Vorsicht Abzocke! Bereits bei Abholung des Mietwagens wurden wir durch die dortige Mitarbeiterin gedrängt, die Rückgabezeit des Mietwagens früher zu wählen, um unseren Flug noch sicher zu erreichen. In gutgläubiger Weise stimmten wir dem zu. Was uns jedoch nicht verraten wurde, war dass dies 35 kosten soll. Diese wurden uns nämlich abverlangt, als wir den Wagen zurückgeben wollten. Als Begründung für die Kosten wurde die nachträgliche Veränderung der Abgabezeit genannt. Touristenverarsche nennt man das!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir haben ein sehr tolles Auto gehabt.

Super gute Autovermietung! Sie gaben nicht versucht, eine Zusatzversicherung aufzuschwatzen. Abholung und Rückgabe gingen super schnell, sehr nettes Personal. Der Shuttleservice ist gut, man kann in 5 Minuten aber auch laufen. Das Auto war fast neu, Baujahr 2024, sehr groß und klasse sauber. Top!

Schitterend bedrijf met hartelijke medewerkers. Onze Ford Focus was er niet, maar het alternatief was geweldig. Een grote Skoda hagelnieuw. Het terug brengen op een heel vroeg tijdstip was geen probleem. De auto s worden voor uitgifte allemaal gewassen en uitgezogen. De tank zit vol. Binnen tien minuten rij je de zon tegemoet. Een dikke aanrader.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Helpen je erg goed. Vooral alles met je telefoon in de auto installeren.

Haben den Wagen über billiger-mietwagen.de von sunny cars gemietet. Die Abwicklung lief dann über EPI. Shuttle vom Terminal zur Mietwagenstation lief reibungslos. Gute Beschreibung zum Pick Up Point. Bei EPI ging alles schnell. Kurze Aufklärung über den Transponder wg. der Maut, bekamen einen größeren Wagen, der super in Schuss war. Rückgabe war noch unkomplizierter. Dauerte keine 10 min. Und wir waren schon am Terminal. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben einen Mietwagen über sunnycars bei EPI gebucht. Am Treffpunkt im Flughafenterminal in Lissabon mussten wir kurz auf einen EPI Mitarbeiter warten, da diese ständig zwischen dem Parkhaus und dem Treffpunkt pendeln . Zum Parkhaus (P2, direkt am Terminal 1) sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und die Mietwagenübernahme ging schnell und unkompliziert. Es wurde nicht versucht uns irgendwas aufzudrängen sondern sogar vom EPI Mietarbeiter selbst darauf hingewiesen, dass wir mit unserem sunnycars Versicherungspaket bereits vollständig abgesichert sind. Da wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren hatten wir einen Kindersitz reserviert. Im Auto waren zwei Kindersitze unterschiedlicher Größe, so dass wir den für uns passenden selbst auswählen konnten. Das Auto hatte ca 60t km und hier und da eine kleine Schramme, war aber innen wie außen sehr sauber und technisch einwandfrei. Die Rückgabe ging auch schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können EPI (und sunnycars) empfehlen!

Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Autovermietung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Autoabholung ging sehr schnell und problemlos. Es wurde nicht versucht, uns noch zusätzliche Leistungen oder Versicherungen aufzuschwatzen. Leider haben wir das Auto in den engen Straßen leicht beschädigt, aber auch das wurde problemlos als Versicherungsfall ohne zusätzliche Kosten oder Aufwand für uns anerkannt. EPI können wir zu 100% empfehlen. Eine der besten Autovermietungen, bei der wir jemals gebucht haben.

