could put £3500 from our credit card, and if anything happened, at all, they would seize all of it. They used the scare tactics, £700 for a chipped windscreen, £700 for a tiny scratch. We were told if anything happened they would seize the £3500 and we would have to fight to get it back. We then also had to put £150 on the road tax machine for the tolls. Which were were told any unused would be returned, which has not been returned. Genuinely ridiculous, made the holiday cost an additional £400 on the first day.

Please please be aware This company is a complete scam they use terrible scare tactics once you arrive to try and get more money out of you. They then tried to give us a car with barely legal tyres and they a dirty car. When we did not accept either they told us it is a take it or leave it situation terrible service they where doing the same thing to every customer arriving they are praying on the vulnerable as they know you have no other choice if you have arrived on holiday. Luckily we live here and chose to leave we have still lost a large amount of money but I feel it would have been more if we left with one of their vehicles that are not fit for purpose.

Nous avons réservé une voiture pour une semaine à 96 euros avec notre carte visa premier crédit! A l agence lors du paiement ils n ont pas accepté notre carte portant la mention crédit au dos que la banque nous a délivrée justement pour la location de voiture et pour ne pas avoir à payer d assurance supplémentaire ! Ils n ont rien voulu entendre et nous n avions pas d autre choix que de prendre leur assurance à 262 euros ce qui fait une location à 358 euros la semaine si nous voulions avoir la voiture ! Une pure arnaque qui est à priori courante dans cette agence pour vendre leur assurance ! De plus notre voiture était pleine de rayures et pas confortable du tout ! Agence à fuir absolument !!!

Achtung, wie schon einige zuvor geschrieben haben, hier wird man abgezockt! Man denkt einen günstigen Mietwagen gefunden zu haben, man ist gut vorbereitet mit einer Kreditkarte mit ausreichend Deckung etc. Aber die Masche ist: es gibt zwei Kreditkarten-Geräte. Will man die Kaution per Kreditkarte garantieren, verwenden sie ein Gerät einer rumänischen Bank. Ist die Kreditkarte für Rumänien nicht freigeschaltet, funktioniert es nicht. So waren wir gezwungen, für 400 !! eine Versicherung dazu zu buchen, die wir nicht brauchten. Aber anders bekommt man den Wagen nicht. Die Zahlung erfolgt dann über ein anderes Gerät. Hier funktioniert es, weil es mit einer portugiesichen Bank verbunden ist. Leider haben wir den Trick zu spät durchschaut... Fazit: Wir würden niemals wieder hier buchen.

Nach Ablehnung gab es aber keine Probleme. Fahrzeug hatte bereits einige Dellen, es war keine Kofferraumabdeckung drin. Die bekamen wir aber auf Verlangem. Am hinteren Scheibenwischer fehlte das Wischblatt. Sonst war alles ok. Bei der Rückgabe keinerlei Probleme. Würden wieder dort ein Fahrzeug mieten.

I had a terrible experience with Klass Wagen in Faro. They are complete scammers and very rude and arrogant staff. We had booked and paid in advance but when we came to pick up the car we were told that the order of how I had written my name in the booking site was not the same order as it was written on my drivers license. Because of this they did not give us a car. They kept the money for the entire week and we got no refund at all, hence we lost all the money and had to rent a car at another car rental company. Not a good start on the holiday. Please stay away from Klass Wagen.

Terrible Experience Avoid at All Costs! - No Stars From the moment we arrived, this company showed a complete lack of professionalism. We were made to wait over 40 minutes without any explanation or apology. During this time, we noticed at least three other customers leave without their pre-booked rental cars When we were finally attended to, despite having my own insurance already in place, they repeatedly fed me misinformation in an attempt to pressure me into purchasing their overpriced insurance product. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and even the duty manager failed to offer any resolution. The entire experience felt like a waste of two hours, with moments that even felt genuinely threatening. To make matters worse, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of many positive reviews here. Please be extremely cautious if you re considering dealing with this company. I strongly advise others to avoid them entirely.

