Brilliant 5 star plus! service. Checking out car was a breeze, super friendly staff, great car! great price! No fuss return. Highly recommended!
Don’t rent your car from this company. At the return of the car (Dacia) they found a scratch mark on one of the plastic (!) hubcaps on one wheel. That cost me 230EUR. I am also sure that I did not cause the scratch. If you buy four brand new non-branded hubcaps at a car parts dealer they cost around 20-25EUR. Good business for Surprice to charge 230EUR for scratches on plastic hubcaps. So be extremely careful when you pick up a car, don’t just trust the prefilled damage documents. I would also avoid the other rental brands at this location since they share the same car return service. It also took 1h to get the car since you need to wait for the shuttle bus. Edit: I see your comment below that you wanted me to send you my reservation number - which I did, still haven’t heard from you…
Car was ok, though front tyres were both badly worn. Slow to process paperwork on arrival, and delay in collecting us from the airport. We needed special assistance at the airport. When we asked the shuttle driver to drop us there, he questioned our need sat the start and end of the journey. Shuttle driver drove dangerously.
Short wait for shuttle bus adjacent car hire hub in car park P4. 10 mins shuttle bus to the outskirts of Faro on Loule road. Excellent English spoken by reception staff. For VW Up! read Fiat Panda every time! Collection is a "bit of a process": wouldn't be good if you were in a rush. They didn't bother with it all though with the older couple that were next in the queue: just gave them the keys & off? So, what was that all about? On the Loule road, easy to get to the main A2 toll road easy to west.
I found Very polite on arrival until you return the car , then they find scratches in places that you simply wouldn’t look at . It’s like they knew where to look. Cost me £230 I felt like I was robbed in daylight. They know you have a flight to catch so the more you dispute it , the longer they take. Finally you give up or miss your flight. Picture shows the so-called mark that cost £230
Had to pay for a small scratch I did not do and tyres were dead!...guess what, was told I should have shouted before. Unpleasant and unprofessional staff! Broken mirrors not listed on the list edited by the company. Debit authorisation of 2400 Eur not cancelled/was told to wait 7 days!
ABSOLUTE SCAM - USE AT OWN RISK Horrible experience from start to finish. First of all, make sure you read through all the terms and conditions, if you are not on time they will cancel your reservation, including if your plane is delayed. After an hour back and forth with customer service they agreed to let me get the car if I could be there in 30 minutes, which was unreasonable, but fine, we made it. Once there they told me that since I purchased insurance through the booking agency and not at the counter they didn't recognize it and would need to put a $2,400 hold on my card, which was not communicated beforehand. Once my vehicle arrived it was in terrible condition. It was terribly scratched and dented, it had clearly been in an accident. The official information sheet had marked several of the scratches and dents on one side, but did not mark all of them. When we did the inspection the employee marked many new dents and scratches that were not on the original paperwork. We took photos of the major damage and signed the updated paperwork and left. We returned the vehicle to a different location and the employee found a scratch on the only part of the vehicle that we didn't photograph and decided to charge us for the damages. It was a scratch on the rear rim which was clearly consistent with the damage on that side of the vehicle from its previous accident. The attendant sent a text to the Faro location asking for the updated damage information, because apparently we were only the out of date damage report. They didn't respond so he proceeded to charge me for the damage, when I asked him what else he can do he just kept dismissively saying "what do you want me to do about it". He acted like it was entirely unreasonable for me to request he call them instead of text. Once he finally called them the team in Faro refused to look up the documents and they told me to just go through insurance. The whole ordeal was the least professional experience of my life. I have rented dozens of vehicles in my life and I've never interacted with a more terrible company. I will be telling my booking company I suspect them of committing insurance fraud. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Good cars, not many options to chose but atleast we got very new car. Remember, carry your PHYSICAL CREDIT CARD for the deposit with a limit of AT LEAST 2400 Euros or they will make you buy another insurance (even if you had an insurance from the car rental sites) to make the deposit lower to 400 Euros. If you have used your DEBIT card to pay such deposit earlier , their software doesn't accept it and the only option you will have would be to cancel the booking. Rest all good and yes they speak English.

