A total of 938,71 paid to booking.com then you charged my card over 700 euros ( for a total comfort premium 524.87 plus 200 deposit ) and then again you charged me another 100 euros after my rental finished. What is going on? I am local and I recommended you to friends and can easily come into your office and advance my complaint. In addition I returned the car with a full tank of fuel and it seems you have charged me for fuel. Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience avec cette agence de location à Faro. Le service a été rapide, professionnel et efficace. Le personnel était accueillant, à l écoute et a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions. La voiture était en excellent état, propre et conforme à mes attentes. La procédure de prise en charge et de retour s est déroulée sans le moindre problème. Je recommande vivement cette agence et n hésiterai pas à faire appel à leurs services lors de mon prochain séjour à Faro. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

We were picked up by a shuttle immediately after the call, picking up the rental car was quick and easy, new and clean vehicle, return in Porto also went smoothly including a shuttle to the airport Would use Record Go service again!

Nous avons loué un véhicule (Captur Renault) avec option confort (Pas de franchise) pas dinventaire à la prise en charge ni au retour cela évite les tracats et angoisse prix raisonnable (301 Euros/ 14 jours) Véhicule de 70 000km mais en bon état (quelques éraflures sans importance... assurance confort) A la sortie de laéroport si vous suivez les indications fournies vous trouverez sans problème la navette, pas demplacement spécial mais visible logo sur le véhicule à gauche sur le parking. Lors de la remise du véhicule pas de surprise à part le paiement de 100 euros pour lessence (le plein est fait) 100 euros pour les péages ( 20 euros non remboursable location du badge 80 euros davance pour les péages) Ce pas très clair sur le contrat ! Lors du retour, la restitution se fait très rapidement, dans notre cas juste vérification du plein du réservoir. Pas de restitution des 100 euros de suite, nous les avons reçu sur compte bancaire 48 heures après. Pour les péages nous avons reçu le reliquat (sur les 80 euros) une quinzaine de jours après . Petite information pour le retour ce nest pas évident de trouver lentrée du parking, Un conseil tapez comme adresse Rue Judice Fialho Faro sur Google maps.

Navette gratuite depuis laéroport, personnel aimable, tarif raisonnable, voiture propre et en bon état.

Wir bekamen ein sehr gepflegtes Auto. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und arbeiten sehr schnell. Sowohl die Übernahme am Flughafen Lissabon als auch die Rückgabe in Faro und die jeweiligen Transfers haben reibungslos geklappt. Allerdings war (nicht nur für uns) der Rückgabeort in Faro sehr schwer zu finden. Ein Hinweisschild wäre hier hilfreich!

Je lis les commentaires et je me demande comment j ai pu me retrouver à louer chez eux ! 1500 de caution + 100 pour l essence et 100 pour le péage ils m ont ajouté un siège auto alors que des amis allaient nous en prêter un j ai payé 110 de siège auto qu ils ne voulaient pas annuler car soit disant je l avais réservé en ligne :/ le gars s est mis à accélérer en anglais pour que je ne comprenne rien à tout son bazar. Je me suis retrouvé devant le fait accompli a accepté leurs conditions sinon nous n avions pas la voiture. Celle ci n avait ni huile moteur, ni de liquide de refroidissement ! Nous avons signalé les faits, appelé plusieurs fois les numéros. Pas de réponse ! Bref .. je me sens comme volé par cette agence de mal honnêtes.

Habe über Ryanair ein sehr gutes Angebot bekommen, das ich nichtsahnend annahm. Wir bekamen einen rostigen Fiat Panda. Im Falle, dass wir keinen zusätzlichen Versicherungsschutz in Anspruch nehmen, müssten wir 1700 hinterlegen. Die Versicherung belief sich dann auf horrende 70 für 3 Tage. Zu allem Überfluss war dann auch noch die Batterie des Pandas leer, weshalb wir das Auto permanent anlaufen mussten. Den zusätzlichen Punkt gibt es für die Freundlichkeit des Personals, sonst wären wir hier bei einem Stern.

Tutto bene l affitto della macchina in portogallo, ma non dei 200 euro di deposito, me ne sono arrivati solo 100 per ora. Sono passati già quasi due mesi ma non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso di altri 100 euro, vorrei contattarlo via telefono ma sembrano quasi irraggiungibili perché non trovo recapiti che non siano automatici e voci preregistrate. SCAMMED by booking through their website. I booked a car through their own website for 6-13 November. Booked this on 25/10. Paid online, got the confirmation e-mail and thought everything was fine. When I opened up the confirmation e-mail to look at pick up instructions on 3/11, all of a sudden I presumably rented a car from 28/10 - 3/11. This is NOT what I indicated when making the booking. I then looked in the online portal, to find that my booking was cancelled. Nobody contacted me on 28/10 to ask where I was/when I would pick up the car. I did not receive any e-mail/SMS to warn me either. Called their office to ask about this situation and was told there was nothing they could do. If I visit the website now, the saved cookies fill the dates in automatically for 6-13 nov... 100% sure I did not book for the period they proclaim I did. Be aware. This company will randomly change your booking to an earlier date and then NOT notify you on the moment when you are supposedly picking up the car. This must be one of the dirtiest, subtlest scams Ive ever encountered. 100+ euros down the drain.

Première location dans cette agence espagnole récemment installée à Faro. Les points positifs : excellent rapport qualité/prix, navette très pratique et rapide (lagence est à 1km à Montenegro), prise en charge et rendu de la voiture rapide et sans surprise. Les points négatifs: conditions pas très claires à la réservation. Le passage de frontière est payant, il y a dimportantes provisions à payer (autorisation de 1500 pour la caution, plus 100 de provision pour lessence, plus 100 de provision pour le péage et pas davoir remis au retour du véhicule). Il y a une assurance complémentaire proposée par lagence pour éviter le dépôt de caution, mais pour le coup cest cher. Le bureau de lagence nest pas très facile à trouver et pas très bien aménagé. En conclusion, cela reste intéressant pour bénéficier de tarifs avantageux (nous avons loué pour 3 semaines)... Et le personnel est au petits soins.

Tout sest très bien déroulé. Pas de mauvaise surprise et voiture très bien. Prévoir 1500 euros pour la franchise, 100 euros pour le carburant et 100 euros davance telepeage autoroute. A la restitution du véhicule la franchise a immédiatement été remboursé, les frais de carburant idem. Nayant pas utilisé le télépeage les 100 euros sont remboursés sous 15 jours. Bref je recommande cette société sans problème. Je ne manquerai pas de refaire appel à eux la prochaine fois. Nb: Une navette vient vous chercher à laéroport et vous ramène.

Buena compañía y buenos carros. Lo único por destacar es que nos dieron un carro sin Apple Car Play y la respuesta de uno de los chicos de la tarde fue un poco grosera y desinteresada. Cuando devolvimos el carro encontramos un chico super atento y muy buena persona. Volvería a alquilar, me gusto el servicio.

Very good service, everything went pretty well, I rented a car for some days, paid an insurance which covered any damage so I didnt have to worry much about scratches or whatsoever (which usually causes issues when returning the car). The amount which I paid for the fuel (100 paid in advance in case the car is returned not fully tanked) and for the toll (100 to cover the highway tolls) have been paid back by RecordGo already (minus the tolls expenses). I can only recommend

I was so happy with my car hire experience with record go and told the guy that who I returned the car to saying its the best car and easiest pick up/drop off iv had, and I come to Portugal regularly. Only to look in my bank account to find they have taken £77 from me,which is far to much. I worked out my motorway tolls to be no more than 15 euros. I have rang recordgo to ask why and they want a contract number which I dont have. Surely they can find my booking from my name,dates and car I used but they say not. This as left a sour taste as this as never happened with any other company. Very unhappy customer

Ich habe schon sehr oft den Mietwagen Service von Record Go genutzt und war immer sehr zufrieden! Am Flughafen Mallorca geht es ohne Transfer am Besten. Aber auch in Valencia und Faro klappt es sehr gut mit Transfer! Ich nehme immer den teueren Tarif. Da hat man bei der Abgabe keine Probleme...

Hat alles perfekt geklappt. Rückanwicklung der Kaution etc. hat etwas gedauert, aber es war alles korrekt. Transfer zum und zum Flughafen hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und möchten keine weiteren Versicherungen aufschwatzen.

