DO NOT GO HERE. Absolute waste of time. Worst service ive ever experienced in Portugal. Have only had great service and met kind people in Portugal until we went to this place. Asked the guy for a rental car. Then he just handed me a piece of paper with the prices. Then he picked up his phone and started talking to someone in portugiese. And he did really respond to any of our questions about the rental car. But he still wanted us to go through the rental process. Even when he was still on the phone with someone else(maybe his friend). We ended up leaving because of the lack of respect and service.
Terrible service. I rarely leave a 1-star review, but this experience warrants it. I dealt with a man with a tattoo on his arm when booking, and his attitude was awful. He seemed hungover and eager to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Despite this, we needed a car, so we went ahead and booked. We had the car for three days and returned it early Wednesday afternoon. When we handed it back, he asked for the contract, even though he already had a copy. He got rude, raised his voice, and said, "Where is it, man?" I explained that we were returning the car early because it had serious issues: the wheel bearings were making noise, the brake discs and pads were worn down to the limit, and the tires weren't balanced. It was dangerous to provide us with a car in that condition. He didn't respond and simply checked the fuel gauge, muttered "That's it," and walked off. The service was poor—or rather, it was terrible. Next time, we'll definitely be going to one of the other 7M Rent a Car locations on the island.
When you book and pay in advance, you expect to get a car in good condition. When you don't book in advance, you come to the office, and they offer you whatever is available. That's what happened to me. But, I booked the car almost two months in advance. I expected that they would prepare a car in good condition for me. Usually other rental agencies take care of this. Unfortunately not in my case. I got a worn out car. Damaged. Not very clean. The tire treads were worn down to the point where wires from the tire frame were sticking out of the rubber. I didn't notice. I was sure that the car was prepared for me. In vain. Everything needs to be checked. The manager who handed over the car was very polite. It was a hot day. An hour outside the city, in the mountains, the tire blew out. There was no cell phone signal. There was nothing around. I had to change the tire myself. I was horrified when I saw that the spare tire was empty. It was like an ambulance with an empty first aid kit. Like a fire truck with an empty fire extinguisher tank. When I returned the car, the other manager who accepted the car started making complaints. He didn't care that the tires were badly worn. The spare tire is empty. He cared that I had changed the tire myself. No apologies. Just indignation. What should I do, far away in the mountains without telephone signal? Go on foot? I was help-self. Think about when you want to use this office 7m Rent a Car. I was stressing and didn't have time to take a picture of the flat tire. I was late for the ship. The two front tires are worn out. Dangerous to drive.
Super! Cars in very good condition, signing the papers took a moment. Employees very communicative and friendly. Next time I will definitely rent a car here.
I recently booked a car for 2 days that was great. The car had some scratches and delts but the friendly guy indexed all of those beforehand and wrote them down to the invoice. I liked the way they take the gasolina level, untypically they take in and out same-same so it must not be full-full but the same level that you start the car with. The car was driving fantastic, even tho it has not the biggest motor you can easily go up the steepest streets. It was the cheapest (fiat panda I think). When I brought the car back the shop was really busy so I had to wait a bit but luckily the man didn’t charge another day (it was slightly over time, sorry for that). I compared some car rental places beforehand and 7m I think is the biggest and a cheap way to rent a car on Madeira. Also they have pick up destinations all around the island. And the best thing is: they don’t lock big amounts on your credit card. Recommended. Obrigado.
We rented a Smart ForTwo automatic gear, on a recommendation from an influencer, because of the mountain landscape. The service was very professional on receiving and handing over the car. All I can tell you is that this was a great choice, we fell in love with this small car, it conqured the steepest roads and ran smoothly on the highway or narrow roads, the automatic gear made it very easy. You could also literally park it anywhere with ease, there are even parking places specially reserved for smart cars. Because of it's size, you could make a U turn on any road. It didn't had a central area screen, but you could connect your smartphone to Bluetooth and you could play music through the speakers this way. Maybe bring a car dock for your phone, like we did, if you want to use navigation maps. We did about 500 km with this lovely car, we warmly recommend it!
The pick up was okay, had to wait about 10 minutes from our booked appointment time. The first car we were given was absolutely shocking. Not even road worthy, the clutch was knackered and wouldn’t even go into reverse 50% of the time. The brakes were awful and not fit for any kind of emergency stop. We only spent a day with the original Corsa. We went back to the shop first thing the next morning, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because we got a new car sorted within 30 minutes (we had to be very firm with them that we didn’t want to waste time waiting any longer) they gave us an upgrade to a class B vehicle which was in much better condition and a dream to drive. We are so thankful we got sorted so quickly with a new car but honestly the first car was appalling and not even safe to drive in the steep hills of Madeira. If you pay a cheap price you get what you pay for, luckily I got a free upgrade, I would be hesitant to use 7m again but glad they did right by us.
They are really great. My recommendation for you: Do the online reservation and also pay on Internet - then no problem with credit card requirement. Buy full insurance (it is not very expensive 5 euro by day) then no problem with deposit, they don't want it in such case. Remember that they have busy hours in the morning 9 to 11, and then probably you will wait longer (they have information on their website so don't be mad, just plan for that). My reservation was for Renault Clio I got KIA in the same segment of cars, there was same scratches and damages, but for me doesn't matter. Work really good, everything great. They also provide baby seat which I order on my online reservation. When I return car they just walk around and check how much gas is and that's it - because my full insurance. Very good service! We contracted the car from 5 pm, but the car was offered to us since 3pm with no extra cost. Also, the level of fuel on the last day was lower than at the moment when we took the car, but again they didnt ask for any extra payment. There is no deposit needed and the paper staff lasts 5 minute. Easy and very accessible! We strongly recommend 7M car rent services :)
En Abril de este año estuve en la bella isla de Madeira, pero mis vacaciones se vieron Afectadas por rentar un auto acá. Primero no tenían el auto que habíamos reservado, tuvimos que esperar o perder una hora y media de nuestras vacaciones a la espera de un nuevo auto, en ese rato no nos ofrecieron el seguro ni explicaron nada. el auto que llegó estaba nuevo, pero chocado. Pero la guinda de la torta fue que falló la batería, al parecer quedó una puerta abierta en la noche, lo que era extraño ya que el auto era automático y las luces estaban apagadas. nos hicieron pagar casi 900 euros por una nueva batería y la asistencia en ruta. Luego lei comentarios que a muchas personas les pasó lo mismo, así que mucho ojo, yo no recomiendo arrendar un auto ahi. Fue literalmente una trampa lo del pago de la batería, a otros también le ha pasado con el embrague. Reclamamos y dejamos el caso en Derechos del consumidor.