Je mets 1 étoile car je ne peux mettre zéro! Et même moins que zéro!!! Cette agence, si vous ne souscrivez pas à l assurance complète, va chercher la moindre égratignure et prétexter que c est votre faute. De mon côté, la jante avait un trait de 1 cm plus clair une rayure d une branche d arbre peut-être, un rien!!!! Pour cela il nous ont fait payer 190 euros ! Nous avions un avion à pendre (ils le savent !!!) alors, pour ne pas traîner, on a payé ! La même chose pour le gentil couple de hollandais qui était devant nous : 360 euros pour eux ! De plus, nous avons payé par anticipation une semaine d autoroute, et dès notre retour à Genève, ils ont continué à prélever les frais d autoroute sur ma carte de crédit. J ai dû bloquer ma carte de crédit !!!! Cette entreprise est une arnaque ! FUYEZ !!!! C est dommage, elle donne une mauvais image de cette belle région et de l honnêteté de la majorité des Portugais! Honte à cette entreprise !!!!! Je me permets de joindre la photo de ce qui nous a été taxé presque 200 euros. Et pour l autoroute, la réponse est une vraie plaisanterie!!!! Fuyez!!!! À la base, mon paiement de l autoroute était un forfait !!!! Zéro confiance!!! Et en plus, ils travaillent avec EasyJet. Louez une voiture à Faro MAIS PAS avec avec votre billet d avion EasyJet !!!!! D ailleurs j ai communiqué à EasyJet ma déception en ce qui concerne ce qui s est passé. J espère qu ils changeront d Agence de Location car celle-ci n est pas honnête.

Même une étoile n est pas méritée, dommage qu on ne puisse pas en mettre 0. Je vois que le problème que nous avons rencontré n est pas un cas isolé. On nous a limite forcé à payer 354 pour un mini éclat sur le pare-brise (de la taille d un grain de sable) tellement petit qu on le voit à peine. Maîtrisant le portugais, nous avons pu leur dire ce n était pas justifié et que de plus il est probable qu il y était déjà ! SurPrice ou plutôt mauvaise surprise oui, quand on doit payer plus cher à la fin ! À FUIR ABSOLUMENT ! PS : Si vous passez tout de même par cette agence de location, pensez bien à prendre le temps de faire plein de photos ou même une vidéo de TOUTE la voiture, dans les détails !!!

Rented a car here in Faro in September, and was the only place I used this card. A month later we ve got a random charge from Spain for automobile rental. Tried to contact them but there s no site, so you re directed to facebook. There s also nothing in the transaction to specify the company name for reference. But assume to be robbed, even for pennies. You ll also find that you have to walk 5 mins in the carpark to get to an extremely unorganised and infrequent minibus to then travel 15 mins to another site to pick up your car. When dropping off, you then have to sit in 1 of 2 queues of cars that take 5-10 mins per car to sign off the drop off before you can leave, to the wait on a bus for a transfer back to the end of the airport car park.

Pour le retour il vous donne rendez vous 1h avant votre vol pour que vous n ayez pas le temps de contester par manque de temps agence a eviter absolument.

The 1 star is fif the help I received on picking my car rental up. I asked to change cars and this was done. What a difference on my return. The attendant tried to tell me the car was full on pickup but only 3/4 on return. I had to point out he had the paperwork for the first car. Although I had taken photos of every scratch and dent I could see and what he pointed out to me, he still managed to find 2 very small scratches to the bumper and I was charged 347. Lucky I had paid for excess insurance before I left UK. The attendant didnt speak when I asked questions. Wouldnt hire from here again. I am back in Portugal again but this time I hired a car with EasyJet. What a difference.

Todo bien mi gente, pero llevad tarjeta de crédito, y NO de débito, que os dicen que no se puede pagar la fianza con una de débito (aunque tengáis dinero de sobra) y que lo pone en la reserva y tal. Total que al final os harán pagar 120 de seguro premium que es 5 veces más de la reserva para acabar dejando una fianza más baja y poder pagar con débito.

