I had a very good experiece. Very friendly staff, fast and easy pick up and return. The car was very nice, new and super clean. They checked the car upon renewal and immediately released the security deposit hold from my account. This often takes several days with other companies. I will book again :)

Tomorrow morning I will pick up the rental car. The reservation was professional and confirmation was quick. We hope that the car will also go well. I got a perfect rental car for a great price. The lady behind the counter speaks sufficient English. Returned after 3 days. We will rent here again next time.

They gave me a car that didn't even have a full tank of gas, it was all dirty, with dog hair on the back seat and mosquitoes on the front window. A bad experience.

I am sorry to report a bad experience. I booked a car rental online and received a confirmation email. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed that my reservation was canceled, without notice to me. I was offered a car at more than 3x what my reservation was for. No thank you.