Zeer fijne autoverhuurder. Nette auto en goed geholpen met ophalen en inleveren van de auto en snelle shuttle service van en naar de luchthaven. Auto was nog als nieuw met net geen 7000km erop. Tolbadge kan je ook gebruiken indien gewenst wat je kan aangeven bij het ophalen van de auto. Later worden de kosten voor de tol nog verrekend. De snelheden die de navigatie of auto aangaven kwamen niet altijd overeen met de snelheidsborden langs de weg. Toegestane snelheid was ook niet overal even duidelijk maar dat ligt niet aan de verhuurder. Verder vind ik het zeer positief dat zij niet allerlei verzekeringen proberen te verkopen maar gewoon netjes te werk gaan.

Prima bedrijf ook een auto te huren. Erg aardige en behulpzame mensen. Auto had van binnen iets beter schoongemaakt kunnen we maar verder alles goed.

Ich habe noch nie so unkompliziert ein Auto gemietet...es hat von a bis z alles gepasst: pünktliche Transport vom Flughafen zur Station, super freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen, über alles informiert worden, meiner Kreditkarte wurde nichts belastet.... Und auch bei der Rückgabe: kurze Kontrolle, ob das Auto sauber ist und ob die Betankung stimmt und direkter Rücktransport an den Flughafen.... Absolut topp! Jederzeit und immer wieder!

Auto in Lissabon abgeholt , in faro Rückgabe , wurden dann auch mit dem Shuttle Service zum Flughafen gebracht. Keine Wartezeiten oder Komplikationen . Alles super

Via SunnyCar hebben we een auto gehuurd bij EPI. Met een shuttlebus werden we opgehaald op het vliegveld. Vanaf hier was het twee minuten rijden naar EPI. Hartstikke vriendelijk personeel! We kregen een mooie en schone Seat Ibiza.

We hebben een auto gehuurd via Sunny cars. Alles verliep vlot zonder problemen en ze proberen geen extra verzekeringen aan te smeren. Enigste minpunt was toen we de auto in leverden, het nogal snel ging en geen bevestiging kregen of de auto in orde was en onze waarborg ok was.

Perfect welcome, almost new car, helpful and smiling staff, always available in case of problems! Don t hesitate, I recommend 10/10!

Wir haben das Mietauto über CHECK24 von Lissabon Flughafen nach Faro Flughafen für 12 Tage gemietet. In Lissabon wurden wir in der Ankunftshalle direkt zu unserem Mietauto geführt und die vertraglichen Dinge waren schnell und einfach erledigt. Im Auto ist ein Mauttransponder (gegen eine Gebühr von 18 Euro) mit dem man in Portugal über alle Mautstraßen fahren kann. Sehr unkompliziert! Das Auto (Skoda Skala) haben wir sehr sauber erhalten und es hatte erst 38.000 Kilometer drauf. Die Rückgabe in Faro war problemlos und der Shuttlebus hat uns von der Vermieterstation schnell zum Flughafen gebracht. Klare Weiterempfehlung von EPI!

Supersnelle service op P 4 opgehaald en binnen een paar minuten zaten we al op de snelweg in onze bolide. Ook bij terugkomst alles snel afgehandeld en binnen paar minuten op het vliegveld. De tol die je verreden. Hebt wordt nog naderhand van de creditcard afgeschreven. Bij aankomst betaal je alleen 18,50 voor het activeren van de tolbadge. Ik raad dit bedrijf zeker aan. Thnx voor alle hulp.

Toller Service, Shuttelservice zum Büro stand bei Ankunft bereits vor Ort und hat uns in 5 Minuten direkt zum Auto und Servicecenter gebracht. Wir haben über Check24 gebucht, Fahrzeugübernahme war super schnell erledigt- genauso die Rückgabe. Das Auto war in einem Top Zustand.

Rented a car through sunny cars from May 8 to 15. Was neatly picked up at P4. Company is within walking distance of the airport. Fast handling and because I had an early return flight, a return time was discussed. The employee was right on time, 6 a.m., and I was dropped off directly in front of the terminal. Next time it will be EPI rent again.

