Achtung Scam! Das Shutte am Flughafen kam nicht und als ich mich dann zu Fuß zum Geschäft in Faro aufmachte, war dort niemand. Ans Telefon ging auch niemand. Musste leider für 30 Euro lernen, dass man bei der Google-Suche besser nicht das erstbeste vermeintlich günstige Angebot nimmt.

Ótima empresa, recomendo que façam a reserva diretamente no site deles, alugando com parceiros podem ter surpresas pois o seguro dos parceiros não são válidos na empresa! Tivemos um processo tranquilo, estou apenas aguardando a devolução do calção para o combustível retornarei para falar o prazo que demoram para efetuar a devolução!

Péssimo serviço alugamos carro em minorca em setembro, levamos uma multa de estacionamento, pagamos a mesma dentro dos prazos legais. Enviaram email a pedir o valor da multa em dobro reportamos que já havia sido paga e confirmei com as autoridades como estava paga. agora em dezembro querem que pague custa administrativas de uma multa que paguei eu dentro do prazo legal estão a brincar correto.

Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Wir haben über Check24 extra hier einen Mietwagen gebucht den wir ohne Kreditkarte (Sondern Debit) bekommen. Als wir dann aber ankamen kurz vor Ladenschluss haben wir keinen Wagen bekommen. Der einzig kompetente in dem Laden ist der Fahrer des Shuttles der uns dann noch einen andern Mietwagen am Flughafen gegen Bar Kaution geklärt hat. Auf die Rückzahlung der Halben Kaution die ich vorab bei Tourisprime hinterlegt habe warte ich seit einem 3/4 Jahr.

Good agency. Happy with the experience all in all except for the fact that the checking of the bumps and scratches wasnt done near the car but on a screen when arriving. Some bumps werent actually mentioned but the return of the car went smoothly.

A FUIR... J ai mis une étoile mais vraiment sa mérite un 0. Nous sommes pris en otage. Je rejoins les nombreux avis sur cette fameuse carte de crédit et non pas une carte de débit. Je me pose quand même la question de savoir si s est vraiment légal ? ???et si nous ne pouvions pas faire remonter linformation plus haut.... Aussi un numéro de téléphone direct avec une agence à Faro et non pas une agence en Espagne. Il faut savoir que vous pouvez remplir un formulaire de réclamation directement à l agence et ensuite faire un mail à okmoblity. La personne de l agence me confirme que les râleurs sont toujours les Français

Nayant malheureusement pas cette somme sur notre compte nous avons été contraints dabandonner le véhicule et de faire le séjour en bus, train et à pieds, encore merci à cette agence sans scrupule, jespère que vous dormez bien la nuit avec votre conscience !

Arrived to a full booking office and only 2 staff at a possible 4 desks. Waited for 1 hour and finally had to book fast track as we had a small child with us. Poor system and would not recommend because of this.

Attention Arnaque !! Prix attractif dans un premier temps mais une fois sur place il faut une carte de crédit et non de débit. Cest fait exprès car la majorité des touristes nont pas ce genre de carte et donc se retrouver obliger de payer une assurance facturé beaucoup plus cher. Presque 40 par jour (dans les autres agences cest en moyenne entre 14 et 20 /jour) alors que la location de base coûte 70 pour une semaine. Du coup 259 en plus pour la voiture la moins chère. Une belle bande descroc.

Alugamos um carro na OK Mobility no Aeroporto de Faro e fomos enganados, pois nos cobraram o valor do aluguel que já havíamos pago online, além de uma cobrança adicional por atualizações porque só tínhamos um cartão Visa Débito. Lendo a série de reclamações nas páginas da web, parece que esta empresa não é nada séria e deve ser evitada. Vou postar isso repetidamente até receber meu dinheiro de volta.

Don t bother with this company. Basically scam artists. I booked through booking.com and they refused to honor the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) that I paid for on booking.com and informed me I had to purchase it through them, which was double the price. I had just got off a long fight with a child that was over tired so after an initial debate I ended up paying. Fortunately booking.com refunded the CDW I d purchased through them. If you are going to put your companies services on a booking site, at least honor what is being offered.

A OK Mobility tem um estratagema para nos fazer pagar um seguro caríssimo, mesmo tendo já sido contratado através da Booking. Condições de aluguer nada claras. Se não quisermos subscrever seguro deles, só aceitam cartão de crédito (não tenho) para fazer um depósito de milhares de euros. Resultado? No balcão, liguei para a booking, consegui cancelar a reserva (tendo perdido 80 euros, relativos aos dois primeiros dias da reserva ou algo do género). Depois desloquei-me à Centauro a pé, aluguei um carro na hora com seguro premium e ainda assim ficou mais barato do que me era pedido pelo seguro da OK Mobility. Não percebo como instituições terceiras, como a Booking, continua a estar ligada a este género de empresas com politicas muito claras.

Location parfaite, tarif très très raisonnable, attention de bien avoir une carte de CREDIT pour le dépôt de Caution, cest inscrit lors de la souscription sur internet. Véhicule très très économique pour cette petite citadine (fiat 500) - prenez des photos du véhicule et une vidéo car pas de contrôle lors de la remise des clés. -Badge autoroute facturé 12 euros lactivation (chère je trouve alors que ça demande aucune activation en réalité ...) Jai réussi à avoir mon véhicule avant lheure prévue sans supplément de frais . Je recommande lagence OK Mobility, très très proche de laéroport, 5 min à pied où navette gratuite disponible. Au top .

5 day car rental went well. We phoned outside the airport and they sent a minibus. 5mins to pickup the car. No issues on return and they drop you back to the airport..

A fuir! Jai dû payer 280 euros de plus que prévu ! pour un vehicule qui a eu une panne électrique le lendemain. Nous avons gâché une demi journée le temps de pouvoir récupérer une autre voiture. Et pire, la promesse de départ de rendre le véhicule sans faire le plein car cétait le dernier de la flotte ne tenait plus avec le 2ème !!!!

La recherche de la navette na pas été très simple. Lexplication de point de rencontre était très bien jusquà la sortie de laérogare mais après, je pense quun point Gps ou une croix sur un plan aiderait grandement les prochains clients car nous nous sommes rendus directement à lagence ne voyant pas de navette à la dépose minute. Le Numéro de téléphone de lagence de Faro serait aussi à mon avis plus efficace que celui de la plateforme au Portugal ou en France ! Par contre à lagence laccueil a été charmant et la voiture proposée était mieux que prévu. Nous y sommes repassé le lendemain car la pile de la clé était faible : le changement a été effectué rapidement. Malgré ces petits contre temps, je recommande vivement cette agence qui propose de très bons tarifs avec des véhicules en bon état.

