Voiture très propre et personnel très sympathique. Check in and check out très rapide. Cependant, AD Rental comme la majorité des loueur à madère ont des prix d appels très intéressant, mais qui ne sont pas des prix réel à moins d être titulaire d une carte de crédit. (Existante principalement dans les pays anglo-saxons). Lorsque vous êtes titulaire d une carte de débit comme la majorité des européens. La société de location vous force à souscrire à leurs assurance. En effect, la pratique malhonnête est la suivante, le prix de la caution est de 1500 alors que la franchise est de 2500 . Ils ne peuvent donc pas être sur que vous avez 2500 sur votre compte et les cartes de débit de permettant pas un découvert de 1000 . Ils vous force à souscrire à l assurance tout dommage afin de ne pas avoir besoin de faire de dépôt de caution. Le prix final reste intéressant, nous avons payé 300 pour 6jours, (avec assurance, rassurante étant donné la largeur des routes à madère) pour un véhicule entré de gamme.

Anzitutto assicuratevi di avere una carta di un circuito da loro proposto, Visa o Mastercard per la franchigia: io nonostante avessi già stipulato unassicurazione con Booking ho dovuto comprarne lì una a parte, 210 euro per un settimana, più del prezzo della macchina affittata. La macchina che ci hanno dato era in riserva, già ripetutamente danneggiata e con i freni esausti. In più è molto scomodo rispetto ai noleggi che si possono fare in aeroporto, io pensavo di risparmiare qualcosa ma alla fine data lincompatibilità della carta ho pagato di più e con in più la corsa da pagare al tassista per farci portare dallaeroporto a lì e viceversa.

Die Herren von AD Car Rental waren pünktlich, freundlich und in ihrer Flexibilität für Sonderwünsche sehr professionell. Das ich für meine bereits zuvor abgeschlossene Versicherung noch ein zusätzliches Deposit von 1.500 zahlen musste, hat mich zunächst irritiert. Aber auch dies wurde nach der Rückgabe problemlos abgewickelt. Besonderer Bonus: Nach vorheriger Vereinbarung wird das Auto in Funchal zum Hotel gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswerte Firma, eventuell die Versicherung doch erst vor Ort bei denen abschließen (kostet annähernd das Gleiche), dann erspart man sich ein hohes Deposit, das die Creditkarte während des Urlaubs belasten könnte.

Die Autovermietung ist nur zu empfehlen. Sowohl Miete als auch Rückgabe werden schnell und problemlos abgewickelt. Das Personal war superfreundlich und die Preise echt top! Im Mietvertrag waren auch alle Vorschäden enthalten und die Dokumente wurden sofort per Mail zugeschickt. Die Rückgabe lief völlig unkompliziert, der obligatorische Fahrzeugcheck wurde sehr gut erklärt. Immer gerne wieder!

Been to Maderia 4 times now and this would be the worst car rental we have had to deal with since coming here. Straight up when showing up to collect the car they demanded 870 euro be withdrawn from our account to hold even though we had already paid for full coverage through our online booking. We settled this and then quickly noticed that the brake rotors must have been at their end-of-life span as the car shook through the steering wheel quite badly when trying to slow down. First day the battery failed, and they call out a response team and have just found they have deducted 292 euro from our account for this service, issue is the car automatically shuts down when stationary due to being Hybrid, as it did this for around 5-8 mins waiting for some road works to clear with ignition on this has drained the battery. Second wk in the car runs out of Add Blue so we had to fill this up after only using a quarter of tank of diesel. Three wks into the hire we had an oil light come on, we called them, and they have then asked if we can drive to their mechanics so we can service the car?? We also mentioned that the car did not lock, and their response was that the car was not new?? Will be back in 2025 but will stay clear from this operator........

Pick up and handover were easy. Car was sound and clean. Only issue was when asked where petrol stations were, we got a vague there s one just along there- there s plenty . Took about 20 minutes of driving around small streets trying to follow Google maps till we eventually found one. Why not just have a leaflet showing where the nearest one is?