Fair experience, good prices but the customer experience could be better. Pay attention to the condition of the car because the roads in Madeira are narrow and steep and you need a good car for a nice experience.
Be careful! They accept your booking, charge your credit card, then cancel a few days before the rental, claiming no cars are available. You get refunded but lose the payment processing fees. Better to avoid this company!
Precio razonable 70 con seguro todo riesgo, ese seria el caso en que entreguen un coche en condiciones Alquilamos un clase B, nos lo entregaron todo rayado, el volante pelado, no tenía AA sino climatizador, con fallo presión pneumático y luz de día, a veces olía raro si tenía que subir la cuesta menos mal que no le faltó potencia. No lo recomiendo
We had no problem with renting a car there. But the car was in quiete bad condition, there was a problem with blinker, It ocasionally stopped working and they told us just to hit it so it starts working again. And it had no radio or screen, damaged from the outside. When you rent a car you expect to get it in better condition. Also it was difficult to drive up the steep hills with Fiat Panda 1.0, if you take a car then take one of the higher tier cars
The super insurance is not covering anything. Its all a scam. Dont rent any car from this company.

Decent pricing and decent cars. Drove a Kia stonic for 3 weeks in Madeira. Picked up in Funchal Marina Shopping. Friendly service, trustworthy and simple.
DON T RECOMMEND Everything was fine when we rented a car and signed the contract, service staff was friendly, the process easy. Car arrived significantly scratch and had some issues with starting on the hill (it basically went back instead of forward). But that was not a deal breaker for us. The disappointment and anger came when we got a flat tire. It happened on our way to the airport. We called the company, they unsecured straight away, explained what to do and charged us 438 EUR!!!! We rented a car for 2 day for 130 EUR (including insurance, which spoiler alert covers litterally NOTHING). We studied the terms carefully and knew that flat tires, scratches, windows are not covered. So we were ready to pay for a new tire. But not 4 TIMES its actuall price (yes, we called the local repair service and they confirmed that changing the tire together with evacuation and supporting procedures would costs 90 EUR. Of course nobody provided us the official price list and didn t show where it stays in the contract what is the OFFICIAL price for which repair. They just took advantage of us being already late for the flight and don t have enough time to keep segueing to get the fair price. A TOTAL RIP OFF!