Hele vriendelijke mensen, nette auto en goede prijs. We werden snel geholpen. De shuttlebus gaat wanneer gewenst en duurt maar 8-9 minuten. Als je aangeeft wanneer je aankomt, zullen ze op P2 klaar staan (als je eerder bent kun je bellen en komen ze je direct halen). Ook bij het inleveren ging alles heel vlot en zonder enig probleem. Het personeel gaf nog tips voor portugal! Wij komen sowieso hier terug.

Sehr nettes Personal. Haben einen neuen Renault Capture bekommen. Wenn kein Unfall passiert (hohe Summe auf Kreditkarte hinterlegt), haben wir ca. 10 pro Tag bezahlt. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt!

Gostei bastante da experiência, tivemos uma falta de comunicação pois reservamos pela Ryanair e a mesma não explica bem as condições (têm que fazer um seguro ou um depósito de 1500 , optamos pelo seguro) mas tirando isso correu tudo bem. Reservem diretamente no site deles é mais prático. Staff jovem e simpático sempre disponíveis para ajudar! Carros novos e super limpos. Recomendo!

Great experience with Record Go, We had to find a car at the last minute and Record Go saved us! The shutle is fast and we had a very nice car in a really good state, for a reasonable price! Moreover, the pickup/drop off was really fast, and the guy helping us was really understanding and nice. Thank you Manuel !

Awful customer service - try to rip you off at every opportunity and we were unable to pickup our car. The company refused to accept Amex for the deposit even though they clearly accepted Amex (as evidenced by a sign on the wall). They advised they would accept Amex if we took their insurance for an extra £100 (more than original booking). They were also trying to make us upgrade vehicle for 10/day - this meant getting a VW TCross even though we had booked VW TCross or similar and they were trying to give us a Kia. Total joke and rip off - would not recommend.

Pas vraiment de mauvaises surprises comme jai pu lire : on a payé une caution de 1200 pour la voiture (encaissée car carte à débit immédiat) + 100 de caution pour lessence et 100 pour la carte préchargée pour le télépéage. Cétait spécifié dans les conditions. On a rapidement récupéré la voiture, et le check-out sest bien déroulé également. Idem pour la navette, on a suivi les instructions en arrivant à laéroport (facile à trouver) et le chauffeur est sympa (il parle un peu français). On a reçu la caution de la voiture et lessence en 2 jours ouvrés (on attend pour le péage).

Um conselho para quem vai a portugual, aluguem já com o seguro pois não tem que deixar causao, apenas 100 reais da gasolina que foi reembolsado no outro dia, e 100 de pedagio esse ainda não houve retorno mais sei que pode demorar devido a (via verde). Super rápido e prático, atendimento para retirar muito bom para entregar bem simplificado, o carro era novo sem nenhum problema! Alugaremos dnv sem dúvidas

Efficace et bon prix

Partendo del presupposto che fino all ultimo secondo ho avuto paura non esistesse per via del prezzo troppo ribassato delle loro auto , mi sono dovuto ricrede in quanto il posto esiste ed è pure ben fornito, con mezzi puliti, nuovi e di marchi affidabili. Si trova a circa 5 minuti di auto dall aeroporto di Faro e per raggiungerlo viene messa a disposizione un bus navetta ma, STATE BENE ATTENTI, perché più che una critica questa vuole essere un consiglio. Se seguite le indicazioni riportate nel volantino informativo che vi verrà inviato con la mail di conferma dopo aver prenotato l auto, viene specificato chiaramente che il luogo di ritrovo si trova ai parcheggi P1 P4 e P5 ben indicati all esterno dell aeroporto, tuttavia, nelle foto e nella descrizione del medesimo volantino vengono riportate indicazione di un altro parcheggio, il P2, che si trova invece 50 metri in linea retta rispetto all uscita D degli arrivi senza però essere nominato. Disguido che ci ha fatto perdere la prima navetta. Sottolineo anche un altro problema relativo all app di Record go, che non è presente per store italiano e che al numero di telefono indicato non abbiamo mai avuto risposta, complice il fatto dei numerosi arrivi e partenze che rendono frenetico il lavoro dell operatore della navetta. Per il resto noi abbiamo ricevuto un ottima macchina, un T-Roc praticamente nuovo e in ottime condizioni, con consumi limitati ed ottime prestazioni sui terreni del Portogallo. L auto viene fornita con la modalità PIENO-PIENO e datemi retta, fate sempre una foto dei Km che vi segna l autonomia al momento del ritiro dell auto. In oltre vengono chiesti 200 di anticipo come caparra e costo del Telepass, obbligatori in Portogallo, che poi vi verranno riconsegnati in circa 10 giorni dal momento della restituzione del mezzo. Per quanto riguarda il personale nulla di particolare sono piuttosto freddi e sbrigativi.

El coche estaba nuevo y en muy buenas condiciones. Precio muy bueno incluyendo seguro a todo riesgo. Lo único que deberían cambiar es el acceso de Google Maps, ya que te indica el lateral de una carretera y no la entrada real que esta por detrás. Buena experiencia. Repetiría.

Ottimo servizio, auto nuove e confortevoli, molto professionali e serietà assoluta

Una buena compañía con la que ya alquilé anteriormente en Ibiza. El personal de la oficina es amable. Contratamos a mi nombre pero con el conductor iba a ser mi pareja. Cuando llegamos allí, no habían recibido los datos del conductor, por un error de ellos, y finalmente solucionaron este aspecto. Teníamos contratado el seguro con ellos, y allí nos ofrecieron la asistencia en carretera que finalmente también contratamos. La devolución del tanque del gasoil fue inmediato, en la devolución del coche. Sin embargo, la devolución de los peajes nos dijeron que tardaban 10 días aprox, por lo que aún estoy esperando. El coche era correcto, inclusive nos ofrecieron cambiar de modelo si no nos gustaba. Solo anotaría que en la salida/entrada de vehículos del recinto, hay unos socavones que deben arreglar para evitar percances. Si repetiría con esta compañía.

El 8 de agosto realicé el depósito de 200 por el alquiler de la tarjeta verde para los peajes y por el importe de los mismo, y no lo he recibido de vuelta tras haber devuelto el vehículo en perfecto estado el 13 de agosto. Por contrato, son 30 días naturales para realizar la devolución del importe y estando a 18 de septiembre así no ha sido y no me han dado ninguna solución. No es problema de los bancos como decís y no se ha realizado el abono. NO contrateis con ellos.

Ich habe bisher zwei Mal ein Auto bei RecordGo gemietet. Beide Male war das Auto sehr gut und die komplette Abwicklung hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Kaution für das Auto wurde nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Die Tankkaution wurde nach einer Woche zurück gezahlt. Ein Woche später wurde der restliche Betrag der Mautkaution ( 73 ) von 100 zurückgezahlt. Alles sehr perfekt und korrekt und wie besprochen.

Sinceramente estou bastante desapontada, cliente depois de 3 anos e a primeira vez que venho alugar sem reserva e nenhum carro para alugar, desapontada porque sempre alugo na Record go no porto e são top, já não posso dizer o mesmo aqui em Faro...

Hire car company who were excellent once we reached their offices. The pick-up shuttle bus was chaotic and stressful and we had to ring the company to get picked up.

Check in process was quick and the car was ready, unfortunately when I went to return my car I learned my flight was cancelled for an additional 10 hours and the kind & understanding manager allowed me to keep the car for thee rest of the day so I wasnt stuck at the airport for 10+ hours. I couldnt be more thankful for that.

Con Record Go Faro tuve problemas de comunicacion, no habia manera de hablar con ellos, finalmente pude gestionarla la oficina de Barcelona, aunque al final me cambiaron el modelo del coche de alquiler. Todo ok a la entrega de llaves, deposito, gasolina y peaje

Ottimo servizio

Sou cliente recordgo na Espanha e usei agora numa viagem ao Algarve. A recolha e devolução foram ágeis e fáceis. O carro estava em excelentes condições e tudo atendeu minhas expectativas. O preço deles é sempre muito bom!

O Daniel foi incrível e deu toda a informação necessária e foi incrivelmente atencioso!

