Tout simplement la meilleure expérience de location vécue. Voiture disponible à larrivée de laéroport sur la parking. Prise en charge avec un employé très sympathique (également au retour, toujours à laéroport). On sent que ce nest pas une entreprise qui cherche à récupérer de largent pour la moindre rayure comme avec dautres agences ... Ici lexpérience client prime, on cherche à rendre le séjour agréable ! Je recommande vivement. Voiture propre et fonctionnelle. PS : pour une semaine à Madère, privilégiez une voiture automatique avec un minimum de puissance. Cela a rendu le séjour beaucoup plus pratique car les routes à Madère sont casiement toutes bien en pente !

we were supposed to return the car with 7 sections, we returned it with 6.8. They charged us 8.50 EUR for 0.2 liters of gasoline. They made us wait both when we received and returned the car. It is inconvenient to wait for something all the time.

We had a Kia picanto for 4 days. The car was more than enough capable of being driven on the island and it was much newer than i expected. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you any time. They even gave us recomandations of where to eat and what to see. I will 100% go with them again.

The 5 star reviews are real. These guys are by far the best car rental company Ive used. They are very friendly and highly responsive, all the pickup and dropoff was arranged perfectly over WhatsApp. Not only was it super quick and easy to pickup the car, the guys bent over backwards to sort me out with car exchange after a couple of days (nothing wrong with the car, it was brand new, I just didnt want a manual in Madeira!). Very friendly and great service! The pick-up can be arranged anywhere in Funchal center. Fast communication and respect. Only thing they ask is that you communicate if anything is wrong and they ll provide further instructions on how to proceed. Which is entirely reasonable. For example because of the steep hills, even when using engine braking extensively, the brakes of the car overheated and started to squeal. We stopped and waited for them to cool off and contacted them. They confirmed that it s something normal because of the steep hills, and that we proceeded correctly by stopping and waiting. Drop-off was smooth with no issues.

I rented a car from RentADrive family for 5 days during September 2024. The booking process was via Whatsapp and it was so smooth, easy & CLEAR and straightforward for me. There was no hidden fees or confusing language. Pick-up and drop-off was at the airport at my landing/ departure time, this was very helpful since i didn t have to get a taxi or uber to go to their office. The family were very helpful and friendly they genuinely try to make the process as fast and easy as possible. The cost was fair. Overall i had a very pleasant experience, i would definitely recommend this car rental to all my friends and family who plan to visit Madeira.

Ero molto preoccupata di affittare una macchina a Madeira in quanto molte compagnie sono mal recensite. I fully recommend this rental company. The service is professional. The formalities are limited to a minimum. During the pick-up, a protocol is prepared in which the places where the car is scratched are marked. Delivery and pick-up of the car to the airport is free. The costs of renting with full insurance were really low compared to other rental companies. The car was fully functional, clean, and did not cause any problems. Next time I will definitely use the offer of this rental company.

I have rented cars in many countries around the world but my experience with RentADrive was the best car rental customer experience I have had, they are so accommodating, meeting us with the car at our hotel, being contactable at all times and quick to respond, we were so happy we picked this company who made our holiday experience so much better and easier. WE AGREED ON FULL INSURANCE, THAT IN REALITY WAS: EITHER YOU AGREE TO COVER UP TO A 900 EUR DAMAGE OR YOU ARE BEING LEFT IN MADEIRA WITHOUT A CAR IN HIGH SEASON. I dont feel the best that I will be the first one to leave a rating less than 5 stars, but if I ever come to Madeira again, I would not rent a car with RentADrive and I think 2 stars I leave, require and explanation. I asked if the company had full insurance. I was informed I will have a full insurance, no deductible and even the things that werent included in the insurance, were all listed in the email, so I felt safe I know exactly what is covered and what is not. I came to collect the car. The owner said that the insurance is a full insurance, but it suddenly didnt cover avoidable accidents. He said that for example: scratching the car during parking or during driving into a narrow road isnt covered, because it was my choice to drive into a narrow road or park somewhere, so the scratch couldve ben avoided. He said that I will have to pay up to 900 euro (!) for an avoidable damage. That is NOT what full insurance means! The owner said that if I am not okay with that, he can take the car and I dont have to rent it. What was I supposed to do? Be left in Madeira for a week in high season without a car? I took the car, but I was stressing about it during the whole trip. Anyone who has been to Madeira knows that the roads are very steep, narrow and sometimes a scratch isnt something you can avoid and this was the whole point of booking a car in a rental place that claimed they have full insurance (I even additionally insured windows, tires and mirrors). The owner claimed that in Madeira no insurer gives you a full insurance. Luckily, I have a friend who rents cars in Madeira (but she unfortunately was out of rental cars the week we were there). I called her and asked about it and she said that her cars are fully insured for everything, including scratches or anything avoidable. This is why I would not reccommend to book a car with RentADrive. The owner was very frindly, the communication was great and the car was in a good condition, but when there is an agreement on full insurance, I expect to get a full insurance and not to be offered paying up to 900 euros for a scratch or being left last minute without a car if I dont agree.