Every customer is a target, every technique used to make a 40 Euro car hire cost 350 Euro! - no clear information about pickup point at airport or marking on site - no clear information about need to call company to arrange pickup - temporary hut type location off airport site for car hire - boiler room sales technique for every extra sellable item - insurance, travel to Spain - each an extra 200-300 euro - attempt to force you to buy extra insurance by saying you have no cover. - no explanation about law for insurance cover. - no standard pricing, every price seems to be made up on the spot, and changed on the spot depending on what the sales person feels. - even if you leave the building to make a decision , the sales person will follow you out in a few minutes and try to pressure sell further products. - everything about their lack of EXPLICIT information about extra fees will be blamed on broker. Yes, some stuff is hidden in very small writing in one part of the terms and conditions, and you are supposed to read 5 pages of terms for every flight you book, again for every hotel, again for every car hire, and every holiday or pay the price. You are also supposed to read 5 pages of terms for every company in the search engine results before a decision, simply because they cant display extra fees clearly Im the main search results. They know that they themselves dont read 30-40 pages of small writing over 6 purchases before every holiday, so they can hide whatever they like in very small print at the back of the terms and blame it on you on arrival. Every part of every comment on arrival by the sales person is designed to trap you into spending at least 5 times your basic hire cost, and you are a target the minute you walk and not a customer. They know you expected them to be professional, have hotel bookings and places to go, are unlikely to get through on complaint telephone phone numbers during holidays - and will take advantage of each of these at the correct time. They also fully know that last minute booking with other companies will cost alot more, so will try to trap you further. I have booked with 30-40 car hire companies across Europe in 10 years. I have never come across such a mercenary, ruthless, cold and calculating organisation - or even close. I had to cancel last minute and re-arrange with alot of luck through a normal and professional company. Even then, they were telling me it wont work. Never use this company unless you want to pay at least 5 times the initial cost and ruin your holiday. Always have a back option.

Do not use this company - if you don t want to pay their high prices for insurance it s impossible to rent a car. I had insurance through another company so didn t want to pay with them. They would not allow me to complete my car rental as I did not have a visa or Mastercard credit card with my full name on (only the first initial of my first name and my full last name on my credit card. I had a debit card with my full name on but this wasn t acceptable). The guy was rude, unhelpful, found the situation amusing and tried to snatch my phone from me at one point. I was not able to rent the car in the end so was left to find another one at last minute at the airport upon arrival.

FINGER WEG! Reine Abzocke! Nie wieder. Um 22:00 Uhr angeflogen. Bei zweitem Tour wurden abgeholt. Um 22:30 standen wir an der Mietstation. Es waren insgesamt 5 Kunden. Pro Kunde haben die ca 30 Minuten gebraucht. Neues Jahr an der Mietstation gefeiert anstatt am Strand. Um 00:15 am 01.01.2025 kam ich dran. Debitkarten nicht akzeptiert. Kreditkarte im Handy nicht akzeptiert. Kein Auto bekommen. Unfreundlich bat der Mietarbeiter den Raum zu verlassen. Ich würde noch alles dulden, wenn es schneller gegangen wäre. Aber 2 Stunden für 5 Leute. Das ist nicht normal. Uns wurde angeboten per Q Code ein Schnell checkin zu machen. Vorsicht Falle man schließt zusätzliche Versicherung für über 251 ab, ich habe es abgebrochen. Jeder diskutiert am Schalter stundenlang, weil man nicht über den Tisch gezogen werden will. Spart sich lieber die Zeit, nimmt ein Uber , ist günstiger und stressfrei oder am Flughafen, da geht es zwar schneller, miss man aber auch aufpassen, was man unterschreibt. , , . .

