Top Anbieter- kleiner Familienbetrieb, den wir von unserem Host empfohlen bekommen haben. Mit Bring-Service zum Hotel/Flughafen. Die Ansprachen liefen via WhatsApp und sowohl Preiszusagen, Vertrag und Timing hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir hatten zuerst einen Dacia Lodgy ( dieser wurde später nochmal gegen eine Seat getauscht). Die Autos werden gewaschen und gepflegt übergeben, Versicherung und Selbstbeteiligung ist im Preis enthalten. João ist zuverlässig und hält mit unkomplizierten und echt tollen Service gegen die typischen Rentalsstores an.

Everything Perfect

Joao è stato gentilissimo e disponibile immediatamente quando, appena arrivati a Madeira, una nota agenzia di noleggio ci ha rifiutato di darci la macchina, peraltro già pagata. Per nostra fortuna ci è stato presentato lui, e malgrado piovesse a dirotto si è presento con la macchina scelta in poco tempo e senza carte di credito ma pagando in contanti ci ha letteralmente salvato le vacanze. Aluguei uma carrinha Dacia de 7 lugares, éramos 5 e queríamos espaço... Carrinha muito espaçosa e confortável, foi a todos os lugares que queríamos e nunca nos deixou ficar mal. Fomos a lugares como Pico do Arieiro, Eira do Serrado e pela ilha toda, nunca tivemos problema nenhum com o carro, seja pela força ou pelo seu tamanho. O Afonso foi muito disponível e partilhou connosco imensos lugares para visitar e também para comer. Ficamos todos muito satisfeitos com o aluguer.

Deux jours avant de partir nous avons eu un soucis avec la réservation ( nous étions introuvable dans le système ) léquipe a tout de suite réagit ( réponse par mail très rapide), nous avons fait une nouvelle réservation et ils se sont alignés sur le prix de départs. Nous avons eu à faire à Pedro, très disponible et joignable nimporte quand. Nous avons eu une Dacia lodgy pour deux ... Voiture impeccable pour arpenter lîle ( deux voyants oranges allumés mais encore une fois Pedro était joignable et nous a rassuré simple défaut capteur). On vous livre la voiture sur le parking de laéroport et vous la restituez au même endroit même très tôt le matin (3h30 pour nous) . Tout était parfait ! Nous referons appel a cette société pour notre prochaine fois à Madère

They pick you up at the airport and collect the car wherever you need to and no fee for the service at all. Excellent service, good price. We received a lot of tips from Alex about Madeira. Overall we were looked after like no other company would. Very personal approach, car delivered to the address we were staying at (our preference) even with a lift to the airport at the end. The car was also in good condition. You cannot get this level of service with any of the airport rental companies.

STOP MET ZOEKEN EN BOEK HIER !!!!! Onze eerste contacten en afspraken met Alex verliepen via Whatsapp... We hadden dadelijk een heel goed gevoel. Zijn aanpak sprak ons dadelijk aan. Voor 10 dagen huurden we de Suzuki Jimmy voor een ZEER degelijk prijs. Geen gedoe met voorafbetalingen en dergelijke. Je vermeldt u vluchtnummer en je auto staat klaar op de parking van de luchthaven. Je krijgt een korte uitleg over het voertuig en je avontuur kan starten. Bij het huiswaarts keren spraken we af op een Meetingpoint, waarna Alex ons netjes voor de deur van de luchthaven dropte. Zit je met vragen tijdens u verblijf in Madeira...stel je vraag via Whatsapp en Alex antwoordt je binnen de 10 minuten. We hebben een super vakantie gehad. Bedankt aan Alex en Jimmy.

À nôtre arrivée à laéroport, nous navons pas eu le choix que de souscrire une assurance sinon nous devions payer une franchise de 1000euros. Évidemment, lors de la réservation via le site internet il na jamais été question de cela. Nous avions choisi cette société de location pensant pouvoir éviter ce genre de problème, cest raté.

We arrived from the airport tired as our flight was delayed. Initially I was nervous to drive being in a different country. Not only did Alex return to ensure that we were ok, but he was also patient and polite. He is an asset to the company and provided excellent customer service. The car drove smoothly no issues and was practically new. We will be returning to Madeira in the future and will definitely use Beautiful Madeira Car when we return.

If you want to hire a car on Madeira, look no further. Alex and John have some great cars and the prices are great too! Nothing is too much trouble with these guys, and theyre there at the drop of a hat if you need them. Alex m a même proposé de récupérer le véhicule à ma location car je m étais trompée dans la réservation ! Great service and car in great condition! Joao was very helpful during our stay in Madeira, he picked us from the airport and he even let us return the car very early on our departure day, which saved us a lot of time and trouble. Totally recommend and would use again!

The car was in perfect condition and very convenient. João was very helpful and polite. The price was reasonable and he even let us return the car 5:00 o clock in the morning at the airport! He saved the day! I definitely recommend this office and we will rent again from them next time in Madeira!

This place is the most recommended for car rental. They gave me the cheapest price but my recommendation is not for this, but for the human factor. Joao and Alex are the nicest people, welcoming, friendly and always ready to help regardless of time or location. I strongly recommend you give them a call and rent car through them. I have rented our car from them for 6 months! But then bought my own... Thanks you guys!!!

Personnel très aimable qui travaille à l amiable, en toute confiance. La location fonctionne avec une caution que vous récupérez si vous n avez pas fait de dégat. Nous avons eu une petite Suzuki 4x4, en mode aventure, un modèle qui nous a bien plû sur les routes très raides de Madère.

Fantastic service the car was delivered to our hotel very quick paperwork. The car was very good and just what we needed. we arranged to drop off at the airport and I was a bit worried about where to meet. There was no need John was stud at the top of the ramp at departures waiting for us. The whole experience was fantastic we will defiantly be back to Madeira and booking another car.

Amazing place and people. Used couple of times. Every time everything was perfect. The rental process is simple and problem free. You can pay with a credit card. Communication is great and delivery always on time. Cars are in perfect technical condition and delivered very clean. Last time we had an accident on the highway, some reckless driver rear ended our panda. The car was wrecked and my wife and daughter were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Handling of the situation by the company was exceptional. Replacement car was brought to the hospital within 2 hours and additionally we received bottles of water, cookies and lollipop for my daughter. Simply amazing. I highly recommend this rent a car to everyone.