Matig Engels, maar voldoende. Auto is keurig! Aanbeveling: neem de kosten voor het reizen over de snelweg. Het maakt je verplaatsingen oost-west in de Algarve zo veel sneller dan via de provinciale weg. De N125 is stoffige en langzaam en niet bepaald toeristisch. Doe je het niet, stel dan je navigatie in op vermijden snelweg/tolweg ! Anders kom je voor nare verrassingen.

Rented a fiat panda through a broker from EPI. The whole process was quick, without pressure tactics, deposits etc. The car was clean and quite new at only 35k kilometers on the odometer. Id definitely using them again.

À recommander sans hésitation ! Prise en charge (arrivée /retour) en navette à l aéroport, les véhicules sont de location sont très récents et bien entretenus, aucune surprise avec cette agence. Si nous devons revenir sur la région, nous passerons par la même agence pour une futur location.

Wir hatten das Auto für 3 Tage gemietet gehabt. Mit dem Auto war alles in Ordnung. Die 3 Sterne weniger sind ausschließlich für die unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen am Schalter. Sowas unfreundliches und hochnäsiges habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt. Behandeln ihre Kunden als wäre man Luft und schlagen einem die Tür vors Gesicht zu. Ich meine genau die 2 Damen die am 28.05.2024 die Frühschicht hatten. Schade wie man sich sowas verspielen kann.

Wir haben über Check24/Sunny Cars ein Auto gemietet. Bis auf die etwas unklare Abholsituation am Flughafen Lissabon, hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Ordentliche Übergabe und Rückgabe mit schnellen Transfer n den Flughafen Faro.

Snelle afhandeling van de administratieve rompslomp en prima bereikbaar. Pendelbusje zorgde voor snel vervoer van en naar de luchthaven. Helaas krijg je geen bewijs mee dat je de auto schadevrij ingeleverd hebt.

Cheap and 5 mins from airport great staff forgot a bag at the airport and took it back to base and we got it collected from there.

I ve used Epi twice for car rentals in Portugal. They have always been great and accommodating. We ve always gotten the automatic car that we booked and it s always been as promised. The only thing I would say in general about renting in Europe. The cars are much smaller than what we re used to in North America. This is important to remember when you have multiple people and luggage to deal with. Gas is also very expensive even with hybrid cars. Epi does have a discount keychain that you can use for one of the gas station chains.

The car was okay, however the staff was a bit unfriendly especially for children. They charge a lot for childrens car seat, therefore we brought our own one.

EPI Rent a Car, ist eine Top Adresse in der Nähe vom Airport Faro. Der Transfer, nicht unbedingt nötig, nur 5 zu Fuß vom Airport, zur Autovermietung hat SUPER geklappt. Auch die Abwicklung, Übergabe und Rückgabe mit dem Fahrzeug, Übrigens die Autos alles sehr sauber unser war Neu 680 km gelaufen! Die Autovermietung, bei uns fast ausschließlich von netten Damen geführt, möchte ich hier gerne empfehlen und im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wieder. Ganz liebe Grüße bis.....

Update: nachdem ich bereits im Januar hier einen Mietwagen gebucht hatte (siehe Bewertung weiter unten), habe ich das Ende Februar noch einmal gemacht. EPI ist einer der seriösen Vermieter. Hier wird einem keine Versicherung aufgeschwatzt und die Fahrzeuge sind in einwandfreiem Zustand. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier werde ich künftig immer meinen Mietwagen buchen. Vielen Dank! ******** Ich habe meinen Mietwagen vorab über SunnyCars gebucht und direkt bei dem Vermieter abgeholt. Die Fahrzeugübergabe funktionierte schnell und unkompliziert. Zurück gab ich den Wagen auch wieder direkt beim Büro, den Shuttleservice habe ich nicht genutzt. Das Fahrzeug hatte zwar rechts einige Schäden, aber das war kein Problem. Auch die Rückgabe war innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hier werden einem keine zusätzlichen Versicherungen usw. aufgeschwatzt, ich beurteile EPI als sehr seriösen Vermieter. In Faro werde ich sicher wieder bei EPI einen Mietwagen buchen, wenn der Preis stimmt.