Wir haben über billiger.mietwagen 100 für die Buchung eines Fiat 500 Hybrid für 7 Tage Mietdauer bezahlt und sollten 2100 Kaution bei Klaas Wagen hinterlegen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen bis zur Station lief reibungslos. Als wir dann nach einiger Wartezeit an der Mietstation an die Reihe kamen, legte ich alle notwendigen Dokumente vor (Führerschein, Ausweis, Kreditkarte, Voucher). Der Mitarbeiter sagte mir direkt, dass er die KK nicht annehmen könne, weil mein Vorname darauf abgekürzt sei (mein Nachname ist sehr lang und die KK Institution kann nur max. 21 Zeichen auf die Karte stanzen). Mehrmals wiederholte er, dass er persönlich mir ja glauben würde, dass es meine KK sei, jedoch das Unternehmen Klaas Wagen dies nicht akzeptieren dürfe. Ich bat ihm verschiedene Möglichkeiten an ihm zu beweisen, dass ich die Inhaberin der Karte bin (Nachweis in der App, Anruf bei der KK Institution) aber beides wurde abgelehnt. Ein Anruf bei billiger.mietwagen bestätigte, dass Klaas Wagen im Recht sei und die Anmietung theoretisch ablehnen dürfe, so ein Fall jedoch eher selten vorkomme (aufgrund eines abgekürzten Vornamens). Daraufhin riefen wir beim Broker an, bei dem es sich um Auto Europe handelte. Die baten uns die Möglichkeit, eine E-Mail an Klaas Wagen zu senden und um Änderung des Hauptfahrers zu bitten (meine Freundin hatte eine KK auf ihren Namen dabei und auch eine Fahrerlaubnis). Aber auch das hat Klaas Wagen abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, dass dies nur maximal 48 Stunden vor Anmietung möglich sei. Als Lösung für das Ganze wurde lediglich die Option vorgeschlagen, eine neue Versicherung in Höhe von zusätzlichen 225 abzuschließen + eine Kaution in Höhe von 150 für das Auto (die ich dann komischerweise doch mit meiner KK hinterlegen dürfte, also null Sinn hinter dem Ganzen). Das haben wir abgelehnt. Stattdessen haben wir mit Auto Europe nochmal telefoniert, die uns aus Kulanz angeboten haben unsere aktuelle Buchung zu stornieren (70 haben wir wiederbekommen) und eine neue Buchung über einen anderen Anbieter aufzugeben. Der neue Anbieter war DriveOn. Wir bekamen dort einen Fiat500 Cabrio Hybrid und es lief alles problemlos (wobei wir glauben, dass die auch nicht ganz sauber arbeiten). Ich erwarte keine Entschuldigung oder ein wir versuchen möglichst transparent und offen zu sein von Klaas Wagen, sondern ich möchte potentiell zukünftige Reisende einfach warnen :) Klaas Wagen ist in keiner Weise kulant und versucht auf jede mögliche Weise Profit aus der Unachtsamkeit seiner Kunden zu erwirtschaften. Die suchen sich die kleinsten Fehler. Wir haben mit anderen Urlaubern vor Ort gesprochen und die meinten Klaas Wagen hat denen auch die Anmietung verweigert, weil deren Kreditkarte nicht mehr die notwendige Gültigkeit nach Ablauf der Reise gehabt habe. Und bei vielen anderen haben wir auch beobachten können, wie ihnen die Angebotskarte für die Zusatzversicherung aka vorgelegt wurde. Also wir waren nicht die einzigen Alles in allem hat uns das alles viel mehr Zeit gekostet, aber Klaas Wagen hat sich zumindest nicht an unserem Geld bereichert :)

Waardeloos, onze creditcard waar we al 30 jaar autos mee huren, werd net als een ander persoon hier beschreef, niet geaccpteerd omdat er alleen voorletters en achternaam op staat. Gelukkig spreek ik vloeiend Portugees ( daar op kantoor bijna niemand op een braziliaan na), meteen het klachten boek ingevuld, kopie meegenomen, auto gecanceld, hebben niet eens afgewacht met welke scam ze zouden proberen ons alsnog een auto aan te smeren. centauro gebeld die 5 min verderop zit en waar we vaker huren, die hadden binnen 5min een auto en ook nog gratis upgrade van een up naar een focus. Erstmal war der Preis wirklich unschlagbar günstig. Wirkte sehr unseriös. Man versuchte mich und eine weitere Mieterin die ich nicht kenne davon zu überzeugen, dass die Kreditkarte nicht funktionieren würde und man daher eine extra Versicherung abschließen müsse um mit einer anderen Karte bezahlen zu können. Erst nachdem ich den Mitarbeiter ausdrücklich darauf hinwies, dass meine Karte bisher immer akzeptiert wurde, hat er meine Karte probiert und es hat sofort funktioniert. Man war an viel mehr Bedingungen gebunden als bei allen anderen Anbietern die ich bisher hatte ( viel höhere Kaution, Auto musste vor Abgabe von innen und außen gereinigt werden, Auto war nicht voll bei Abholung) Außerdem war das Fahrzeug war kleiner als bestellt. Beim nächsten mal gebe ich lieber 50 mehr aus aber habe weniger Kopfschmerzen