The person working here is not friendly at all, doesnt has any patience and explains nothing. They try to charge extra even if you already payed for those things in advanced. The cars are oke

Not the best of service-minded who was there when we rented. Not very talkative, and grumpy. We also overheard when he was rude to the customer in front of us
We booked the car via the internet. There was a nice 10% discount. We had to pick the car up at 10:30 otherwise there would be a surcharge of 10 as punishment. We arrived at their office at 10:00. There was quite a queue already in which we had to wait. Its 11:36 and we are still waiting for our car. No comment. Terrible behavior from the ONE guy in the office. Really slow and incapable of handling the workflow. I will update with the time we will get the car eventually. Other rental companies are slightly more expensive but definitely more professional than this one. Edit: we finally got the car at 11:55.... Of course there was not even an apology. The you are honoured that we serve you attitude is very dominant with this place. Terrible.
. . , . UPDATE after 1 year and one more rent with them. We forgot our keys inside the car, and 7m told me 130 for open it(lol) after few minutes of discussion they did it for free and stop being dumb.
I rented a great Indian Scout here. Quickly processed, quick to get the bike, quick to return. No problems at all.
All good. The car was brand new Mitsubishi automatic...with only 5000km passed.
We rented on the internet site but had to wait for half an hour when we turned up at our defined time. The car provided was a Kia Stonic with 58000 km on the clock and numerous fairly major scrapes and scratches on it. It ran ok for the three days we had it but lacked power for the kind of inclines encountered on Madeira, the manual gearbox was not ideal given this. Would rent an automatic next time. Would help if local drivers knowledgeable in the roads were not such a pain the proverbial when following!

Great experience renting a quad in Funchal. We ve hired an ATV in many countries and this was definitely one of the best experiences. Would definitely recommend.
EDIT: Salve, certamente posso fornirvi una risposta. Il motivo di una stella è legato principalmente alla sorpresa di aver dovuto pagare un prezzo di gran lunga superiore al prezzo della prenotazione. Ho prenotato una vettura tipo A tramite il sito booking.com per un prezzo pari a 37 . Al momento del ritiro della macchina presso la vostra sede mi si sono presentate due scelte: pagare un deposito di 2000 o pagare una assicurazione di 20 /giorno (vedere foto). Tenendo conto che la prenotazione era di 5 giorni lassicurazione ammonta a 100 . Vuol dire quindi che il prezzo totale dellaffitto della vettura è stato di 137 , prezzo quasi 4 volte superiore a quello inizialmente pianificato. Queste condizioni non erano chiaramente descritte al momento della prenotazione, quindi potete comprendere che la sorpresa non è stata bella. Non so il motivo per cui il prezzo iniziale sia stato così basso e non è nel mio interesse saperlo oramai, ma ritengo che non sia una procedura corretta se poi ci si trova obbligati a pagare una assicurazione superiore o addirittura un deposito spropositato in comparazione al prezzo iniziale di prenotazione. Preciso che queste sono state le condizioni presentate da un vostro operatore. In aggiunta a questo, la macchina presentava evidenti di danno alla carrozzeria e segni di graffi sui cerchioni. Durante la guida, in particolare durante le frenate, la macchina presentava fenomeni di vibrazione. Se da un lato sono rimasto amareggiato per il pagamento dellassicurazione, allo stesso tempo mi sento sollevato di averla pagata in quanto, anche se priva di danni aggiuntivi, non oso immaginare uneventuale discussione al momento della riconsegna della vettura, dovuta ai danni già presenti, per il ritorno del deposito. A pensare male si fa peccato ma molte volte ci si azzecca. Leggendo le varie recensioni lasciate da altri vostri clienti mi ritengo ancora fortunato ad aver pagato una cifra relativamente bassa in quanto la vettura miracolosamente non ha presentato guasti meccanici. The best in the island by far.
Our car had a high pitched squeak due to a fault in the fan when travelling over 80km/h. It was very distracting to the driver and so very dangerous. EDIT: Thanks for the reply. The reason it wasnt reported was because: 1. We gave you access to take 1500 from us if the car is returned with a fault and we didnt want to risk losing money for a problem we did not cause 2. We knew that there was a shortage of cars so there was a chance that there was no replacement and we would have wasted a whole day 3. The issue only happened once you reach high speeds, we were only able to notice the problem when we were on the highway far away from the store Im more interested in seeing you focus less on why I didnt report the problem and more of what you will do to ensure your vehicles are safe. Please fix the Smartcar that is white and red. The issue is in the fan in the centre of the dashboard. The internal fan is stuck and as wind passes through it as the car travels at high speeds it creates a very loud, high pitched squeak. Playing loud music does not block the sound out.