A FUIR..... C est bien dommage que je ne puisses pas mettre 0 étoile. C est une boite à fric. En effet, on nous a confié une voiture plus ou moins propre avec des impacts sur la carrosserie. NOUS, personne civilisée et correcte, on nettoie la voiture propre, avant de la rendre.... Résultat, une micro et j insiste sur le mot micro rayure sur le rétro. Certe elle ne se voyait pas avec la crasse du départ. Au final, on doit payer 120 euros.....je dis bien on doit sinon on ne vous remmène pas à l aéroport. C est facile non..... Ce sont des bons escrocs. Nous avons déjà loué des voitures. On n a jamais vu ça. Ne vous faites pas avoir. Et surtout, ne rendez pas la voiture propre.....cela fait apparaître tous les petits bobos qui peuvent vous couter cher

It s a scam, plain and simple. If you re reading this please don t rent a car here. Not even the full insurance will protect you. We payed for the car online, when we booked, got the full insurance when we arrived, just to be safe. The person that gave us the keys said no need to take pictures because you have the full insurance. The only things not covered are if you lose the keys or the car gets stolen So we didn t take pictures and went our way. We get there to return the car and, i kid you not, while standing in front of the car the guy goes the car was stolen . He proceeds to explain that the lock was different than the original one and he sees that all the time so the car was stolen because they changed the lock . We had no photos to prove it. So i guess people just walk around, change the lock of a parked car and leave without stealing the car or anything inside. Not to mention the car was parked inside a fenced private property every night. We asked multiple times why anyone would do this and got no real explanation, just it happens all the time, they change locks . To not pay the 300 of deposit you just have to go to the police and have them make a report. They know very well people return a car to then go to the airport and fly home, so they don t have the time to do that and they d rather pay 300 than lose a flight. They even mentioned that, for what they knew, we could have a copy of the keys of the new lock so they now have to change it. Great, get 300 extra with a caveat and also accuse me of being the scammer since you re at it. Then for what i know they could have a tracker on the car, find it when it s parked and change the lock themselves, right? Absolutely ridiculous. Do not rent a car here!

À fuir !! Nous vins louer une voiture pour 3 jours. Jai pris plusieurs photo mais la voiture était mouillé bizarrement.... La voiture na servi quà faire un trajet de 3h de route aller et de même pour le retour. Elle est rester tout le temps dans un garage. Lors de la restitution, la voiture nétant plus mouillé, des rayure très légère sont apparu. Il mont facturé 174 . Vous pouvez voire les photo ci joint quon ne voit aucune rayure
Très mauvaise agence de location de voiture. Des arnaqueur ! Nous avons louer une voiture, avons jai réalisée des videos de toute la voiture mais cette dernière étais mouillé. Au moment de la restitution bizarrement ils ont trouvé des rayures, quand jai mouillé la voiture pour leur montrer leur mauvaise fois (les rayures disparaissaient) ils nont rien voulue entendre et mon facturé 200euros. Réellement très déçu et leur prix attractif sont immédiatement rattrapé par leur arnaque.

I didnt have any problems. I agree the car wasnt brand new and had seen better days. I had good value for money. When I returned the car, they inspected it and all was well. Just be warned, the roads in Portugal are not for the faint hearted.