OKmobility - Faro Airport: Avoid at All Costs I recently had the worst car hire experience at OKmobility in Faro Airport, and I feel compelled to warn others. Upon arrival, I was denied the car I had booked because I only had a debit card. There was no prior warning during the booking process through Carjet that a credit card was mandatory. I ve used my debit card with countless other car hire companies without a single issue, but OKmobility decided to stick rigidly to their hidden rule, leaving me stranded. What made the situation even worse was the rude and unsympathetic staff. When I asked them to contact Carjet to resolve the issue, they outright refused, claiming it was not their responsibility. They washed their hands of the situation entirely and offered no solution. Their attitude was cold, unhelpful, and unprofessional, showing no interest in assisting a customer in need. This company operates like an absolute scam, hiding key information, refusing any responsibility, and treating customers with disdain. Avoid OKmobility at Faro Airport if you want to save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with terrible service and misleading practices. Rating: 0/5

Arnaque confirmée comme pour les précédents témoignages! A fuir! Un tarif très très attractif mis en évidence par la compagnie easyjet!!( moins de 60 /semaine!) Pour finalement se voir imposer une assurance complémentaire de 280 /semaine !! Personnel mal aimable, qui n accepte aucun arrangement pour restitution des clés !!...sauf si on prend leur assurance magique !! Lamentable!! Que vous soyez Portugais ou étranger, même conclusion: lamentable!! Une très mauvaise image du pays pour Commencer !! Que fait la répression des fraudes??....

Arnaque ! Fuyez ! Les véhicules sont bien, les tarifs aussi mais lorsque de la prise en compte, ils vous réclament un assurance à plus de quarante euros par jour. Je ne viendrai plus jamais ! Ils prétextent ne pas prendre les carte VISA à débit immédiat. Aucun problème pour l empreinte mais problème pour le reste. C est très décevant. Nul.

Prise en charge à la sortie du terminal par une navette. 5 min de trajet et arrivée au bureau OK mobility. Accueil agréable tout en anglais. Prévoir une carte de crédit valable au Portugal pour la caution si vous voulez pas prendre l assurance. De ce fait on a du prendre l assurance à 140 . On avait loué sur internet une Fiat 500 pour 4 jours à 20 (cela nous a semblé bizarre ) et au final cela nous revient à 160 pour 4 jours par contre on a eu une magnifique CUPRA LEON Full options. La restitution c est très bien passé pas de surprise. Également dernier point, au Portugal vous passez sous des portiques avec un badge pour le péage, de ce fait vous payez 140 d avance et vous êtes remboursé par rapport à votre consommation de péage. Agence TOP , je recommande.

Wir hatten einen Kleinwagen angemietet und einen Clio bekommen, der in einem guten Zustand war. Abholung und Abgabe verlief in Ordnung. Allerdings versucht man anscheinend immer eine völlig überteuerte Versicherung zu verkaufen. Zudem muss man noch eine sehr hohe Miete für den Sender für die Maut zur Autobahn zahlen. Wegen der beiden letzteren Vorgänge müssen 2 Sterne abgezogen werden.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Erst einmal versucht man ständig Versicherungen aufzudrängen. Eine Rückgabe außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ist nicht möglich. Da ich aufgrund eines frühen Fluges das Fahrzeug aber zurück geben musste und den Schlüssel in eine Schlüsselbox geworfen haben, wurden über 300 nachträglich verlangt, weil ich das Fahrzeug nicht zurückgeben sondern verlassen abgestellt hätte. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice wurde mir bestätigt dass das Fahrzeug inkl Schlüssel in der Station ist und ich aber nicht berechtigt sei es auf diesem Weg abzugeben. Man wollte mit der Station sprechen und klären, wieso so hohe Kosten belastet werden (Rechnung oder Info dazu gab es bisher keine). Seit 2 Tagen keine Rückmeldung von Kundenservice. Ich hatte innerhalb von kurzer Zeit diverse Mieten bei diesem Anbieter und war auf den Kanarischen Inseln immer sehr zufrieden. Die Station in Faro ist allerdings reine Abzocke! In Portugal besser einen anderen Anbieter wählen.

Blijf hier zeker weg !!!verzekering via Ryan air genomen zogezegd niet geldig! 265 extra moeten betalen voor verzekering en de andere optie was reservering op de creditcard maar ik was zogezegd NIET full protected als Ik dat deed maar enkel met die verzekering van 265 te betalen gewoon schandalig en nu maar proberen om dat geld van die andere 91 verzekering die Ik reeds betaald had bij het boeken van de auto terug te vorderen.

If you are going on HOLIDAYS, avoid them. A real nightmare and the worst way of starting a holiday. Everything is bad from your arrival. It is my 2nd time with this company. The first one they rented me a motorbike with no brakes(they did everything after in order to me not review them). Now i gave them another chance becuase they were the cheapest option but they rip me off again. They wont take any international card as guarantee and in order to give me the car they ask for a NON refundable payment of 285 USD(for 5 days rental) when I already paid 95 usd for the rental. If you wont to avoid problems, just avoid them :).

Nous avions loué une voiture aupres de leur site internet et pris l option d une assurance complémentaire via booking. Une fois sur place ce loueur nous a obligé à prendre une nouvelle assurance pour un montant de 290 . Ces mentions n étaient pas notées sur le site de ce loueur. Il s agit d une véritable arnaque. Voir d autres etablissements pour eviter les mauvaises surprises.

Mi pareja y yo alquilamos una moto para poder movernos en las vacaciones y todo ha sido genial. El proceso de recogida fue rápido a pesar de haber gente, y el proceso de devolución fue aun mas rápido. En la entrega, la moto tenia el maletero defectuoso y nos la cambiaron sin problemas, así que revisar el vehículo antes de iros por si acaso.

J ai eu très peur en voyant les avis négatifs après avoir réserver notre voiture via Ryanair ! Finalement tout s est très bien passé, accueil et retrait du véhicule rapide ! Véhicule conforme à ce que ns avions choisi soit SUV 5 places avec grand coffre ! Restitution du véhicule tout aussi rapide et efficace ! 15 jours après notre retour ma carte a été débitée du montant des péages et ma caution restituée avec mail et compte rendu à l appui ! J ai bien veillé a respecter les conditions demandées sur le bon de réservation à savoir : carte de crédit et non debit (ce qui équivaut à une carte à débit différé en France, prélèvement des paiements carte en fin de mois), passeport et non carte didentité, enregistrement en ligne avec numéro de vol. Expérience réussie pour nous malgres une grosse appréhension au départ vu les commentaires qui nous ont fait peur !