Ogólna ocen jest bardzo dobra. Mi li my zarezerwowany samochód Fiat 500 X Cross automat, poniewa nie by o tego samochodu dostali my w tej samej cenie Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross plug-in hybrid automat. What an horrendous experience, waited for nearly 1 hour for the car which was pre-booked, then the clutch burnt out in the middle of busy traffic on the motorway after just 3 kilometres, they picked us up but then tried to charge us for the breakdown truck!! No chance DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST they didnt even apologize and refused to pay for a taxi for us to get back to our hotel. STEAR CLEAR OF 7M CAR HIRE

Very good experience overall. We booked a car directly at their office and had to wait just about half an hour for the car to be available, but it was okay. Both attendants were very kind and explained to us everything we needed to know. The car was okay and the price was fair. I do recommend this car rental company and will use them again when we return to Funchal, for sure!
The car had failed brakes. The Marina office staff were very helpful but I wish the airport office had checked our vehicle before we picked it up. We had to drive back to the office from across the island and then wait for a repair (which they did very fast). It would be good to offer vehicle pick up and replacement if there are issues.
I rented a smartfortwo for 2 days ( best choice ever, powerful car, small and easy to park and automatic transmission for mountains) The staff is so friendly, they reply to you on phone when you have a question. And the guy has even waited for me after the working hours because I was late! ( and again, Im sorry for that) I highly recommend it!
Wir mussten 2h (!!) auf unser vorgängig reserviertes Auto warten!! Für zwei Tage gemietet, daher sowieso einen engen Zeitplan gehabt. Konnten aufgrund der sehr sehr langen Wartezeit einen Teil unserer geplanten Route nicht machen. Schade!

Freundliches und humorvolles Personal. Wir hatten das Auto leider einen Tag weniger als geplant, da alle vermietet waren. Deshalb reserviert euch am besten noch vor dem Urlaub ein Auto. Beim Auto selbst merkt man, dass vor allem Madeira-Straßen-Ungeübt es benutzen. Zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Gang gab es einen Punkt wo das Auto nicht wirklich ziehen wollte. Wir hatten leider erst am letzten Tag den bogen raus. Ansonsten noch ein genereller Tipp ... seid nicht zimperlich mit den Autos. Das die Drehzahl an den steilen Straßen nach oben schießt ist wohl normal.

Really poor customer service, they kept us waiting for half an hour and when we finally sat down, other people that arrived after us were attended and left us waiting on the chair like we were class B customers. I strongly recommend anyone that reads this review to take their money somewhere else
To respond to the owners: This is a very real review, I am not affiliated with any competitors!! My husband and I are here from the UK on our Honeymoon. Shame on you for using the competitors line to get out of this ! What is low is your lack of accountability. Consider retraining your staff on some customer service etiquette. We received very very poor customer service here. They were frankly very rude and I felt like there was an element of racism here, we left very upset. After waiting in the queue for over 30 minutes, we were over looked mutiple times and other white customers were seen before us. When we were finally sat down to be seen, the man behind the counter instigated a phone call and then proceded to deal with another white customers without any acknowledgement. When we told them were leaving because of the poor service they were even more rude and told us he was dealing with customers.... I guess you have to be white with blonde hair to be considered a costumer. I will strongly advise taking your money somewhere else. Very poorly managed.

Do not rent from this dishonest business. We ve rented dozens of cars all over the world and 7M was the worst experience. We actually returned the car the next morning. I specifically booked a small car (Renault Clio) for Funchal because the streets are tiny and parking is difficult. When we arrived at 7M to pick up our car at the CORRECT time, the ONE staff member working literally ignored us for almost 45 minutes while they spoke to several other customer also waiting. If there are multiple pickups/returns booked, why is there a single staff member there? When we finally were able to approach the desk, we had to fill out some forms even though we booked online and they had all our details. It s a ridiculously inefficient process We were taken to our car which was a Fiat Tipo. I explained to the staff member that this was a MUCH larger car than I booked and Id like a smaller car. I explained I did not mind picking it up later in the afternoon. He immediately became aggressive and kept repeating they re both class B vehicles and began walking away. Nowhere on the website is there a list or description of class B vehicles . I booked a Renault Clio or similar and this car was objectively NOT similar. Oh, and the fuel tank was almost empty so we had to fill up right away. When I asked to cancel the order, the staff member told us if we don t want the car don t take it and that we d have to call head office to organise a cancellation?? We mistakenly took the car, but had to return it the very next morning. It was literally too large to fit in our hotel carpark and finding a park was a nightmare. When I returned the car, I emailed head office to request a refund for returning the car 2 days early. I believed this was a reasonable request as we were not given the car we booked. To my surprise, head office is flat out refusing to send any kind apology let alone a refund. EDIT: In 7Ms reply, they have flat out lied again. There is NO reference on their website to class B vehicles they just make up their own rules when customers arent happy with their booking. We booked a Renault Clio or similar. The car we were given was a much larger and longer sedan. Do not rent from these people.

