The SUP tour along the coast was fantastic. The caves are beautiful. The tour started at 7:30 am. Getting up early was definitely worth it. Everything was explained to us and we had enough time to explore the area. The communication in advance was also great. Thanks for that!

5 friends hired e bikes for the day. We where supplied with all you needs(bikes looks like new). Our tour went from Ferragudo to beachclube Náutico just outside Silves. As the hills on Algarve some times are very steep makes the supplyid mountain bikes ideal. We send many thanks the extremely friendly and helpful staff, your business are highly recommend.

Me and my girlfriend rented 2 E-Mountain Bikes for 3-4 days here when staying near Carvoeiro. The company are super fast at replying, very lenient with times for pick up and drop off. The two women who we spoke to at the shop were super friendly and smiley. They took time to show us some routes and an app to download. Even gave us a spanner and repair kits since we knew how to change a tire if we ever needed to. The bikes were really powerful, and got us round for 4 days off of 2 charges. I have an injury so I relied on the power quite a lot and it didnt disappoint. You can get up very steep hills with as much effort as walking up stairs. Be careful on loose gravel, theyre very heavy and have a tendency to slip out at the back.

Wir haben eine Stand-Up Paddle Tour mit Daniela und Maísa gemacht. Es hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen, ich wohnte zwar schon lange Zeit in der Gegend, aber war überrascht wie schön die Buchten und Grotten in der Portimão Gegend sind! Die Perspektive von einem Paddle Board ist total schön!Daniela und Maísa kennen sich wirklich gut aus, auch was Sicherheit angeht (Flut/Ebbe, eintreffender Wellengang) und planen die Tour dementsprechend. Dazu haben die beiden an alles für die Tour gedacht: wasserfeste Handyhülle, wetbag, Schnorchel und Taucherbrille, sogar eine GoPro mit welcher sie richtig schöne Bilder gemacht haben. Die Fotos haben wir noch am selben Tag erhalten. Nicht zu vergessen, Daniela und Maísa sind sehr lieb und angenehme Tour Guides :D. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, diese Tour gemacht zu haben, es hat viel Spass gemacht! Wir empfehlen die Tour sehr, es lohnt sich!

I loved the SUP Tour with Daniela and Maísa! :) It was all very well organized and they really know every little corner of the coast. The tour is amazing and a lot of fun, I highly recommend it! Tolle eScooter zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Halten sogar bei meinen 95 kg etwa 3 Stunden durch und wurden von den super netten Inhaber-Girls sogar bis vors Hotel geliefert. Wir haben uns damit einige Taxifahrten und Busfahrten erspart und hatten echt Spaß. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Rented a sup board at Waterflow for today. What a wonderful concept. Ordered and paid online. And the board (inflated and of super quality) was brought at the agreed time to Praia Grande, my favorite beach. Arrival is neatly announced with a whatsapp txt. And also with a Whatsapp message I arranged for the board to be picked up properly again. I highly recommend Waterflow. Will definitely use it again when Im here again in September.

What a great find! Daniela and friend were efficient in their communications and provided us with great bikes which enhanced five days of our holiday, delivering to and collecting them from our hotel. They also provided a bag of accessories including locks, helmets, repair equipment, map and illustrated route book. My (brand new) bike had the advantage of a front basket to carry our supplies. Really good trip today with Daniela & Maisa - thank you. As beginners we werent sure how today would be on the Atlantic but their patience and instruction made this a very enjoyable few hours and so pleased we both managed stand-up paddle boarding. Ian & Reggie

We had the best experience! We rented SUPs for the whole day and Daniela and Maísa delivered them to us the night before (10pm as we asked them to) so we could start our day very early (to avoid the crowds in Benagil). They gave us advice about everything (how to inflate and set them up, where to go, where to park etc), they even sent us a pdf guide about the area. When we finished we just sent them a message and they they picked the SUPs up in like 20 minutes. Everything we needed was included in the price (pump, waterproof phone cases, waterproof bag). We were in touch on WhatsApp and they always answered super fast. And the design of the SUPs was absolutely gorgeous!

