5-star service. We rented the car without having to pay absurd deductibles, with full insurance. We arrived early and the employee got ready and arrived before the agreed pick-up time and was there at the agreed drop-off time. No problems. A super safe, clean, comfortable car that can climb the endless ramps. If I go back to Madeira, it will be with beblue. Thank you.
Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and there was no problem because they were waiting for us. When we returned the car we asked if we could return it 1h30m earlier and there was no problem. The car was clean and the child seats were already installed. They are friendly and efficient and have the best price.
Great rental company we couldn’t find a rental company with reasonable prices until this came up. At first thought it was too good to be true. We went picked up the car amazing service the car was great no problems at all. Would recommend
To be honest, I wouldn't recommend this car rental company. You can't complain about the price. Everything went well when we picked up the vehicle on site and everything went well when we returned it, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired. The service when we picked up our car was unfriendly and we didn't feel welcome. We were told very emphatically that the car was new and that we should bring it back clean. But the car wasn't new at all. The brakes were completely turned off, we were a little afraid that they would break while we were driving.
The service was super great. We were afraid of a tourist trap, but the people were very nice. Even if we had an issue with the car, they manage it super well and it was not because of them. Everything was clear, with no problem.
I really recommend this car rental company. Don't be afraid of a website that is only available in Portuguese. They speak English well. Cars are well maintained in competitive prices. I made a prepayment by money transfer before I arrived (with a discount). No credit card nor deposit needed. Reasonable insurance included in a price. Collet and return in 5 min each. The agent working in a shopping mall office is a very nice and professional person.
Be Blue was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier. We were given a very good car, a must for anyone wanting to explore the island's ups and downs. The person who welcomed us was very attentive and helpful. Congratulations!! Keep up the good work and we'll see you soon 😉
This was by far my best experience with a Rent a Car in many years. No waiting times, no queues, no deposit required, no attempts to upsell insurance or upgrades, no long paperwork. Pick and return = 10mins in total. I messed up with my arrival time at Madeira airport and arrived 2 hours earlier than my booking. Gave them a call and they promptly adjusted and had a nice Megane ready in minutes waiting for us in the car park. The agent and their support were 5 stars. Highly recommend.
Aluguer de carro sem complicações, optámos pela opção de pagar um extra para não ter de deixar depósito, foi-nos fornecido um Renault Captur em ótimas condições. Entrega e devolução no Aeroporto sem stress. Simpatia do senhor Carlos é um bónus. Não sou de fazer reviews mas desta vez teve de ser. Recomendo a 100%

Bonjour, jai prévus un voyage à Madère au mois de mai 2023. Jai réservé et effectué un paiement par virement bancaire depuis le 2 avril 2023 et depuis plus aucune nouvelle. Malgres ma confirmation de paiement envoyé 2 fois + un email demandant où en est ma réservation je nai eu aucune réponse. Est til possible davoir des informations ? Une réponse à mon mail ? La réservation est faite auprès du loueur en ventre ville. Je vous remercie

Recolha e entrega do carro no aeroporto do Funchal sem qualquer problema. Infelizmente tivemos um problema mecânico com o carro, a substituição foi incrivelmente eficaz e tudo correu lindamente. Super recomendado.
Uma agradável surpresa, andava aflito á procura de carro para alugar na Madeira(depois de 3 negas de outras firmas de aluguer, por não terem carro) quando dei com a Be blue e foi uma sorte pois além de terem carro não pediam caução e o carro que me atribuíram era muito bom (Nissan Juke). Entregaram-me e recolheram o carro no hotel(eu não quis no aeroporto) e correu tudo muito bem. A repetir.

I rented a car with this company and everything went very well. The car was delivered and picked up on time. No complications with deposits or credit cards. The car was practically new and in excellent condition.

Péssima experiência . Estou a 3 semanas para me que devolvam o valor que já paguei pois tive de cancelar a reserva ! Inadmissível . Não atendem as chamadas a vários dias.
Péssimo serviço. Faço a reserva on-line recebo a confirmação com o nr da reserva por email. Na hora do levantamento, alegaram nao ter conhecimento da reserva.. e 2h depois da hora combinada arranjaram uma rentcar que conseguisse assumir o serviço. Embora tenham ainda assim resolvido tarde e mal o meu caso, e por eu ter insistido e ter que ligar para vários números porque depois ja nao atendem o telefone. Quase me estragam as férias... Desaconselho.
