Très mauvais accueil, ils sont situés dans un gourbi sur le parking P4 avec une vingtaine dagences sur quelques mètres carrés, la seule personne parlant français (dame de couleur)commence par engueuler mon épouse car elle ne voulait pas que l on soit deux au guichet minuscule, agressive irrespectueuse et pas du tout à l écoute. Au moment de à la remise des clefs, les dégâts sur la voiture étaient bien plus importants que indiqué sur leur document. La rectification a été faite sur le double qui nous était destiné mais ils ont refusé de le faire sur loriginal, la personne agressive toujours désagréable et arrogante qui faisait les questions et les réponses sans nous laisser nous exprimer s en fichait et hurlait quils tiendraient compte du double rectifié, donc aucune garantie. ils ne sont pas du tout sérieux, pas de communication, jai pris cette agence directement sur leur site avec lassurance maximum étant donné les commentaires tellement positifs mais je regrette vivement dêtre passé par ces voyous qui prennent toutes les garanties pour eux sans aucun égard pour le client, À FUIR !! By far the best car rental experience Ive had! Yes car will be my first stop next time Im in the Algarve . Booking experience and terms were clear and easy to follow. Local staff was fantastic - very nice car from Igor , better than expected, for what was an incredibly good price. Deposit was quickly returned. Road signage at the return location could have been better, but no Yes car fault! I will definitely be back next time I rent a car. A family company. Very honest persons!!

They say you do not need a credit card on their website. But beware! You need a physical one when you pick up the car for the deposit. If you dont have a phycisical credit card, they wont give you a car. (No cash or prepayment through my debit card). Had to rent a last minute car at 11pm for 3 times the cost because of this joke. Pm amex is not allowed either

Yes car..definitely a NO for me! Several bad experiences during my personnal customer journey in October 2024. 1) despite I followed the online check-in procedure, I had to wait 30 minutes at Faro Airport when I wanted to pick up the car at the arrival date. Apparently they hadnt booked a car for me. Day 3: flat tire. Of course this can happen. But when I phoned the office asking if I should follow a specific procedure (tire company, tires, invoice because I took fully insurance...) they started laughing with me and on top said this is my own responsability and on my costs... Day 7: the day of returning the car. Flight at 6AM at Faro Airport. I paid 30 euro surplus to hand over the keys at 4AM. Nobody at the office of Yes car. At 4.20AM a person arrived without saying hello nor apologies. When I asked what the procedure is to claim the cash of the flat tire the brutal answer was: this is not my problem, call my boss. I will come back to the Algarve because of the beautiful nature, nice food but will definitely NEVER EVER book a rental car with yes car. Shame on you for the lousy service you offer!!!

Com o carro estava tudo bem. Claro que nos mostram um bom VW e acabamos por receber um carro similar , um Citroën, que não se compara a um VW. Thiago foi o funcionário com quem tive contacto tanto na recolha como na entrega. Na recolha, ele não podia ter mostrado mais desinteresse no balcão e na conversa comigo. O único outro funcionário da Yorcar com quem falei foi o colega dele. Em vez de estar atento aos clientes da Yorcar, Thiago estava concentrado no telemóvel (talvez a trabalhar?). A certa altura, alguém das outras empresas de aluguer no mesmo balcão perguntou quais clientes pertenciam a qual empresa de aluguer e chamou a atenção dele para mim, que esperava pacientemente e educadamente há 15 minutos no meio da multidão. De resto, ele fez o seu trabalho: entregar e recolher carros para turistas (aparentemente algo que o irrita?). Apesar de dizer palavras de simpatia, não era sincero. Quando comentei que era estranho não poder pagar com Apple Pay, uma opção cada vez mais comum, ele respondeu com uma indiferença arrogante, sugerindo que eu poderia ir a outro lugar se não estivesse satisfeito. Aparentemente, eu era apenas mais um turista chato, querendo admirar o país dele. Consigo perceber, com certos turistas! Só que, ao contrário de outros, este turista aqui caminhou até o P4 passando por várias empresas de aluguer de carros, carregando toda a bagagem minha e da minha namorada. E, como turista (espero que não tão irritante), também contribuo, mesmo que seja um pouco, para que o chefe dele tenha condições de lhe pagar o salário e garantir o emprego. Parece que ele ainda não se apercebeu disso, considerando a sua indiferença em relação a perder um cliente. Na verdade, arrependo-me de não ter cancelado a reserva no momento e ido realmente a outro lugar. Com apenas 4 horas de sono e depois de uma longa caminhada desde a saída até ao P4, carregando todas as malas da minha namorada e as minhas, só queria pegar o carro e ir para o hotel. Foi uma raridade enfrentar tanta arrogância e grosseria. Na entrega, tudo correu bem - o reembolso do depósito ainda está pendente. Ele não se lembrou de mim e mostrou-me um código QR para que eu fizesse uma avaliação.

Su sistema de negocio es sencillo. Ofertan en las comparadoras el precio mas bajo, y tu piensas bueno como no pagan alquiler en el aeropuerto y los coches tienen elevado kilometraje, tiene sentido, es una buena opción económica. Luego llegas alli, los operarios se tienen que turnar los mostradores para atenderte, los tiempos de espera son mucho mas elevados que en las franquicias internacionales, todo el proceso de la recogida es rudimentario, en papel, tienes que hacer un pantallazo con tu movil, luego enviárselo a un email hasta ahi, aceptable. El problema es cuando empiezan a sacar cláusulas, tipo si cruzas la frontera te saco el TPV y te cobro 50 , que si que tienen una cláusula que no puedes sacar el coche de portugal, pero no dice que lo puedas sacar si sueltas 50 en el mostrador a bote perdido si sumas esos 50 a la tarifa inicial, estas alquilando un fiat panda con 22.000km al precio de un coche último modelo con menos de 5000km en cualquier otra compañía, y por el mismo precio. Mismo dinero, peor servicio, peor coche. Una estafa.