Expérience peu satisfante. Une heure dattente à laéroport pour la prise en charge... Caution de 1000 pour la voiture, 100 pour lessence, 100 pour lautoroute. Cétait prévu. Remboursement promis sous 24 à 48h pour 1100 , en attente pour lautoroute. Les prélèvements ont été multiples, puis remboursés pour certains après plusieurs jours (200 prélevés définitivement, puis 827 , puis r emboursement de 1010 , puis prélèvement de 5,85 supplémentaires...). Bref des jeux de prélèvement et remboursement très peu clairs. Habituée à la location de voiture, cette expérience na vraiment pas été concluante et plutôt anxiogène...

Alugamos um carro (Polo) (08.07-19.07.24) pela primeira vez na Recordgo no algarve. Tivemos de pagar adicionalmente um depósito de 200 euros. 100 euro para a gasolina e 100 euros para as portagens mas ja sabíamos disso. Entretanto ja recebemos os 100 euros de depósito, os das portagens ainda estamos a espera pois viajamos do algarve ao Porto e de volta :). Ao inicio fiquei um pouco preocupado quando nos deram um vw polo que ja tinha alguns riscos e mocas. Como não foi feito o protocolo de entrega receei que ao fim teria problemas, mas não. Como tínhamos o total comfort a viatura nem foi quase vista, so por dentro para ver se tinha muita areia (que não era o caso). No total ficamos muito contentes e satisfeitos com o atendimento e as condições. Da próxima vez que iremos a Portugal a aluguer ira ser na Recordgo ;-). Deixo aqui a dica para todos: NAO RESERVEM EM OUTRAS PLATAFORMAS MAS SIM SOMENTE NA RECORDGO. O problema e que o seguro feito nessas plataformas não e valido e depois quando vao levantar a viatura são obrigados a fazer um seguro extra ou deixar um grande caução! Façam isso, se não querem ter problemas reservem através da RECORDGO diretamente e adicionem o total comfort. Assim não tem de se preocupar com riscos ;-) Quanto a areia, compramos tipo ums lençóis de piquenique no lidl e tapamos com isso os assentos da viatura para que não ficassem sujos com areia ou salitra. Funcionou senão a limpeza iria para 75-125 euros (esta no contrato da Recordgo).

El coche que nos dieron estaba muy bien, pero a parte de eso, el servicio nefasto. A evitar a toda costa. Escogimos record go por buenas experiencias en otros lugares (por ejemplo en Menorca alquilamos coche y fue todo perfecto), pero por lo visto en Faro es mejor evitarlos. Devolvimos el coche el 6 de julio y a fecha de hoy aún estamos esperando que nos devuelvan la fianza de los peajes, del cual no hicimos uso ni una sola vez. Se escudan en que se hace la devolución a los 10 días y a mi no me salen las cuentas, han pasado días de sobras. Además, el número de teléfono si te has de comunicar con ellos es de pago, así que negocio redondo; fijo que reciben muchas llamadas preguntando por devoluciónes de fianzas si siempre trabajan con la misma agilidad. Una vergüenza.

Hace justo 1 mes que devolvimos el coche en la oficina de Record Go de Faro, con el depósito de gasolina lleno y sin haber pasado por ningún peaje (con la intención de poder percibir de forma íntegra los 200 que te cobran en concepto de combustible y peajes). A día de hoy, aún no me han devuelto los 100 de peajes y llamada tras llamada, no proporcionan ninguna solución... Es cosa de los bancos.. dicen. Jamás me había encontrado en una situación similar... ¡Lamentable! Estoy muy enfadada y sin saber ya donde reclamar! Pero por supuesto que voy a hacerlo donde haga falta. Jamás vuelvo a contratar con vosotros.

Evitar alquilar con ellos. No me han devuelto la fianza de la gasolina de 100 por error suyo del sistema de pagos, es lo que me informo mi entidad bancaria.. Precios abusivos antes de firmar el contrato, 1200 de fianza + 100 gasolika + 100 peajes (Total 1400 ). Devolvi el coche el dia 5 de agosto con todo perfecto y todavia no me.han reembolsado nada. Actitud chulesca y con poca informacion en la oficina de Faro. No atienden las llamadas telefonicas. El primer dia al ir a buscar el coche me hicieron un contrato y el coche de alquiler que me asignaron no estaba en el parking. Me tuvieron que hacer otro contrato y dar otro coche diferente al que habia alquilado con mucha anterioridad. Poca profesionalidad. La oficina esta lejos del aeropuerto y de Faro con lo que una vez devuelto el coche no puedo desplazarme a reclamar a no ser que vaya en Taxi. Lo unico que valoro positivamente es la atencion de la chica del aeropuerto. Espero que me devuelvan mi dinero.

To mój drugi raz z Record Go (w 2023 korzysta em z lokalizacji lotnisko BCN). Polecam, niezawodne podwiezienie z i na lotnisko. W Faro w 2024 trzeba mie kaucj na paliwo i autostrady razem 200euro (p atno kaucji tylko karta kredytow lub debetow , nie mo na gotówk ). Zwrot za paliwo przyszed po 3 dniach, za autostrady po 14 dniach, ale by em o tym poinformowany Przy pe nym ubezpieczeniu nie ma excess, nie ma te innych kaucji, limitu kilometrów czy depozytów (oprócz w a nie paliwa i autostrad wPortugalii). Nast pnym razem w Portugalii czy Hiszpanii na pewno skorzystam z Record Go

Jai loué, une Ford Puma, hydrique automatique, pour profiter dun véhicule confort et moderne pendant mon séjour. Tout sest bien passé, les assurances proposées sont raisonnables, et sans mauvaises surprises. Cependant, jai eu plusieurs problèmes liés à lélectronique dans la voiture pendant mon séjour : une partie du tableau de bord ne saffichait plus (plus de visibilité sur vitesses engagées, essence, menu tableau de bord, etc), le port usb pour Car play et les moteurs des rétroviseurs ne fonctionnaient quun jour sur deux. Ayant payé 2 fois le prix dune voiture économique pour ce confort qui finalement nétait pas présent, jai fait la remarque à la restitution du véhicule, pour un potentiel dédommagement, ou au moins des excuses. La personne qui ma pris en charge était froide, et na pas considéré mes remarques (je voulais au moins éviter quil la loue pour de prochains clients) et ma simplement dit que les problèmes étaient liés à la température (il faisait 29°C). En somme, je suis déçu du service à la restitution du véhicule: aucune excuses, considération, ni dédommagement malgré les défauts sur mon véhicule.

The team in Faro delivered exactly what you want, good customer service, quick and easy airport shuttle for pickup and drop off, a good clean car, and overall a car hire experience that was easy and well priced. I wouldnt hesitate to book with the team again in the future. Im expecting the fuel (1-2 days) and toll (up to 10 days) refunds to come through as communicated, any issues and Ill update this review.

Abbiamo prenotato un noleggio con assicurazione kasko e riconsegna a Lisbona nel mese di giugno. La macchina era nuova e pulita, con un deposito di ulteriori 100 (oltre a quelli per la benzina) é possibile prendere anche il viaverde essenziale per le autostrade portoghesi. Nonostante i dubbi iniziali, l esperienza é stata ottima con la riconsegna della caparra carburante e della differenza dei pedaggi nei tempi previsti, via bonifico.

Reservamos un coche en Faro. Nos hicieron esperar bastante, pero el coche estaba bien, tened claro que os van a sacar dinero por todo. He cambiado la valoración al cobrar el resto de la cuantía. Aseguraos de lo que firmais. El servicio en general es bueno.

Wir haben im Juni ein Kleinwagen gemietet. Hat alles super geklappt. Bei der Rückgabe wurde uns gesagt das die Tankfüllung in Ordnung ist und wir die Kaution in 2 Tagen zurück bekommen. Hat auch geklappt. Die Mautkaution wurde auch korrekt abgerechnet. Im Nachhinein wurden uns 100 Euro zu wenig zurück gezahlt. Nach Reklamation wurde behauptet wir hätten den Tank leer abgegeben. Das nenne ich Betrug. Abzocke vom feinsten.Also vorsichtig mit record go .

Do NOT rent a car from Record Go if there s a possibility your flight is delayed/canceled. If you have prepaid (as I did) you will lose your money! When I got to Faro airport in Portugal, our flight had been delayed an hour. I didn t realize their car rental closed at 11 PM. There was no one there. We were stuck so I had to get an Uber to take us to Portimao at an additional cost. When I contacted them, they basically said it was not their problem. Unless I wanted to get another Uber back to the airport to get the car, I d have to forfeit the rental and lose the money. I paid the equivalent of £113 for nothing. Plus an additional nearly £40 for the Uber. It didn t make sense to pay another £40 to go back to the airport! Terrible customer service if things go wrong with your flight (which is completely outside the customer s control).