Somos un grupo de 5 ESTUDIANTES de ERASMUS y para visitar la isla alquilamos un KIA. Todo bien con el coche. Simplemente, queremos avisar que tuvimos una retención de tráfico de 1h y tuvimos que entregar el coche tarde. Debido a la cláusula 8) hay que pagar 100 + tasas por entregarlo 1h tarde, no se comparecieron de nosotros en ningún momento, tuvimos que pagar. Detalles, más abajo.

Really great and painless rental. I rented a scooter for 48 hours and had a blast in Madeira. They did charge a 350 euro deposit, but it was refunded in the end. Would definitely use again.

Having no prior experience in renting a car on Madeira Island we went rather cautious into this experience. We were pleasantly surprised, however. The two workers we encountered at the Marina Shopping place were very friendly and helpful. We booked a car in advance, which made the formalities quick and easy. We also booked the premium insurance, to not have to worry about anything that might happen. The Fiat 500 electric we got was also a cabrio, which was a nice surprise. It had a few scratches and bumps that were noted in the contract before we left. We had no problems with the car whatsoever, it took us everywhere we needed to be and charging it was free at Factor Energia stations all over the island. Returning the car at the airport took about 3 minutes, the nice Lady there drove us to the entrance of the airport after. Would rent a car with 7M again and can recommend the company to anybody looking for a rental car.

Esta compañía es la peor con la que me he encontrado nunca. Madeira es una isla con unas carreteras complicadas, muchas subidas y bajadas y curvas constantes. Los coches que alquila esta empresa no están preparados para esta isla, son coches de gama baja, con un mantenimiento nefasto, ralladas por todas partes y con problemas mecánicos. En mi caso alquilamos dos coches ya que éramos un grupo. Un KIA y un Renault Clio. El Clio era pésimo, no podía subir ninguna cuesta mas que en primera marcha, al segundo dia de alquiler no arranco y nos hicieron un cambio a otro Clio mas nuevo. Hasta aquí la parte buena de la experiencia, ahora empieza el drama: Al nuevo Clio, que funcionaba un poco mejor que el anterior, le chirriaban los frenos y temblaba como si se fuera a desmontar en cada bajada. A los 3 dias de que nos cambiaran el coche subiendo una de las tantas cuestas de madeira el coche empezó a perder potencia y nos paramos en el arcén para pedir ayuda a la compañía. Nos atendieron por teléfono y nos dijeron que era culpa nuestra y que habíamos roto el embrague, como si fuera lo mas normal del mundo romper un embrague en 3 días y 200km recorridos. No contentos con tratarnos así nos dieron la opción de cambiar el coche por otro pero había que pagar 1000 . Decidimos que no íbamos a pagarlo ya que no era nuestro fallo y la cosa se puso turbia. La persona al teléfono insista constantemente en que teníamos que pagar o seria peor, que vendría la policía, que tendríamos problemas legales y para colmo nos amenazo en que si no pagábamos, a parte de llevarse el coche y dejarnos tirados en la carretera nos denunciarían y no nos dejarían salir del país. El tono de esta persona aprecia amable y que realmente nos estaba haciendo un favor para que no tuviéramos problemas mas importantes con las autoridades o la justicia, pero todo eran mentiras. Al ser domingo no pudimos contactar con nadie que nos ayudara legalmente y la policía ningún agente hablaba otro idioma que no fuera portugués por los que la comunicacion era errática todo el rato. Con todo el miedo en el cuerpo y la coacción que este individuo aplico en nosotros decidimos que era mejor pagar y ya lo reclamaríamos una vez saliéramos del apuro. Vinieron, cobraron los 1000 en tarjeta y nos entregaron otro coche, también pésimo. Al dia siguiente teníamos que devolver ambos coches y nos dirigimos a la oficina de la compañía para presentar la reclamación e intentar hablar con algún responsable de lo sucedido para llegar a un acuerdo. Eso no fue posible ya que nadie estaba predispuesto a ayudar con ese problema, de hecho los trabajadores de la oficina no sabían donde meterse de la vergüenza ajena. Hablamos por teléfono con la misma persona del dia anterior y su respuesta fue: Ahora ya habéis pagado no es mi problema. No alquiléis ni una bicicleta a esta compañía porque el negocio de ellos es arreglar los fallos mecánicos a costa de los clientes y no realizar el mantenimiento adecuado para el buen funcionamiento de los coches. Nosotros vamos a emprender acciones legales contra esta compañía y no cesaremos hasta que paguen por la manipulación, coacción y mal rato que nos hicieron pasar en nuestra vacaciones. Es una vergüenza que estas empresas sigan funcionando y pero no quedaran impunes de estas acciones abusivas que hemos vivido.

