Our hotel organised this rental company for us as the majority of other places were sold out. The company collected us at our hotel and drove us to their compound where we collected an automatic Opel Corsa. They had been sold out of the majority of cheaper cars however, I recommend paying extra for an automatic and also a bigger engine as the hills in Madeira are quite steep (we seen a lot of smaller rental cars having clutch issues on the sides of the road). The company stated their preferred if we paid in cash, and they did not take a deposit for the vehicle. The only thing is I would have preferred if the car had maps working on it but it was no major issue. We were staying near the rental agency and that allowed us to park the car for free there during the night or during the day. This was very handy as street parking wasn’t always easy to get (however, the car can only be accessed from the car park during the working hours of the company so roughly 9am-6pm). We did photograph any damage to the vehicle beforehand but the company was easy going and had no issues with the vehicle upon dropping it back. I would recommend this company and will definitely use it again.
Got a Fiat Panda and the (very nice) lady actually said „sorry“. I quote her: „I hate that car too“ THEN STOP RENTING IT OUT! Said Bluetooth on the flyer, didn’t have it. Tank half - half so you’ll loose some money. On the other hand I’ve driven more time flat out in 5 days as I had all my life before together because the car hat soooo much power on this so very flat (and beautiful) island.
AVOID! TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Turned up late. Would only take cash (hmm!!) & very rude service. Tried to overcharge for fuel Car broke down after just 2 hrs. Had to wait by side of the road for hours for someone to come and fix it by which time we didn't have time to do the things we planned. No apology. AVOID!
Full recommendations on that one. No deposit needed, car was delivered to hotel and also picked up. Smart was nice, clean, everything was working.
Excellent service! We were in Madeira in the high season and after many calls we could find this company which still had one available car. The car rented was brought to our hotel and was picked up at the end of our stay at the hotel again. Very efficient & friendly service. A big thanks to Marta, who was such a nice person!
If you have a chance, dont pick a car at the airport and pick it at funchal with futuro. Most of the rent a cars dont give you the deposit back even in the case you never made a scratch to the car. Futuro doesnt trick or cheat you with the deposit because there is no deposit. Just be respectful with the car and they will give you the best service without any unwanted surprises . Car had only 30.000 kms and was in perfect condition.
Had two cars, first a SMART with worn suspensions, after complaint they gave me an upgrade and swapped to a bigger car, but had similar problems on rough Madeira roads, very noisy because of worn suspension bushes. Not only noisy but also quite risky.Seems that maintenance has no priority.
10/10, had an issue with our first car but they exchanged it for a similar car no problem at all. Great prices with insurance already included and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone!
Wir haben nach einem Wagen mit Automatik für 4 Personen für 4 Tage gefragt und erhielten einen fast neuen Opel Corsa. Eignete sich ausgezeichnet für die Insel. Der Preis war verhandelbar und dann für uns ok, alle Versicherungen inklusive, keine Tricks. Wir haben den Tank etwas voller zurückgegeben als erhalten, was für uns ok war, alle Optionen standen offen. Rückgabe des Schlüssels an der Hotelrezeption. Fazit: freundliche Beratung, gutes Auto, hier würden wir wieder ausleihen.
PESSIMA ESPERIENZA Ho pagato ben 85,50 x poche ore. Mi hanno dato una Fiat Punto che non aveva ripresa in salita con serbatoio in riserva. Ho messo 20 di gasolio ed ho fatto al massimo 10km x poi riportarla indietro, perché lauto era del tutto inaffidabile. Ho chiesto almeno il 50% di rimborso dei 20 e non mi hanno dato neanche quello. È vergognoso che vengano fatte tariffe giornaliere così alte x auto indecenti. 85,50 sono tanti soldi x un giorno. Anna Diaferia
Réservé la veille service rapide et reprise de la voiture à lhôtel. Assurance comprise pas de caution. Peu dessence au départ difficile de retourner le véhicule avec la même quantité ! Ils sont gagnants à tous les coups !
Réservation faite sur simple échange mail, sans caution préalable. Javais demandé une mise à disposition du véhicule et restitution à laéroport (la personne était en retard, donc petit coup de stress ne voyant pas de pancarte à mon nom à larrivée). Puis signature du contrat, paiment CB (prix annoncé dans le mail) et remise des clés directement sur le parking de laéroport. Aucun état des lieux du véhicule ni avant ni après (restitution autonome sur le même parking avec la clé à déposer simplement dans le coffre). Pas facile de remettre le véhicule au même niveau dessence, donc pas besoin forcément de faire le plein car lile est petite.