Llame antes de realizar la reserva exclusivamente para confirmar si podía poner como conductor principal a una persona diferente a la que hacía la reserva. La persona de atención al cliente me confirmo que eso se podía realizar sin problemas si hacía la reserva desde su web. Así lo hice, y en todo el proceso no se me informo de nada diferente, a la hora de colocar los datos se diferenciaba claramente entre titular de la reserva y conductor principal. El día de la recogida, ya en la oficina se me informa que esto no podía ser, que el que realizo la reserva es automáticamente conductor principal y que debía colocar conductor adicional para la otra persona cobrándome 62 euros extras a lo ya pagado (Un 25% más del total de la reserva). Al comentarle la situación al oficial de atención me dijo que debe ser un error de la persona que te atendió la llamada, es decir, quien atiende las llamadas en atención al cliente puede decir cosas erróneas que luego te afectan a ti a nivel económico y nadie se hace cargo de eso. Me tomé el tiempo de llamar y asegurarme todo antes de reservar y aun así me engañaron y tuve que pagar la diferencia.

2 months after renting a car in Record go Faro (contract number C000071040) they are still holding 1100 Euro of my deposit! I sent them several messages and received only some automatic replies. Stay away if you dont want to lose your money

Top class service and highly recommended. Pick up via shuttle to and from airport takes only a couple of minutes and staff are excellent. Pick up and drop off is painless. One of the best car rentals I ve used and will definitely return when in the area again!

Rent a car .... Alugue e verá nao é dificil

Séjour du 21 au 28 juin 2024. Tout s est bien passé, la prise en charge est rapide, les loueurs sympathiques, les dépôts ont bien été remboursés dans les temps. GRAND POINT FORT : ils font partie des seuls à accepter les cartes de débit, il faut par contre prévoir le prélèvement du dépôt de garantie ce qui est tout a fait normal ! Merci ! Et à une prochaine pour notre retour au Portugal !

I had great experience, pick up and drop off was smooth. Customer service was awesome, very friendly. 100 petrol deposit was returned promptly. The 100 toll minus usage was returned within 10 days into my account. Not to mention, the great prices compared other rental companies.

Impeccable service, with the Total comfort option, pick-up and drop-off are quick and complete with complete peace of mind. All information was well explained and I was even helped to book an Uber. At the top.

Très bonne expérience. Jai eu la chance detre reçue par Pedro qui parle très bien français. La voiture était très propre. Je nai pas eu le modèle réservé mais une voiture un peu plus grande pour le même prix. Notez que si votre vol est très tôt le matin lagence est fermée pour la restitution de votre voiture. Ils ont tout de même une solution (payante). Jai été remboursée au bout de 48h pour les 100 euros dessence et deux semaines pour les 100 euros de péages. Agence sérieuse. Je recommande!

Outstanding service! We rented an automatic car from Record Go in Faro at a fantastic rate and was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade upon arrival. The Ford Puma was spotless and brand new amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the drop-off process was super quick, which was a lifesaver as we were late for our flight. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend. Took a huge deposit from my credit card and lost out £140 on exchange rates. Huge deposit was £1465 for a weeks rental. Not happy.

Ill start from the beginning. I rented a car online from record go from 21.07 to 27.07.2024 I chose the just go option: additional insurance and additional road assistance, the total amounted to 263.40, it was supposed to be a Fiat 500, I paid for everything with a revolut card!! When I arrived at Faro airport to pick up the car, the service man informed me that they do not accept revolut cards or debit cards, only credit cards. I will also add that I rented the car directly from the record go website, not through intermediaries, and for payment my revolut card was ok, but for the deposit it was not. I did not receive the car and the employee at the office at Faro airport informed me that I would receive a refund of my money, I should contact the service office, he gave me an email address. I wrote an email the same day and I had to wait 5 days for a response. In response, they wrote that I would not receive a refund because I did not have the appropriate card upon pickup. I understand everything, you can charge me some costs, but not taking the entire amount including insurance and road assistance for 6 days since I did not receive the car. This company is a fraud and they do not intend to return my money, I will look for another way to get it back. Now they will definitely write back that they are sorry!! But I know that they are not sorry because they took my 263.40 for a service that I did not receive!! They took the entire amount. Be careful with Record go in Portugal. Scam

Todo el proceso ha transcurrido sin incidentes. El traslado del aeropuerto a la oficina y viceversa muy cómodo y con un conductor muy amable que habla varios idiomas. El personal de la oficina también con muy buen trato, explicando todo al detalle. Recomiendo esta empresa para alquilar un coche en un viaje al Algarve.

Booked a vehicle from the Faro office. Everything was great in regards to checking in, getting the vehicle, etc. They put a 100 charge on my card for fuel and another 100 for tolls. Its been over 20 days since I have returned the car, with a full tank of gas, and we made sure not to drive by any tolls. I was told that the 200 would be refunded back, however, nothing has happened. I have called and left multiple voicemails at the faro office as that is where this took place. I have not received any call back, nor have I gotten any money back. I am deeply upset. ** Update** As you can see from below, the automated response from the company - it shows how much they even care. AS I MENTIONED, full tank of gas, no tolls used, no damage to the vehicle -- nothing that would warrant additional charges. After calling and leaving multiple voicemails for the Faro location, and speaking to customer service multiple times - I finally got a refund back from the company. Even then its $48 less than what I should have gotten. Absolutely ridiculous and such a scam in the long run by taking $48 from each client.

Macchina consegnata con pneumatici non perfettamente gonfi. Avevo fatto check in online ma il loro sistema non aveva registrato i dati. Per il resto tutto ok. Tempi lunghi per avere il riaccredito del deposito cauzionale ( avevo acquistato la copertura completa e senza franchigia)

Per noleggiare una macchina 3 giorni vi erano diverse opzioni: 35 totali + 2000 di franchigia oppure 100 totali senza franchigia o ulteriori costi (a detta loro). Per stare tranquilla ho scelto di pagare anticipatamente 100 e non dovermi più preoccupare. In realtà al mio arrivo mi è stata chiesto di aggiungere ulteriori soldi per integrare un altra assicurazione che coprisse eventuali danni alla macchina ed un eventuale carro attrezzi nel caso in cui la loro macchina mi avesse lasciata a piedi (Anche se il problema fosse stato della LORO macchina) . E va bene, pago anche se mi chiedo a questo punto cosa includesse la copertura assicurativa della tariffa da 35. Poi mi viene chiesto di lasciare 200 a garanzia. 100 nel caso in cui non avessi riportato la macchina col pieno (per una Fiat 500 non si spendono 100 per un pieno) e altri 100 per l autostrada (che se avessi usato tutti i giorni avrebbe avuto un costo di circa 3 al giorno quindi perché devo lasciarvi 100 che mi restituirete dopo almeno due settimane?). Senza contare che quando ho dovuto riportare la macchina ho perso mezz ora rischiando di fare tardi in aeroporto perché il navigatore non segnala bene il posto e l ingresso non ha neanche un cartello A4 che segnali dove entrare. Praticamente bisogna provare ad entrare in tutti i capannoni che si trovano nel raggio di 1 km sperando di avere fortuna. Le informazioni date sul sito non sono state così chiare ed in ogni caso non mi sembra corretto dover lasciare a garanzia più soldi di quelli dovuti, siate chiari e dite esattamente la cifra finale, senza aggiungere costi man mano. Lascio due stelle solo per i due ragazzi molto gentili che al mio arrivo si sono resi conto della situazione e invece di farmi aspettare la navetta mi hanno accompagnato in aeroporto facendomi prendere l aereo.

Genuinely so easy and relaxed. Picked us up from the airport and had us in yhe car in less than 20 mins. Especially not owning a credit card, they took a deposit (which is large) but gave it all back instantly just making sure there was no major damage or cleajing issues. Can highly recommend for anyone looking to hire a car for pure ease of use.

I was really happy with my recent rental from Record Go at Faro Airport, great service, and very quick. The car was immaculate inside and out and more than adequate for our needs. I shall add the 5th star when the 100 euros taken to cover e tolls is refunded, as we did not use any of the toll roads during our stay. Will definitely consider them again in the future.