Comme vous n avez pas le choix pour vous déplacer pdt vos vacances, vous acceptez de vous faire pigeonner et de débourser une belle partie du budget vacances ;) Le petit plus, c est la dame qui s est occupée de nous. Comme l horaire d ouverture de l agence ne correspondait pas avec notre vol de retour, elle nous a gentiment proposé de venir ouvrir la grille en l échange de 50 supplémentaires (en cash bien sûr) Allez-y foncez

Nave en las cercanías del aeropuerto enlazado con un bus lanzadera con bastante frecuencia (nota: cuidado, porque las instrucciones dan a entender que hay que esperar junto a la parada de línea y no hay que cruzar hasta esa última acera). Atienden rápido (hay varios puestos de atención) y existe asignación de turnos para evitar las colas. Aconsejo sacar fotos al recoger el vehículo (en mi caso había daños que no se reflejaban en el contrato pero no ponen pegas si tienes las fotos con fecha hora de la recogida). Las fianzas son bastante altas (asegúrate de tener unos 2.000 euros de crédito en la tarjeta) que te devuelven con bastante celeridad una vez comprueban que el vehículo está correcto (pueden retenerlo unos días, pero no fue mi caso).

Komplette Abzocke!!! Wir haben das Auto vorab online gebucht. Irgendwo auf Seite 32,5 steht dann wohl, dass keine Debit-Karten akzeptiert werden (wer liest sich das alles durch?). Vor Ort dann, nach einer Stunde Wartezeit, kommt die Überraschung, dass die Kaution mit der Debitkarte nicht hinterlegt werden kann und wir eine zusätzliche full-insurance für 300,- benötigen obwohl diese schon im Mietpreis von ~290,- enthalten ist. Die zusätzliche Versicherung kann dann aber, welch Wunder, mit der Debitkarte gezahlt werden. Also plötzlich mehr als doppelter Mietpreis. Wenn es nicht so spät gewesen wäre und wir kein Kleinkind dabei gehabt hätten wären wir gegangen. Auto war ansonsten ganz i.O. und Rückgabe ging dann auch schneller! OK Mobility für mich aber nie wieder!!!

We were advised that we would receive a credit back to our bank account about 1 week after our return from holidays in relation to a toll deposit taken at pick up for 150 euros. We are confident our tolls did not come to this amount but Instead of having money returned an extra £12 was debited. I have e mailed the company on 3 separate occasions to ask for a response to the email address provided on the website. I phoned on Friday past and was told I needed to speak to Customer Services, was transferred and cut odd after 10 mins. We will never use this company again. They appear to have no accountability and effectively unreachable when back in UK

PLEASE READ.....booked car through Ryanair and paid the extra for the better insurance...when I arrived at the car hire place she insisted that I buy the extra insurance from them or wouldnt give me the car.and if you drop off before 8am they want 40 euros extra per hour,absolutely disgraceful crowd to deal with never again...THE CAR ENDED UP COSTING US DOUBLE WHAT WE PAID..MY ADVICE IS PAY MORE AND RENT AT THE AIRPORT.

Had an absolutely dreadful experience. They only accept credit cards, which is extremely inconvenient at these days, but they also charged me an exorbitant 380 for additional insurance. That is very clear that this company is more interested in scamming customers than providing quality service. I strongly advise anyone considering renting a car to avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other providers around the airport that offer more reasonable terms and accept debit card deposits.

Good service but prepare to leave one of your kidney there deposit ranges from 2-5k and only accepting credit cards . Or you are forced to pay x3 times more on the insurance than the cost of the rental. And even then, to refund your deposit of 2k and your 150 euros for fuel. It will take 1-2 months. So please read terms and conditions or reconsider using this rental company.

Awful experience here, avoid this company. Hired a car through Booking.com with full insurance. On arrival we were immediately told we had to pay 200 for fuel and tools . Never have I had to pay for pre use of fuel or tools and there was no notice or literature from Booking.com to suggest this too. This was apparently non refundable. Next we were told to pay 2500 for insurance . This was refundable but I explained and showed documentation to say we had full insurance. The person serving us said he didn t know what this insurance with Booking.com was for and suggested it wasn t the right cover. He basically said Booking.com insurance was worthless. I said I think such an organisation as Booking.com wouldn t gamble like this, so declined to pay. We were then told we had to pay 450 for insurance and this was non refundable. We were told to pay 69 for breakdown cover or this would be 500 for recovery plus extra costs. We were told then to pay 21 each tax. At this point it was borderline ridiculous and a new fee kept appearing every two seconds for a pre paid (in full) with full insurance was becoming farcical with the staff serving us. I declined all of these new costs and contacted Booking.com who thankfully agreed to a full refund. I asked OK Mobility for a taxi, he said it would be around 70, on Uber/Bolt the same journey was 19. Constantly trying to scam us and obtain more money throughout. Was an uncomfortable experience and as we landed close to 9pm and over an hour drive to our destination, this was all really unsettling. I used Bolt taxi app all holiday and worked out cheaper than the car hire and Uber, although we didn t have the freedom of having our own car but it felt like the right thing and pleased I avoided giving these scammers any more money.

Expérience pitoyable J ai louée une voiture à prix raisonnable pour au final me faire débiter le double pour une « assurance » du jamais vu ! Des vacances à double tarif plus jamais Je ne recommande surtout pas, vous faites pas avoir par les tarifs réduit c est de l arnaque.

Une étoile parce quon ne peut pas en mettre zéro ! Agence rempli de mensonges, darnaque ! Ils vous font payer 150 euros de péage avant de partir avec la voiture. Ils nacceptent pas les cartes pour la caution donc vous facture obligatoirement 165 euros en plus pour leur assurance ! Vous demander une Volswagen et vous vous retrouver avec une Renault ! Donc vous prenez une voiture pour 55 euros sur booking, vous pensez faire une bonne affaire mais finalement vous en avez pour 350 euros ! Une hôtesse qui répète quil faut lire les conditions alors quelles ne sont écrites nul part lors de la réservation sur booking ! Éviter si vous voulez pas pourrir vos débuts de vacances !

The best car rental Ive used in faro. Quick turn around and the shuttle driver is so friendly. Not like the other companies Ive used. They also dont try to bash you into taking additional insurance. They explain everything so clearly too. Well done ok mobility. Ive used you twice now and wont hesitate to use you again. Cars are nice and clean.

