I often go to Portugal and I always rent a car, my partner who lives in Buarcos rented a car for me from this agency and the lights came on and the worst thing is the return of the vehicle that we had washed and vacuumed, final deposit kept and 3 months after debit 289 euros supposedly cleaning vehicle and despite calls nothing to do the lady threatens to go to court, future rental company flee this agency because it is a real crook
So far so good 👍🏾 After the max 30 days for the deposit payback, I'll come back here for an update and reevaluation. Which is what everyone wants to know. (07.oct.2024)
DISAPPOINTMENT! TO AVOID 🤬 With 3 friends in Portugal in July, we decided to turn to this rental company which accepts debit cards for the rental, with the payment of a deposit which will be refunded on the 20th of the month following the rental. On paper it seems honest if the agency pays back the amount that was due, and that was not the case The agency took money from us for cleaning the vehicle even though we were told at check-out that everything was clean and that there were no problems, even though we were fit and want to do more They think that waiting for the 20th of the following month is enough to forget the amount due, but this is not the case for us, this agency was dishonest about this payment, without telling us in person.
Very bad quality… we did rent a car with this agency and it turns that we had to pay an extra 30€ at the end of our trip. The car was cleaned and approved by the agent when we gave it back. What a surprise to see the extra fee 2months later on my bank account…
I rarely review places but I feel scammed. The process for returning the deposit only starts 20 days after the end of the rent. At the end more than 100 euros were missing. Asked why the lady said it costed twenty euros to clean the car (when she said 10 when returning the car) and the rest was highway and other expenses that were written in the contract. I suggest to read carefully every point of the contract and don’t be rushed by the person there. When asked to demonstrate that they paid this amount for cleaning and highways (I’ve only been to porto and I know the prices of the highways in Portugal), they changed the amount realising an error. Nevertheless, they charged me more than sixty euros without providing any evidence of these expenses

Dou uma estrela pela Simples razão. O atendimento foi bom, o que não foi bom foi uma ocultação de informação. Ninguém me informou sobre o prazo da devolução da caução e na entrega da viatura questionei sobre isso e só aí me foi dada a informação. Nem me tinham dado a informação antes nem no contrato consta que para a devolução da caução demoraria no mínimo 20 dias. Acho demasiado tempo ficarem com o dinheiro já que a viatura estava em boas condições na entrega.
Excelente atendimento. Serviço eficiente. Ambiente acolhedor. É de repetir sempre que necessite deste serviço.

La pire expérience de location de mes amis canadiens. Dépôt de garantie 200 encaissé mais qu on ne peut vous rembourser qu en envoyant ensuite votre iban, délesté de frais autre que leplein d essence. Plein qui n a pas pu être fait car la prise pour charger les téléphones n était plus là (donc plus de gps). Fenêtre conducteur qui descendait seule et difficile à fermer. Bref, véhicule en mauvais état (la rouille autour du pare-brise nous avait déjà semblé bizarre) et non révisé. Mauvaise foi ensuite de l agence.. qui nous explique comment utiliser le bouton de fenêtre...aucun geste commercial.. fuyez! Et n était même pas dans les moins chers..