All I can say is Im blown away by the level of service the girls provided. They are a new start up and I hope and wish they get all the success they deserve. Hands down the best service in any industry we have experienced in Portugal

We rented 2 scooters on 23rd July 2022 with great price for our two teenage boys. The scooters are like new and are immaculate, safe, and comfortable to ride. The price includes the helmet, charger, mini guide and a lock. Other rental places may say they are cheaper but then they start adding on charges for the helmets..etc. We had our scooters for 20 Euro. Daniela is so friendly and helpful. The boys had a wonderful time riding it around in the lovely Portimao. Thank you so much!

I wanted to enjoy a paddle boarding adventure whilst visiting Ferragudo and Waterflow delivered!!! I went on their website late at night and engaged in a friendly chat with Daniela. As promised the very next morning my board was delivered to my door. I was given some insider information about where to go as all the tours were booked for that day. I honestly had the best experience even though I live in the Caribbean and SUP often. We booked two bikes with Maisa to go to Benagil (took us roughly 50 min) The overall experience was excellent. Maisa is super nice and answers to questions right away. An excelent service, friendly and complete. We rented bikes for 2 days and extended the rent. Easy to use website with booking module. Bikes were delivered and collected on time. Good quality firm bikes with strong breaks and gear as needed on the Ferragudo and surrounding roads. The bikes gave us the freedom to go wherever and whenever we wanted to go. The guide book was nice to read and gave me loads of info about the area.

Spent the morning with the girls and had a great time on the boards. Great fun & definitely recommend them..very helpful

Awesome rental service! We rented two bikes on the website, Maísa delivered it to our house, provided a guide with different routes and explained everything. The bikes were super easy to drive, the route we choose had the best views and we also went to some secret spots! Great and easy service! We will rent again for sure.

Fomos recebidos com muita simpatia pela Maísa e pela Daniela, que nos entregaram as bicicletas no nosso hotel. As bicicletas eram super funcionais e dobráveis. Fizemos dois percursos culturais e um pela natureza sugeridos no guia e no fim da tarde pedalamos até um dos spots de Pôr-do-sol sugerido pela Maísa. Os percursos são espetaculares e estão classificados pela sua dificuldade. Para além dos percursos, o guia apresenta as várias aves que podemos avistar no Algarve, alguns secret spots, a fauna dos locais, espaços culturais e spots para aproveitar o pôr-do-sol. Alugamos as bicicletas por 3 dias e no fim da reserva a Daniela recolheu à hora marcada no local combinado. O processo de aluguer no site foi super simples e correu tudo como esperado. O serviço foi maravilhoso e vamos voltar a usá-lo com toda a certeza!

Alugámos pranchas de Stand Up Paddle (SUP) por três dias + material de snorkeling e seguimos os percursos sugeridos no guia pela WaterFlow Explore. Concretizámos o nosso desejo de visitar a gruta de Benagil de paddle às 7:30 da manhã sem crowd, fizemos outros percusos por Carvoeiro onde pudemos visitar grutas e observar peixinhos com as máscaras de snorkeling. O nosso último dia optámos por visitar as grutas da Ponta da Piedade em Lagos. Para além do guia, o serviço feito pela WaterFlow foi 5* e o facto dos alugueres serem feitos online e entregues no nosso hotel facilitou bastante. Obrigada WaterFlow!

Pudémos observar neste percurso os barcos de pesca tradicionais em ferragudo e os pescadores a recolher as redes, passámos também pelo lindo Castelo de São João do Arade e terminámos numa praia secreta com poucas pessoas onde pudémos disfrutar do sossego e das belas praias do Algarve pela manhã. Na parte da tarde aventurámo-nos e fomos até uma gruta lindíssima perto da praia dos Caneiros. Foi um dia inesquecível, obrigada WaterFlow pelas sugestões! Recomendo!

Rented the Stand Up Paddle boards for some amazing holidays around the Portimão area. The included guide helped us find the most secluded and scenic hidden spots, all recorded with their GoPros! Definitely will be using the service again next year!