Gravemente scorretti,non trasparenti, poco seri e professionali. Chiedono e ti abbligano a sostenere il pagamento di somme non dovute per assicurazioni, peraltro già pagate con Rentalcars, franchigie ed optional non richiesti per un importo di oltre 390, valore addirittura molto più alto del valore del noleggio stesso per un auto media. Il luogo di ritrovo dello shuttle e introvabile e la mancanza del passaggio della navetta, attesa quasi unora, ci ha fatto giungere, nostro malgrado, dopo la chiusura del desk e ci hanno applicato un sovrapprezzo, non imputabile a causa nostra, di 40 per le operazioni di consegna effettuate dopo lorario di chiusura. Dei veri farabutti, EVITATE e CANCELLATE OK MOBILITY EWERYWHERE. Avvisate parenti, amici e conoscenti per evitare di essere truffati come è capitato al sottoscritto.

I was really impressed by OK Mobility. All aspects of the service were excellent and they were very honest. I thought I had scratched the car during the hire period and was ready to pay for the repair but they remembered the scratch had been there before and told me do. Thank you!

Very good. When you arrive at the airport you need to go to the pick up/ drop off location and get the white van with OK mobility written on it. This information was not pointed out when your booking information comes through. It s a short 5 minute journey over to the office. You must have a tag for the toll road, this is an extra 15 euros even if you don t use it! Car was good and clean, return was easy.

Al llegar al aeropuerto a la hora estipulada(21:30), me encontré con la absoluta falta de indicaciones sobre la ubicación de su sucursal, lo que me obligó a preguntar a más de diez personas diferentes, recibiendo respuestas contradictorias. Finalmente, un trabajador del aeropuerto me informó de que disponen de un servicio de transfer que recoge a los clientes, pero que este servicio deja de operar a las 22:00, algo que no se menciona en ninguna parte de la documentación de mi reserva. Debido a esta falta de organización y a la nula asistencia por parte de su empresa, me vi obligada a contratar un taxi para llegar a mi destino, lo que supuso un coste adicional de 80 por un trayecto de una hora hasta mi hotel. Además, no pude disfrutar del coche de alquiler durante el primer día, a pesar de haberlo pagado íntegramente, lo cual me parece inaceptable.

Absolute thieves!! Do not get a hire car from this company. They trick you with selling insurance online and then when you get there they ask for 432 for a further full insurance or you can have 2000 taken from our card incase anything happened to the car. They are thieves and it was clear that many people had been tricked by them in a similar way when we were waiting in the check in office. An absolute joke of a company which should be ashamed of itself! Never again!!

Cest une arnaque à lassurance. Jai pris une assurance complète, qui était proposée par booking, et ils mont imposé de prendre leur assurance qui coutait 2 fois le prix de la location. La première fois parce que soit disant javais une carte VISA DEBIT qui ne convenait pas et la seconde fois quand jai présenté la carte VISA CREDIT quils voulaient soit disant ils ne pouvaient pas bloquer la somme quils exigeaient (1900 EUR) en caution, ce qui est absolument FAUX mon plafond était bien au dessus. Cest une arnaque, une vente forcée dassurance inutile. Une honte. Larnaque cest leur SUPER PREMIUM COVER

We made a booking through Rentalcars and bought the full insurance coverage. When we tried to pick up the car, they did not accept my card (N26 Mastercard) and tried to charge us an extra 400 over the value that we had already payed, with extra insurance, gas and a fee for the Via Verde device.

Arrivé au guichet de l agence on nous annonce qu il faut reprendre une assurance à 222 euros en plus. J ai refusé puisque j en avais déjà pris une. On m a donc dit que l autre possibilité était de laisser une franchise de 1750 euros. J ai pris un taxi!

Hotess daccueil tres aimables, shuttle depuis laéroport disponible toutes les 10min. Véhicule quasi neuf. Seul point dattention, souvent signalé comme arnaque. A mon sens ce nest pas vraiment une arnaque mais : Il faut avoir une carte de crédit avec soi (et non pas Débit, comme lintégralité des cartes de paiement Françaises) sinon il faut payer une assurance en plus. Cest marqué dans le voucher Booking mais souvent en France le terme carte de crédit est galvaudé. Si vous avez une carte de débit il faudra payer une assurance en plus obligatoire contre toute rayure, chocs etc.

A FUIR. Escrocs, arnaqueurs, voleurs, malhonnêtes. Déjà a larrivée il ny a aucune indication pour trouver la navette pour rejoindre lagence de location. Une fois a lagence, nous sommes contraints de souscrire leur assurance car ils prétendent ne pas pouvoir prendre de caution pour la franchise (1900 euros) avec une carte de débit. Ils veulent uniquement une carte de CREDIT. Or en France les banques ne fournissent que des cartes de débit.Ils ne veulent pas non plus quon laisse les 1900 euros en cash. Bref ils imposent leur assurance et du coup ça double le prix de la location déjà payée en ligne. En réalité on peut faire une caution avec une carte de débit (cest ce que je fais quand je loue une voiture en France et ça passe). De plus ils facturent 2 euros par jour la location du badge de péage.

Péssimo atendimento ao balcão por parte da funcionária Ana (sem apelido porque a mesma se recusou a facultar). De uma má educação tremenda passando por ameaças de não entregar o veículo quando o mesmo já estava pago através da rentalCars. Felizmente a RentalCars resolveu o problema, arranjando uma solução, ao contrário da Ok Mobility que só tinha problemas. A mesma funcionária ainda consegui-o falar mal dos clientes estrangeiros que estavam ao nosso lado, revelando o quão má profissional é.

Alors... Une chose que je vais régler d ici 2 jours, quand je vais rendre la voiture de location, et qui me laisse un certain parfum de colère, de tromperie et d abus de confiance commerciale !!! Le fait est, que le conseiller sur place m a par définition plus que conseillé de prendre SON assurance puisquil m a dit, que les assurances des sites, ne couvrent pas bien, et qu en plus, comme je me déplaçais en Espagne, j avais plutôt intérêt dêtre bien assuré et de prendre la sienne,qui au passage est de prêt de 180 pour les 10jours que je passe en ce moment ! Celle du site était de 80 . Donc un total de 260 d assurances ! Cela dit arrivé sous la chaleur, et l envie de régler vite les choses sous une certaine confiance, j ai donc signé cette nouvelle assurance pour évidemment passer de bonnes vacances, n est ce pas, c est le but !! Durant mon séjour, j ai contacté l assurance du site en question avec qui j ai trouvé la location de voiture, et ils ont été surpris du déni ou plutôt du forcing que OK MOBILITY m a fait, pour me dire que l assurance que j avais souscrit lors de la location, me couvrait pleinement !!! Je rends donc la voiture le 1er août 2024 et je vais voir, s ils vont me rembourser et vous communiquer un compte rendu qui, je lespère servira de leçon, et éviter que cela ne se renouvelle pour d autres clients.