Rented car in Lisbon, dropped off rental at Faro office. They arranged for Uber back to Albufeira. Quick and easy return procedure.
Terrible experience. Do not book from here! Shuttle bus was unorganised and had to wait for a long time. Staff are far from friendly and not helpful at all. If you do not buy their insurance they put over 2k euros on hold on your card which is not communicated anywhere on your booking. If anything goes wrong with your car they will absolutely scam you. Not worth it at all! Book somewhere else!
Quick and easy, Orlando was very professional
Very bad experience with this Surprise Car Rental. We rented a car for one week, and because it was already almost dark at the time we picked up the car, the person of the office told us to make a video of the car next day, when it was light enough. So we did, and when we returned the car after one week the office person saw a very small scratch almost at the bottom of the car which wasnt caused by us. Unfortunately, the video we made did not cover this very remote part of the car, and we had to pay > 300 for repair costs. We told the office person that we would give a bad review if he insisted on paying for a scratch which definitely wasnt caused by us, but he was absolutely adamant. So here is the very bad review: never do rent a car with this firm again!!
Compagnie à fuire! Comme le disent les autres commentaires, arnaqueurs en bandes organisés! Lors de la prise du véhicule, impeccable super sympas et la personne fait le tour en 3 secondes de la voiture ( il est 21h et il fait noir) Elle nous dit pas de problème toutes les photos de la voiture son sur le contrat. Lors de la restitution ce nest pas là même chose... 10min après être arrivé on nous dit quil y a un choc sur la voiture qui ny était pas. Nayant eu aucun accident, je demande à voir les photos de départ de la voiture ( dans le mail reçu avec le contrat aucune photo napparaissent sauf celle dune portière). La personne me dit on ne fait des photos que des dommages donc si il ny a pas de photo cest que ça ny était pas. Je lui dit quayant déjà des dommages sur le pare-choc arrière ils devraient pouvoir me montrer les photos du pare-choc mais là comme par HASARD aucune photo de charge (soucis de réseau soit disant...). Résultats facturation de 238 pour une réparation qui coûterait même pas 150... Et qui bien-sure ne sera jamais faite! JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT CETTE COMPAGNIE DE VOLEURS !!!!!!!
Haben den Mietwagen über Expedia reserviert. Sind vom Flughafen mit dem Shuttlebus zur Abholstation gefahren und dort wurden wir gleich abgewickelt. Wir wurden wegen Mautpass und Versicherung gefragt, wie bei jedem anderen Anbieter auch. Die Versicherung haben wir nicht gebraucht. Danach haben wir zusammen mit einem Mitarbeiter das Auto angesehen und Beschädigungen aufgenommen. Ich mache mir da am liebsten meine eigenen Bilder. Auto war wie in der bestellten Kategorie und neuwertig. Nur ein paar kleinere Kratzer- wie bei Mietwagen im Süden üblich. Während der 10 Tage hatten wir keine Probleme. Auch die Rückgabe war Problemlos, haben zusammen nochmal das Begutachtet und alles war in Ordnung. Man bekommt jeweils eine Mail, in der der Hol- und Bringzustand dokumentiert sind. Kaution, wie bei Expedia vorangekündigt, wurde innerhalb von einer Woche zurück erstattet. Ich habe keine negative Erfahrung gemacht, werde gerne wieder dort buchen.

1 star just because the car was nice . On arrival, I instantly got pushed into the extra damage waiver insurance ( which I had already purchased through jet 2 ) I said I was happy to pay the access fee that they hold on my debit card but apparently it had to be made on a credit card . So my daughter said she would put the access on her card but because she wasnt the car hire booker this apparently couldnt be done either . I had no choice but to pay the £180 extra , which put a huge dampener on my 1st day . When I checked my bank they had still put a £400 holding deposit on my account the one that apparently couldnt be held on a debit card . They also said my tank was full of fuel and had to be brought back full . It wasnt full when I left so took it back 3 quarters full and they wanted to charge me , luckily I took a photo of the level before I left the garage. I was talking to other customers while waiting and they had all had issues also . Avoid at all costs , what you think will be a reasonable rental turns out to be hundres more than expected scammers !!

La surprise chez eux cest que même une griffe présente sur le véhicule au début vous sera facturé à la fin comme par hasard ils ont pris le véhicule en photo de tous les côtés sauf a cette endroit la .... La prochaine fois jirai chez un loueur classique pour éviter les ennuis
Not so nice Surprice!! I was NOT informed about the tolls when I collected the car and had to pay a £30 fee as compensation. Thats poor customer service. Perhaps the information appears somewhere in the rental agreement.....but it costs you or staff nothing to mention this upon collecting the car.....and in my case....the staff said nothing about the tolls.

