Se si potesse dare zero lo farei. La peggiore Esperienza nella mia vita con società di noleggio. Prenotata all 9.30 riesco a parlare con lunico referente presente (un ragazzo) alle ore 11 dopo attesa di 1.30 min che non trova la prenotazione. Dopo una ricerca mi dice che lauto è in aeroporto e la devono portare nel loro ufficio. Avendo solo 6 ore a Funchal ho rinunciato. Prima di me un gruppo di amici che rinuncia per attesa di 1.30h chiedendo e non ottenendo i soldi indietro e ancora prima una signora che aspettava da 30 minuti lauto dallAeroporto...... CAMBIATE LAVORO..... NON È IL VOSTRO

We rented a car and it was impeccable. But honestly I had to warm up my vocal cords since there was no radio.

Friendly consultation, fair prices and good quality car. As a group of 4 people we rented a Ford Focus to go hiking on the island. The car was perfect. We haven t had a reservation and got the perfect car on the same day. All in all we can recommend the rental service.

El 17 de febrero me dieron un coche con graves problemas en los discos de frenado. Mucho papeleo, sorpresas y extras. 50 por dejarlo en aeropuerto. Todo complicado y caro. . De entrada parecía que iban a ser 20 al día pero al final pagué 250 por 5 días uno de ellos perdido por el problema en frenado. El personal pasa vergüenza ajena en el mejor de los casos, o se pone borde con el cliente. No es una acusación, solo constato lo sucedido: a los días del pago comenzaron a llegarme cargos/autorizaciones de compras por internet fraudulentas. La tarjeta la utilicé en otros comercios, es por si la información sirve de algo. El seguro extra no cubre si se debe a despiste del conductor. Uno no se siente en buenas manos. No volveré y no lo recomiendo.

This is great place to rent a car for one or 2 days. Prices are low (no extra hidden costs) and service was exellent. Cars new and good quality. I left my wallet in the car, when i run back to the shop, super profesional girl called to the driver who picked up the car, in 10 min i had my wallet back!

Getting a car here is quick and easy. However, we only have 3 and not all of them have automatic transmissions, which is really recommended for Madeira.

Unable to rent a car without a credit card. Very disappointing. (They claim this isnt true, but all I know is that I wasnt able to rent a car that day and had understood that it was because I needed a credit card. I dont speak Portuguese so perhaps it was lost in translation).

Very impressed with the customer service here, especially from Alex. I had an issue where my hotel promised to return the car and didn t, and 7m were really helpful and waived any associated fees even though the hotel wouldn t accept responsibility. I would definitely rent here again, car was in good condition and reasonably priced.

Rented a Smart Car for 2. Everything went smoothly. We spend just 5 minutes filling out the papers the day before, and when we came in the morning, the car was ready to go immediately. Good service, good car and fair price. We have used 7M before and we will certanly do it again, if we get back to Madeira.

Um pouco lento talvez porque só tem um funcionário. O serviço de aluguer é bom e o carro agradável. Gastou 10 por cada 100km. Ou então não vinha com o depósito de gasolina cheio. Isso é prática corrente destas empresas. Desde que o manómetro aponte para cheio, os 10 litros até encher, são para o gajo honesto que enche mesmo o depósito.

Avoid this company at all costs, fuel provided in vehicle was not full as promised which wasn t a great start and having left sunglasses and some money in the car we spoke to the office who found it but then never posted them to us as they had agreed over the phone.

We rented 2 cars in 2 separate ocasions, had no issues whatsoever. The problem is with availability, you need to reserve online if you want to get what you want, especially in the summer season.

Je conseille vivement. Avec lassurance qui nest pas très chère, pas besoin de carte de crédit et en plus vous êtes tranquilles. Prix très abordables, la voiture était correcte. Pensez à prendre quelque chose pour accrocher votre téléphone si vous souhaitez mettre le gps. La personne de laccueil a été très sympa et ma même proposé de retourner la voiture a une agence plus proche de mon herbergement !!! Sympathie très rare dans le domaine de la location de voiture

Pas de soucis au niveau de la voiture en revanche merci pour l arnaque. Le monsieur me demande de payer un frais « jeune » supplémentaire de 20 à l arrivée que je ne peux comme par hasard pas payer par carte mais absolument en cash. Ce n était évidemment pas pour se mettre mon billet dans la poche Sur le site il n est absolument pas mentionné ce frais hormis cela « Frais de jeune conducteur (moins de 21 ans) (+ 10.00) » Ça fait 4 ans que j ai mon permis et 6 ans que je conduis et j ai plus de 21 ans Ne voulant pas faire d histoire et ne parlant pas le portugais couramment, j ai donné mon billet mais c est honteux de recourir à ce type de pratique.