Einfach ein Scam Man kann nur mit einer phsysischen Kreditkarte das Deposit blocken. Online Kreditkarten oder Kreditkarte auf einen anderen Namen geht nicht. Die Buchung so stehen lassen, wie sie ist und das Auto zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt abholen ist auch nicht möglich. Wegen das System kann das Auto nicht so lange halten Haben also fast 400 an Versicherung doppelt gezahlt, weil absolut keine Bemühungen angestellt werden, das Deposit anderweitig zu blocken. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und geduldig, empfehlen kann ich es trotzdem von Herzen NICHT.

Attention à cette agence : nous avons réservé via Expedia une voiture au prix de 133 . Arrivés à Faro après 22h, nous allons à pied à l agence, à 15mn de l aéroport. Sur place une dame très agitée nous demande des frais supplémentaires, d abord 390 qui deviennent rapidement 600 . Nous demandons de justifier cette somme d argent. Mais la dame refuse de s expliquer car elle veut fermer sa boutique et elle nous demande subitement de quitter l entreprise sans nous donner la voiture. C est une très mauvaise première expérience que nous vivons dans ce beau pays. Si vous avez le même problème : refusez le véhicule et demandez un remboursement à Expedia. Vous pouvez également déposer une plainte à la police locale.

Récupèrer le véhicule de prêt le 3 juin avec 500 kms dessence , aucun points de contrôle et état lieux du véhicule. On ma juste donné les clés et montrer du doigt où était le véhicule. Rendu le véhicule aujourdhui avec 580 kms dessence et même pas sur de Récupèrer ma caution car il ny avait pas le plein . Je lai rendu comme je lai eu . Muy mala gestión, habiendo pagado cobertura premium , llegamos y nos hacen pagar 35 extra por asistencia en carretera.

DO NOT RENT HERE, even if it s an emergency. We booked through Economy Bookings (which is also terrible by the way, never booking through either place again) and although their rental price is listed as including full insurance (third party liability, collision damage waiver, and theft protection), upon arriving to Ok Mobility, we were pressured into paying an additional insurance to avoid the 2,700 EUROS downpayment for insurance. They claimed they didn t know what insurance Economy Bookings was offering and that because it didn t apply, if we were to damage the car in any way we would have to pay this 2,700 Euros in full OR buy into their additional insurance for $420 Euros (which is now paying a second CDW). In all my years of renting cars, NEVER had we had we been told that a down payment of 2,700 (Euros) was needed. On top of this, they did not have the car we booked originally months in advanced (a Jeep Compass) and instead gave us a tiny Arkana (big size difference for a party of 4 with 6 pieces of luggage). In total, after paying $350 in Euros through Economy Bookings, we had to pay an additional $447 Euros to Ok Mobility. In the end, we payed $780 Euros total (1,200 CAD) for 9 days, meanwhile the originally total payment for the car with Economy Bookings was supposed to be only $349 Euros total.

Superb experience , neat and clean car, smooth handover. Upgraded to big SUV at minimal cost. Shuttle for drop off and pick up.

Wollten uns das Auto nicht geben ohne eine teure Zusatzversicherung, welche mehr kosten sollte als das Auto....haben storniert und sind gegangen. Die Mitarbeiterin war 0 entgegenkommend und war auch nicht bereit uns irgendwie entgegen zu kommen. Begründung; wir hätten nicht direkt über sie gebucht, daher könnte sie da angeblich nichts machen.

Un chauffeur est venu nous récupérer en extérieur du bâtiment sous le parking couvert et nous a ramené au même lieu . Laccueil super ,rapide et un véhicule correct intérieur et extérieur. Le seul bémol cest que si vous avez loué pour naviguer en Espagne vous avez un supplément minimum de 100 . Si non accueil parfait aller et retour , service rapide et agréable... Rien à dire de négatif

Wij hebben helaas ook een slechte ervaring. Via www.carjet.com (is tussenpersoon en wordt goed gewaardeerd in de reviews) een auto gehuurd op vliegveld Faro op 2 mei voor een week. De keuze viel op er Qashqai automaat en we kregen een Renault Arkana (prima vervanger). Ik had via carjet gekozen voor een extra no risk verzekering en het totaal voor 1 week kwam op 173,- voor een week en dat is een nette prijs. Nu komt het; bij het ophalen kwam er een verzekering bij voor een extra chauffeur (m n vrouw) da s prima en nog 16,15 voor de digitale ontvanger voor de tolwegen, ook prima. Dat was samen zo n 85,-. Toen begonnen de mafiapraktijken, ik moest via de creditcard voor 2500,- borg garant staan en daarbovenop nog eens 200,- voor tol en eventuele brandstof die ik niet zou bijvullen . Ik proberen met de creditcard maar ik ben een Max van 2509,- dus dat lukte niet. Aangeboden de 200,- te pinnen of cash te geven maar dat kon zogenaamd niet. Toen werd er een verzekering aangeraden van 315,- voor die week!!! Ja, daaaag ik had al een verzekering dus daar trappen we niet in! Als ik dat zou doen dan volstond de 2500,- borg van de creditcard . Reken ff mee, 315,- x 52 weken = 16.380,- per jaar voor een verzekering??? Pure oplichting dus! Toen de bank gebeld en via de app het bedrag voor de creditcard verhoogd en dat lukte gelukkig en toen hoefde ik de 315 voor de extra verzekering niet te betalen en kreeg de auto mee na bijna 2 uren steggelen, klooien en bellen met de bank!! Dus trap er niet in en vraag jezelf af of je bij deze gasten een auto wil huren. Voor mij nooit meer via deze boeven!!! Ik ga Carjet ook informeren en een officiële klacht indienen. Samenwerken met deze clubs maakt hen ook willens en wetens medeplichtig aan deze praktijken!

Ben een frequente bezoeker aan Portugal en heb al bij meerdere maatschappijen autos gehuurd. Nu voor 7 weken bij OK. Super tevreden, prima auto en levering en aflevering verliep zeer soepel. Eigenlijk gemakkelijker dan huren op het vliegveld.

ARNAQUEURS à fuire !!! On a régler sur internet la location et une fois sur place il demande de payer un supplément d une assurance + une parti pour anticiper les péages et l essence ( lol ). Et évidemment il faut une carte crédit débit donc impossible de régler une fois sur place, des escrocs !!!