Seit Jahren immer wieder EPI CAR. Dieses Mal für 9 Wochen. Alles unkompliziert. Sehr freundlicher Service. Unangenehm ist allerdings der Weg bis zum Parklevel 4 mit Koffer und schweren Golfbags. Da könnten sich die Betreiber des Flughafens mehr Service einfallen lassen. Dh. dass die Kunden direkt am Flughafengebäude abgeholt/wieder gebracht werden. Macht gepäcksmäßig einen großen Unterschied, ob man nur eine Woche oder minimum 8 Wochen bleibt.

Great service for a fair price! Communication from their side was quick and thorough. The car we got was well maintained and very clean. We booked a car via email and there were no surprises or any additional fees when we came to get it or later when we gave it back (we took full insurance pack though). Would definitely count on their services in the future!

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Distinctly from other car rental services, they did not try to sell extra insurances upon pickup. There is a shuttle service from the airport (parking P4) but if you travel with little baggage, you can simply walk to the rental station. The car was generally in a good condition, it only had some engine issues but they immediately offered a car replacement. We unfortunately had a little accident during our rental period but they were very professional about it and requested a reasonable deductible amount. Minor improvement suggestion: Pre-existing damages should be listed somewhere in the rental documents.

Superfijn bedrijf! Ging snel, soepel en vriendelijk. Zoals het zou moeten zijn. Onze ervaring met autoverhuur in het buitenland is niet altijd goed geweest dus een dikke 10 voor dit bedrijf!

Just to let you know: the car return is free starting with 8 am. Now it is 7:40 and - although the employees of epi car are there and obviously not heavy occupied - they did want to charge to me for early car return or I should wait 20 minutes till 8 am. So now it is an amazing situation: we all (me and employees) are standing around and waiting till it is 8 am. In addition, at car pickup, they also pretended to give me the car with full tank, which was just 3/4 full, as i checked it. So be careful with this company. The service could be better

Zowel bij ophalen als wegbrengen snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Je kunt binnen 10 minuten vanaf p4 naar de verhuurlocatie lopen of bellen dat je staat te wachten op de shuttlebus. Auto all in gehuurd via sunny cars.

First rental car experience with EPI in Faro and 10/10, everything as been handled professionaly. Even if it is outside the aiport a shuttle picks you up and it takes less than 5min to get to their office. Highly recommended

We have rented a car here, at first we were skeptical, but then we decided to go with EPI. We got a great newer car, the service was great, no unnecessary sales, and personnel was amazing. Super happy, would definitely rent from here again. Lastly, the prices were super reasonable!

Acceptable car for a good price. The return service good be better and more flexible without extra cost for returning the car out of office hours. It s just a short walk (5min) to the airport, so also a good location.

Die Zusatzkosten für die Abgabe des Mietwagens, empfinden wir als sehr unangemessen. Es zeigt uns, dass wir bei einer weiterenBuchung traditionell bei den bekannten Vermietern am Flughafen bleiben, wo keine weiteren (versteckte) Gebühren anfallen.

Awful customer service from shuttle drivers ignorant through my bag out the van, I had an accident which wasn t my fault, no accident report form in the car which is a legal requirement according to the GNR, they get you to sign for the car without seeing it I signed for a full tank of fuel but it was only 3/4 full, I won t be using EPI again.

Wir haben über Check24 und SunnyCars bei EPI ein Auto gemietet und waren mehr als zufrieden. Der Wagen war in gutem Zustand und sauber und hatte alle Extras die man in der Kategorie erwartet. Insgesamt haben wir alles als sehr transparent empfunden (Tank, Vorschäden, Maut-Transponder) und können EPI wärmstens empfehlen!