Simply amazing! This was the first time we rented a car and Pedro and Nino made everything so easy! When we booked the car we talked to Pedro, who gave us so much confidence and good vibes all the time. Then we met Nino, who gave us a super nice car that took us wherever we wanted on the island. The car was clean, new and the perfect choice for us. Nino was so nice all the time, he went beyond being only a car provider, he was a guide and he was always ready to offer any kind of information, be it related to the car or to the best restaurant on the island. Me and my wife went on a trip to Madeira and one of the good things we did is getting a car from RentADrive. Not only were the cars in good condition (almost brand new), but their service was amazing. When we arrived to Madeira, they were waiting us when we exited the airport. So we didnt need to wait in a line to get a car and go somewhere to pick it up. Also, when we gave our car away then they were kind enough to pick it up themselves, so it was very convenient for us. Lastly, on our departure day, they were kind enough to drive us to airport. Their team was easy to reach out, friendly and left a very nice impression to us. I had a Seat Ibiza FR, 150 hp. The car was very nice, perfect for Madeira roads and very powerfull for the hills that are there. I would recommend a small car with a lot of power because most of the tile you will be going up and down the mountains.

We travel quite often and have had various experiences with car rental companies. In general weve got used to not having too high expectations. Our experience with RentADrive in Madeira was all the more fantastic. We rented the car with our family for 10 days and were not only very happy with the car, but also with the whole process. The car was delivered to us directly in front of the exit from the airport. We were also able to return the car there at the end of the trip. The communication with the companys representative Pedro was second to none: always available (even late at night), reliable and extremely friendly and helpful. When returning the car, for example, I realized that I had accidentally taken the key from our accommodation with me. Pedro immediately offered to return the key to the landlord and refused to accept any compensation for this extra service. Overall, the best experience we have had so far with car rental companies and I really cant imagine it being any better. We are very grateful to Pedro and his team who contributed to our relaxing holiday. We highly recommend the company and would love to come back!

Die Übergabe fand direkt am Parkplatz gegenüber des Flughafens statt. Kein Anstehen, einfache Bezahlung der Restsumme. Die Rückgabe lief ähnlich unkompliziert. Ich war mit Auto und Service vollumfänglich zufrieden. Volle Weiterempfehlung.

This was our best experience with the renting car so far. Great price, with full insurance there is no need of credit card or deposit. Pedro waited for us at the airport even though we had 5 hours delay. There is something special about him, I was really stressed about the delay and bad weather and he calmed me down with few nice words and tips :). I didnt expect so steep declines on the road, I didnt use engine enough for braking, so on the second day our brakes overheated. I wrote Pedro and they managed to come to check the brakes to our apartment in really short time and they come with the new car as a replacement. But at the end replacement was not necessary. :) They provide the best service possible and they are super nice. Highly recommended :).

We rented a car in November with Pedro and Nino and our experience was absolutely perfect! Upon delivery, Pedro filled out a very detailed form of the car even though we had opted for full insurance; we absolutely appreciated this aspect as it was for us an indication of great professionalism. This is the best car rental experience I ve ever had. I booked the car 5 months before the trip and the entire experience was outstanding. Nino provided a personalized experience, making sure the car pick up and drop off was effortless. He went above and beyond when our flight got canceled on our way home due to weather conditions and offered us assistance in booking hotels and even went to pick us up at the airport to drive us to the hotel because there were no taxis at the airport as all the flights were canceled. The car we rented was in perfect conditions and he chose a car that fitted our needs for our stay. I cannot recommend this company enough. 10/10 without a doubt, chose this company when booking your stay in Madeira.

NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.......We had special requests when booking, we were denied landing twice at the airport and arrived a day late and, we damaged the car, all beyond the control of RentADrive. The owner Pedro and his son Nino had our back at every step of the way, and supported us thoughout our troubled stay. WhatsApp messages were answered in seconds and Pedro was very concerned about our wellbeing when we reported the damage. I have rented many hundreds of cars in my professional career, but I have never ever experienced customer service like this. I will always use RentADrive in the future. As an aside, the company is a father and son team and they speak flawless English, the car was clean and excellent value for money. Perfect in every way.