Arnaqueurs ! On ne nous prévient pas qu il faut une carte particulière pour payer, que la plupart n ont pas forcément, donc 200 euros en plus pour 4 jours ! Arnaque. Une fois sur place ils prétextent ne pas pouvoir faire dempreinte bancaire avec une carte de débit (carte classique) pour la caution mais seulement avec une carte de crédit. Ils obligent donc à prendre une assurance à 250 (en plus du paiement déjà effectué en ligne pour la location, 100 dans mon cas), avec aussi un badge de péage à 15 .

HUUR HIER NIET JE AUTO!!!! Je wordt met een shuttlebus opgehaald, alleen staat nergens aangegeven waar. Van andere verhuurbedrijven staan duidelijk bordjes, van hen dus niet. Uiteindelijk zagen we toevallig het busje rijden en konden we instappen. We wisten dat je een creditcard moest hebben, alleen ons limiet was 2500,- dat wisten ze dus maakten zij er 2700,- van; dit staat ook op de factuur als extra 200,-, en dat doen ze omdat ze het liefst willen dat je een verzekering bij hen afsluit van 350,-. Dat geld ben je extra kwijt bovenop je eigen verzekering die wij al ergens anders hadden afgesloten. Er werd ons verteld dat als er iets met de auto gebeurt, je echt pech hebt als je geen verzekering bij hen afsluit. We merkten tijdens de uitleg dat ze ineens gebrekkig Engels begonnen te spreken, zodat je er helemaal niets meer van begrijpt. En ze waren ook ineens een stuk minder vriendelijk als je die verzekering niet afsloot. Wij wilden die verzekering niet en moesten dan de borg betalen van 2700,-, maar dat lukte natuurlijk niet. Gelukkig konden wij dat via de bank toch direct regelen en hebben 2700,- borg betaald. Ook hebben we fotos gemaakt van de schade die de auto al had. Er werd ons verteld dat er aan de voorkant en achterkant wat schade was, maar uiteindelijk had de auto rondom behoorlijk wat krassen, alleen moeilijk zichtbaar in de zon en lastig vast te leggen op foto. En je raadt het al, bij het terugbrengen werd er zelfs met de vingers op de velgen gevoeld op zoek naar schade! En jawel, schade! Door de zon konden we dit niet op de foto zetten, dus hadden we geen bewijs. We moesten nog eens dik 400 extra betalen, en je moet wel, want anders houden ze het in van je creditcard, dus of je het ermee eens bent of niet, heel jammer voor je, gewoon betalen. Nu balen we van de dik 400, maar houd er rekening mee dat ze misschien nog wel met hogere bedragen kunnen komen. Je vakantie eindigt dan toch een stuk minder leuk. Al met al zijn ze heel erg uit op dik verdienen op deze manier, en bij aankomst krijg je al een naar gevoel als ze ineens gebrekkig Engels gaan spreken als het over verzekeringen en contracten gaat, en ze het moeilijk proberen te maken zodat je toch akkoord gaat met die 350,-. Voor ons in ieder geval geen OK Mobility meer.

Why can I not give ZERO stars for these SCAMMERS?! You are basically screwed if you only have a debit card. I just rented a Europcar via Uber Rental without ANY issues and then I decided to use Uber Rental again. This time it was not Europcar but OK Mobility, but I didnt think much of it and thought it would be the same renting experience more or less - But I was very wrong! I filled out some basic info and when the lady asked me for my bank card and I gave it to her, she said that they dont accept debit cards. Then I shuffled around in my wallet to try and find a credit card but I only have debit cards (which is quite normal these days!). I then said that I didnt have a credit card and she just froze up and didnt show ANY empathy or ANY willingness to help me sort out the issue. I tried to cancel the booking via Uber but got an error message - most likely because it was past the pick-up time. I do realise that it is stated in the Terms of Service that the client must have a credit card and that theres no refund if cancelled after the pick-up time, but still. The service level of this company is absolutely horrible because they show no remorse and if you do something that is of an inconvenience to them, they will be annoyed with you. I have tried this SO MANY times in Portugal now, and apparently they have no idea on how to do proper customer service. I am absolutely furious of this company, as it seems SO obvious that they take advantage of this credit/debit card misunderstanding. They should be reported to the police ASAP!!! DO NOT RENT CARS HERE EVER!

Pour avoir la navette il faut appeler un numéro qui est une plate-forme téléphonique en anglais ou en espagnol. Pas de français (quel ironie vu quon était 3 groupe de français ne parlant que français à attendre la navette à laéroport). Une charmant dame nous a aidé avec son anglais parfait mais même la, elle a du épeler 10 fois le nom de la réservation, le numéro.... Et la pour récupérer la voiture il demande de payer une caution de 1850 euros et le prix du boîtier péage 12.54. Attention le prix de la caution en carte est un payement et non une autorisation (mail de la banque pour une demande de crédit nayant pas abouti comme preuve) escroquerie? Et si on peut pas payer il faut payer 210 euros pour soit disant être assuré tout risque et là il ne demande pas de caution supplémentaire. En gros soit vous vous passer de 1850 (avec le paiement des intérêts du crédits bien sûre) tout le séjour soit sa coûte 210 de plus. Finalement loin dêtre compétitif cette entreprise de location. Professionnel de larnaque par contre. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Great service and extremely competitive pricing. Easy to find shuttle, I was the only one in it both ways and the drivers were friendly and happy. The location is walking distance and near supermarkets and of course Faro beach so dont be put off by it not being on the airport, its 5 mins away. Thorough explanation of the insurance options and hiring process. Luckily I was the only one there at collection and return, return was the quickest Ive ever experienced. I handed in the key, used the facilities, it was all done. Would definitely use them again. I didnt get the car I had reserved (Seat Ibiza) and wouldnt choose a Clio again but thats personal preference. the media console blocks the aircon, when its 39dgs when you get in the car with a black interior, you want as much aircon on you as poss! No hidden charges, highly recommend.

Car nos cb étaient des cb de crédit et non débit, de ce fait ils refusaient de faire lempreinte banquaire mais on devait prendre une assurance à 400e ... il était 23h ,un bébé de 4 mois , petit de 2 ans ...0 empathie ... et mon conjoint étant portugais négociait, mais ils ont accepté de descendre à 300e. ...FUYER de vrais voleurs juste lamentable

Collected by pick up bus within 10 minutes .. a 3 min drive to office to collect car car was new (11000 kms) and clean given a free upgrade to bigger car insurance and tolls fully explained (you have to buy toll device by law) .. no hard sell on insurance deposit amount blocked on credit card and 150 blocked to cover fuel and tolls will all be refunded if car returned full and no tolls without asking, they offered to park car in garage with lights so you can inspect for damage everything done very quickly and professionally I will add further review when I return car .. so far all good car return was very quick .. inspected for damage (none), checked fuel level (full) and was told the reserved amount on card will be released within 15-30 days (it is actually gone off the card on the same day) .also told that if there are any tolls to pay it could take 15-30 days for them to be billed .. all good and transported back to airport (5 mins) .. excellent service, I will use again and have no problem recommending them.