He devuelto el vehículo con el depósito lleno, y después de dos semanas y poniendo excusas por parte de atención al cliente no me han abonado los 100 Euros que me cobraron al recoger el vehículo, a la semana me tenían que devolver 82 euros, de los 100 euros que te cobran por el concepto de peajes, y tampoco he recibido dicha cantidad, les he escrito varias veces y siguen sin contestarme. He hablado con trabajadores de la empresa y me han comunicado que tienen problemas con varios bancos para devolver los abonos a los clientes, sabiendo esto no entiendo por que hacen reservas con tarjetas de los bancos que tienen problemas o si lo entiendo porque se quedan con el dinero de los clientes, como pueden suponer no les recomiendo esta empresa para alquilar sus vehículos y si quieren perder menos dinero devuelvan el tanque vacío y utilicen todos los peajes que puedan.

Noleggio effettuato a Faro, ha confermato il giudizio super positivo avuto a Palma di Maiorca. Personale e autista della navetta molto disponibili e professionali. Rimborso benzina immediato alla riconsegna dellauto, rimborso Via Verde dopo 10gg. Lunico appunto, che ritengo utile per migliorare il servizio, è riferito allauto che aveva 50.000km. circa e che aveva qualche piccolo problema di poca importanza. Comunque abbiamo concluso il noleggio con piena soddisfazione. Rapporto qualità/costi molto positivo prenotando dal sito Record Go.

Was hard to find to return the car but service was great.

We huurden een auto in de Algarve voor 9 dagen. Alles was perfect in orde en ook het ophalen/afleveren ging perfect. We namen zelf een verzekering en dit zorgde ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verliep.

The company wanted around £1342 as a down payment, when the time came to send it back we only received 1400 euros (£1,185). Company refuses to make this right, lost a lot of respect and wouldnt recommend as you cannot trust them to make things right.

Easy pick up from Faro airport and direct shuttle to their offices. Getting the car was easy and everything was explained. They even gave us a ride back to the airport after returning the car. Just be aware of 200 extra for tolls and fuel deposit.

Nous avons loué un T-Roc pour une semaine. Voiture quasiment neuve, en excellent état. La prise en charge a été rapide, Record go propose de venis vous chercher à laéroport et de vous y reconduire apres restitution du véhicule. Point important, nous avons pu payer avec une carte de DEBIT, que possède 90% des francais. Pour ma part une visa premier de la banque postale. Sixt avait refusé de nous la prendre et avait demandé une rallonge de 427 avec full assurance pour accepter notre carte alors que nous avions réservé avec Booking. Nous sommes très content de notre location.

Transport to and from the airport, everyone is really nice in the office, handover is really quick. Had a great time, in the car every day. We rented a Seat Arona, an easy drive, very comfortable only thing was no GPS but can connect through Bluetooth to hear GPS through the car!

Dankzij andere reviews wist ik dat de shuttle service niet op de vermelde P1,5,6 stond maar op P2! Je moet ook goed kijken waar je de parking van het kantoor moet oprijden voor de inlevering van de wagen, maar dankzij de afhaling is dat makkelijk te herkennen. Verder alles tiptop. Full coverage gesloten op de wagen, VW Tiguan, om geen verrassingen te hebben. Prijs kwaliteit ideale huurfirma mijn inziens. Ter info, er wordt een fee afgeboekt voor de tol en de benzine. Deze wordt normaal binnen 10 werkdagen teruggestort, wij wachten rustig af (vorige reservatie was dit ook perfect in orde)

Rented a VW T-ROC from the 1st of april till the 13th. The car was brand new, we were the second renters to drive it. The service at recordgo was more then we coule have asked for, we ran into some difficulties due to a medical emergency. They were very lenient when we had to drop off the key during the night. We will come back next holiday! Regards

Arrived just before 11pm (closing time) but still was greeted and served with a smile! The manager has shown a great understanding of our circumstances, too. The car was in a very good nick and the price (inc. full protection) was more than competitive. Return of the vehicle was quick and easy, no questions asked. I only wish the booking documents more clearly stated the amounts of deposits required (2 actually, fuel & tolls 100 EUR each), they should also update their shuttle pick up point at Faro Airport (P2, not P1,4,5). These were minor inconveniences compared to my experiences with other car rental companies. Overall though, a very good service and RecordGo will be my first choice for car rental when Im back in PT.

Tout était parfait, l accueil à Faro a été top une navette vient nous chercher entre l aéroport et l agence. Nous avons rendu le véhicule à Lisbonne où tout s est très bien passé également et une navette aussi nous a ramené à l aéroport de Lisbonne. Bref je recommande à 100% ce loueur de voiture, en réservant directement sur leur site, en prenant la couverture total confort aucune surprise ! Pas de frais supplémentaires ou cachés, nous avions une carte mentionnant « Crédit » mais ils acceptent aussi les cartes de « Débit », ce qui est rare !!!

First time in Portugal, so happy I went with Record go. A bit of confusion at the airport trying to find them, spoke to 2 different airport employees that gave us bad directions. Rang Record go and got sorted. Free shuttle pick up outside P2 to pick up the car. The rental office is a bit out of the way, but its easy to get back to the main roads. No rental deposit as per the rental agreement, but I was surprised with a 100 fuel surcharge deposit. I always return my rentals with a full tank so itll be coming back. Theres also the 100 top toll tag hold, but that was in the rental agreement. Super nice guys at the counter, more than just professional, they were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them a bit. Will definitely rent from them again when we return.

Overall, I am very pleased with the rental experience. Easy booking, friendly service on site, uncomplicated pick-up and drop-off, great value for money. Got a brand new car too! Full marks for all of that! However, there were a couple of glitches to be aware of. 1) There`s an extra daily fee for taking the rental car across a border (e.g. to Spain). That`s fine and I had been aware of it, but the T&C do not explain that this daily fee gets charged for the entire rental duration, even if you only want to cross the border for a single day. The office manager was apologetic about this, explaining that it`s not possible to process this differently in the system. The T&C should be clearer about this. 2) I used a credit card to leave the deposit. The deposit was actually charged to my card, not only blocked as it`s commonly done at rental agencies. I noticed this a day after starting the rental and called up the agency, which explained that I could have requested to only block the deposit on the card, but since I didn`t, it was processed as a charge. That was very surprising and potentially really bothersome. If the billing cycle of the card ends before the agency processes the refund, the client has to settle the bill out of pocket in the meantime, and it`s no pocket change. In my case, it worked out okay, but that was because the money arrived back in my account before the credit card billing period expired. Otherwise it would have been an unnecessary headache.

I do recommend this rental car to everyone as they are so flexible, kind and have the best customer service. Their shuttle to the airport is so fast and it is even more convenient than the rental cars in the airport as it doesn t need to walk too much.

Rental from Faro Office - Beware. Initially everything was great, quick pick up from airport. Paperwork sorted with car handed over. Interesting way they have done deposits 900 for damage and 200 for tolls/petrol with the instruction they will be refunded separately. Car a bit dented but they recorded everything in front of me, questions in office around if I wanted additional insurance at which point I said no (already purchased via booking.com) and proceeded with our vacation. Upon returning the car once again everything fine with quick return to the airport via their shuttle, lady said car was in good shape and damage deposit 900 to be returned which in fairness it was back in my account within 24HRs. The issue came with the Petrol/Toll Deposit. No correspondence from Record Go I just get a 50% refund, I try to call the Faro office at which point they tell me its the back office that handles this, no phone just email comms with them. This is where the trouble starts. Apparently I asked for additional insurance and they take this off the toll/fuel deposit not a direct up front charge. I declined the additional insurance and do not agree that this should be funded from the deposit (bit of a shady way to make money) - also no invoice provided. Feels like scam as its only £100 some people would think I cant be bothered trying to get it back. But if they do this enough it all adds up. My warning against Record Go is, good rental if NOTHING goes wrong, if it does good luck with customer service as they didnt provide any details and have now started to ignore my emails after I asked to make an official complaint only response from them is saying any official complaints need to be made in an actual office of which none exist in the UK. Its a shame because I had 3 more booking this year with them all of which I have no transferred. Good car bad after care!