Geboekt via Booking. Vooraf gebeld of Booking prijs ook wel echt de prijs was, dus vroeg (rentalcars.com) 100% garantie om lokaal toch niets te hoeven bijdragen (wat me vaak was overkomen). Moest tóch! Had keuze om 250 bij te betalen of 3.200 borg te betalen (let op limiet creditcard). In laatste geval zou elke kras en of deukje worden berekend en vastgesteld door Klaas Wagen, je moest er voor tekenen dat er niet over de hoogte van de prijs per schade te discussiëren viel! In het vliegtuig terug hoorde ik een medereiziger vertellen dat ze voor een krasje van 5cm 800 moest betalen. Dit is het verdienmodel van huurmijen. Bij terugkomst weer booking (rental)!gebeld, borg is contractueel 2.700 en niet 3.200, we hadden toch deze moeten nemen, bij thuiskomst kun je alles via booking verzekering terugkrijgen. Ik kreegvwel netjes m n booking verzekeringspremie terug gestort omdat ik verkeerde keuze had gemaakt en booking dit niet goed uitlegd. De echte winst zou zitten in deze goede uitleg vooraf door Booking

ik zou dit bedrijf niemand adviseren , ze lokken je met een goedkoper huurauto en bij aankomst is je creditcard niet voorzien van je voluit geschreven voornaam. We hadden een heel slechte ervaring met deze verhuurdienst en raden ten stelligste af om er een wagen te boeken. We reserveerden en betaalden online, gaven vluchtnummer door zodat de dienst op de hoogte was van onze aankomsttijd. De auto bleek bij aankomst ´s ochtends opgehaald te moeten worden. We waren te laat en moesten een extra bedrag van 20 euro boete betalen. Ook voor een 2e chauffeur moesten we 50 euro extra betalen, hoewel dat al in onze initiele boeking zat. Daarna intimideerde een medewerker ons en maande aan om een extra verzekering te nemen van 230 euro. Ze zwaaide met een tabel vol mogelijk schadegevallen en absurd hoge bedragen. We hadden online ook al een verzekering geboekt maar die bleek niets te dekken. De auto zelf functioneerde goed maar had de hele week een maintenance en ´tyre pressure-lampje branden. We mochten dit, door de verzekering te betalen, negeren. We hadden geen keus want het was al avond en nog een heel eind tot onze bestemming. Een klachtenmail leidde tot niets. We betaalden 4 keer meer dan online geboekt. Dit ruikt naar oplichterij, trap er niet in en boek elders. PS: Het enige wat wél goed werkte was de shuttledienst van en naar de luchthaven.

Unbelievably bad! The manager tried to double the price because according to him I couldn t show my new. I showed him my passport. Id. Credit card. Debit card. Driving license But apparently this was not enough and therefore he had to ask a ridiculous price. Rental was 30. Price I had to pay was 150. . RUDE and yelling to me I ran out of the shop.

Det er rigtigt at der bliver reserveret højt beløb for både selvrisiko og motorvejsafgifter, men det blev også oplyst i betingelser sammen med at der skal være kreditkort. Shuttle bus kom 10 min efter vi ringede fra lufthavnen og udlevering tog ikke lang tid. Heller ikke problemer eller ventetid med aflevering og reserverede selvrisiko blev frigjort med det samme. venter stadigvæk for depositum for motorvejsafgifter, men der vil go 3-4 uger med det. Vi tog ikke ekstra forsikring trods at de insisterede på det, det gav heller ikke nogle problemer. Så, i vores tilfælde, hvis alt med at få depositum for motorveje går uden problemer, super fin oplevelse.

Bewust mensen misleiden en daar vervolgens een slagje uit slaan door een andere auto aan te bieden voor honderden euros extra. SCAM. We zijn naar Golden Car (op het vliegveld: geen uur op een shuttlebus te hoeven wachten) gegaan en werden daar heel goed geholpen. We hadden een fantastische auto.