Booked a car till 16/10. Still have not received the payment of the deposit back whereas it was confirmed everything was fine with the car. When will I get my money back?
Adding my review to offer balance to some of the more recent reviews who describe an experience different to mine. I rented with Surprice a few weeks back having booked through the Ryanair website. I hadnt heard of them before but offering an all-in price that was reasonable, was why I decided to go with them. Having read some of the reviews before travelling I was a little nervous about what to expect, but everything was absolutely fine. One point about the off-terminal car rental companies in Faro airport (applies to more than just Surprice), its not that intuitive as to where to go when you arrive. I didnt find any signs that directed me where to go and ended up having to use my phone to google where the pickup was from (Car park P4 - over to your left as you come out of the airport arrivals). The pickup arrangement is a bit chaotic too as there are a lot of people waiting in a single place for different buses to come and take them to the company they booked with. I spotted the Surprice bus maybe 100 meters away from that place, and from that point on everything was straightforward. The bus driver had a list of all the people collecting cars and was able to find me on a list. It took less than 10 minutes until we were in the Surprice office, a couple of miles from the airport. The office is very clean and welcoming. There were 2 agents working which is more than enough for the amount of people they had to deal with. The agent who I dealt with was great to deal with. He was able to clearly communicate everything I needed to know to me, and could answer every question I had. Some of the negative reviews have mentioned hidden charges. Id contend that they arent hidden charges per se, but rather optional extras. I ended up paying a little extra than my all-in deal but that was by choice. I added an extra driver for 9 euro per day, and opted to rent the tag for the automatic tolls (well worth it). I could have opted to forego either of these. The agent was quite clear about this, so this is something people should be aware of ahead of travelling/booking with them. The car itself was perfect. I only needed something small for my needs and the car was in immaculate condition. There was a walk-around checking for damage. A company employee helped me during this process, showing all of the damage they were aware of, and encouraging me to take all the photos I needed to. This was very reassuring. The return was trouble-free also. They will inspect the car there and then, as well as settle up for all of the toll costs incurred. The inspection was thorough but far. They also checked the inside of the car (again, fair enough), and ensured the fuel level is as per the agreement. I was notified there would be no additional charges. The bus back to the airport was the same that brought us from the airport. There was a little wait for it, so give yourselves ample time to make your flight. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with everything about this experience, and will definitely use them again. I might opt to go directly with the company, rather than through ryanair in future. My advice would be to do a little research and know what to expect when dealing with Surprice. If you do, all will be fine.

The car was a wreck, the radio/stereo didn t work, the front shock absorber was broken and to move in a straight line you had to constantly steer left. There was also someone s bogie on the steering wheel. When we picked the car up, they didn t mention that the fuel filler cap release is in a really obtuse place, so it was a nightmare when we got to the filling station and couldn t open the fuel cap. The staff on the ground were pleasant and we didn t have problems with the damage inspection.

Nie Wieder!! Ich habe das Auto zu einem ziemlich guten Preis mieten können, hat mich sogar gewundert wie günstig es war. Zu blöd dass ich mir nicht das Kleingedruckte durchgelesen habe und schon war das Auto 110 teurer. Für das Geld hätte ich das selbe Auto für günstiger bei einem seriösen Vermieter wir Sixt oder europcar holen können ohne das ich mir sorgen um die Kaution machen muss. Ich habe die Kaution von 2500 gezahlt, und mann versicherte mir das Das Geld in 2-3 Tagen auf mein Konto sein wird. Es sind seid dem 9 TAGE HER und ich kann nur mit dem Chat bot sprechen der mir sagt wir rufen sie zurück, spoiler Warnung... tun sie nicht Bitte versucht nicht 50 zu sparen und mietet euer Auto lieber bei einer bekannten Autovermietung.
Absolutely a scam operation! Booked through Discover Cars, picked up from SurPrice and returned with some handling company at the same location as pickup. Arrival experience was wonderful, friendly staff and quick check in. Was unable to purchase extra insurance online (wasn t offered) so booked the CDW at least. Was not offered extra at the desk and was told I didn t need it with the deposit hold. Checked the car out at night time and took photos the next day of the visible damage. Retuned the car to a horrible experience. Gomez and Joel were so horribly rude and dismissive and charged me 276 for damages. I will be disputing this. Went to talk to the agent who did our contract and was laughed at and told we do the contract, nothing more. The other guys are a different company. Rude, unfriendly and a really bad reflection of Portugal. No wonder hire car companies have a bad rap. Another couple in a grey Fiat were also scammed for a couple hundred over a crazy small scratch. Do not use them, spend the extra and hire from a real company at the airport - save yourself the hassle of the shuttlebus and disgusting attitudes of the nice turned horrible staff. Edit: 8pm same day - since reading the other brutal reviews of this crook shack, it appears I was given a fake name by the person I was dealing with as there are pictures of him on other reviews with a different name.