Nous avons loué une voiture a laéroport de faro , cétait notre 2éme location avec record go et aucun soucis ! La navette au parking 1 qui attend avec un panneau ( et un chauffeur très sympathique) la voiture conforme , jai pris lassurance multi risque en + au cas où ! 9 jours 127 tout compris . 100 de caution pour le gasoil ( rembourser 48h plus tard) et 100 pour le peage ( rembourser 83 ) .Je relourais avec eux .

Daniel in the Faro office was superb - as was Alvarez who collected us in the shuttle bus. All of the team speak first class English which made the process so helpful - thank you! It was far superior to our Portuguese We would highly recommend and won t use another hire firm aside from them when we visit - which is regularly! Absolutely first class .

I recently had a disappointing experience with Record Go Car Rental at the Faro branch. Upon discovering an obviously worn ladies underwear in the car, I promptly contacted the company. Despite being told a manager would reach out to me, several hours passed without any contact. When I followed up, I was interrogated ( I have name, date and time ) about why I didn t notice it during the initial inspection a ludicrous expectation given the nature of the discovery. Rather than receiving an apology or direct communication from the branch manager, I was informed through a customer representative that my only option was to return the car, despite being halfway across the peninsula. This was an unsatisfactory response, given the gravity of the situation. To make matters worse, the agent abruptly dismissed my objection so that he could help other customers. This shocking experience and lack of professionalism is one I will share with everyone for as many times as I frequent Portugal. A company is only as good as the decision-making of its staff. This experience with Record Go was, unfortunately, one of the most disheartening encounters I ve had in a customer service relationship.

Muy buena compañía. He quedado muy satisfecho con ellos , la recomiendo. He visto que hay muchos problemas con las compañías de alquiler de coches en Portugal y no sabía de cual alquilar un coche para una semana y que no me estafen pero quedé muy satisfecho con Récord go Monility de Faro y la recomiendo. Eso si , tener cuidado al recogerlo ( algo básico que cualquiera que alquile un coche debería hacer) controlen bien el coche y hagan fotos de cualquier rayada de más de 4cm porque el chico que estaba en aquella tarde cuando vine a recoger el coche me la intentó colar : me dijo que el coche está nuevo en perfecto estado y firme y me dio el contacto y en él ponía que no había ningún daño y nada más llegar al coche se veía desde lejos que estaba en cada esquina tocado pero bien rayado. Hice fotos y me fui directamente al mostrador y le enseñé al chico, vino fuera , y me pidió disculpas como que se le escapó , que de normal siempre lo controlaba pero esta vez no se porque no lo hizo en fin ..vino con su tableta y juntos completamos todos los daños que tenía el coche y ya está. También hay que tener en cuenta que si no querréis pagar el seguro ( que para una semana eran 200 ) me tuvieron que bloquear 1600 no 1200 cuánto ponía en booking , menos mal que mi tarjeta visa tiene límite de 3000 que si no no me llegaba entre hotel y el depósito del coche. Pero nada , después de entregar el coche , no pasar ni 5 días y me devolvieron los 1600 y después de casi un mes me devolvieron los 100 depósito para el combustible y el resto de los 100 que me cogieron para el peaje . Ósea te cogen aparte de los 1600 otros 200 , 100 para el depósito de combustible ( por si acaso no lo devuelves lleno ) y otros 100 para el peaje , y te devuelven el resto porque 100 de peaje es mucho en una semana, y eso que yo he salido cada día por la autovía , en total gasté unos 30 por la autovía y esos 170 me los devolvieron casi después de un mes . Así que si , recomiendo esta empresa, si vuelvo a faro 100% los vuelvo a escoger . Muchas gracias por vuestro servicio

A very very positive experience with this rental - I m booking with Record for a second time and will surely use them again whenever in Portugal! Quick pickup and transfer to the airport, fast processing and getting a car. First time it took longer to get deposit back, but as long as communication is present,l and I m updated, no problem. Will see how it goes this time, but overall experience only positive.

Unos impresentables de categoría. Nos hemos quedado tirados en el aeropuerto porque han decidido no aparecer con la furgoneta de cortesía. Después de varias llamadas no han contestado y tampoco se han molestado en contactar con nosotros. Ni se os ocurra contratar los servicios de esta empresa, te piden el número de vuelo y aún así no saben a qué hora has aterrizado, inadmisible. Tienen buenos precios, pero claro, es probable que no te recojan, como ha pasado con nosotros. Sin más que decir, valorad contratar empresas alternativas que SÍ se comuniquen con vosotros y que estén disponibles para el cliente (en la salida del aeropuerto hay varias buenas opciones). Muchísima suerte a todos aquellos que os vayáis a quedar tirados por culpa de estos desgraciados (porque habrá más gente).

Hacia muchos años que no me sentia estafado. Teniamos una reserva con cobertura premium hecha desde Ryanair. Cuando llegamos alli nos dicen que la fianza de 1400 (para mi abusivo para un coche compacto) no puede realizarse con una tarjeta de débito (en el contrato decía que tarjeta de débito o credito) y nos obligaron a contratar el seguro a todo riesgo con ellos. Al ver que aceptabamos nos cobraron 100 de fianza por la gasolina y 100 para el Via verde que supuestamente nos devolverían a la entrega del coche. Los 100 de gasolina si los devolvieron pero los peajes aun estoy esperando. En definitiva, para un contrato que nos salia por 210 nos salió por 600 para 6 dias para un coche con un muchos kilómetros Y muy rallado y golpeado. Lo barato sale muy caro pero lo peor es la sensación de sentirse timado en tu propia cara.

Globalement nous avons eu une bonne expérience avec ce loueur de voiture lors de notre séjour en Algarve. Les prix sont bas même si à l arrivée on nous rajoute 100 de frais de péage (dont la différence sera remboursée à la fin), 100 de frais de carburant qui seront débités si on ne rend pas la voiture avec le plein et 1100 de caution au choix avec 150 d assurance à payer sur place. Le prix affiché de base était de 150 pour 7 jours, il faut compter en plus 20 de péage et 80 de carburant : 250 tout inclu pour 1 semaine c est assez compétitif ! Au tout début du séjour, nous avons eu un problème avec la batterie de la clé de la voiture, celui ci a été réglé très rapidement par l agence. Seulement nous avons dû nous déplacer jusqu à Faro étant à Albufeira il y a 30 min de route. J ai demandé un dédommagement des frais d essence puisque nous avons fait un aller retour à Faro à cause d un problème qui venait du loueur, celui-ci nous a été refusé pas très commerçant !

LA PIRE AGENCE DE LOCATIONS DE VOITURE EN EUROPE !!!!!!!!!!!! Je ne me suis jamais fais autant arnaqué de toute ma vie. Nous avons payer 80 pour une semaine de location, en ayant vue les prix attractifs, nous avons réserver sans forcément savoir Ce qui nous attendais : 100 de péage débiter sur notre compte, nous avons utiliser 0,60 sans faire exprès, il nous ont facturé 10 de plus car on paye 1,5 par jour de location pour avoir le bip du péage alors qu on a rien demandée. Ils débite aussi 100 de carburant qu il rendent à la fin de la location sois disant si vous oubliez de rendre la voiture avec le plein. Nous avions demander une fiat500 lors de la réservation, nous avions eu une fiat panda avec la radio qui pendais dans la voiture, nous avons dû retourner à l agence pour le signaler et enfin avoir une fiat500 après avoir montrée mon mécontentement alors qu aux début il me proposer de payer 30 par jour en plus pour une Fiat 500 que j avais réserver !!!! En plus de ça personnel pas du tout aimable. Nous avons dû aussi retourner la voiture la veille au soir et dormir à l aéroport car leur agence ferme à 22h. Du jamais vue. Je me suis jamais senti aussi bernée. Dorénavant je payerai plus et j irai chez les grandes agence style Sixt Hertz etc.

Solo toman enserio a los que pagan en adelantado. Teníamos reservado dos coches, el avión se retrasó 30 min, por lo que llegamos fuera de horario. Según su página web no es un problema, aunque tienes que pagar 40 extra (entendible). Pues resultó que no vino nadie a recogernos, no se pusieron en contacto con nosotros ni antes ni después del altercado, aunque les llamásemos más de 5 veces. Tuvimos que alquilar en el primer sitio que tuvo coches disponibles en el aeropuerto, con mucho estrés y muy decepcionados. No lo recomiendo, no son profesionales.