Nie mehr werde ich hier etwas mieten! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Der im voraus bezahlter Roller war in einem desolaten Zustand (Unfall Fahrzeug, überall zerkratzt, die Verschalung musste ich zuerst wieder richtig befestigen). Zudem ein abgebrochener Rückspiegel, was mich schlussendlich dazu veranlasste, den Roller nicht zu akzeptieren. Da kein anderer Roller zur Verfügung stand, wurde der Mietvertrag anulliert. Kein Problem wurde mir gesagt, der vorausbezahlte Euro Betrag werde mir rückerstattet. Ich solle eine entsprechende e-mail senden. Einen Monat später, nach zwei e-mails und mehreren whatsapp habe ich weder eine Antwort, geschweige denn eine Rückerstattung erhalten!!! Meiden sie diesen Vermieter. Versprechungen werden nicht eingehalten und mein Roller war höchstens in einem knapp genügenden Fahrzustand!

Les prix sont intéressants mais le personnel est antipathique, irrespectueux des clients et menteur Ils cherchent à vous louer la catégorie au dessus, alors qu il leur reste bien des véhicules moins chers (preuve à l appui). Ayez une carte bancaire de CRÉDIT, sinon vous devrez payer le rachat de franchise. Conseil : louez leur une voiture en ligne (c est encore moins cher) et passez chez eux juste pour la récupérer.
Sehr einfache und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir waren etwas früher an der Mietstation, als ursprünglich vereinbart, daher war unser Auto auch noch nicht fertig. Die Mitarbeiter haben dennoch schnell das Auto organisiert, sodass wir früher losfahren konnten. Die Rückgabe war ebenfalls ohne Probleme. Super vielen Dank!!

Empfehle ich niemanden . Bei der Delphintour mal angesprochen das man danach wo anders hin will mit dem Auto. Direkt wurde uns 7m angeboten mit 5% rabatt . An sich ja toll mal günstiger zu fahren . Als wir vor ort waren wurde natürlich gefragt ob man für 20 die versicherung mit haben will ( haben es genommen , denn sicher ist sicher ) . Uns wurde gesagt wir habeb es für 24 h können es jederzeit abgeben . Dachten super dann bringen wir es um 0 uhr vorbei , da wir den tag darauf auf den Berg wollten um 6 uhr . Es wurde uns dann gesagt ne 0 uhr geht nicht haben bis 19 uhr nur auf . Stornierung gibt es auch nicht , versicherung erklärt bekam man auch nicht . Nach dem der typ uns das auto reserviert hat ist er verschwunden und niemand war mehr im laden zu sehen auch draußen nicht . Nächstes mal lieber mehr zahlen und eins nehmen was länger auf hat .

Today ( 11-28-23), I went to rent a HD Road Glide Limited, the same that I have in the States, I was very excited I brought my gloves and my Flash drive with my music, we travel to Madeira one a year to check on my father in law ( 96 years old) always we rent cars ( automatic for my wife) and motorcycle.( never with 7M) without any issues. I didnt receive d any help from the front desk person, I didnt have internet on my phone because I was using my company phone and was blocked,and the front desk want a picture of my passport ( I understand 100 %), but please I show him the picture, but he want by email, also want my father in law address ( where i stay) and email, please they are old people they dont have computer or internet in the house. Never when I rented a car someone asked for the address and the internet where I will stay. I told him why he need it, he got my Driver License and my Credit card ( $ 1500.00 deposit) The answer was go to rent at somewhere else They lost my business I was planning to rented the HD for 6 day I think he doesnt want to rent it Thanks,

Good service, Clean cars. Rented a motorbike and a car. But dont rent a Harley Davidson or an Indian if you have two as most of them are super uncomfortable for 2. Cars are great with some good eco friendly options. Friendly staff, but could do with a little better hand over and giving maps out of the island.