The people had a very rude and disrespectful attitude, didnt allow us to rent the car and asked us to leave because we only brought the photocopy of driving license. After our several explanation, still didnt let us to rent the car and when we wanted to write complaint book, even didnt give us to write. The worst service ever!

24 hours before picking up our car they contact us saying there are no cars available and do not give us any further options... it was our first day of holidays! We had booked the car rental 2 months in advance. Poorest customer service ever, dont go there!

They left us hanging out to dry one day before our booking, they didnt gave us any solution at all, they distroyed our holidays and we were not able to find any other car... terrible service! Do not book with them!

Excelente serviço! Encontrei a 7M nesta localização quase sem querer, e após consulta resolvi fazer uma reserva atempadamente. Processo rápido e eficaz, pedi entrega da viatura no hotel e no dia e hora marcada lá estavam. Fiz um telefonema uns dias antes a solicitar uma cadeirinha de criança e a mesma foi disponibilizada com o carro sem problema. Viatura em bom estado de conservação e limpeza. Preço bastante bom. Recomendado, sem dúvida.

Jai loué une Fiat Panda pendant quelques jours, la location et la restitution de la voiture se sont bien passées. Je conseille de ne pas louer de trop grosses voitures sur cette île car les routes sont parfois très étroites. Seul point négatif, notre Panda avait des pneus avant Sunfall très usés. Il pleut régulièrement à Madère et cétait relativement dangereux dans lacets de montagne.

Used them a couple of times. Things went relatively smoothly, alltough when a car was reserved(and paid in advance) to be picked up at 9:00am the staff arrives at 9 and start opening the shop so there is a 15-30min wait before you actually get the vehicle. Policy about fueling is also a bit annoying: you get some fuel in the tank and are supposed to return with roughly the same level so ususlly first thing you have to do is find a gas station, and then try to guestimate how much to fill in order not to gift the rental company a half tank of gas. The 7M web page is horrible with mobile devices so we had to try couple different ones to get the booking through. Other than that we got a working car with four tyres and a steering wheel. We went with Fiat Panda because of the very budget friendly price point but I would recommend agaist that as it has less power than a broken coffee grinder it is only usable going down hill. Wich is completely fine if you can plan a route avoiding uphill sections but that may prove to be somewhar diffucult in Madeira.

We rented a car for the day and had no issues whatsoever. 29 euros for the car and 20 euros for insurance. No deposit and you just fill up the fuel to the same amount you started with. We drove around half the island and it cost me 10 euros in fuel. We inspected the car for damage when we picked it up, taking photos, and when we returned the car they gave it a quick once over, said it was ok and we were on our way. Very easy to deal with, very polite and easy going. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants to hire a car on the island. Thank you 7M

We returned motorbike 1hour and 20min later and they charged extra 100eur and for one plus day 20eur. It was written in contract, but my friend didnt red contracf, he took motorbike and understand that he can extend if he will want and it will not be a problem.

I rented a car and I received it and there are only three lines of petrol in it and it needs maintenance (the light is working) when I wanted to return it, it had two lines and I filled it for 10 euros and the line did not move then I filled it another 10 and the line did not go up and then spoke with the employee I told him that the car had a problem, he said he tried to fill it with 10 also, then I went to the station and filled it with 5 euros until the car was full and became full, then I went to deliver the car and demanded the price of the money with the invoices attached, but I was told that the amount of gasoline cannot be recovered I paid 44 euros for the car and 24 for gasoline I paid 68 euros for this car, I will attach a picture of it. I am very sad and I do not recommend this company

Very long wait for delivery and return (more than 45 min). Pay attention that you are going to rent a car full of advertising stickers all around the vehicle. The car is not equipped with rádio antena, prepare to sing for yourself, since you don t have radio signal. I ve received a vehicle with 1/4 of fuel, and must return the same level - very difficult. You tender to return the tank with more fuel than you received.