Von Annahme bis Abgabe alles super gelaufen. Hatte einen Monat lang ein Top Auto. Immer wieder.

Wir haben über SunnyCars hier gebucht. Neues Auto und guter Service bei der Übernahme. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Nur bei der Rückgabe zeigte sich die Mitarbeiterin, aus unserer Sicht, sehr kleinlich. Nach zehn Tagen Urlaub befand sich etwas Sand in den Ritzen auf der Rückbank. Dies würde so eine Gebühr von 50 machen. Wir sind dann zu einer nahegelegenen Waschanlage gefahren und haben den wenigen Sand weggesaugt. Danach alles in Ordnung.

All round a very good service. We arrived out of hours and paid the well advertised 35 euro surcharge - that meant we were picked up promptly and got a car out of hours, something a number of the other hire firms do not offer. Clean car in full working order, reasonable price and a sensible amount of fuel in the tank meaning we didnt have a mad panic finding a fuel station. Pleasant staff and would definitely use again.

Netjes autoverhuurbedrijf

Abholung vom Flughafen lief einwandfrei. Bei der Fahrzeugübernahme wurde gesagt dass Reifen und Glas nicht versichert sei. Die Reifen waren ziemlich abgefahren. Ok Windschutzscheibe konnte ich nicht wirklich gut bei Dunkelheit checken. Dann bei Rückgabe wurde trotz umfänglicher Vollkaskoversicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung mit Glas, Reifen, Unterboden, Dach über CHECK24 Abzockmasche versucht! Dann bei der Rücknahme des Fahrzeuges wurde gezielt, an einem von zwei Fahrzeugen, die Windschutzscheibe genau kontrolliert und für zwei kleine Pünktchen eine Bezahlung von 100 verlangt. Bei dem anderen Fahrzeug wurde die Scheibe garnicht kontrolliert. Komisch! ;) Eigentlich ein Witz denn diese Nummer wird ganz sicher bei diesem einen Fahrzeug mit jedem folgenden Kunden abgezogen. Gelddruckmaschine schlechthin. Die Windschutzscheibe ist mit Sicherheit schon mehrmals bezahlt. Zum Glück sind wir standhaft geblieben und haben jegliche Bezahlung verweigert und am Ende unseres schönen Urlaubes dort mit dem Personal und am Telefon sogar mit der angeblichen Managerin diskutiert. Natürlich ein stimmungsdämfer, möchte keiner wirklich haben. Also immer aufpassen und seinen Versicherungsschutz kennen. Denn wenn man erst bezahlt hat, sieht man von der Versicherung sicher kein Geld mehr.

Er waren twee dingen minder goed: Als je voor 08.00 uur in de ochtend de auto terug brengt moet je 35 euro bij betalen. Dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt. (Wij moesten om 7.30 uur de auto inleveren onverbrand met onze terug vlucht) Als het echt midden in de nacht was had ik het misschien begrepen. Ook was binnen een paar dagen de batterij van de autosleutel op gegaan. We moesten of de hele ochtend wachten tot er iemand zou komen of we moesten zelf maar opzoek gaan. Onze hele ochtend planning met de auto kon niet door gaan. Hele slechte service vonden wij!

Chagarijnig personeel

Alles hatvgut geklappt, Abholung, Abgabe. Bei letzterem hatten wir kleine Orientierungsprobleme, aber nach kurzer Irrfahrt haben wir es doch geschafft. Jetzt warten wir nur noch auf die Abrechnung der Autobahnmaut. Sind gespannt ..

