ESTAFADORES Y MENTIROSOS! El trato del momento de la reserva fue muy fácil y agradable! A la hora de devolver el coche estaban otros chicos, uno de ellos bajo y con gafas, fueron bastante maleducados y buscaban algo en el coche para que pagara de más, por suerte no pudo ser, todo estaba correcto por mi parte! Al llegar a mi ciudad de origen pasado unos días me hicieron un pago en mi tarjeta sin yo autorizarlo, a día de hoy sigo en contacto con mi banco para recuperar mis 70 Euros. La empresa sigue sin contestar, me obligarán a que sea todo más largo pero tendré que poner una denuncia penal por estafa! Se que a veces hacen estas cosas y se aprovechan de que seamos turistas, pero no deberíamos permitir que nos hagan estas cosas y menos sin el consentimiento! SOIS UNOS LADRONES Y ESTAFADORES! Evidentemente no todos los trabajadores, ya que el primer día un chico delgado me trató muy bien, pero como empresa sois una vergüenza!

Servizio da parte loro perfetto, gentilissimi, nonostante il nostro aereo abbia tardato 2 ore ci sono venuti a prendere un aeroporto in orario non banale. ESTAFADORES y LADRONES! Nos dieron un coche y nos explicaron todo muy bien, haciendo fotos en los daños del coche, explicando que la gasolina había que devolverla llena y que para cualquier problema había 3 teléfonos donde poder llamar y ser atendidos! Se dio la mala suerte de que nos pincharon 2 ruedas de coche, dándonos cuenta a las 05:30 horas, escribimos al teléfono de ayuda de ellos esperando a que cuando abrieran pudieran ayudarnos, pues tuvimos que estar llamando continuamente, a las 12:30 horas llegó la grúa y un chico de la compañía de alquiler, este chico no se esforzó nada por explicarnos, al revés que el chico que nos atendió el primer día, le comenté que llevaba toda la mañana sin coche, que no era normal habiendo avisado a las 06:00 horas, su contestación fue No es mi problema, yo no tendría que estar aquí , le dijimos que en todo caso es problema de la empresa de alquiler pero que tampoco nuestro, habíamos sufrido vandalismo en 2 ruedas y que pondríamos denuncia para evitar pagar los daños, ya que no fueron causados por nosotros, la respuesta de este chico fue No hace falta poner denuncia en la policía, tenéis que pagar igualmente ! No nos pareció muy normal pero el chico no estaba con ganas de ayudar mucho y tenía prisa, nos subió a un coche y nos llevó al taller donde vendría la grúa con nuestro coche. La conducción de este chico fue muy temeraria, avisándole varias veces de que no corriera tanto ni adelantara de esa forma, donde este chico no hizo ni caso! Una vez en el taller el chico habló con los del taller, diciéndoles que ya lo pagaríamos nosotros todo a través de ellos, el taller muy amables y legales nos explicaron que la agencia de coches nos haría pagar bastante más, así que decidimos pagar al taller las reparaciones directamente, pedimos la factura y con ellos perfecto! Eso sí, saliendo del taller a las 14:30 horas! El siguiente día devolvimos el coche y volvieron los problemas, les dijimos que habíamos pagado ya la reparación y comenzaron a decirnos que teníamos que pagar la limpieza del interior del coche, el cual estaba casi perfecta, al ver que no cedimos nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar la grúa del día anterior, donde les mostramos el contrato que ponía Asistencia en carretera 24 horas gratis , el chico empezó a ponerse nervioso y a decirnos que para ayudarnos y que llegara antes la grúa él llamó a otra grúa y claro hay que pagarla, nosotros nos negamos y le dijimos que desde las 06:00 horas, hasta las 14:30 horas estuvimos sin coche, habiendo pagado el día entero y que nosotros no pedimos ninguna otra grúa! Este chico finalmente nos obligaba a pagar la grúa para devolvernos la fianza, sin darnos ninguna factura y queriendo engañarnos continuamente! Para devolvernos la fianza tuvimos que pasar la tarjeta, la cual sin nuestro consentimiento se pagó la grúa inventada! Nos teníamos que ir al aeropuerto y se aprovecharon de esto! Marchamos sabiendo que nos habían querido estafar aún más y esperando al autobús para el aeropuerto nos encontramos a 3 policías, les explicamos lo sucedido y nos dijeron Os han engañado, además en Madeira la grúa es gratuita para ciudad y lo ha de cubrir y más si es por vandalismo Se ofrecieron a acompañarnos a la agencia de coches y hablar con ellos, pero teníamos mucha prisa de ir al aeropuerto! Una pena que ESTAFEN y ROBEN a los turistas de esta manera, la policía nos informó de cómo tramitar una reclamación por este hecho, cosa que haremos! Aún estamos esperando la factura del pago de la grúa al e-mail y al WhatsApp como prometió el chico de la agencia de coches! Son unos SINVERGÜENZAS! Se sabe cuando una compañía es buena cuando te pasa algo! Gracias al taller y a la policía por ayudarnos!