The location is directly at the street. Good Price. Uncomplicated. Would rent there again.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. We rent a car for three days and the customer servicer told us clearly that the return day is on sunday morning. We confirmed her the return date multiple times. Then on saturday afternoon they call us that you should have returned the car today and you will be charged by another day and an additional 100 fine for uncompliance with the rules. They also treat us like criminals and threat to call the police to chase us if we dont return the car as soon as possible. They didnt have any kind of respect towards the customer. No chance to negotiate the fine even though we tried our best to explain that your worker 100% sure lied to us. I would never go even near to that place anymore.

En voi suositella tätä yritystä kenellekään! Vuokrattiin auto 3 päiväksi ja meille kerrottiin palautuspäivän olevan sunnuntai, varmistimme asian useita kertoja! Kuitenkin lauantaina saimme soiton että auto on myöhässä ja olisi pitänyt palauttaa jo lauantaina. Työntekijä uhkaili useita kertoja meitä poliisilla eikä kunnioittanut meitä lainkaan. Kun palautimme auton päivää aiemmin meiltä veloitettiin rangaistusmaksu 100 ja 60 ylimääräisestä päivästä(jolloin emme edes autoa saaneet käyttää). Yritimme selvittää asiaa työntekijän kanssa, mutta yrityksellä ei ollut mitään halua ymmärtää tai osoittaa kunnioitusta asiakkaitaan kohtaan. Suosittelen siis olemaan varuillaan jos vuokraa autoa täältä ja ei halua maksaa kaksinkertaisesti oletettua vuokraushintaa.

Scammers, avoid, avoid, avoid run away from them as far as you can.

Worst renting experience ever. The rented Fiat Panda was in a very poor state (aesthetically and maintenance). One day, I tried to turn it on but the battery failed. I called the 7M assistance and they charged us 100 to restart the engine, as per art. 21 of their contract. This article says that those 100 are due <<in situations where the customer has been negligent such as: key lost, battery failure due to forgetting lights or radio on while parking [...]>>. But we could not have been negligent. When turning off the car and removing the key, all the electrical systems shut off. The agency owner refused to commit to any commercial gesture. We went to the police reporting this agency and they told us that they know very well this way of operating: renting old cars, asking money and not repairing the cars. The car was with totally consumed tires (the 4 of them) and with a screeching brake and with very poor aestehtical conditions.

I would not recommend this renting agency. Cars in a very bad state, consumed wheels, creepy noisy brakes, awful external aspect and they made us pay a penalty for a defect of the battery.

I do not recommend. Firstly, if you make a reservation at the store there is no way to return it. I rent a car which confition was very bad, the tires were in poor confition, the whole car was scratched. The brakes squaled. It is really unfair that you pay so much money for something you can t even see. Additionally, they make everything more difficult- we came for the car 30 min earlier, the car was ready but they could not change the hour of insurance. So they told us if something happens we will pay :))) very unprofessional and unkind.

Au top ! Réservation réalisée à la dernière minute (3j avant, en plein mois daoût après de nombreux échecs auprès dagences de locations surbooké). Et surtout un prix très attractif et la possibilité de payer un peu plus pour ne pas déposer de caution (qui est souvent de 1200 environ). Aucune attente pour récupérer la voiture ni pour la rendre. Je recommande fortement !

Highly recommended. We were able to book there a last minute automatic when another agency failed to deliver a car we had pre-booked. We got a new Arkana, the car was in a great shape, very convenient for steep roads of Madeira. The rate was affordable, the car was delivered on time the same day we booked it, we had a very convenient drop off at the airport (we were late for drop off and they made no fuss about it). Super friendly staff and overall a great experience!

We rented the Fiat Panda. The car was clean and worked well, only small error has been shown on display (one of the day light did not work). We ordered pick up location at the hotel and they were late 1 hour and we did not receive any kind of apology. They even tried to make us pay more for extra driver even thought we had already paid for it. I had to very firmly explain to the guy that we have a contract where everything is already paid for and we will not pay nothing more. I must say a very strange attitude to the customers but they have acceptable price range.