Prinzipiell ist das Team sehr nett, klärt über die Nutzung der mautpflichtigen Straßen auf, die Beschreibung des Treffpunktes inklusive Shuttle zur Station hat super funktioniert, aber bei der Übergabe des Mietwagens wurde versucht zu tricksen. Im Vertrag steht voller Tank, dabei war das Auto nur zu einem Viertel betankt. Wir haben das nicht sofort reklamiert (lange Warteschlange), aber ein Foto gemacht von Kilometerstand inkl. Tankanzeige als wir losgefahren sind. Leider hat uns das Auto niemand übergeben, es wurde uns nur der Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt. Bei der Abgabe hat der Mitarbeiter auf den Tankstatus geschaut (es war knapp halbvoll) und wollte die Differenz berechnen. Gut, dass wir das Foto als Nachweis hatten. Es gab trotzdem Diskussionen. Eine ähnliche Situation haben wir auch bei anderen Kunden gesehen und hoffen nun, dass das keine Masche ist.

Fijne auto gehuurd voor de vakantie (via Sunnycars). Zit vlakbij de luchthaven maar het was toch even handig dat ze een shuttleservice hadden. Afhalen van de auto ging voorspoedig.

Super expérience avec ce loueur à Faro, tout sest très bien passé, aussi bien la remise des clés que le retour. Pas de rayure imaginaire ou autres lors du retour pour essayer de nous faire payer un peu plus cher. Un navette est disponible sur un parking de laéroport pour vous amener à lagence (quelques centaines de mètres plus loin), La conductrice ainsi que le personnel à lagence étaient très sympa. Vraiment très bien

Always us Epi, only recommendation would be when busy on returning vehicles you may want to consider having two minbuses running to keep waiting time down especially if you are catching a flight at 10am as it can be a bit of a rush to get checked in and through security, The service Epi supply is very good have never had a problem with vehicles they have supplied and the cost has always been very reasonable much cheaper than the Car Rental Companies at the airport, Look forward to using you again

Op Faro airport konden we bij P4 instappen in het busje van EPI.Gezin en koffers konden mee.Wij zijn zeer tevreden over EPI rent a car. Via Sunny Cars gehuurt. Een fijne auto, Skoda Kamiq, hadden we voor 11 dagen. Er was een dame die ons zeer goed hielp met het installeren van het kinderzitje. Wel om gevraagd of ze wilde helpen. Auto ingeleverd en we werden meteen weggebracht naar het Vliegveld. Een aanrader.

Weken na onze vakantie is er zonder aankondiging een afschrijving gedaan van de creditcard die is gebruikt. De auto was akkoord en volgetankt tijdens het inleven. Erg spijtig dat dit soort acties door EPI Cars worden uitgevoerd. Zou het bedrijf niet aanraden!

Watch out for this store! We were told to pay tolls. Thats what we did. Two years later, EPC plc sent us a demand for payment. And I had to pay more than 100 in arrears. The reason for this was that EPI Cars wanted to debit money from my credit card again without telling me and after I already had everything on site. Unfortunately, I had no more money on my card. As it turned out, they also wanted additional money for the toll, although this was not communicated to me at all. Now I have a bill two years later that is very high from a different company. EPI Car does not consider itself responsible for helping me.

In september bij Epi een auto gehuurd op luchthaven Lissabon. Zij hebben daar geen kantoor, maar handelen in de parkeergarage van de luchthaven. (Afspreken bij meeting point in de terminal) De medewerkers werkten door drukte erg hard en waren vriendelijk. Deden erg hun best om je snel te helpen en het ophalen ging ook vlot. Geen aansmeer praatjes van verzekeringen. Alles werd in goed Engels uitgelegd en samen de auto nagelopen. Keurige auto gekregen, zelfs een klasse hoger dan ik had besteld. Bij terugkomst inleveren even bellen dat je er bent en binnen 5 minuten was alles afgehandeld, medewerker vertrouwde ons helemaal en heeft niet eens naar eventuele schades gekeken. Top ervaring en ga zeker terug naar Epi als ik weer in Portugal ben.