Reliable, efficient and honest. Qualities that are hard to find in a car rental agency nowadays. Weve had an upgrade on our location. The 2008 vehicle was very nice, clean, the tank was full. No surprise. Shuttle service in the airport to bring you directly to the agency. English/french speaking. Conclusion: highly recommended!

Nous hésitions à louer une voiture vu les mauvais avis que lon voit partout pour les français nayant pas de carte de crédit. Au final, cette compagnie est vraiment super, elle est venue nous chercher à laéroport très rapidement et pareil pour le retour. Nous avions réservé sur Booking où lassurance est moins chère : voiture pour une semaine entière 144 avec assurance. Parfait !

Les pongo una estrella porque menos no se puede. Una estafa piramidal. Llegas pensando que es la mejor oferta, y te van robando poco a poco. Si ya había pagado por el coche y con intención de dejar fianza de 1.100 , te piden 100 por la gasolina, 100 por los peajes (que no es que te los descuenten de ahí, te los cobran aparte, y luego ya te devuelven los 100, al de una semana), sumale que solo puede ser el conductor principal el tutor de la tarjeta, por lo que otros 50 por novel que nadie te comenta hasta que llegas y en el caso de que quieras un 2. Conductor, otros 55 . Dejando de lado el tema del dinero, el trabajador que nos atendió fue desagradable y ni siquiera nos miró a la cara. No nos dio el coche que pedimos y lo teníamos al LADO del mojón de coche que nos dio, que consumía la ostia y tenía los neumáticos desgastadisimos. No lo recomiendo para nada. Para finalizar, recalcar que el mes siguiente, me han seguido quitando dinero y no cogen el teléfono para dar una respuesta coherente. Y NO ES QUE HAYA LLAMADO SOLO UNA VEZ.

Great overall experience. Rented a car in Faro and returned it in Lisbon without any problems. Having the ViaVerde device onboard helped with traveling through Portugal. I definitely recommend taking the additional coverage.

The car was new and very functional. A shuttle takes you to and from the airport for free. They are fast and efficient. I am very satisfied with their services which is why I recommend them with pleasure.

They were very friendly - from receiving us at the airport, taking us to the office, handing over car, accepting it after our trip, all was very smooth and very professional. O reembolso do combustível foi devolvido (conta portuguesa) como a funcionária disse, em 24 horas. E o das portagens aguardamos entre 3 dias, pois irão verificar se foi utilizado portagens, o que é compreensível. Para nós foi 5* Tem tudo para correr bem quando lemos o site e o que nos enviado após a reserva. Empresa de confiança e funcionários simpáticos! Recomendamos!

Contratamos un coche para nueve días a través de Vipcars, incluyendo el seguro a todo riesgo. Hemos llegado a la oficina y un señor nos ha preguntado a ver si no sabíamos leer, y que tenía que bloquearnos 1.400 de la cuenta, lo que me ha sorprendido porque se suponía que tenía el seguro a todo riesgo pagado (70 ) desde Vipcars. Bien, al final, te encuentras en no sabes dónde, porque su oficina no está en el aeropuerto y te llevan en van, diciéndote que no reconocen el seguro que ya has contratado y qué o pagas 200 de su seguro o dejas una fianza de 1.400 además de 100 más de seguro de depósito y 100 de peajes con un enfado importante y un inicio de vacaciones maravilloso Resultado: el alquiler nos cuesta 200 más de lo previsto (si no pasamos por peajes y dejamos el depósito lleno, que por cierto no lo estaba al recoger el coche ) Un despropósito todo junto. Mejor una compañía de alquiler de coches internacional conocida Espero os ayude.

Dreadful experience would not recommend this company at all. I am still waiting for toll deposit to be returned over a month since I returned home they just do not correspond well. I have made formal complaint which they ignore. I booked for a trip to Portugal in September and they did not tell me that we would not be able to return vehicle early on the Sunday as we had a 8am flight. They open at 8am. Had to return the vehicle day early zero apology from them or and help refused to return the day rental for the Sunday.@. They totally ignore any negative feedback. My biggest concern was on arrival no way they could accommodate a child s seat in the shuttle bus from the airport to the depot to pick up our vehicle. It s illegal to drive in U.K. and Portugal with a child not securely in a vehicle. They totally ignore correspondence and this has been over a month. They are arrogant and rude at the pick up office. I have never dealt with a company like this it s very poor and I would recommend anyone going to hire a car to go to a more reputable company instead.

Fiz a locação de um automóvel pelo site, até então tudo ok, ao chegar na Record go fui muito bem recepcionado, ao realizar o pagamento que já havia feito pelo app no ato da reserva. Me cobraram novamente 352.15 seguro e prenderam mais 200 referente as partagem e tanque combustível. Se não bastasse, hoje dia 03/10 data de devolução após incansáveis 3 horas de tentativas e sem sucesso para conseguir falar no número de telefone que ninguém atende. me atende uma rapariga informando que estavam com as linhas telefônicas congestionadas, gostaria de estender o aluguel até o dia 10/10 mas tendo em vista os vários problemas apresentados não irei. Terei que ir a faro estando no Algarve para devolver o automóvel e realizar um novo contrato. A fim de me cobrarem novas taxas. Serviço ineficiente e não plausível .. letras que induzem o cliente a valores nada atrativos. Tomem cuidado ao final de aluguel o valor que até então me custaria 412 ficou em quase 1.000 .

Super Autovermietung!! Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Wir haben ca zwei Wochen vor Anreise online gebucht. Wurden am Flughafen mit einem Shuttle Bus zur Auto Vermietung gebracht. Abholung und Rückgabe verliefen reibungslos. Auto war nagelneu und in Top Zustand. Die Kaution für den Tank sowie die Autobahnmaut wurden wie versprochen innerhalb von 10 Tagen wieder zurückgezahlt. Sollten wir wieder an die Algarve kommen dann auf jeden Fall wieder RecordGo :-)

The Company are good, but their Faro return base is terrible. There is NO signage to show where they are and you have to drive around in a huge loop to get back if you miss it. Very stressful. See photos. Heading toward the Airport you see this restaurant sign, then this bridge over the road, DIRECTLY after the bridge turn a hard right up the hill to find Recordgo. Their Airport Shuttle is good.

Rented a car for a few days in Faro. Informed them I would be coming at 11:15pm and if I should still be able to pick up the car since flight delayed 4 hours. Lady on the phone advised yes just pay an extra 40 fees. 11pm at night in new country went to office and NO ONE was there. Had to pay 100 in Uber just to get there and then back to our hotel. The following day when went to pick it up they apologised (knowing who exactly told us this) and said can put a complaint for a refund. I did exactly that and they lied and DENIED the entire thing and charged us for the extra day (on top of all the Uber fees we paid due to wrong information) Car was fine but if you want trustworthy service THIS IS NOT THE ONE

Nous avons loué notre voiture sur Rentalcars pour 89 .Une navette vient vous chercher à laéroport ce qui est très pratique. Néanmoins, arrivée dans la société de location, une carte de crédit vous est demandé pour la franchise de 1100 . Sur le site, il est pourtant écrit carte de débit OU carte de crédit... Résultat 137 à payer en plus pour une assurance. De plus, il nest nul part spécifié que pour les moins de 25 ans, 35 vous est demandé en plus de tout cela... Prévoyez 100 pour le fioul si à la restitution le plein nest pas fait et 100 pour le péage qui pareil sont redonnez si vous navez pas utilisé lautoroute. Plus ou moins bonne expérience...