Abholung verlief eigendlich reibungslos, uns wurde mitgeteilt das alle Schäden vermerkt sind und wir keine Fotos mehr machen müssen. Es machte den Anschein das wir zügig gehen sollen. Bei Rückgabe des Mietwagens, welchen wir aus Respekt noch aussen und innen gereingt haben, wurde uns ein Kratzer angehängt welcher wir mit 270 Euro berappen mussten. Wir haben daraus gelernt und werden in Zukunft vor der Abfahrt vor Ort auf dem Platz jeden einzelnen Kratzer fotografieren und dokumentieren. Das Auto war alles andere als ein Neuwagen welcher mit vielen Kratzern schon bei der Übernahme versehen war, und so die Leute abzocken ist daher gut verdientes Geld. Darum war auch die Miete für 10 Tage so günstig, damit man bei der Rückgabe die Leute noch abzocken kann. Das es bei diesem trockenen Land mal durch einen Steinschlag ein Kratzer geschehen kann ist ja nicht von der Hand zu weisen. Und dann noch zu profitieren!!! Nie wieder Surprice Car.

Goed verhuur bedrijf met een vriendelijke receptie en niet duur. P4, waar de shuttlebus staat, is wat lastig te vinden; deze zit buiten de aankomsthal helemaal links achteraan. De auto was niet schoon aan de buitenkant (zie je krassen lastiger) en de ramen aan de binnenkant waren ook niet schoon wat lastig bleek met laag staande zon. Tip: maak veel fotos bij het ophalen want zelfs hun eigen autowasstraat krasjes (swirls) worden betwist als je ze niet goed hebt vastgelegd.

The car was in a really bad condition. Someone tried to break into the car and damaged the locker. Therefore I have to pay for the damage. I never parked outside of official parking places. Most of the time we had to pay for the parking places. After asking what to do to prevent this in the future, the worker told me to not rent a car in Portugal. Would definitely not recommend to book here. You can better book sixt pay a little more and have no trouble with shitty cars that are easy to break into.

Would not rent from them again. didn t have a bad experience but the service wasn t great either. I have experienced a lot better. The process is time consuming, extra charges if you arrive after 8pm at the rental place which is a little far from the airport. The return process is also a little too much. When you pay insurance with them even the full cover they still lock a sum on your credit card.

Les prix de cette agence sont très compétitifs mais nous conseillons de bien prendre en compte le contrat et ce qu il comprend. Nous sommes heureux d avoir eu une bonne expérience malgré une appréhension (qui se retrouve chez les loueurs de véhicules en général) mais nous avons eu quelqu un de très compétent qui a trouvé une solution pour notre dépôt de garantie sachant que nous n avions qu une carte de credit (PENSEZ À AVOIR UNE CARTE DE CREDIT C EST LA NORME À L ÉTRANGER - Avis aux français nous avons des carte de débit en général). La restitution du véhicule s est faite rapidement par une employée agréable. Nous avions la garantie tout risque ~86 . Nous conseillons cette agence tout en étant observateur du véhicule à sa prise en main, aux conditions en réservant mais une fois cela fait aucun problème, merci à toute l équipe !

Nasty surprise - at faro tried to charge 230 for a non existent scratch. Had to ask for the £2500 deposit back. Car was borderline dangerous due to it pulling over to the right hand side when changing lanes. Admitted there was an error on the tire pressure only after we had gone to the trouble of filling tires and after our holiday. Andre was rude and sarcastic. Manager intervened and after 20 minutes of arguing their scam failed. If i could give 0 stars i would.
Voiture plus petite que prévue proposée, pas prête à lheure de prise prévue mais 2 heures après, réservoir rempli à 1/4, voiture très sale et en mauvais état pour cacher les défauts. Frais cachés (frais dabandon dans la traduction qui sont en fait 130 de frais pour le dépôt à un autre endroit que la prise en charge). Proposent une assurance supplémentaire alors quon a déjà une couverture complète avec Booking. Rendu tendu, on sent que la personne qui contrôle est malhonnête et cherche à nous facturer des frais supplémentaires. Ils ont essayé de nous facturer un impact sur le pare brise qui était déjà présent, mais que la personne de la prise en charge avait volontairement ignorée car trop petite, on embêtera pas pour ça. Ils nont pas les photos du contrôle de la prise en charge et demandent que vous ayez des preuves. Faire une vidéo très minutieuse.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence, vous facture une rayure sur une roue 341 euros, alors que vous nêtes pas responsable; Voiture livrée propre mais avec des roues sales histoire de camoufler les rayures sur les roues, facile après de vous le reprocher. Les prix sont en effet tres bas en location mais cest pour mieux vous surfacturer après; Un conseil , prenez plutôt des agences sérieuses et reconnues , pour ma part je ne réserverai plus jamais chez eux.
Attention!!! Ne louez pas la bas, ce sont des voleurs et facture à TOUT LE MONDE des rayures deja existantes et même si vous leurs prouvez que elle y était déjà! Si je n étais pas dans un autre pays, le propriétaire serait en béquille