Very poor. We were charged for full protection insurance even though has already paid on booking (booking was not direct with Yes Car Hire). We were also charged for late arrival. Our plane was late and in fact diverted due to an unruly passenger. Will not be returning.

A fuir!!!! Le loueur a essayé de nous faire payer 500 euros + 30 euros par jour ( soit 7jours) de plus que ce qui était prévu. Après explication sur le fait que jai déjà payé une partie sur internet et quil me reste quune petite somme à verser, monsieur nest pas content... Ma carte bancaire premium ne passe pas pour lemprunte de caution, nous avons été contraint de prendre la carte de mon amie qui était avec moi. Il a fallu repayer 40 euros comme 2 eme conducteur car la carte bancaire portait un nom différent... Il insiste beaucoup pour que lon soit à lheure le jour de la remis de voiture....soir 9h ,ok! Donc ce jour là, nous sommes arrivés a 8h50 pour une remise de véhicule à 9h, Le loueur nous informe devoir payer 40 euros de pénalité par ce quon est arrivé sur le parking plus tôt.... tout est bon pour payer plus cher!!! Nous voilà avec 80euros de plus que prévu... Jai un pied à terre au Portugal, je ne reprendrais plus les services de ce loueur. Je vous déconseille vivement . Mieux vaut marcher un peu plus pour avoir de meilleurs services .

Muy buena experiencia con esta compañía de alquiler, precio cerrado desde que reservamos en la página web, sin sorpresas. Hay que tener en cuenta que en Portugal hay que pagar los peajes de las carreteras de forma diferente a España, de ahí que cuando recojas el vehículo tengas que tener en cuenta esa extra (que serán aprox. unos 20-30 en función de las carreteras que utilices) pero si sabes esto lo dicho, sin sorpresas. Especial agradecimiento a Joao, quien nos trató super bien desde el primer día y nos ayudó a salir del aeropuerto incluso llegando a última hora de la noche (aunque los guardias de las barreras del aeropuerto a los que tuvimos que pedir ayuda no querían colaborar en absoluto, cuidado con eso). Recomendado 100%.

Arrivée mardi dernier, nous avons traité avec Joao, rapide efficace et explication très claires. Très loin au dessus des autres compagnies. Au retour une semaine plus tard, nous traitons avec Ana. Meine Frau und ich haben uns einen Wagen der kleinsten Klasse für 11 Tage ausgeliehen. Die Abholung und auch die Rückgabe liefen ohne Probleme. Bei der Abholung sollten auf jeden Fall Fotos oder ein Video vom Auto gemacht werden, um später die Bestandsschäden nachzuvollziehen. Bei der Abholung mussten wir noch 21 Euro für das elektronische Maut System bezahlen und eine Kaution hinlegen, von der die Mautgebühren (und ggf. Schäden) im Nachhinein bezahlt werden. Insgesamt haben wir eine super Erfahrung mit dem Anbieter gemacht.

Read the details twice or three times, and realize the English on the website is not fully translated correctly. Your rental car cannot be driven past Seville in Spain. Period. I read it that you can t access roadside assistance past Seville. So we couldn t rent the car. We went back to revise the rental by renting it for the Portugal portion of the trip. Even though our car was sitting there, they said no. I called for an appeal and they acted like we would still drive to Spain past Seville. I cancelled a Budget rental because the reviews stated the Yes team treated you like family. No such treatment for us. Unforgiving and not a care in the world. Highly disappointed.

Nous avions loué une fiat 500 décapotable, qui a été parfaite pour le court séjour, malgré un manque de puissance au niveau du moteur pour les routes de montagne. Au moment de récupérer le véhicule, nous avons eu 2 agents sympathiques. Ils ne font pas le tour du véhicule avec vous, je recommande de leur indiquer si vous remarquez des accros et de filmer le véhicule avant/apres. L agence se trouve sur le parking de l aéroport dans un bureau partagé. Au retour du véhicule, un agent était pressé de récupérer notre véhicule alors qu on s était pas encore présenté au comptoir et que nous étions arrivés plus tot que prévu.

Fraudulent/dishonest people. Charged 1000 for a scratch they found, just because they knew we had extra insurance that would cover it. It was a small scratch that would cost £90 to repair and that most car rentals would just ignore.

Joao was great on return of the car. All ok in general but an extra charge for an extra day because our times were different to that they had on their system. Maybe my fault when booking but because I put We wanted to pick up and drop off at 11.30am but we didn t collect till 4pm and wanted to drop back at 5pm a week later (so overall no extra time we had the car just an adjustment on the pick up and drop off) but they insisted on charging an extra day hire. Plus the daily charge for electronic tag hire so you can use the toll roads on the motorway which they have the car fitted with anyway (you pay for the tolls as you pass through the toll booths) so seemed unfair to charge you for a tag already fitted to the car when of course you are going to use the motorways to travel anything further that local to Faro. Hence 3 star review. Others would have been 5 stars. For the sake of trying to make an extra buck you could get far more happy customers. Would use again but would be super cautious on exact times of pick up and collection.