Beware of Hidden Fees and Scams! I booked a car through this rental company via Booking.com, and the experience was a disaster. Upon arrival, they added hidden fees that were not disclosed during the booking process: 150 for toll streets (even though I didn t plan to use any). 2,500 deposit, which was never mentioned. An extra 30 per day on top of the original price When I raised concerns, their reply was simply, You should have read the voucher. This kind of response is unprofessional and misleading. If you re considering renting from here, be prepared for unexpected charges. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone.

Let op dat jouw creditcard voorzien is van zowel jouw voornaam als jouw achternaam, anders wordt deze niet geaccepteerd. Mijn ontvangst heb ik ervaren als intimiderend en onveilig. Ik werd min of meer gedwongen om een extra verzekering af te sluiten a 280 en dit weigerde ik. Daarom heb ik besloten om de huur van 2 weken eerder te beëindigen om stress op de dag van vertrek te voorkomen. Dit verliep godzijdank soepel en vlot. Deze meneer was vriendelijk en heeft zich verontschuldigd voor het gevoel dat ik heb ervaren bij aankomst.

Klass Wagen - Extremely Disappointing Experience! I rented a car from Klass Wagen and had a terrible experience. The attendant, Glauber, aggressively pressured us into purchasing an insurance that was much more expensive than what had been initially offered. He claimed that if the car had even the smallest scratch on the paint, we would be charged an exorbitant amount unless we took his expensive coverage he was practically forcing us into it. On top of that, Glauber was very impatient when we asked to inspect the car for existing damage. Since it was night, it was very difficult to spot any marks, but he was unhelpful and dismissive. We had to record a video to ensure we wouldn t be charged for any damage when returning the car. I also had an issue when Glauber claimed the car had to be returned with the tank exactly the way we received it, despite the website clearly stating full to full (pick it up full and return it full). We spent nearly two hours arguing about this, and he continued to insist on his incorrect version of the policy. Overall, Glauber was rude, unprofessional, and didn t seem to know his own companys policies. I would not recommend Klass Wagen to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and choose another car rental service.

A little bit pushy on taking the fully comp insurance giving a bit of a scare but overall a really positive experience. Car was really well maintained, no problems with it and it had wireless android auto which isnt super common and really helpful! Collection and drop off to and from the airport were incredibly prompt and smooth. I would recommend Klass Wagen Faro.

An sich ein gutes Auto, allerdings an allen Ende beschädigt, zum Teil stark. Frontscheibe hatte mehrere Beschädigungen, die Reifen vermittelten kein gutes Gefühl. Wir würden hier (Nachtrag: wahrscheinlich nicht) wieder buchen!!!!! 5 Sterne gibt es nur für den wirklich guten Mann bei der rücknahme des Wagens.

Wir wurden bei der Fahrzeugübernahme zu einer Zusatzversicherung genötigt; die bereits vorhandenen Versicherungen wurden nicht akzeptiert! Kaution wurde dann auf 2000 hochgesetzt, als wir uns weigerten, eine Versicherung abzuschließen. Bei der Fahrzeugrückgabe wurde uns dann ein Schaden (Kratzer amFahrerspiegel) untergejubelt. Wir hatten aber keinen Schaden verursacht! Letztendlich mussten wir 200 bezahlen, die wir aber von unserer privaten Versicherung erstatten bekamen. Diese Autovermietung ist unter keinen Umständen zu empfehlen, der ganze Urlaub wurde uns dadurch verdorben!

Pick up and drop off was very good. The car was great. The most uncomfortable pressurised insurance selling I have ever experienced when renting a car. It felt like a time share push. I wont be using them again.

Many hidden fees. bad communication. Make sure to read the fine print. Make sure to have a credit card, not debit; otherwise they will charge you the full insurance price (300 euros extra). They did not communicate about an extra charge for the toll device which I only used once. The car I rented did not even have a gas cap, which made me lose money as the fuel evaporated, and leaked on turns. Also when I fueled up the car before giving it back, it did not give me the correct amount of gas on the gauge, which made me put 20 euros too much in it. They are not commercial at all, and try to grab as much money as possible.
