Very helpful and friendly owner. With a 125 cc scooter you can visit all the nearby towns around Faro. I recommend it.
Negative experience for sure. My sister and I were refused scooter rental despite having proper licensure and paperwork, and 125cc scooters available at the store. The seemingly arbitrary reason that came with very little explanation from staff was that I should “have more experience with a scooter” before they would rent to me. I don’t own a scooter at home but I have been driving with a license for 15 years. I drive a fire engine professionally. I even, at a time, drove a 125cc scooter regularly for 3 months (for which you don’t need a license in the US or in Portugal, as far as I know, based on the fairly extensive research I did about driving in Portugal). Generally confused and frustrated as to why the rental was refused, and the staff was unhelpful to assist, especially because most of the reviews listed here were pretty good? nothing/10, I do not recommend.
Hired a scooter from Puzzle Solutions Faro in March 2023 and can definitely recommend this as being a great place to hire from. Super helpful friendly owner and the scooter was in great condition and mechanically sound. 5 starts can not fault anything ⭐️
Very good and safe place to rent a scooter. The owner is very friendly end helpful if you have a question. The scooters are in very good condition and they run smoothly. I did about 500km in a week, two up and with luggage and had no problems whatsoever. 5 stars of 5! I definitely recommend to get your scooter here if you’re in Faro. Obrigado!
Rented a 50cc in July, eveything was clear concerning insurance and there were no hidden fees he was also very nice and made us a few recommendations for places to visit. I definitely recommend him and would rent again from him with my eyes closed! Thanks again :)
Recommend 100% and will be go again to have deal with Nelson! Very simple to rent, driver licence and deposit from 100 or 200 euros, your choice! Scooters are practically new excellent condition! Nelson speak very good english! Our rent pass with out any problems! If you are over 25year you can drive 125cc in Portugal! I was been surprised with this. One word about Nelson he is a legend! NEVER RENT BY THIS COMPANY. Last year they asked lot's more money than we have discussed beforehand en they kept our warranty on the scooter because we 'broke' the locking mechanism of the scooter. BAD experience!

Alles super! Ehrlicher und freundlicher Betreiber, der Roller war absolut sicher und wies keine Mängel auf. Ich habe 50 pro Tag für einen Roller 125CC bezahlt. 80 km sind inklusive, danach kommen pro km 20 Cent drauf. Der Helm ist inklusive. Top Vermietung, würde ich jederzeit wieder machen. Obrigada!

Abbiamo noleggiato per sei giorni uno scooter orbit 125, Nelson il gestore è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Scooter Perfetto e in ottime condizioni, lultimo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema, sono rimaste chiuse le chiavi sotto la sella e non potevano fare niente. Abbiamo telefonato a Nelson e lui è venuto nel giro di due ore a portarci le chiavi di riserva ed eravamo ad una trentina di chilometri da Faro. È stato disponibilissimo e non era nemmeno a Faro è venuto apposta per risolvere il problema e con una minima spesa. Di sicuro lo consiglio Filippo

Super expérience avec Nelson il est super sympa vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés, et les scooters sont comme neuf parfait pour visitez les villes voisines, les tarifs sont super accessibles, vraiment au top je recommande !

Motorino tenuto benissimo, noleggiato per tutta la permanenza a Faro. Molto disponibile e nessuna spesa imprevista a conclusione noleggio. Su Agosto non prende prenotazioni ma ha molti mezzi e tanto giro. Ottima esperienza

A éviter pour la location de voiture. Nous a réservé une voiture chez air auto, ( a notre insu) une entreprise malhonnête et mal notée chez qui nous ne nous serions pas dirigé sans son intermédiaire.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. El chico súper amable y muy Disponible.el sitio para alquilar se encuentra al lado de la estación de trenes y a pocos pasos de la estación de autobuses de faro. Disponen de varias motos según las necesidades y los precios son súper económicos. El casco para la segunda persona cuesta sólo 1 euro al día y la moto consumía muy poco. Recomiendo este lugar para alquilar vuestro moto en faro. Muchísimas gracias. Si tubiera la ocasión de volver a faro volveré seguramente a alquilar una moto en puzzle solution. Un Saludo