Was looking for last minute car rent and i got from RecordGo. Took JustGo insurance and i no needed to worry about deposit for car or any car damage. Got Seat Arona. Was almost brand new with 2.3k on clock. Clean inside and out did almost 1k miles without any issues. Drop off from airport and to airport easy as well. Really happy with my rental. Two deposit needed for tolls and fuel. One already pending to my account for fuel. Highly recommended Rented in Faro. Update 08/10/23 full refund on fuel deposit back to my card

Plus jamais...j attends toujours le remboursement de ma première demande de réservation qui a été annulée parceque ma carte bleue n était pas une carte de crédit pour la caution...toujours aucun remboursement pour l avance des 100 euros pour les péages...nous sommes allés que 4 fois sur l autoroute...ils m ont refait payer une assurance alors que j en avait déjà pris une sur internet...Ma réservation était de 156 pour une Fiat 500 ils m on débité environ 500 et des remboursements qui ne viennent pas. A fuir

j ai réservé un véhicule du 20 au 27 août. L Agence est en dehors de l aéroport. C est pour ça que les prix sont attractifs. Le problème c est qu après ils vous proposent des assurances parce que sinon en cas de sinistre ils prennent 1000 de franchise etc. etc. bref du coup ça revient plus cher qu une réservation à l aéroport et surtout qu ils vous prélèvent 100 pour l essence qui vous sera restitué si vous faites le plein et 100 parce qu ils ont un système de péage différent, du notre ils s engagent à vous rembourser la différence sous 10 jours Nous sommes le 21 octobre, je n ai toujours pas été remboursé de ces péages que je n ai quasi pas utilisé . depuis je réclame , leur renvoyant, le contrat etc. je n ai toujours pas été remboursé à ce jour. Attention à l escroquerie !!!

Very poor. Car was fine, but the after rental service has been abysmal. I m still waiting for the fuel deposit to be returned (despite returning the vehicle with the correct amount of fuel) some 7 weeks since I returned the vehicle. *EDIT* 60 days after the vehicle was returned, still no deposit!!! The company tell you to to file a complaint using their online form, which is beyond unhelpful. You receive an automated response which states it may take a few days for the deposit to be returned .. having spoken to my bank, they have confirmed they have no record of it either! Genuinely AVOID this company, their service is shambolic at best and leaves people in the lurch entirely. If I could leave a 0 star review, I absolutely would and vehemently dissuade people from using them.

Easy to collect the car but to return the car there was no communication and our flight was early hours in the morning. I had young children with me and stranded with no choice but to leave the car outside the unit as the entrance to the yard had been blocked. We had been given incorrect phone numbers and was unable to communicate with any staff. In the morning I followed up and made sure they had seen the car when they informed me they charged £200 for abandoning the vehicle. This was not the case and there was no option but to leave it outside the gates as the gate was blocked. Terrible service and no compensation where I had struggled with my children to and from the airport nearly missing my flight. Would not recommend to use this company as they have no out of hours service like enterprise where they have key drop off boxes. Very dissatisfied leaving us unhappy at the end of our holiday!

The car was well maintained. The shuttle arrived fast. But we have a bad experience with the company. The key tag was different than the one of the car. They called us several times to verify the licence plate (but couldn t answer because we were busy surfing, in the ocean, without our mobile phones). We texted them back by WhatsApp and by regular text. This seems a very reasonable respons. Arriving back at the airport to hand over the car, they blame us for not answering straight away. I quote: we have a 24/24h service for our customers , so we expect the same of our customers towards us. I don t know which management education they had, but I can assure you: that s not how a descent customer service works. Conclusion: cars are good. But remember it s a low cost company so insurance rip offs, bad management and low quality of service support will be part of it .

Couldnt fault the car we rented, or the service from Record go at pick-up and drop-off. Easy to find the shuttle bus at the airport and only a 2-3 minute drive to the office. Will use again.

Dropped a car off we had collected in porto. Fast pass back and straight on to the bus to the airport. When finding the place s we had (not collecting your vehicle from there) be aware there is currently no sign of its existence and it is not viewed from the road, so check out Google earth to work out where it is before you go looking, google found it, but we did not see it until our second drive to it.

Terrible castomer service, after 2 months they didnt explain (after conversation based on more then 10 e-mails) the reason of difference between the Final Invoice Charge and the Initial Reservation Cost with additional E-toll rebourse (about 20EUR difference to my disadvantage). I wont use RecordGo anymore.

Worst service ever. They will charge amount from your deposit no matter how much you do. We gave them tank filled with fuel, still they charged 100 euro deposit saying that it was for cleaning charges. No where it was mentioned and while returning they mentioned that they will refund entire 100 euros within 24 hours after inspecting the car. Worst car rental service ever. Not to be trusted. Initially they took extra amount for insurance even after we paid insurance to rentalcars. There should have been an option of giving 0 stars for this.

They are terrible in refunding back the deposit!!! Its more than 10 days and they havent responded back. I wouldnt advise you to work with them other agencies in Porto they refunded me on the spot. I emailed there customer service and they dont reply. They replied once and stopped getting back to me. Save your money and look for other reputable agencies.

Aluguei um carro no Porto através da empresa Record Go. Tive que deixar um depósito de 200 , sendo 100 para o combustível caso o carro não fosse devolvido completamente abastecido e 100 para portagens. Ao devolver o carro em Faro, o veículo foi inspecionado e o tanque estava 100% cheio. Quando perguntei ao funcionário sobre a devolução do meu depósito, ele disse que os 100 do depósito de combustível seriam transferidos imediatamente, mas que as taxas de portagem seriam calculadas posteriormente pela sede. Após mais de um mês, questionei por e-mail sobre o restante do depósito. Afirmaram que o carro não foi devolvido totalmente abastecido. Além disso, listaram outras cobranças não especificadas, sem fornecer recibos. Eles até alegaram que eu devia dinheiro a eles. Esta é uma empresa fraudulenta. My wife and I rented a cheap car Fiat 500X. We had a great trip. Everything was fine except for the incident at the end of our trip, somebody tried to rob us by breaking the window near the driver s sit while we went to look at Praia da Ursa. It is not possible to reach the police using the standard number and police stacion numbers; no one wants to speak English or doesn t understand it. You need to call the special tourist police. It was located near the cruise terminal. Great and nice police officers are working there!!! Costs for a car for 5 days: 64 EUR (car + full insurance), prepayment: 100 EUR for fuel and 100 EUR for toll roads. For fuel, if the car is returned with a full tank, the prepayment is refunded; for toll roads, part of it is also refunded. Always check if you get full insurance when renting a car and you won t have to pay for car damage.

Recently hired a Citroen C3 from here. Friends of mine also hired a Seat Alhambra MPV. When I collected the vehicle the fuel level read 3/4 full on returning the car I filled the tank up and still read 3/4 full. I told them the gauge was faulty and the girl was not impressed thinking I was trying it on. Her colleague sat next to her was aware that this particular car had a problem with fuel gauge she said I will get my deposit and unused tolls charges back within 2 weeks. When I finally got a refund they charged me nearly 90 euros for fuel and tolls where my friend hired a Seat Alhambra large MPV with larger engine was charged 30 euros and had done more mileage than me! Despite trying to email to resolve the matter all you get is a automated reply. Nothing gets sorted. I travel to Spain and Portugal quite often around 10 times a year first time using these people never again just crooks!! 0 Stars would be better than the 1 stars allowed.

My husband rented a car from RecordGo, leaving 200 deposit, 100 for fuel, and 100 for tolls. We did fill fuel up before returning the car and probably used under 10 on tolls. We did receive 10.24 credit immediately but nothing else. We cannot find an email address to message them so will just have to accept it was a very expensive hire for five days. Lesson learned, use a reputable company or read reviews first!!!

Extraordinarily great price, extremely friendly people and awesome service. Usually Im suspicious with these kind of off-airport rental agencies, but Pedro immediately gave us a warm welcome. At the check out, I was helped quickly and the shuttle was directly ready. Deposit returned within a couple hours. Definitely recommend!

ESTAFADORES!. Alquilé un coche con ellos del 23 al 28 de diciembre y me cobraron 100 de deposito por si no entregaba el tanque lleno de gasolina y 100 mas por los peajes. Hasta ahi todo bien, mi sorpresa llega cuando me devuelven solamente 100 cuando deberian ser 193 ya que entregué el coche con el tanque lleno como ponia en el contrato y en peajes gastamos solamente 7 . Pues bien, les escribo para saber el por qué y me dicen que en el informe les consta que tuvieron que llenar el tanque de gasolina, mentira. Por suerte hice una foto cuando les entregué el coche en la que se ve la hora, km, autonomía y claramente se ve el tanque lleno. Seguramente me toque demandarlos. NO ALQUILEIS CON ELLOS!

Getting the car is easy and fast. But I was charged 80 for leaving sand on the floor... Ridiculous.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. They didnt try and scam us for extra charges like a lot of the other companies do, so that was appreciated. A bit of confusion with deposits we werent made aware of by the broker, so it is worth researching the deposits you will have to make, but they gave them back in good time. Will use them again. Recommended.