The best car rental company on the island, look no further :). Excellent communication on WhatsApp, super fast response even in the middle of the night. Arrived a day later than agreed, Pedro dealt with us and was helpful even when we changed our arrival time several times. Overall a very personal, friendly and nice approach. We will definitely use the service on our next trip . Car in super condition, clean, solid gas consumption :-). Driving an automat in Madeira is also very comfortable. We wanted to do as much as possible in 4 days, we drove over 500 kilometers around the island and over the mountains. There wasnt a single problem. Five out of five.

We rent a car for 9 days in Madeira with RentADrive agency, everything was perfect and the price very competitive. They are used to take contact via WhatsApp for pick up and drop off and this simplify the rental. Nino and his father Pedro (who run the agency) are lovely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Se dovete affittare una macchina a Madeira scegliete loro. Sono efficienti e super gentili. Fin da prima il nostro arrivo sono stati in contatto via chat per ogni evenienza e per contattarci in caso di qualche variazione( nel nostro caso ci hanno informato che avrebbero dovuto fare un cambio macchina per mancanza disponibilità a costo zero ovviamente). La lingua non è un problema perché parlano perfettamente inglese per cui altro punto a favore! Si può richiedere in modo del tutto gratuito la consegna della macchina direttamente in aeroporto, a qualsiasi ora, e per il pagamento arrivano direttamente con il POS per cui nessun problema a livello di pagamenti, non da trascurare questo aspetto in un paese in cui si preferisce lutilizzo del contante. Consigliatissimi.

By far the best rental car company we have ever used. From booking to dropping off the car, Pedro provided an excellent service. He didnt even mind when I WhatsApp messaged him asking for a recommendation for a hike he had mentioned! The car was super clean and had a really high spec. We received great service with Pedro meeting us at arrivals with the car and again at departures when we dropped the car back off to him. We will definitely be using you guys again when we return to Madeira, thank you :)

La nostra esperienza con questa azienda é stata eccellente! A partire dal ragazzo del servizio clienti su whatsapp, che è stato gentilissimo a sciogliere i miei dubbi. Loro non mi hanno chiesto un deposito cauzionale, e i prezzi sono fantastici! Consiglio a chiunque di prenotare da loro. Inoltre Pedro, colui che ci ha incontrati in aeroporto con la macchina, é stato molto gentile anche per averci dato consigli su Madeira e su Funchal, utili per la nostra vacanza.

He was really helpful as even before I book the car, I have asked many questions to make sure about the car and Pedro was so happy to answer them. He was very fast with the responds and when I met him at the airport, our process was very easy and well explained. He is a genuine person and he trusts his customers very well. He has given us lots of tips about Madeira, and asked us to pop him a message if there is any problem while we are in Madeira. This car rental is spot on and the difference is in the mindset and the attitude. Sincere, forthcoming and helpful in every way possible. From the first encounter online you could tell by the great communication, that you are on a good path. The cars themselves looked just right, very clean, new models and it felt good driving them. You could tell they are properly serviced and cared for. I had made my research prior to our trip and overall, especially regarding cost-benefit ratio and the trustworthiness (that you try to gather based on various reviews online), they are the best choice. Pedro and co. are on a very good path and I wouldn t recommend any of the big corporations. Hopefully they will preserve this business conduct and customer care, even when they will have grown bigger.

Reservamos o serviço apenas com uma semana de antecedência e tinham ainda disponibilidade. Chegámos ao aeroporto da Madeira com algum atraso face à hora combinada, já passava da 00h e não houve problemas. Tinhamos o Nino à nossa espera e a entrega do carro foi simples e rápida. Am inchirieat in preajma Cr ciunului o ma in Panda hibrid, am fost foarte mul umi i de ea, mai ales c nu am f cut o extra asigurare i nu a fost nevoie s l s m depozit. Ma ina s-a descurcat cu brio pe toate drumurile i a urcat pe orice deal, chiar daca cu o vitez mai mic dar a urcat, uneori când vedeam în deal foarte abrupt ne era teama dar ma inu a f cut fa oric rei încerc ri, u or de parcat datorita dimensiunii, incapataore pentru o familie cu un copil, ma ina era aproape noua, foarte curata i cu Android auto, conectai telefonul i ma ina era personalizata cu h r ile tale i YouTube music, daca ai abonament. Noi am fost foarte mul umi i de serviciile lor i recomandam cu mare încredere!
