Very helpfull and kind, clear instructions and our hero's, because we didn't have a credit card we still could rent a very nice reliable car. Didn't have any problems picking the car up, and the nice lady offered to pick it up from the hotel where we where staying. Thumbs up for Ynot rent a car :) next time we are visiting beatiful ferragudo we will be in contact again 🥰 thanx a lot!! Note::::: we did NOT get our deposit back!!!
Avoid. Very poor checking out procedure. On return of vehicle a guy came over with lots of attitude. Seems he was preparing himself for finding a minute piece of damage and then the heinous charge he would place. Tiny windscreen chop less than 2mm diameter, simple 40 euro repair. Not in their eyes, quick phone call and 390 euro bill. Vehicle was beaten all over the place. Clearly company policy to charge for repairs but not complete them. Reported to credit card company and insurance and will let them deal. Shameful unsavoury end to a great holiday.
Second time booking. We had to change our dates and YNOT were both flexible and accommodating. We were also able to change the drop off to the airport last minute and Sandra (Ferragudo office) was again very helpful. Staff at the airport great too. You don’t need to worry about tolls, etc. all cars equipped. No unpleasant surprises when you get home. Once again great experience. Can only recommend. Thank you.
I rent cars and vans a lot and they are simply the best you can find in the whole Algarve. No one else matches YNOT in terms of professionalism, service and car selection. Book your car with your eyes closed. You will not be disappointed.
The worst rental car. I have booked a car using carjet and at the desk the price has been increased more than three times than the actual cost I booked online. Hiding additions cost in the terms and condition is considered a dark pattern and barely legal.
After arriving at the airport it turned out they cancel the booking 2 hours after the indicated arrival time because we didn’t entered the flight number. Fair enough but the employee onside offered zero help to look for a good solution. He only said he had a much more expensive option which was € 700,- above the original rental price. He also said that this happens every day. Why aren’t they do anything about it? Send people a reminder that you miss their flight details so they do not stand for any uncomfortable surprise after arrival. Felt like a scam to me.
Very good experience! We rented a car for a couple of days during our stay in Ferragudo. The service was great, we could pick up the car quickly and on short notice. A lot could be arranged by phone, fast and uncomplicated. Also, it was the cheapest option available. I would definitely recommend this one
I have rented vehicles from Ynot in Ferragudo on several occasions. I recommend their services 100%, Sandra and her team are really top notch, they are responsive, available and very friendly.
We hebben hier onze auto gehuurd voor 3 dagen om de Algarve te ontdekken. Geen gezeur over een creditcard zoals de rest van de verhuurbedrijven in Portimao die ons niet wilden helpen. Van mij krijgen ze een dikke 10!! Makkelijk te regelen op de site en via whatsapp, ze kwamen de auto een VW taigo netjes brengen bij ons hotel en weer ophalen. Alles netjes en duidelijk geregeld. La peor compañia de alquiler de coche de la historia. Tras realizar la reserva con 15 dias de antelacion llegué al aeropuerto y en la oficina de alquiler me dicen que no hay nadie de esta empresa y que no tienen ningun coche disponible. Tras 40 minutos llamando a distintos números de telefono consigo que una señora muy mal educada me conteste el telefono, me dice que se va a enterar de que esta pasando y que me llamara de vuelta. 9 horas despues no he vuelto a recibir noticias suyas. Tremendos IMPRESENTABLES. Nunca jamas en la vida volvere a alquilar con ellos, no se puede tratar asi de mal al cliente.

Compagnie à éviter, nous avons été down-grade avec une voiture pleine de rayures, à notre arrivé le tour de la voiture a été bref et on ne sait pas vraiment comment sont répertoriées. À notre retour, on nous a signalé que une rayure « non dessinées » sur leur papier serait apparue, sauf que celle-ci nous avait été indiqué au début. Ils n ont rien voulu entendre et 300 nous ont été prit pour une rayure de 2cm que nous n avons pas faite. À bannir!
Alquilamos un coche por 173 y acabamos pagando más de 300 por un coche de categoría inferior. Cobran por todo, se inventan tasas, entre ellas, una por recogerlo más tarde de lo programado pero luego, ellos, llegaron tarde para devolverles las llaves y nos cobraron el parking. No tienen espacio físico, por lo que no se les puede localizar bien. Un desastre. No lo recomendamos, mejor a una compañía de siempre porque acaba costando lo mismo

Weve used YNOT car rental on few occasions and had great customer service experience.
They were okay at first, but charged me excess for an alleged scratch. My advice is thoroughly check and photograph the whole car dont listen when sales person says dont worry about scratches, they dont want you to see any hidden ones until you return the vehicle

Attention ne prenez pas cette agence même si prix alléchant de basse.Augmentation des prix aberrante jusquà 3500 de cautions. Hors affiché à 1500 de base. Ajout de frais au fur et à mesure qui sont apparemment écrit dans les modalités (non visible celon moi puisque pas vu) quand on réserve mais ne saffiche pas sur la facture de pré-réservation n y au moment du paiement de lacompte... un vis caché quoi ! Augmentation de la facture jusquà 200euros Personne non acceuillant dit ne pas parlé français mais jen doute et surtout ne fait aucun effort alors que nous sommes que des personnes français soit plus de 5 clients daffiler et nous avons chacun vécus la même scène daugmentation de frais Personne à la limite du manque de respect avec sourir narquois face à notre désespoir, incompréhension et dégoût de la situation Mais ce nest que mon expérience sur les clients du moment aucun ne mas semblé satisfait mais tous énervé de cette situation tout en étant impuissant ... Agence à évité !!!! Commentaire modifié au vu de la réponse de lagence en espérant que cela leur convient mieux mais je ne pourrais recommander au vu de mon ressenti face à cette situation mais apprécie la prisse en compte du commentaire avec votre réponse.
A ÉVITER !!! Non professionnel, pas accueillant 1. Lors de notre arrivée tardive (que nous payons 40 d ailleurs), nous avons dû attendre 30 min que la personne arrive. Et pareil pour le retour. 2. Nous voulions aller faire le tour de la voiture avec une personne de l agence pour noter les dégâts occasionnés auparavant. La personne nous a dit que cela n était pas nécessaire Lorsqu on a rendu la voiture après nos vacances, ils nous ont directement débité 247 (d où sort ce prix? Aucun papier pour le justifier) pour une griffe sur la voiture. Heureusement nous avions prit des photos de la voiture avant. Ne voyant pas le remboursement après quelques jours, heureusement que mes parents étaient encore sur place pour aller les réclamer. Je ne pense pas que nous aurions revu cet argent si ils n avaient pas été. Bref je ne vous conseille vraiment pas cette agence.

Wonderful experience. Competitive rates and are very flexible to work with. I had made the booking for certain dates and because of unforeseeable circumstances I had to move the dates around twice. Office should have been open but nobody was there only a sign on the door that we are open. Even though we called few days earlier and scheduled to meet on Monday morning at 10:00 AM nobody showed up (waited until 10:15AM) and calls went to voicemail.