Vuokrasimme Auton täältä kahteen kertaan viikon aikana. Molemmilla kerroilla saimme uuden Ford Focus automaattivaihteisen auton. 2500km ja 1900km ajetut autot. Erinomaista palvelua ja ei mitään ongelmia ilmennyt. Suosittelen omasta kokemuksesta kyseistä vuokraamoa.

Excelente. Fiz a reserva online e tive um desconto de 10% num valor já bastante apelativo (paguei menos de 50 euros por 2 dias, já com seguro incluído). Tem a opção de pagar um seguro de 15 euros por dia, que ausenta a necessidade de caução, o que é excelente, pois nem toda a gente tem disponível 1000 euros para deixar numa caução quando vai de férias. Além do medo de haver alguma situação que faça a caução ficar na empresa. O carro estava em bom estado, achava que um Panda, mesmo com apenas 3 anos, para estes terrenos ia ser complicado mas nunca tive problemas e foi bastante econômico. Percorri a ilha toda em 2 dias, com 30 euros de gasolina. A pessoa que estava neste balcão do Marina shopping é super simpático e acessível, tornando todo o processo muito agradável. Excelente e extremamente recomendável.

When I arrived to pick up the car, it wasnt there. I waited for a while and then the agent told me I could go home and it would be delivered. I confirmed with him that it would be delivered to my address then walked home. We waited half an hour. I and my wife called several times each, including on the 24 hour hotline, but no-one picked up. I walked back to the agency again and asked him why it hadnt been delivered. He told me that I must be not good at hearing and denied having said anything about a delivery. He also refused to give me a refund, telling me I have to email his HQ.Thanks a lot. PS - Yura Yura - All cars are in good condition. All my cars have less than 30k - seriously? And Jenna, Oleksandr, Tomasz etc, youre on other 7M sites too. Youre not fakes are you?

Servizio consigliatissimo per il noleggio auto qui a Madeira, non abbiamo avuto problemi e speso la metà rispetto a rentalcars/europcar/hertz ecc.
Bremsen waren defekt. Auf der Autobahn fast gestorben. War nicht so cool.
Tourist rip off, false advertising, hidden fees and liars, I was charged 295 euros extra without explanation, made a complaint and no answer and another 200 the difference between what was advertised and claimed cost. Expect to wait 1-3h even with a reservation. In the same rental contract they had 2 franchise costs depending on which page you look on and another one on the papers and ads in the office. Also avoid if you do not speak portuguese, I tried to clarify the costs with the employee on the phone, unfortunately his english was just basic and could not explain anything. In case you have any issues with them just make an official complaint at the Direção-Geral do Consumidor (Directorate General for the Consumer). Though the front desk guys tried to be helpful. LE: Ok I will post the contract here as a photo in the evening. As I mentioned earlier. Double confirmation that you are liars. I will also add the photos with the different prices for same service. LE2: as the merchant is claiming I was not a client. See photos.
Péssimo serviço, diria mesmo que tramam os clientes com os contratos, sendo que excluem problemas de caixa de velocidades e embraiagem. Alugámos um carro e ao fim de 24h tivemos um problema de embraiagem e não nos emprestaram outro veículo alegando mau uso, num carro que circulou pouquíssimo nas nossas mãos, provavelmente o carro já não estaria em bom estado mas nunca podemos comprovar. Quando ligámos para a assistência foi-nos dito que iam ter connosco, um reboque e um carro que nos traria para uma rent a car da empresa onde nós esperava outro carro .Mas no momento da entrega disseram que teria sido negligência nossa. Carros com uso e pouca manutenção, aproveitam -de dos clientes. Fizemos reclamação na loja e na polícia.
Konnten uns sehr einfach ein Auto am selben Tag noch mieten. Die Preise sind generell etwas Teuer aber ein Auto selbst ist für die Insel sehr zu empfehlen. Sonst werden Taxi Fahrten auf Dauer sehr teuer wenn man die Insel sehen möchte. 68 für ein kleines Auto am Tag daher sehr zu verkraften. Das Auto haben wir für 2 Tage + 1 extra Tag gemietet (3 Tage). Abgabe ging auch sehr schnell.