NEVER RENT YOUR CAR HERE! First, they try to push an expensive insurance on you and scare you if you don t take it. Then, when you return the car, they somehow find damage that you have to pay for. This company and its employees are by far the biggest scammers I have ever encountered. So look elsewhere and do NOT rent your car here. Unfortunately, I fell victim to it.

Wel gek dat als ze heel goed Engels kunnen. Maar wanneer je het over de zogenaamde autoschade heb kunnen ze geen Engels meer. Ik moet zeggen dat de auto het goed deed maar wel een 400 schadevergoeding. Terwijl het misschien wel een auto is die door 50 mensen is gebruikt envast al schade had, maar dat was niet te zien door de zon op de foto s die we lieten zien. Huur hier geen auto tenzij je opgelicht wil worden.

After leaving the rental site, I quickly received a warning on the dashboard indicating that the vehicles electronic key battery was low! When I arrived at my destination, I noticed that the physical key that was supposed to be inside the electronic key wasnt there either! I called customer service but had to hang up after waiting almost 20 minutes listening to a robot speaking in Portuguese only. I decided to return to the rental agency at my own expense and time. An employee informed me that they didnt have the physical key and changed the battery, saying lets hope its okay. I was expecting certainty, not hope. Indeed, the low battery warning message came back quickly after I left. The employee replaced the battery with one from another electronic key, not a new one I suppose. This is the second time Ive been put in a situation where I couldnt access the car because I didnt have a key. This is unacceptable and shameful on the part of the rental agency! An apology or more is expected...

Ana, who attended to me, was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. The car was nearly new and much better than expected. After ringing round, their price was also the lowest, so definitely a ten out of ten. Will certainly use again on our next visit.

Via rentalcars bij OK mobility terechtgekomen. Wij hebben bij rentalcars het volledige bedrag betaald voor de huur+ verzekering van de auto, maar eens aangekomen bij OK mobility zelf wordt er ons nog een bijkomende verzekering aangesmeerd van bijna 300 euro. De verzekering van rentalcars was zogezegd niet geldig. Communicatie met OK mobility is zo goed als onbestaande. Ver van weg blijven.

I ve been in Faro in couple from 5th to 08/03/2024. After less than 5 minutes the shuttle took us to the rental office. We ve been served by Pedro, a very kind and friendly guy which gave us the best driving tips other than providing a fast and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Basically if you read this message be careful. I do not suggest to t book a car with this company, check other ones. The main trick is that they do not accept anything other that CREDIT cards to pay for the franchise. They do not accept normal debit cards. If you are from the country like France where credit cards simply do not exist, this company will charge you 2-3 times more that you paid for your reservation of the car (insurance +250 petrol guaranty + 20 euro for the autoroute badge). It turns out as a sad experience of rather a tourist trap that a real business.

Barato, mas uma confusão para levantar o carro, dizem que um requisito é ter cartão de crédito, mas esquecem avisar que é com mínimo 1450 de limite, se tiver só 1000 já não dá. Esses pormenores fazem a diferença porque na hora de alugar volta tudo ao zero mas o dinheiro não é devolvido na totalidade. Ou seja ficas a pé e tens que perde tempo a procurar outro carro.

Scam!!! Please do not rent any car in this place never. Besides the whole standard procedure that you fill out and pay, they also ask for some deposit and promise to return it after delivery. Then, when you go home, they don t refund your money and just completely ignore and don t respond to emails, it s useless. I wonder how many people they fooled; Perhaps this scheme is already working and they are not afraid of anything. If anyone has the opportunity, please punish them as much as possible in court or police so that they dont deceive more people. This is a scam place!!!

Ok Mobility is NOT a 5 Star rental car company, its a 7 STAR company with its experienced staff, modern cars, and suitable contract terms & conditions. I experienced it superior and recommend everyone else.

Exchanged cars, required all documentation even though they already had. Was given a different car than I had booked, same class but when asked to exchange because literally didnt fit into it and know I fit into the other brand as I had driven before was told this was all they had. Finally was charged the deposit 1200$ again even though I had bought insurance during booking..was told I had to buy insurance directly from them to not have to pay the deposit. This hasnt occured with any other company. Will not book with this company again

Brilliant, picked us up from the airport, dropped us back on the way home.

The procedure was seamless and transport to and from the airport was swift..no waiting around. The only issue was that they tried to push insurance with them that you really didnt need on top of the insurance youd already obtained prior to travelling. Advice would be if you read the small print of your insurance it will point this out. We were glad we had as people at the desk nearby clearly hadnt and nearly paid a premium for insurance they already had and didnt need

Durinf pickup I waited more than 15 min for a person to come and explain me specifics about my vehicle (after I needed to ask for it back at the front desk because they told me there was no need to explain anything). Information about some conditions were wrongly explained at front desk; I needed to contact customer support and they corrected them. 20 or more minutes in phone so a customer support agents takes my call. Email support takes up to 5 days to reply. While trying to call road assisgance, it took me 10 min on the phone to get a recording leave your message and contact info and we will call you in no more than 2 hours, Im still waiting, more than 5 days have passed.

Refuse daccepter la carte Visa Premier pour le dépôt de garantie et oblige les clients à prendre lassurance complémentaire !! Javais réservé un monospace et lagence ma remis un SUV. huur geen auto bij dit bedrijf. Dit is een bedrijf dat u oplicht. ik raad het ten sterkte af. all coverage insurance afgesloten bij RentalCars (de site via welke we boekten). Bij aankomst op de luchthaven moesten we toch nog een extra verzekering afsluiten indien we de auto wilden terugbrengen buiten hun kantooruren (+ 250), wat we weigerden. We moesten ook nog een borg van 1600 met de credit card geven, tot op heden niet terug vrijgesteld gekregen. Zeer onvriendelijke dame achter de balie, geen glimlach kon er vanaf en als we die verzekering weigerden al helemaal niet. Bij teruggave van de auto (een dag eerder, binnen de kantooruren) merkte diezelfde dame, na 2 keer rond de auto gelopen te hebben, toch wel een kras op zeker, dit op de voorzijde van de wagen. Een kras die je enkel zou gezien hebben indien je de auto bij ophaling heel heel heeel goed controleerde. Want wij zijn 100% zeker dat wij die kras niet veroorzaakt hebben. Helaas hadden we dit niet opgemerkt en hebben we dus maar liefst 360 schadevergoeding moeten betalen aan OkMobility. Ik raad je dus aan om heel goed de auto te controleren voor je ermee wegrijdt en elk klein krasje aan te duiden op het formulier. Bij ons was het 21h savonds bij ophaling, we waren moe en de dame zei ons ook ettelijke keren the car is brand new, duidelijke misleiding waar we met open ogen ingelopen zijn.