Mietwagen wurde direkt ans Hotel gebracht von einer super netten Dame, es wurde alles nochmal erklärt und dann konnte man schon sofort los fahren. Die Abgabe war auch super einfach , Mietwagen einfach vor dem Hotel oder eine Straße weiter drunter abstellen ,und den Schlüssel am Empfang abgeben. Preise waren auch in Ordnung Immer wieder gerne :)

Odpov vlastníkovi - celý ivot ídím automobily s manuální p evodovkou, najel jsem vy í 100.000 km bez nehody a dovoluji si tvrdit, e adit umím. Toto auto, se svým motorem, je prost slabé a na Madeiru nevhodné. Nebo m lo závadu.

We received the car weve booked around 2 hours later than planned. As a compensation weve been offered to keep the car a day longer. Really professional. The car was in a really good condition and clean. Also returning was really easy and fast including full return of the deposit via credit card.

Beware of AD Rent a Car in Funchal, Madeira. They hit me with unexpected charges and claimed my credit card wasnt accepted, then charged 35 euros per day. Lack of transparency felt like a scam. Proceed with caution and clarify all terms before renting.

AD Car Rentals are a small and refreshing rental company to deal with in the Funchal area. They are the most caring and considerate rental company we have ever used. We rented for three days to travel around Madeira. The day before we were to pick up the car, they emailed and phone called to let us know there was a problem with the car. They were very polite and apologetic and could only offer a smaller car for the first day but would deliver to our hotel a top level upgrade for day two and three. Both cars were excellent condition and well cared for. This was a great way to deal with a customer and a great compromise ensuring a great holiday. A great company is not necessarily one that never has a problem: its a company that knows how to deal with a problem and provide top class customer service. This company is highly recommended and deserves your business.

Política de aluguer que dá a entender ser apenas para conseguir um encaixe financeiro maior, complicado pelo facto de apenas aceitar um cartão de crédito com o nome da pessoa que realizou a reserva, excluindo a possibilidade do cartão de crédito ser do cônjuge ainda que a conta seja de ambos, ou até mudar simplesmente os dados da reserva para uma outra pessoa presente com cartão de crédito em nome próprio. A única forma de desbloquear o processo para não perder a totalidade do dinheiro da reserva é adquirir mais um seguro que fica mais caro que todo o valor anteriormente investido. De salientar que solicitei como extra uma cadeira para criança, espanto o meu quando me apercebi, já após circular algum tempo com a viatura, que o equipamento não estava fixo apenas tinha sido colacado no banco de trás sem nenhum sistema de retenção a dar suporte. O levantamento e entrega directamente no aeroporto acresce um valor de 25 euros em cada um dos actos contrastando com outros serviços que disponibilizam viaturas próprias levar e/ou entregar os seus clientes. Má opção.

Wir hatten uns einen Fiat Panda gemietet, der für Madeira vollkommen ausreichend ist, vor allem war der Wagen ziemlich wendig und wir sind in die kleinste Parklücke gekommen. Es hat wunderbar mit der Übergabe geklappt und es waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Embora tudo tenha corrido de forma tranquila com o carro e o carro foi exatamente o que pedimos, toda a operação gerida pela Booking e intermediada pelo outro serviço parece um elaborado esquema para fazer as pessoas gastar o máximo possível de forma desleal em coisas que não estão a contar... todos se escudam num critério de utilização de um cartão de crédito em nome pessoal do condutor e recusam cartões de crédito com nome da empresa própria ou de familiar presente no local, como se ter o nome no cartão valesse alguma coisa... se não tem um com nome próprio, obrigam a contratação de um seguro caríssimo e desnecessário... enfim, não recomendo a intermediação por outra plataforma... de resto, nada a apontar em relação ao carro, mas gastei mais do triplo que tinha contratado, por uma tecnicalidade que dá a sensação de ser ensaiada e propositada... inclusivamente dizem que não somos os primeiros a que isto acontece e aliás é muito frequente... se isto não é mau serviço ao cliente, não sei o que é. Não fosse isso, os funcionários são simpáticos, disponíveis e prestaveis, com flexibilidade para horários. Infelizmente não pode ser uma critica boa, talvez não por culpa total da ADrental

Es war eine kleine rote Knutschkugel, die mich tapfer die Steigungen rauf und die Gefälle runter gebracht hat. Sie wurde mir in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben und ich habe nichts an dem Wagen auszusetzen. Auch brauchte ich keine Kaution zahlen und war von der Selbstbeteiligung frei. Es waren 500 spannende km über Madeira. Danke - Obrigado