Mixed bag experience. Despite filling in info required in advance to reduce admin time had to go through process again. Exacerbated by card not being accepted turned out to be bank security. Had therefore to pay extra £100+. Would have thought the admin would have known this from experience. She didnt speak Eng, but colleague did. Return was a better experience with pleasant helpful admin. Car good checkover at start quite thorough with advice to take photos. Despite issues described I would use again.

A éviter absolument ! À la location, le permis de mon mari n est soit disant pas valide. Il est vrai que les licences pour les poids lourds sont expirées mais pas pour le permis voiture. Il est tout à fait valable en France. Ils ne veulent rien entendre, obligé de me mettre en conductrice principale avec surcoût de 100 euros. Au retour, ils nous emmerdent, excusez-moi du terme, pour une petite rayure, soit disant non vue au départ, alors que la voiture était extrêmement sale et déjà pleine d impacts ou rayures. Ils veulent nous faire payer 160 euros. Vraiment très malhonnêtes !!! Ils font tout pour ajouter des coûts.

Terrible rental car place with primary goal to scam their customers. Surprice charged my partner and I an additional 212 Euros for returning the vehicle without the tire inflator kit , which was supposedly underneath the carpet of the trunk. This kit was never previously mentioned, nor did the rental place open underneath the carpet of the trunk. This kit is also valued at $20.. 100% a scam, especially for those who do not choose the optional insurance package. Ensure to always take videos of the entire vehicle (outside, Interior, under trunk compartment) to avoid these scams.
Charged me $212 euros for a tire inflator kit which was apparently under the bed of the trunk. I had a videos of everything except this. Dude was laughing at us and forced us to pay or get fined $2000 euro. I used this company in the past and they tried to blame me for a scratch I did not make, and luckily I had the videos of that back then to protect me. This time they found a scam loophole under the trunk. Shady business practices. 1 star is an understatement. Scamming a repeat customer is a bad look.

They used the tiny mark on the rear wheel arch scam on me and asked to see the photo, and of course, we didn t take photos of the smallest marks, specially not of the wheel trims. I have sent them an email to complain but didn t get any answer. Advise everyone else to read reviews on trust pilot about this company! This company shouldn t be operating!

Arnaque. Le personnel est très malhonnête et désagréable. Nous avons loué une voiture SIAT Ibiza sur un site comparateur de location de voiture car le prix était très attractif. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place, la voiture était dans un très mauvais état (nombreuses traces de lavage, rayures, bosses, saleté ). Le monsieur n avait pas le temps de réaliser l état du véhicule, il nous a fourni un document incompréhensible sur lequel était noté les différents défauts. Lorsque nous lui avons demandé de rajouter des rayures non indiquées sur le papier il nous a arraché la feuille des mains et l a déchiré. Attention, lors de la prise du véhicule ils font passer des rayures pour des « traces de lavage » et ils vous les reproches lorsque vous rendez le véhicule. Les photos prises avant ne servent à rien car on ne voit aucun défaut en raison des traces de lavage. De plus, ce n est pas la même entreprise qui gère les papiers administratifs pour la location et qui réalise l état du véhicule