Estafadores. Cuidado que cuando devuelves el coche, te cobran sin emitir la factura ! Mentirosos ! No hay nada peor que defenderse con mentiras ! vamos a reclamar y a denunciar , y reclmaaremos el audio y los videos de la camara de vigilancia! Acordaros de guardar el audio y los videos !

First class. Faultless. As a solo traveller, I rented a little Fiat from the office in Funchal at short notice. Alfonso could not have been more helpful. The car was perfect for my needs (possibly a little under-powered if you are four adults) and it more than coped with the hills and twists and turns. A true warrior! We agreed drop-off at their (near) airport premises and Alfonso then took me in to the terminal... All was seamless. Cant recommend highly enough.

I had a great experience with AP rent a car Funchal. They were by far the cheapest but still offer great quality. I got a hybrid fiat panda 4x4 with 70hp which suited me well to go around the whole island. Car was also really efficient so fuel costs were low. Employees of AP rent a car were very nice and helpful from beginning to end. They explained everything about the car without rush. I was able to extend my car rental one day on short notice. They helped me fix a cab to go to the airport. All in all a great experience. If i ever had to hire a car again in Madeira, i would definetely go back here!

I am a young driver, but it was not my first time renting a car and I must say that it has never been so smooth and pleasant as here. One of the employees, Alfonso, helped us get a car for the next day, explained everything to us and told us a lot of useful information about the island and its interesting places. Il y a vraisemblablement à boire et à manger dans les agences de location de Madère. Celle-ci a fait le choix de grandir raisonnablement et propose un service dans un esprit familial et ultra honnête (vs. la très large concurrence). Pas de frais cachés, pas de caution insensée, pas de pression pour acheter une assurance supplémentaire XXL. Confiance absolue, ici on traite avec des humains. Merci pour lexpérience

Ritiro e consegna macchina perfetto. La macchina era una Toyota Aygo con la frizione un po ballerina, ma nessun problema nella guida per l isola di Madeira dove le strade sono piccole e in pendenza (meglio una macchina piccola quindi). Mi raccomando lasciate la macchina pulita altrimenti vi addebitano un costo pulizia. Nessun costo a priori per il pieno sulla corta ( presa con il pieno e ridata con il pieno). Non fatevi spaventare dalla loro minuzia per i dettagli, lo fanno solo perché sono una piccola compagnia.

These guys know their job. Very glad to have chosen this car rental. Communication has been easy and effective (very good English-speaking personnel), fast service, and paperwork done in seconds. One remark: be careful when you return the car, the information in Google Maps are wrong, the guys told me theyre waiting for update from Google since months already. Youve to enter Tv. da Malta from Rua 31 de Janeiro, its a 2-way street now from here (but not from the opposite side, on Rua do Visconte de Anadia).

Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience. We tried to book a car nearly on every rent-a-car site of Madeira and every company emailed us that they have no cars for our dates. Then we found this site, filled in all information including credit card info (cause it was obligatory) and the site showed the message that they have no cars for us. So we booked another car on another site but with 50% prepayment. As we arrived in the airport we found two companies were waiting for us with cars. Appeared that someone canceled their reservation and AP reserved a car for us and just sent the email. They were not trying to reach us, if we still need a car, even though they had our number. They just sent email that we had hundreds that day. So we missed this email because we didnt expect the car would be available on AP. I dont understand how could they book a car for us without our confirmation. They forced us to pay because they showed us our card information. So we had to pay them for nothing. We asked this company if we can pay for less days or change dates for us. But they didnt. We feel cheeted. So we don t recommend this car rental. Dear AP, we strongly recommend you to make sure your clients confirm a reservation before booking a car for them, if the car becomes available at some point.

Absolutely fantastic company. We arrived and realised that we needed a car so emailed AP. Very quick email response and they delivered the car by 10am the next day. The car was new and clean. They explained everything about insurance and driving in Madeira. (Full insurance is a must as it s a very interesting driving experience) On return a quick message to them and they picked the car up hassle free. Mi è piaciuto molto il servizio, la chiarezza sulle condizioni del contratto, le spiegazioni sullutilizzo del veicolo (in particolare di mettere anche la prima dove le discese sono molto ripide) e lambiente molto familiare. Lunica difficoltà per me è stata ritornare allagenzia, se si sbaglia la via bisogna fare un lungo giro prima di poter ritentare

I highly recommend it, the car was initially rented for 3 days, we were able to remotely extend the contract by one day without any problems. When collecting the car, all scratches, dents, etc. were marked in the contract, when we returned the car, we did not feel excessive control over the condition of the car, in fact, it could be said that only a glance was taken at it.

