Ich habe für eine Woche einen Seat Ibiza gemietet. Das Auto war in einem sehr guten Zustand und alles hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Sousa hat das Auto freundlich zurück genommen. Ich würde wieder bei Yor Car Hire ein Auto mieten.

Standort direkt am Flughafen ist optimal. Hat alles gut geklappt, ist zu empfehlen. Cristiano war sehr nett.

Arrivé à l aéroport je me rend chez Yorcar ou j avais réservé un véhicule, il refuse de me laisser la voiture sous prétexte que ma carte bancaire (conjugal) a le prénom de ma femme. Je dois donc aller chez un autre loueur Le conseiller Yorcar m avait dit que je serai remboursé alors que c est faux d après les conditions générales de vente ! J ai donc perdu l entièreté de ma réservation. Un conseil : passez votre route!

Javais choisi cette compagnie pour ces bons commentaires mais quelle désagréable surprise dêtre reçu par un homme dune cinquantaine dannées qui na pas été agréable. Aucun check de la voiture ensemble et le réservoir nétait pas entièrement plein. Et pour le retour cest un autre personne qui ma reçu et qui nétait pas contente que la voiture nétait pas garé plus près dans le parking. Par contre rien à redire sur la voiture qui est agréable à conduire. En lisant tout les commentaires je me demande comment on peut avoir de si bons commentaires avec des employés aussi peu investi ?

Hired a car for 3 weeks from Faro airport, Portugal, no issues. Cheaper than other suppliers. Instructions to pick up car could be a bit clearer (go to T4 car park and find the booth), but pickup was straightforward and car was new and in good condition. Drop off was possible at 4am in the morning for an early flight. And toll charges were automatically taken off credit card 1 week later (and charges were correct). 1 star less because staff was grumpy and tank wasn t completely full when we picked up the car (which we didn t realise till later).

Don t know what to say. They have good ratings and good deals but not enough flexibility. I had a booking and brought my AMEX card with me which they didn t accept. They said debit card was fine but my Revolut card with a Visa logo wasn t good enough. No cash deposit possible, nothing. I had to take my business elsewhere and found even a really good last minute option with the bigger companies. Oh well, they could ve had my money but I gave it to another company. Maybe next time

Seems a bit chaotic at the multi company reception area when you arrive. But people are so helpful. Couldn t fault this company. They did need our actual printout of our voucher from the bookings website. Explained everything including how the motorway is charged. Simple return procedure also (petrol station on the way in).

Location du 9 juillet au 24 juillet 2024. Prise en main du véhicule à l aéroport longue car la personne qui s occupait de nous était nouvelle dans l entreprise. Véhicule de location correcte même si un clignotant ne fonctionnait pas . Le problème a été le retour de la voiture (payant pour 30 euros de frais supplémentaires d ailleurs car à 7h30). La personne qui nous attendait (un monsieur qui ne s est pas présenté) était très très désagréable Il ne nous a pas dit bonjour, pas de sourire, pas de merci, rien . Personne mal élevée et agressive !!!! Il n a même pas essayé de parler un peu anglais pour un minimum de compréhension. Il a juste expliqué grossièrement qu il manquait 5 litres d essence dans le réservoir en utilisant une application sur son téléphone incroyable !!!). Je lui ai demandé des explications. Il a juste répondu « finish » et ça va vous coûter 30 euros ! En effet à ma grande et désagréable surprise , j ai été débité de 30 euros sur mon compte bancaire la semaine suivante. Le loueur ne m a pas prévenu ( même pas un mail pour m informer et expliquer les choses ). C est scandaleux car 5 litres d essence pour 30 euros, ça fait 6 euros par litres !!!! Ce sont donc des voleurs et des escrocs un point c est tout . Méfiez vous !!!!

406 for a chip smaller than a thumb tack. Our fault for not getting excess protection really, but still an absolutely ridiculous price for a car probably worth about 2,000. Previous dents and chips were not repaired on the vehicle, so they re clearly just taking customer s money for repairs and then not carrying them out.

Only problem we had was that our unicredit master cards with enough money on it were not accepted for the deposit which cant be a banking problem since we increased the limit for the 1500 . Luckily we had another visa gold card which was taken, but without it I dont know what would have happened.

Absolutely perfect experience. They had a very competitive price and were very responsive to emails regarding the booking. The car was exactly the model we booked and was literally brand new with 43km on the clock. Child seats were far from new but absolutely functional. We didnt need help getting them fitted but did hear another person being offered assistance doing this. Really happy with the service, which was polite and friendly and they had great English. There was no discussion of extra insurances or any kind of upsell. Will definitely be using this company again. Few things to note: The pick up is in car park P4, which is about a 3 minute walk from the main airport building. The desk is in a cabin shared with other rental companies. There is shade and ramped access. They give you the keys, then you get your stuff into the car and go back to them for the car park ticket, to get out. On return you drive into the car park and give them the new parking ticket with the keys. As with every car rental, you need to give a credit card. Top class service. Thanks.

Like many others, we had a very good experience with Yor Car Hire. Not like a lot of other providers we have used who try to sell us various add-ons at time of pickup. None of that with Yor Car. The car was in excellent condition, the return was smooth and the price was highly competitive. If it remains so we will definitely be using them again.

Si vuelvo al Algarve seguramente contraté con esta misma compañía. Hay que tener en cuenta que según sales del aeropuerto hay que ir hacia la izquierda dirección P4