Experiência a não repetir! E empresa a não recomendar!! Aluguer de carro feito com o seguro básico. Tudo bem até aqui. Dia do levantamento do carro, foi dito que pagava-se 10 e podia-se andar pelo AE sem pagar mais por isso. Entregam o carro cheio de moças e riscos. Tirámos fotos pois já achamos tudo um pouco estranho. Dia da entrega do carro alegaram um risco que já estava feito e cobraram um valor bem alto pelo mesmo.Mostramos as fotos tiradas ainda nas instalações deles no dia em que fizemos o levantamento do veículo e não tinham nem metade dos danos daquele carro registados no sistema! Uma vergonha!!! Como podem alegar um risco que já estava feito se nem têm todos os danos registados????? E ainda cobram as portagens para além dos 10 E não respondem aos e-mails que nos foram facultados pela própria empresa para onde devíamos enviar a reclamação!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were completely scammed out of our money. When returning the vehicle, they found a tiny tiny factory fault and blamed us and charged us £250 in damage. They went directly towards the damage upon return as this they knew this was there, a complete scam if you ask me. They suddenly didn t know any English either. Anyone renting from SurPrice make sure you take video of every part of the vehicles exterior and interior. Even the parts you deem silly.

Buen servicio de alquiler de coches en la zona de Faro. Alquilamos en la web a precio barato, si es verdad, que no incluye el seguro, que luego puedes contratarlo o no al llegar a su oficina. Tienen shuttle bus desde su oficina al aeropuerto de Faro (5 minutos). También te prestan el aparato para los peajes en las autopistas de Portugal pagando solo lo que gastes en los peajes. Nos atendió José Osorio y nos trato muy bien, todo muy claro.
É importante leggere bene le istruzioni presenti sul voucher per trovare la compagnia. É infatti necessario andare al parcheggio 4 dellaeroporto e li una navetta vi porterà ai loro uffici. Nulla di troppo complicato. Super professionali, controllano lauto insieme a voi meticolosamente prima di consegnarvela annotando tutti i danni già presenti e vi invitano a fare foto e video che possano dimostrare la vostra innocenza in caso di problemi alla riconsegna. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Se avete unassicurazione esterna la cauzione/franchigia é un po alta (1500-2200 ), in alternativa é possibile stipulare unassicurazione con loro che con poco più di 100 abbassa il limite della cauzione a 200/400 ±. I dont recommend it. Damage to the car that is not fully described then, when you pick it up, makes you believe that it is yours. I have insurance but well see if they recognize it. Take photos in the shade, not in direct sunlight, because there is no visible damage. Make sure to include any damage in the contract because they will take advantage of it

Beware, they are prioritising scamming over safety. Upon returning the vehicle we were told the tyre inflator was missing (and it would cost 212). When we took the vehicle out we checked outside for damage and the attendant lifted the spare tyre cover and quickly gestured there was a kit, I remember seeing the bottle with the sealant in and thinking OK it s all there but didn t think to check all individual components. They obviously play on this, there are another 2 reviews on here within the last couple of weeks of them doing the exact same thing. Thankfully our deposit was returned (I think because we had their extended insurance), but it is very concerning they are prepared to prioritise scamming over safety. There is something very fishy with all the positive reviews too, since when does anyone get multiple reviews per day on google maps? Look at Trustpilot reviews too.

très mal accueilli à notre arrivée de restitution. 316e pour deux traces qui partiraient avec un chiffon et du produit nettoyant. je ne passerai plus jamais par cette compagnie surtout à faro-Portugal-À éviter ou filmer la voiture à la prise de possession.
Shuttle hat super und schnell funktioniert. Das Auto war neuwertig, jedoch ohne großartiger Extras (kein Android Auto, manuelle Klima). Überprüfung sehr genau, aber fair. Es wurde auch nicht versucht irgendwelche Versicherungen zu verkaufen. Gerne wieder.

A FUIR !! ARNAQUEUR EN PUISSANCE !!! Alors le check in se passe très bien avec un personnel agréable qui parle anglais. Il y a énormément de rayures et dimpacts sur la voiture et elle est bien évidemment sale pour cacher tout ça ! Je fais malgré tout des photos. Nous navons eu aucun impact, touché aucun trottoir et au check out, le personnel fait le tour de la voiture, veut regarder mes photos et nous trouve une petite rayure sur un enjoliveur même pas une rayure puisquen la touchant, on ne sent même pas de relief. 190 euros !!!! Bizarre, cest un des seuls endroits que je navais pas pris en photo. Et comme par hasard, là personne ne parle anglais !!! Enfin si, une fois que jai payé les 190 euros, il comprenait langlais...Grosse arnaque....