Flughafentransfer war super, aber unser Mietwagen war ziemlich verschrammt und verbeult. Wir hatten extra Economy gebucht, um nicht mit einem Kleinwagen rumzugurken, bekommen haben wir einen Clio, aber das war vor Ort der kleinste verfügbare Wagen- der Aufpreis war also sinnlos. Alle Autos sind mit einem Mauttransponder ausgestattet, pro Tag werden trotzdem zzgl zur Maut noch 1,85 für den Transponder erhoben

Très mauvaise expérience. Il ne nous a pas expliqué le principe des péages au Portugal. Après avoir rendu la voiture jenvoie 2 mails (1 tout de suite et un au bout dun mois) pour leur demander si je navais pas une facture de péages à payer. Je nai bien sûr aucune réponse. 2 ans et demi plus tard : nous recevons une amende par voie postale provenant dune société de recouvrement anglaise nous demandant 125 euros (pour une facture de péage de....4 euros!). La société de location de voiture, bien sûr, fait le mort et ne répond plus à mes mails. ZERO

First car had some issues with the engine and we had to drive back all the way to EPI in Faro to switch it for another car. It seemed like the manager blamed our driving skills and didnt really believe the car was the problem. We were a bit dissapointed that the second car was a bit of a downgrade compared to the first one, but weve had no issues with it so thats great.

Nära flygplatsen (man går dit på 10 min) och smidigt att hämta och lämna bilen. Extra förare ingick gratis.

I booked through Zest car hire and it took me to EPI rental. Without doubt one of the best car rental companies I have used. The Nissan Micra was ideal for what we wanted. Clean and tidy. The paperwork was quick and easy. Staff spoke good English and no hard selling of additional insurance or motorway tolls which we did not need for the term of the rental. Return of vehicle was simple and efficient and we were returned to the airport within a couple of minutes. Highly recommended.

Ne louer jamais de voiture à cette agence, ils font semblant de ne pas vous comprendre. On loue une Polo, on paye pour une Polo et on reçoit une Seat Ibiza, la voiture était accidenté par un portugais dont la faute était à 100% de lui, ils nous ont prit pour des mythos et on voulu nous faire payer le prix fort avant quon parte, nous ont menti et refuse maintenant de nous envoyer la facture du garage pour que nous puission nous faire rembourser. Ne faite pas la même erreur.

Bonjour, j ai mis une étoile car malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas mettre moins Première expérience de location de voiture et la dernière ! Lors de la réception du véhicule, nous avons eu le droit à une petite réflexion désagréable que je cite « vous venez au Portugal, mais vous ne parlez pas Portugais ». De plus, une heure après la réception du véhicule, nous faisons face à un problème. La voiture était à l arrêt quand une personne a accidenté la voiture et a fait un délit de fuite la société me fait revenir une première fois après un appel ou on m indique qu on va nous changer la voiture. A notre arrivée, une employé remet en cause ma responsabilité et m indique que la voiture reste là, mais que je n aurais pas de voiture de rechange pour le reste de mon séjour soit toute la durée des vacances. Je refuse et repars avec le véhicule accidenté. Quelques jours plus tard, je reçois un appel de la société ou on m indique en Français que je dois venir déposer le véhicule pour en avoir de nouveau un car celui ci va partir en réparation le lendemain et que je dois avancer les frais. Ce que je fais sauf qu au final je suis juste venu pour payer 1000 et repartir avec le véhicule accidenté (changement de discours une fois le paiement effectué) sans facture qu ils devaient m envoyer le lendemain et qui au final ne m a pas été envoyé (très difficile d avoir cette facture ). Aujourd hui, je suis toujours dans l attente de la facture du garagiste afin de pouvoir être remboursé par mon assurance. Cette société a littéralement gâchée mes vacances A EVITER !

EPI est une bonne agence, gestion bien organisée et personnel compétent et agréable. En revanche, le véhicule 208 Peugeot avait des pneus en mauvais état...

Polite and friendly staff. The car was driving fine. The clutch took some getting used to. The transfer to and from the airport worked great.

