I took my car to the garage for repairs and was pleased with the repairs. It was very good, like new again. I found the garage to be organized and the service very pleasant. If I need to, I will contact the garage again.
No structure, customers outside the reception for more than 1 hour and a half just waiting to get the inspection! Terrible service! Let's see if the service is at least done well! I just picked up the vehicle and the service was excellent within the stipulated time, I was well attended to this time. The person who attended to me was very attentive and polite! And he also mentioned the above review because they were returning from vacation, so the service took a long time! I recommend this workshop, impeccable work!
good...service, but they don't answer the phones, I was entitled to a replacement car... they even gave it to me on the day I went to pick up mine which had been fixed... anyway, I highly recommend it...but not my experience.
I highly recommend it. The staff was very attentive. The repairs were carried out within the expected timeframe. During the repairs, the workshop kept me informed of the condition. I will always use this workshop whenever necessary. I didn't know the workshop and it was recommended to me by the insurance company.
The experience at this garage was HORRIBLE. It started when my husband made an appointment a week in advance to change the brake pads on his car. On 09/07 he left the car at the garage as scheduled, and they said they didn't know if they would be able to finish it that day because they were still going to order the brake pads. So? They already knew a week ago that it was a brake pad change, and they just made the order on the day? We started off well. When my husband went to pick up the car, which was already ready, he saw that the envelope that was in the glove compartment with €130 was no longer there. First of all, let's start by asking ourselves, what were they doing when they opened the glove compartment when it was a brake pad change? My husband spoke to the person in charge, who instead of trying to understand what had happened, said straight away that it was impossible, THAT THE MONEY WASN'T THERE (how can she be sure that the money wasn't there), and never even tried to understand anything. She puffed out her chest saying that she had complete confidence in the team she had. Well, let me start by explaining that the management of the workshop changed about 5 days ago, and this lady, after 5 days, can say that she has COMPLETE TRUST IN THE TEAM. At no time did my husband ask for the money that was STOLEN from him IN THE WORKSHOP BY THE EMPLOYEES, OR EVEN BY THE LADY WHO ATTENDED HIM, but the lady always said that my husband was lying and that there was no money in the car. It was a big mistake on our part to have left the envelope in the car, because this company is not honest, and there are thieves in it anyway. I will end by saying that this is a workshop where we have been doing repairs for years, and nothing like this had happened until now, until they changed the management. I do not recommend it, because if they are thieves, they cannot be honest in the rest. I do not recommend it, I do not advise it and I feel very sorry for a workshop that has always worked well and honestly, tarnishing its name and years of work for €130, regrettable.
Dear Sirs, responsible for the ONExy auto repair shop, located at Rua Alda Nogueira nº9 Feijó, 2810-402 Almada. Your service department was unable to properly repair my daughter's (Sandra Vinhas) Citroen C3; registration number 98-UR-17; color White and chassis number VF7SXHMZ6JT548609. I left the car at your facilities on August 28, 2023 to have the damages covered by the insurance company (Seguro Directo) repaired. On September 1, 2023, I was contacted by a company employee via cell phone to go and collect the vehicle, saying that everything was in order and the repair was completed. When I got to the vehicle, I noticed that the symbol for the car model was missing, and an employee quickly glued it on. When I went to see the part of the collision, I noticed that the two moldings on the right-hand side of the rear wheel sill were broken and the other was loose, as shown in the attached photos. The vehicle was very dusty inside and out, supposedly from the work that had been done, but the employee in charge of the workshop said that it was clean and that the service had been completed. It is regrettable that the workshop recommended by Seguro Directo was so unprofessional, that customers are forced to go through these companies with such poor service and poor customer service from the person in charge of the workshop. Era muito boa quando era o anterior proprietario, agora é para esquecer. Tudo péssimo. Actualmente não recomendo.
Algo confuso pelo excesso de trabalho. Só boa vontade não chega.
Péssima experiência com a onexy do Feijó. Fui lá com o carro depois de um sinistro de vandalismo. Quando o fui buscar o carro mal andava, não tinha força nenhuma. O carro ficou lá novamente desta vez durante 2 meses porque diziam que estavam à espera de uma ferramenta da fiat. A certa altura até o levaram à marca, disseram eles. Passados 2 meses não arranjaram o carro e só me disseram que é preciso um diagnóstico mais profundo. Levei o carro a outra oficina, onde ao fim de uma semana ele estava arranjado e o problema era apenas que precisava de velas e cabos de vela novos. Aproveito para mencionar que o carro agora está cheio de riscos que dantes não tinha.