Enviamos pedido de aluguer online e fomos rapidamente contactadas para sermos informadas das condições e dos carros disponíveis. Compramos seguro extra, para que não tivéssemos qualquer preocupação, o que se verificou. Recolhemos o carro na Loja Lido, e entregamos no aeroporto, mais uma vez sem qualquer complicação, com máxima confiança e interesse em saber a experiência. O carro foi um Opel Corsa de 2017, classe D. Se voltarmos, será sem dúvida a nossa escolha. Super satisfeitas com a equipa e com a experiência.
Unfaire tankregelung und das auto war beschädigt

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht und sehr unfaire Tankregelung. Einen Toyota Yaris mit knapp 75.000 Kilometern bekommen. Das Auto war in einem schlechten Zustand. Viele Dellen, Kratzer, Teile des Außenspiegel haben gefehlt. Eines der Fahrlichter war defekt, darauf wurden wir jedoch nicht hingewiesen. Da es leider keine anderen Mietwagen mehr gab, mussten wir damit leben. Auto hatte einen halb vollen Tank, dieser sollte fast Leer zurückgebracht werden. Hierfür wurden 20 Euro fällig. Statt um 9:30 Uhr kam die gute Dame um 10:00 Uhr. Alles im allen nicht wieder.
Hatten auf unsere Buchung eine Reservation per E-Mail bekommen , Abholung 9.00h. Büro war geschlossen. Nach zwei Telefonaten 9.30h: alle Mietwagen ausgebucht! Keine Alternativen angeboten. Sehr sehr ärgerlich!
Verleihfirma in Funchal am Hafen ist sehr schwer zu finden. Kein Schild . Meine Reservierung wurde trotz 2maliger Nachfrage nicht bestätigt. Keine Adresse und keine Telefonnummer, nur die Angabe Harbour Store. Dann wollten sie auch noch 1350 Euro Kaution für einen Fiat Panda haben. Der Tank war auch nur 1/4 voll. Außerdem ist der Store nicht immer besetzt. Wir werden bei Futoro kein Auto mehr bestellen.
Wir haben ein Auto im Zuge einer Kreuzfahrt vorab angemietet. Unkomplizierte Anmietung, sofortige schriftliche Bestätigung. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal bei der Abholung. Büro befindet sich direkt am Hafen, schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das angemietete Fahrzeug befand sich in einem guten Zustand. Auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Die Rückgabe war einfach und problemlos.
Wir waren in einer Filiale etwas weiter auswärts, das war toll wir haben ein super Angebot für 10 Tage bekommen inklusive Follkasko kein Selbstbehalt und am letzten Tag holen die den Wagen sogar kostenfrei im Hotel ab. Toller Service
Schnell, freundlich.
Nach dem wir bei mehreren Autovermietern nach Preisen und ein einer bezahlen Vollkasoversicherung erkundigt haben, sind wir hier gelandet. Mit 40 Euro am Tag ist der Fiat 500 zwar kein Schnäppchen aber, dass Auto ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, wir wurden vernünftig beraten und man hat nicht versucht uns über den Tisch zu ziehen.

Super expérience ! Déjà la deuxième location de smart cabrio et comme la première fois, cettai super. La première fois la location a été refusé par europcar à la vue de mon âge 19 ans. Ce qui na posé aucun problème à futuro qui ont pu me dépanner et dans lheure. Le plus lassurance tous risques, (pas de caution et aucun souci avec la voiture même pas besoin de faire le tour du véhicule avant ni après). De plus il dispose dun service de récupération du véhicule à laéroport qui est super pratique.
Wir hatten uns über das Hotel bei Futuro einen Kleinwagen ausgeliehen. Der wurde am nächsten Tag direkt zum Hotel gebracht. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war für uns in Ordnung. Das Auto war zuverlässig und hat uns gute Dienste erwiesen. Wir würden wieder bei Futuro ein Auto mieten.

En urgence Nous avions demandé une Opel corsa par le biais de la réception de l hôtel et nous avons eu une fiat panda pour le même prix mais ce véhicule est d une catégorie supérieure. Arnaque donc fuyez cette agence.

Die Autovermietung Futuro können wir nicht empfehlen. Auto war ok, aber wir haben es nur mit halbvollen Tank bekommen und sollten es auch mit halbvollem Tank zurückgeben, was wegen klemmender Anzeige nicht funktioniert hat und mich ca. 7 mehr gekostet hat. Außerdem wurde von uns vorher noch 20 Benzinkaution eingefordert, die wir nur durch energische Proteste an der Rezeption unseres Hotels wiederbekommen habe. Wären wir morgens abgereist, wäre das Geld weggewesen, ich würde bei denen kein zweites Mal buchen.
Keurig verhuurbedrijf, voor 65 euro per dag een nette auto gehuurd. Huursom betaald per pin bij afhalen, geen borg. Inclusief alle verzekeringen. Niets op aan te merken.
Dlugo szukalem dobrej wypozyczalni gdzie nie bedzie ukrytych kosztow wraz z ubezpieczeniem na wszystko (nawet jak spadnie kamyczek ze skaly to nie odpawiadam). Cenowo - najlepsza, samochody maja nowe, my mielismy opla corse w dieselu 1,3 i radzil sobie znakomicie w terenie a zjezdzilismy cala wyspe. Pokecam futuro i Pania Susane ktora nas obslugiwala :))