Not the cheapest, but worth it. The Kia Rio diesel is a beast for Madeiras roads and has handled serpentines perfectly. Plus the car had a rear view camera, parktronics and navigation it was really helpful. Adequate staff

Many companies were fully booked or giving crazy prices due to high season. Here I found quickly appropriate car. It wasn t the cheapest but it was almost brand new, very clean and at least they don t advertise car prices as From 30 whereas in reality it s from 65-70 for Fiat Panda. They were also very helpful in helping me when I left some personal stuff in the car when returned.

This was our first time hiring a car and also driving abroad. The friendly team at 7m made the process very easy and there were no hidden charges or claims of damage. The car was brand new with only 3500km and gave us the freedom to explore the island, highly recommend.

Apesar da atençao dos colaboradores da loja NÃO RECOMENDAMOS esta empresa!!Dia 12 de Setembro 2021 deslocamos nos a esta empresa para contratar uma viatura para ser levantada dia 14 às 9.30. Foi pedido um adiantamento no valor de 234 que foi pago via multibanco e no dia acordado seria formalizado o contrato. No dia 14 pelas 11h30 não existiam viaturas disponiveis. Face a esta situação e porque tínhamos outros compromissos agendados, fomos forçados a cancelar a intenção de aluguer e solicitamos o respectivo estorno. O colaborador da loja de Ribeiro Seco indicou que bastaria enviar um email a/c da administração dado que ele não tinha autorização para proceder de imediato ao estorno, o que fizemos logo de seguida. Após vários contatos e emails enviados, a única resposta que recebemos foi que a qualquer momento a pessoa da contabilidade iria dar seguimento ao estorno. Na ausência do deposito e de resposta, voltamos a deslocar-nos à rent-a-car de Ribeiro Seco , e mais uma vez o colaborador tentou falar com a pessoa responsável e nem a este lhe foi dado qualquer esclarecimento o que nos levou a apresentar uma reclamação formal. Passados mais de 30 dias, o valor pago adiantado (dado que não houve qualquer contrato) continua na posse desta empresa, que se tem excluído de dar qualquer feedback sobre quando irão proceder à restituição do valor que têm cativo indevidamente.

Umas melhores locações de veículo que eu já fiz. Atendimento muito bom, sem necessidade de qualquer tipo de calção. Preço abaixo da média da região, carros novos. Queríamos um veículo simples, para locação de apenas um dia (estávamos em um parada de cruzeiro), vamos optar por um punto. No entanto depois da recomendação do atendente pegamos o Fiat Panda pelo menor custo com combustível e melhor relação peso/potência. Nos atendeu super bem, inclusive nas subidas íngremes da ilha. Como ponto negativo, para quem pára de cruzeiro é que a locadora, assim como as outras principais ficam no topo da ladeira a esquerda da saída do Porto, isso pode ser inconveniente pra quem não queira o desgaste de andar ou tenha problemas de locomoção. Apesar disso, recomendo bastante a locação de veículos para o passeio na ilha... É um excelente custo benefício. Excelente! Recomendo fortemente!

I rented a scooter and then a car, since everything went well with the scooter I trusted the employees without realizing that they made a mistake with my invoice. Instead of pre-authorizing the deposit of the car I rented, they charged me $1000 euros to my card. When I was told about the mistake, it was kind of late and I also had to take my plane really early in the morning. The employee at the moment was really trying to help me, but the owner, instead of trying to solve the problem and paying me cash, kept asking me for bank information I couldnt provide because my bank is from Canada. Also saying he could not pay me back if I didnt provide that information. In the end, after contacting the few people I knew in the island, and telling him we would call the police if he didnt pay me, the owner finally send somebody to give me my money, but he never showed up and I never received an apology. I do feel bad for the worker that was there at the time because he tried to do everything at his disposal, but the owner seems to have no empathy towards his clients.

Super freundlich und faire Preise. Hatten für 10 Tage einen nagelneuen Fiat Panda. Faire Tankregelung. Viertelvoll abgeholt Viertelvoll zurückgebracht. Keinerlei Probleme. Ausser vielleicht das ein Panda mit 69PS nicht gerade die flotteste Lösung hier auf Madeira ist. Aber man kommt auch damit überall hin. Diesen Autovermieter kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen. Der bekannte Mitbewerber nebenan will das doppelte für das gleiche Auto.
