Great company to deal with, 10 out of 10.

Shocking service, arrived at airport nobody there! 2 familys with small kids including a baby which was specified on the booking. Rang the helpline provided and the man told us to wait at the exit which we did for 20 minutes. Rang back again and he shouted down the phone to me to wait at the exit and hung up. Eventually a driver arrived and brought us to the van. No baby seat included again I stated this on the booking. He brought us to the office to get a baby seat but it was closed and he had no key! Then on the A22 we needed petrol and the driver seemed to put half petrol half deisel into the tank. The car cut out 3 times driving down the A22 and the driver turned it off/on whole rolling on the main road. So dangerous would not recommend

A very fast and reliable service, both to and from Faro airport. They were also incredibly helpful in rearranging our transfer when our flight was delayed.

We had Paulo pick us up to catch our early flight at 4 a.m. He was there on time considering the location was hard to find. He was very friendly and chatty at that hour of the morning. Service parfait depuis Albufeira pour l,aéroport de Faro. Le chauffeur était même en avance par rapport à l,heure fixée , ce qui est rassurant lorsque l,on reprend l,avion. On time.

Driver did not show up although we waited for 30 minutes after booked time. When I emailed asking for a refund they claimed driver had been waiting for us. However they could not explain why they had not called me on my mobile number or why there had been no response from their 24 hour helpdesk when I called them.

Simple no fuss booking , saves you about half the cost of taxi from airport

The worst taxi company ever !! We booked the taxi the day before our flight. The employee confirmed the reservation through the phone and the day after she called at 4.30am at the time we were supposed to be picked up to tell us that she could not find a taxi for us. It was impossible to get a taxi at this early hour thus we missed the flight and had to pay another ticket.

Wonderful service! The driver greeted us immediately and took us straight to the taxi. I paid for the upgraded service so we all had a bottle of cold water each which was welcomed after the flight. I had made a mistake with the time of our collection on departure but the driver assured me that he would sort this out, and emailed me to confirm this the following day. The driver taking us back to the airport was 30 minutes early and also very friendly. I have recommended this service to a friend who is travelling to Portugal next month

Hi the service was very good when we arrived in Faro, our driver was french but i didnt realise, he was very nice and great touch give us bottles of water which was greatly appreciated. I speak french and thought he was portugese so would have been able to have conversation web site was easy to access. He got us to our destination without any hassle. On our way back to Airport we were sad as we didnt want to go home. Taxi driver was very helpful but could have put on the radio. I will be using the website again next year highly recommend thanking you

Fantastic professional service. Called a few days before flight to clarify pickup time as this did not tally with the flight number and called to say they where going to arrive a little early on collection day as the airport was particularly busy. Driver was excellent, car was very nice and comfortable, toddler and baby seats where very good. No complaints at all, great service and competitively priced. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Faro airport transfers were wonderful, efficient, punctual and very friendly staff..we were met by a lovely young lady who escorted us to our taxi. We were brought to and from our apartment by Rudolfo (excuse the spelling ) He was friendly and helpful. .we were very happy with the service and would use the service again and recommend it to others..

Excellent driver. Took a while to find the contact in arrivals and it seemed a bit random as the guy seemed to be ringing drivers to locate someone who was free to take us, but great service once we were under way.

We upgraded to the premium service which gave us the quickest route via the toll motorway. The road is not used very much duet the tolls, so we made good time to our destination. Taxi arrived at airport after a short delay. On the return journey the taxi was there 10 minutes early. So I was happy.

Outward trip to Alvor was fantastic. Very considerate drive with a most pleasant personality. Return trip to Faro airport was a nightmare. Driver drove at 140k most of the way. Journey was bumpy and scary. I would not use your service again because of this driver.

First class service - we use private transfers on all holidays and this has been the best yet. On time pick up - special mention to Nelson, our driver who was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Car was immaculate and must mention the care taken with my 2 children (aged 2 and 4). Faro Airport Transfers understood the requirements for safe car seats and both children had the rights sized car seats, properly fitted, and the seats themselves looked like new. Previous experience with other providers has had my toddlers on poorly fitted basic boosters which are not right for their age. Highly recommend - it was a nice touch to have the same driver for our return journey.

Driver waiting for our delayed flight and provided welcome bottles of water on our way to our destination on a hot day. Our return journey was as faultless too. Excellent service and price. Will use again...

We were met at the airport by a courteous, well presented driver, who took us to our hotel. A small issue was that we were a party of 4 adults and we were squeezed into an estate car. Our return journey was in a Viano, which was much better, however, the driver should concentrate on driving, rather than on his mobile phone, which is a cause of many accidents. A good value, efficient service, with some easily remedied issues.

On transfer from airport it was perfect, driver waiting at gate to take me however on the transfer back to airport the driver was over 1/2 hour late. I nearly missed my flight.

Taxi not there when we arrived, driver got lost on way to hotel, not 5star

Road works on Faro created gridlock, so delaying the pick up by nearly 1 hour. However, service after that was efficient and friendly. No problems on return journey (0630 in morning) with everything on time, fast and efficient.
