Queste sono le 5 stelle che si meritano. Hanno reso quella vacanza estremamente piacevole. Mai noleggiato una macchina con così tanta facilità. Il veicolo che abbiamo noleggiato era praticamente nuovo, pulitissimo. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato puntuale e professionale. Io sicuramente tornerò e non vedo l ora.

Made a reservation a week prior to our trip. Plane was landing at 10:00 AM, we put the pickup time at 12:00PM accounting for the possible delay in landing. CarRentMadeira agent Joao contacted us day before, suggesting we provide the flight number so that he can track it and wait for us with the car as soon as the plane lands. Everything went smoothly and we got our car without any fuss. Joao was very pleasant and informative, and the car (Toyota Yaris) was in excellent condition and served us very well for a week of exploring the island. The car was perfect for the island and only a few weeks old; with it being a hybrid we only had to fuel up once, at the end of our trip. We rented a Yaris Hybrid for 6 days to tour the island. The car was absolutely fine, no problems on the hills. We met agents at the airport for both pickup and drop off, which was real helpful. Car was clean and well maintained. Communication with the company and the rental process went smoothly. We will rent again here when we return to the island.

Experience was great renting from CarRentMadeira. Car was exactly as described - a Toyota Yaris, automatic, with a usb port for CarPlay connection for google maps. We were met at the airport by Joao upon arrival and walked to the adjacent parking lot to sign the rental agreement and give payment and then dropped the car off at departures lane at the agreed drop off time. No hassels, no surprises. Car handled all hills without issue.

Booked vehicle for holiday arrival time 23.30 there was no upfront payment which was a little worrying as to whether there would be a vehicle, but there was and price I had been given was what I paid £234 including full Insurance no hidden or added charges would and will book with them again

João was great, delivery of the car was prompt and well communicated. He was super friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The car itself was in good condition, super clean and had the expected sat nav extra (apple & android play etc). We got a basic Toyota Yaris, despite it being a learning curve getting used to the steep hills on the island the car handled really well. The smaller size also meant it was much less stressful driving through some of the narrower streets! The full insurance meant we had peace of mind and didnt have to faff with the deposits etc. All in all great experience and will be absolutely using CarRentMadeira again when we go back!

We rented a toyota yaris for almost two weeks. Handover and return was at the airport smooth and fast, communication was very professional. The car was new, clean, with AppleCar and hill start assist (which is very helpful on Madeira!) and of course full insurance included. Great expirence!

The price for a second driver is approximately 1/4 the cost of others big companies They deliver the car to your place at 1/2 the cost of others. Their delivery is prompt. Their weppage has clarity for thee rental. My experience was a smooth rental without a woued mind.

I rented the Toyota Yaris from Joao for two weeks. What I liked about this service was that I didn t need a credit card which is necessary for most car rental services. Also there is no excess charge. I had an amazing time exploring the beautiful island of Madeira. The car was in brilliant condition, both physically and mechanically and Joao was helpful with any questions. I really recommend this 115bhp car for the steep hills of Madeira. It took me everywhere I wanted to go. I will certainly rent from Joao again when I return to Madeira Obrigado!

We rented a car for 8 days and the service was great! As we did not have a credit card we decided to go for CarRentMadeira because they also accept debit cards - which is really nice compared to some other competitors. We also did not want to purchase any additional insurance packages so it was nice that everything was included instantly. Made everything way more relaxing :) We arrived around midday and one friendly employee waited at the airport to give us the car. Communication went through WhatsApp and was super easy! The whole process did not even last 10 minutes. The car was in good condition and did the job. Nothing fancy but that was what we were looking for anyway. Unfortunately our flight back was scheduled for 4am. Though one employee waited at the airport and we could still return the car at the airport! I am extremely satisfied with the service and can truly recommend it! Just the smoothness of the whole experience is great compared to most other car rental places. So if you do not want to bother with anything I would recommend this place. Would definitely chose this place again for another Madeira trip!

Our situation was quite last-minute, as we hadnt pre-booked any rentals, but thankfully, the company came through for us without any hassle. Within just two hours, they provided us with a car that perfectly met our needs. We opted for a Toyota Yaris, which we rented for six days at a reasonable rate of approximately 55 euros per day (including full insurance coverage). The car itself was in impeccable condition, appearing as if it were brand new. There were no scratches or dirt, and it certainly didnt show any signs of previous rentals. It was a delight to drive. The person who assisted us during the rental process was friendly and fair, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. To top it off, he even drove the car to our hotel, saving us the trouble of arranging transportation. The payment process was quick and convenient as well. Eine Autovermietung, wo es nichts zu beanstanden gibt. Ich hatte in einer Woche 2 Fahrzeuge gemietet, beide waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Anmietung erfolgt hier ohne Papierkram, alles wird digital erledigt. Eine Vollversicherung ist hier ebenfalls selbstverständlich. Das Auto wurde kostenlos ins Hotel geliefert und wieder abgeholt vom sehr freundlichen Joao Castro.
