This is a really good car company. We had some trouble with a other company but Se7en's saved us immediatly! The guy, Silvio, is a really good guy and very friendly also!! From now on I will always rent a car by this company! The are fast and have good service. I am a big fan of Se7en's😁😁
Had to rent with this company due to another company denying my credit card. They first charged 2,5 times more, which was to be expected last minute. But they also collected at least double the toll. My calculation estimated 8-9 euro and they took 20. The guy behind the desk told me to email them to get it recharged but I never got a response. Would not recommend.
Decent communication with the staff, especially if you pay the full insurance, which it was in our case, we rented the car for 7 days and payed 500eur with full insurance. I figured, by reading the bad reviews, most of the rental companies will try to charge you for damages if you don’t buy the full insurance, that’s the way they profit of it. So, not the cheapest rental for seven days. I did appreciate the smoothness in the process. I got the car with 1/4 tank, which started to flash red just outside the airport, and left the car back with half tank. And I was still charged approximately 5eur for the road toll, which is according to the policy, but I was not compensated for the extra fuel I left. That’s a point that didn’t made me fully happy. Overall a good experience.
This was the second time I had a very friendly and nice employee. The booking was processed quickly and easily. I didn't have to wait 5 minutes. The car, a Seat Ibiza, was as good as new and drove great. The price was ok despite booking without a credit card. Thank you very much 😃
during our 5-day rental from the faro airport, we encountered no issues. while the initial rental cost may seem high, it becomes evident that they are transparent and fair when it comes to the deposit (I suggest not to use debit card because it may create problems to get your deposit due to bank-related problems). also they are willing to solve complex bureaucratic issues related to car renting in portugal.
We received a new car, very clean and for a good price with full insurance. Everything went smoothly. Very friendly staff.
I had an awful experience with Seven's Car Rental in Faro. We rented a car for a trip, and when we returned it, the staff claimed that we had caused a minor imprefections on the car. They charged us an outrageous €475,- for the damage, which we knew we did not cause. When we tried to dispute the charge, the staff was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They were dismissive of our concerns and refused to listen to our side of the story. We felt completely helpless and forced to pay the fee, even though we knew it was unjustified. Overall, I would not recommend Seven's Car Rental in Faro to anyone. Their customer service is terrible. If you want to avoid being overcharged for minor damages, I suggest looking elsewhere for your car rental needs.

Really good service and good car
Not recommended! They charged me almost 500 euros for two small scratches. This is how they to it. They appear cheaper initially but you will pay in the end. Drive4Fun are a better alternative. A little more expensive but they dont care about minor scratches.

Nous avons du louer chez eux à défaut en arrivant à laéroport. La compagnie que nous avions choisie initialement ne prenait pas les cartes de débit, mais les cartes de crédit. Sevens nous a rapidement trouvé une solution au même prix et véhicule équivalent. Il ny a rien à redire sur la voiture et le service client, cétait impeccable. Il faut payer la caution mais celle ci est restituée quand vous rendez la voiture. Je recommande cette compagnie.
Wynajmowali my auto Fiat Panda na 7 dni. 6 dnia w Carvoeiro kto przeci nam rurk od wlewu paliwa i ukrad paliwo. Wypo yczalnia podstawi a nam nowe auto i zabra a stare. Mieli my wykupione pe ne ubezpieczenie na samochód. Gdy zwrócili my auto okaza o si , e musimy zap aci 150 za holowanie auta z Carvoeiro do Faro. Ubezpieczenie tego nie obejmuje. To co obejmuje ubezpieczenie? Po co je kupowa ? Nie polecamy i lepiej zastanowi si nad wynajmem z ich wypo yczalni. Na nasze: to nie nasza wina, e auto zosta o zniszczone i ukradziono us yszeli my: to nie jego wina. Nie polecam! S inne lepsze wypo yczalnie.

Ho affittato la macchina per 11 giorni a 320 euro, un po caro credo, ma comunque in linea con i prezzi di noleggio in Portogallo. Personale molto tranquillo e cortese, non danno importanza a qualche piccolo segno e quindi mi è stata restituita la caparra in contanti. Lunica agenzia di Faro che offre il noleggio senza carta di credito.

Car rental company at faro Airport. Extremely over priced. I got to Faro Airport in early April looking to rent a car for 4 days. I was charged 435 to rent a Fiat punto. Not even at peak season (summer) is that justified for a fiat Punto..... ripped off!
Our car was cancelled by another company but Die.(?), the man at the Sevens car rental, was extremely helpful and was able to get us a car very quickly. 5 stars, excellent efficient and friendly service