The price was okay for the island and we did not have any problems. We booked online and rented a car for three days. Noone tried to trick us. Therefore, I can recommend it.
It took quite some time to be able to get our car. We only rented for 1 day, so waiting for 30 min is not cool. Seems like there is just 1 guy who everything has to go through. The other employees cannot answer any questions. Give the young employees a laptop so they can do data entry as well, and things can move faster.
We rented a car directly from this location, we choosed a fiat 500 cabrio electric. We didnt even think on choosing a cabrio or electric, but it was amazing. We had some challenges in when or where to charge it, but we manage to find a charging station close to us. Its using only 6kwh, so we needed to let the car 3-4 hours for a full charge. It was really fun to drive it on those narrow and high elevated streets. I would choose this company again when returning here. We choosed fully insurance and we didnt have any issues. For 800-900 km we had to pay around 45 for electricity.

Achtung Vertrag genau lesen. Schäden am Motor und dem Getriebe sind u.a. nicht abgedeckt und müssen vom Kunden bezahlt werden, dies wird nicht von den extra Versicherungen abgedeckt. Auto auf alle Fälle gründlich anschauen, Fotografieren und ggf. Schäden notieren lassen. Wir haben uns nachdem wir diese Gesichte Vorort von einem Pärchen angehört haben uns gegen ein Auto dieser Firma entscheiden.
Can definitely recommend. Great price to quality ratio. Without a car you would not be able to explore the vast majority of the island. Its also good to consider a stronger car than panda as its constantly uphill everywhere.
All was good. we booked online so no waiting. Car was older and probably needed little service but it did the job and took us everywhere we wanted without any hassle. Staff friendly. Definitely will use in future.
Rented mitsubishi spacestar, did not buy insurance from them, had my own, which helped me to save a lot. Th car was new, only 12 k , very econimical though sometimes not powerfull enough, it had a few minor scratches on the body and the wheel, everything was documented and I even recoreded a video, but on the return day it was not even checked properly, I also was worried because it was slightly dirty and they could charge me 15e cleaning fee, but it all went without problems, my deposit was return next day, would put 10 stars, just not possible to do so.

We rented two times, first time service was not good but everything worked fine. Second time tho, everything was awful. Car was booked for 9am, we got at the store 9:40am and waited more than an hour to finally get the car because they were cleaning it, and more people were waiting. Service was terrible/unprofessional, poor communication as they didn t make any effort to speak Portuguese slower and clearer, we ended up appealing for English. After one hour driving the car, a SmartForTwo, car simply turned off while we were stoped at a main road stop and go signal and it didn t turn on again, we could move it or do anything. We called their emergency number and again poor communication, it was hard to understand their instructions. We waited 1 hour until road assistance charged battery and moved the car out of a danger position, road assistance guys talked to the company and let us know they were coming with another car. After another 10 minutes they arrived with a different car. Returning the car, there were customers waiting in from of the store and two employees were on the next door chatting. We finally returned the car and didn t receive an apology of any kind from the store employees. We definitely do not recommend renting a car with them, service is very unprofessional that is not worthy the euros you may save.

I found this agency online and trusted the reviews, which were high enough to trust. However, my experience was really bad that I will not recommend this agency for renting car. I booked two cars online and the prices were different based on the car types. I booked Mitsubishi space star that was more expensive than fiat panda, however, the responsible guy said due to online booking, they can give us any available cars and gave us fiat panda. Both cars were really not suitable for 4 people in Madeira. Also, the booking process took about 2hours, so we had to change our plans for the day.

Aucun problème rencontré pour réserver notre voiture. Le personnel est sympathique, en revanche le temps d attente est un peu long car une seule personne est chargée a la fois de la partie administrative et de la vérification de l état de la voiture etc... Je recommande cependant car les prix sont raisonnables et les voitures sont en très bons état ! Remarque : Je conseille pour les personnes n ayant pas l habitude de conduire les boîtiers automatiques car beaucoup de montées très raides !

We have got better car for the same price. The service was fast and detailed on pick up day. Bruno was amazing, very kind and helpful . The car was in very good condition. Recommend.

We cant recommend this rent-a-car because they are cheating with insurance. We had paid online 15 euro for SCDW, but when we came to the office their staff told we should pay for SCDW once more because the first 15 euro were for the main office, not for him. We had to pay 15 euro because he refused to give us the car. After vacations we asked the main office about this case, they took our bank info and promised to give money back, but after two months we dont have money and they stopped answer any mails.