Positive: quick service, airport shuttle service and friendly workers. Negative: before we took over the car, the fuel was less than a quarter and we were told to return it that way. At the actual day of returning the car, suddenly, we were told that we should have returned the fuel in half. Luckily, we had the receipt from the gas station to prove, that we filled the tank more than a half and shortly after taking over the car. Important: keep everything documented (especially already existing damages on or in the car) by taking videos and photos.

What a lovely experience this place. Friendly people helped us quickly on our way. No questions about extra insurrance etc. And as we returned the car they took us straight back to the airport. If you need to rent a car around Faro, this is the place to do it!

Their service is very good. They picked us at the airport and drove us to pick the car. The car was also very nice. The price is a little high I guess it s because we could t drive a manual car.

Todo bien hasta que devolvimos el coche y una empleada del mostrador después de comprobar que el coche estaba en buen estado nos quería cobrar 25 euros porque tenía un poco de arena en los asientos. Nadie nos había avisado de ello y llegábamos justos al aeropuerto, aún así fuimos a una gasolinera a aspirar el coche y casi perdemos el vuelo.

Initially they were measuring each scratch even wear and tear when car was handed over so was scared. But did not have problems when handing over. If Im the owner, Id have place at least a water dispenser on the place as when people arriving into hot weather Middle of summer.

Mach einem holprigen Start, für den allerdings die Niederlassung in Lissabon verantwortlich war, hat sich die Niederlassung in Faro extrem bemüht und eine Lösung für unser Anliegen gefunden. Kann das Personal und den Service vor Ort in Faro absolut ampfehlen!

Great service!! Transportbus was waiting at the terminal. In 3 minutes we were at the office to pick up our car. We were helped very good. In 7 minutes everything was settled and we were ready to drive. Returning the car it took us 10 minutes, within 3 minutes we were in front of the departure lounge. Special thanks to Lina. She is a very efficient and lovely person.

Absolutely awesome. Would use them again in a heartbeat. I rented from the airport instead of Faro and the airport team was fast, friendly and informative. The prices were far cheaper than anything else I found and the car was great. I was travelling with my wife and 18 month old son from Canada. and it was perfect. We didn t have to chase them around, no hidden fees and pickup and drop off was super easy.

Wir haben ein nagelneues Auto für 5 Tage über Sunny Cars bei Epicar bekommen. Am Flughafen Faro wurden wir mit dem Shuttle Bus von P4 abgeholt und zur Mietstation gefahren. 5 Tage später haben wir das Auto am Flughafen in Lissabon auf P2 abgegeben (Zusatzkosten Drop Off andere Stadt 125 ). Da wir an Weihnachten das Auto abgeholt haben, nochmal 75 zusätzlich. Sonst ist wäre die Miete sehr günstig gewesen. Alles lief unkompliziert und effizient. Super Anbieter.

Jai loué une voiture avec cette agence en août / septembre 2022. Jai pris possession de la voiture à laéroport de Lisbonne, et lai remise au même endroit. La voiture, un SEAT Ibiza, nétait pas neuve (53 000 km) et la carrosserie portait de nombreuses marques. Lintérieur était cependant propre. Cétait un modèle très basique (pas de GPS intégré et motorisation minimale). Mais à lusage elle sest avérée fiable et économique (5,5 l/100 km environ). Nous navons eu aucun ennui avec cette voiture. Le processus de prise de possession et de remise de la voiture a été, disons, assez artisanal, mais pour le prix (2,5 x moins cher quavec une agence traditionnelle à lété 2022), ça valait la peine den rigoler. Je recommande cette entreprise.

Een VW Golf als huurauto gereserveerd of gelijkwaardig, uiteindelijk werd het een Seat die met afstand niet gelijkwaardig was aan een Golf. Een partner van TUI, maar voor mij onbegrijpelijk dat dit kan. Geen auto huren meer via TUI.