Zur vereinbarten Zeit war das Büro geschlossen. Mehrere Telefonate, unter beiden angegeben Nummern, waren erfolglos! Ein Kontakt via Mail war erfolgreich. Nach einer weiteren Stunde erschien niemand, obwohl es zugesagt war. Nach mehr als drei Stunden erfolgte eine Kontaktaufnahme via Telefon. Das Auto steht in einer halben Stunde zur Abholung bereit ?! Sogar ein Stern ist zu viel! Ich kann die Agentur nicht empfehlen.

The best car rental and best conditions in Madeira with insurance included. Super nice contact, responsiveness, client-friendly vibes. Paperwork done in no time. I was renting for probably 2 months in total, with 2 extensions during that time. At one point I had a minor concern with the car, and it was replaced immediately with a new car. In the end I had one small damage on a car, and it was not a problem at all. I wholeheartedly recommend this nice, local company - I would extend even more if not for cars being fully booked.

Top car which was fun to drive on the winding roads of Madeira. The Fiat was very economical and the rental was uncomplicated - exactly what we needed. The Owner went above and beyond by driving us to the airport free of charge after we brought back the car. I would highly recommend them!

Très bon accueil, ambiance familiale. La dépose de la voiture se fait dans un café au centre de Funchal. La location de voiture c est très bien passée. Ils sont très arrangeants sur les horaires. Et le fait de ne pas avoir de frais de Carte de crédit est un plus. Je recommande vivement.

Wir haben uns bei dieser Vermietung einen Mietwagen für einen Landausflug auf unserer Kreuzfahrt gemietet. Vom Kreuzfahrthafen aus braucht man zu Fuß etwa eine halbe Stunde in die Innenstadt, in welcher sich die Vermietung befindet. Die Abwicklung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert, sodass wir im Anschluss sofort mit unserer Inselrundfahrt starten konnten. Der Mietwagen war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden abends sogar wieder vom Vermieter zurück zum Kreuzfahrthafen gefahren. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

A car hire experience one rarely encounters (May 2019). Paulo and Andre were a joy to deal with, no fuss, completely accommodating in our request to drop off at the airport. Picked the car up at their office in downtown Funchal, very trustworthy. Not what you can say for a lot of car rental companies in Madeira. The hire cost was great value too, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a very warm welcome on my arrival, had done a pre booking therefore everything went smoothly. Great customer service, they were attentive to my enquiries, received few good pointers on special locations. Finished my rental without any headaches. Overall they made my holidays better as I could enjoy myself minus the annoyance of bureaucracy and paper work as they were nice and chilled people. Would definitely use it again. Thank you.

Central location, nice people and very inexpensive. However, I had booked a Toyota yaris online several days before and had had an email from a staff member confirming pick up times. On arrival, I was told that the website was out of date and only car available was a fiat panda 2018 , which was a car I was paying extra to avoid, since it was one of only two cars that had zero stars in the ncap testing. Ever. So use them but call before to check what you are getting.

Les tarifs ? ... ultra compétitifs ! Le véhicule ? ... impeccable et récent ! Cest le service qui fait souvent la différence entre les différents loueurs. Celui-ci est topissime : une voiture livrée à la descente du ferry, à 22h30 ... du jamais vu ! Une agence nomade et ultra-connectée, le tout associé à un contact personnalisé et de très haute qualité. Anglais ou espagnol parfaitement parlés, sourire permanent et sérieux évident etc. Mérite largement éloges et recommandation.

Hired a Fiat Panda from Andre and Paulo for 6 days. They were very professional and accommodating. I Had a blowout on a Tyre my fault and they supplied us with another car immediately. Perfect! We were apprehensive given the number of scams on Madeira. But this one is perfect. The nice seller. The Nikel car. Everything went well! With an affordable price. We had taken out comprehensive insurance. I recommend!

They are honest, quick and efficient, just make sure to make a reservation, and everything goes smoothly. If you are lucky, the nice owner of the coffee-bar next door will offer you an espresso thumbs up, would definetly rent a car here if i go to Madeira again.

I absolutely recommend this car rental. We were 100 % satisfied with both the car and the quality of service. Moreover, the price is unbeatable. We had rented a Fiat Panda - really cute car which can deal with the ubiquitous hills. Both rental guys are great and really helpful.