Apesar de alguma simpatia no atendimento, este oficina não voltará a ver o meu carro. Para uma revisão simples precisaram de 4 dias para ter o carro pronto, estando supostamente 3 dias á espera de um filtro de ar que se tivessem atravessado a rua a pé tinham comprado em 10 minutos. Não recomendo nem para serviços simples.

Pela primeira vez, foi uma experiência muito boa. Ontem levei o meu carro a Norauto, para mudar um simples médio que se tinha fundido, disseram que não tinham vaga e teria que fazer agendamento para sábado, talvez fosse possível. Passei por esta oficina e em 5m, prontamente trocaram o médio e não me cobraram nada pela mão de obra, nem pela lâmpada nova. Foi um gesto de muita simpatia, cortesia e muita disponibilidade para o cliente. Recomendo 5*

Atendimento telefónico é péssimo. Reencaminham as chamadas e cancelam as mesmas.
INQUALIFICÁVEL!!!! NÃO RECOMENDO MESMO NADA. Depois de três meses, desde junho, estive a esperar um veículo reparado nesta oficina, a reparação não foi concluída brevemente por falta de peças. Entretanto, esta oficina entregou-me ontem o veículo sem terem verif quicado nunca uma coisa elementar, a buzina. Além disso, entregaram-me o carro com o para-choques mal colocado, de forma absolutamente incompetente e perigosa, sem a suposta fixação para este elemento da carroçaria. Inimaginável. Como é possível que após três meses e 7 peritagens, ninguém tenha detetado a questão da buzina, que ficou danificada pelo choque frontal. Na articulação comigo e com a Seguradora, o acompanhamento da Onexy foi praticamente inexistente. Os serviços administrativos da oficina também são totalmente medíocres e arrogantes. Fui sempre eu que informei a Seguradora do estado da reparação, para esta prolongar o aluguer da viatura de substituição, durante os três meses. Fui sempre eu que contactei a oficina, da parte deles nunca houve a informação dos atrasos, apenas contactaram a Fidelidade para informar das duas semanas de encerramento da oficina para férias em Agosto). Da parte da Oficina Onexy a situação foi sempre de enfado e negligência. Não recomendo mesmo nada a Onexy e espero que a Seguradora Fidelidade tenha mais atenção às oficinas convencionadas com a Seguradora para não sujeitarem os clientes passar por empresas com esta tão de baixa qualidade de atenção, atendimento e profissionalismo. Este trabalho, acompanhamento, articulação foram absolutamente inaceitáveis e incompetentes.
I had my car serviced at this garage and they charged me for parts that were never put on the car. I called their attention to it and nothing was fixed. I had to go to another mechanic. I do not recommend it.

I left my car there a week ago today and when I went to pick it up this afternoon, my God, even I, who am not a mechanic or a painter, could do better. I have parts falling off and things that were supposed to be changed were not changed. They put a lot of damage on it and painted it, and they didnt change it. My cars will never stop there again. I strongly do not recommend it.

Infelizmente não posso dar melhor pontuação. Desloquei me a esta oficina obrigado pela concessionária de renting, devido a um terceiro me ter feito danos na porta traseira do passageiro. Prometeram reparação rápida e perfeita.. 1° resultado intervenção: chapa da porta perdeu resistência, verniz aplicado cheio de imperfeições e escorrimentos, resíduos de aplicação do verniz na lateral do carro Prontificaram.se a emendar os erros 2° resultado intervenção - alguns dos resíduos de aplicação do verniz na lateral permanecem, puxador da porta partido... 3° intervenção ainda não realizada.... Colaboradores da receção muito prestáveis bem como o dono da oficina... Pelo tempo perdido e qualidade da reparação não recomendo