Ce loueur est une arnaque totale. Javais loué via Booking une 3008 pour 150 plus 50 de rachat total de franchise. A larrivée, lagent parlait très mal anglais et nous demande où nous comptons aller. Comme on avait prévu une étape à Séville, il nous annonce un surplus à payer de 120 non indiqué dans le contrat. Il nous facture aussi 15 pour lutilisation du télépéage nécessaire au Portugal si on veut prendre lautoroute. Il ne reconnait pas le rachat de franchise payé à Booking et prend donc une empreinte de ma CB pour 2500 . Il y a plein dautre loueurs à Faro, et directement dans laéroport; ne vous compliquez pas la vie en choisissant Ok Mobility qui est hors aéroport. Si Google autorisait zéro étoile, cela aurait été mon choix

A terrible experience: no information on how to take the transfer, wrong phone number, no support in Portuguese and they gave me a car clearly below the one I booked. 1. There is no information on the voucher how to get the transfer bus to the rent a car. 2. In the voucher there is a phone number, but it is a Spanish phone number and that number does not work (at least from Portugal). I assume it is a added value phone number in Spain. In any case it does not work from my UK mobile in Portugal. 3. I found a Portuguese number on the web and the information on how to take the transfer was generic, not clear at all. Useless. 4. I called to the same (Portuguese) number and pretended I wanted to do a reservation to be able to speak with a person. I managed to speak with a person, but she only speak Spanish, not Portuguese. I managed to speak Portuñol, and she transferred the call to their Faro office and I managed to know how to take the transfer. 5. The car they gave me was not the one I booked. I rented a VW Tiguan or equivalent. They gave me the option of taking a Seat Arona or Renault Captur and the person attending me insisted that they were both the same category of the VW Tiguan. I said that the Volkswagen Tiguan was equivalent to the Nissan Cashqai, not the ones offered. She insisted, not at all, the Tiguan is equivalent to the Seat Arona and Renault Captur. I said that the cost of the car was the main driver of cars belonging to same category, she said that does not make any sense. 6. For reference (source: www.guiadoautomovel.pt, 17/12/2023) below are the prices of all the 4 cars mentioned: VW Tiguan: prices start at 37,077. Nissan Cashqai: prices start at 34,855. Seat Arona: prices start at 21,355. Renault Captur: prices start at 23,755. 7. How can a VW Tiguan ( 37k) be equivalent to a Seat Arona ( 21k) and Renault Captur ( 24k) and be below the Nissan Cashqai ( 35k) category? Just an aside: the title to this location here in Google Maps contains Aeropuerto, not Aeroporto... it seems that they are not aware that Faro is in Portugal, not in Spain. Advice:if you want to make business in Portugal, try to have a Portuguese phone number that works in Portugal and make an effort to adapt to the Portuguese language in all communication with the clients. Happy to provide evidence of the booking, if needed.

friendly driver collect us from Faro airport . Journey took about 5-10 min . Location outside airport.Office staff explain T&C and via Verde Toll collect charge device. We hire with Ryanair at the time of booking flight and opt for extra insurance. It wasn t the same as extra insurance from OK mobility and we were ask for 2000£ deposit ,14£ for a device and 200£ for diesel and road Taxes . That was paid back after refuelling to full minus Toll we used driving around Algarve coast .We didn t get 7 seat car we were hoping ,advert make and models are slide a bit different for but the one we got was ok too . Some issues with car itself ( no coolant , no windscreen wash and amber engine management light on ) . We have notice a great competition in car rental business, lots of company s around airport , town centres and next to big hotels and resorts . Overall good experience .

Leider eine Abzocke was die da betreiben. Wäre es nicht so spät gewesen und ich nicht 2 Kleinkinder dabei gehabt hätte, wäre ich direkt wieder gegangen. Check 24 sagt, 1200eu Kaution, vor Ort dann plötzlich 1600eu. Tankregelung laut check24 fair, also voll bekommen, voll zurück. Vor Ort plötzlich 86eu bezahlen für einen 3/4 Tank. Dann auf einmal nochmal 100eu bezahlen für Maut (Via Verde), die ich nichtmal benötige. Die Versicherung , nochmal ca 150eu, konnte ich gottseidank noch abwehren. Mautgeld und Spritgeld bekommt man zwar dann , laut deren Aussage, in 2 Wochen wieder zurücküberwiesen. Wenn aber jemand auf die Kohle im Urlaub angewiesen wäre...nervig. Das ganze bekommt man zwischen Tür und Angel vor Ort auf einem Fresszettel serviert D.h. erst mal Geld überweisen und dann hoffen das dann auf dem Vertrag, den man danach bekommt, auch alles richtig vermerkt ist. Btw. Spreche fließend portugiesisch und Englisch. Nie wieder

VEHICULE NON CONFORME. FRAIS CACHES : Reservation confirmée dun Citroen Grand Picasso, véhicule livré Dacia Jogger... Non, ce nest pas la meme catégorie. Jai du prendre, à mes frais, un van 9 places pour loger mes bagages. 90 dassurance obligatoires pour aller en Espagne jamais mentionnés à la réservation + divers autres frais cachés. Total : 500 au lieu de 250 . Personnel aimable mais de totale mauvaise foi, ce qui témoigne finalement dune certaine expérience dans cet exercice. Fuyez.

Scam! I paid online to rent a car, when I got there they said they only accept credit cards for a deposit or pay 500 extra! Ive used my Revolut card at various car hires around the world, including the US and had no issues. They wouldnt accept it and refused to refund the amount Id paid online. Avoid unless you want to pay their expensive full coverage.

A shambles of a company, all seemed ok at the start and on returning the car was told all was good and deposit money would be refunded in due course. I received the small residual amount owed from etoll device but have still not received my 250 euro deposit back. I have emailed and try to call but no joy. I have gone back to booking.com whom I booked through but I am being treated like the criminal when the only criminals here are OK Mobility, this is probably why they didnt call themselves Amazing mobility, clearly OK is a big lie also.
