Wir haben 2x 125ccm Scooter und 2x 125ccm Motorräder gemietet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und dem freundlichen Team. Die Übergaben verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Zustand der Fahrzeuge, die nicht mehr im besten Zustand waren, was den Fahrspaß gelegentlich etwas getrübt hat. Daher vergeben wir 4 von 5 Sternen 4,5 wären angemessener gewesen, wenn möglich.

Wir hatten zwei 125ccm Vortex Motorräder für 7 Tage. Guter Preis. Sehr freundliche und uneigennützige Mitarbeiter. Guter Service. Wie bei jeder anderen Vermietung sollte man das Motorrad am Anfang selbst einmal inspizieren und kontrollieren.

Enkelt,smidigt och flexibelt om du vill förlänga tiden på din hyrda motorcykel. Tänk på att 125cc kan vara i gränslandet att ta sig upp för de branta backarna och tunnlarna om ni är två på.

Von der Buchung bis zur Abgabe kann ich es nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation fand bei WhatsApp statt, was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde. Bei der Abholung hat alles super geklappt und wir konnten gleich los. Ich empfehle bei zwei Personen jedoch einen 300er Roller,wir hatten einen 125er und die Straßen sind doch sehr steil. Bei der Abgabe war alles sehr unkompliziert und ich würde dort immer wieder ein Fahrzeug mieten. Volle Empfehlung!!

Les prix sont très abordables (pas de dépôt de garantie, casque et support téléphone inclus). Le chat sur Google Maps est disponible 24h/24 et répondent très rapidement (même à des heures tardives). Hatten für 5 Tage die 750er Moto Morini ausgeliehen. Eine perfekte Maschine für die kurvigen Bergstraßen - Leistungsstark und trotzdem sehr wendig. Zudem liegt sie perfekt in den Kurven. Auch zu zweit Das Ausleihen hat 5 Minuten gedauert, sehr unkompliziertes und freundliches Personal. Zudem ein richtig gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Alugamos uma scooter sugerida pelos gerentes, foram super simpáticos e atenciosos, ajudaram nos imenso a escolher a melhor opção possível para nós, no fim da devolução da Mota vieram perguntar se estava tudo bem como tinha corrido a semana se a moto superou espectativas e se estávamos satisfeitos, a reposta foi rápida e clara com um grande SIM, e ainda tivemos um extra onde um dos gerentes nos falou em pontos turísticos para visitar e quais os melhores horários, recomendo vivamente. Echt korrekter Service. Wir waren unter 25 und konnten keinen 125cc ausleihen, da haben die Kollegen ein 3 Rad mit 300cc uns angeboten, da wir diesen mit einem normalen Autoführerschein fahren konnten. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Like promised the review ;) We rented a Scooter on 13th of April 23 to make an excursion to the nuns valley close to Funchal. The prices are fair and the equipment is in a very good condition! The personell in the shop is competent and friendly. I can only recommend to rent your scooter - or bike there. I will surely do it again!

Smooth, fast rental of the scooter for six days. The scooter worked well, handled even bigger climbs. The only thing to keep in mind is that breakdown insurance is not included, only third party insurance is. We were satisfied, will rent again.

Best service I ever experienced when renting a scooter! We rented a 125cc scooter for 10 days - the process to get the contract was easy and well explained, the scooter in very good condition. During the rental time we had some technical issues. We immediately received an answer via WhatsApp and were able to switch to a different scooter without any big discussion. All employees (we met three different colleagues working here for pickup, exchange and drop-off) were extremely friendly, had an excellent English, seemed happy to answer my questions and were technically well versed. To be honest I did not think that scooter rental can go so smooth, I rented many scooters during my travels but it never felt so easy as it did here. Thank you for the great experience!

Ottimo servizio. Abbiamo prenotato in anticipo l auto e non ci sono stati problemi. Come anticipato anche da loro si poteva pagare con qualsiasi carta, in contanti e non era necessario versare un deposito. La macchina (una Skoda) era nuovissima (130km) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consiglio importantissimo: prendete auto con cambio automatico perché le partenze in salita non mancano in tutta l isola!! :)

Wir haben spontan für 4 Tage einen 125ccm Scooter gemietet. Wir wurden unkompliziert vom Flughafen abgeholt (mit Aufpreis), zum Verleih gefahren und am Ende unserer Mietdauer wieder zurückgebracht. Mit dem Scooter war es ebenfalls möglich auf den relativ steilen Strassen auf Madeira zu fahren. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Gerne wieder, Danke :)

Just an absolutely perfect experience every single time. We have hired bikes from Rent-a-Scooter on three occasions now, and we wouldnt ever consider anywhere else. Special mention for Fernando and Leonor, who are just a delight to communicate with. Leonor handles bookings incredibly efficiently and Fernando always does his best to be helpful at all times. On our most recent trip, we arrived late to the shop and even still, Fernando took the time at the end of the evening, to take our luggage in the car and drive in front of us to our hotel, whilst we rode the bike behind. Simply exceptional customer service and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Great motorbike and car rental company. All the formalities were taken care of in 5 minutes. The 125cc scooter was in very good condition, only half a year old according to the first registration. My wife and I were two in the saddle and it took us safely up the steepest places. The consumption of the Piaggio Madley was exactly 3 litres per 100 km. I can only recommend this company for a rental.

Alquilamos una moto con ellos y desde el primer momento se apreció la gran profesionalidad de todo su equipo, la amabilidad y la sencillez a la hora de formalizar el contrato. La moto estaba como nueva, no tuve que hacer ningún pago extra ni tampoco depósito. El precio que marca la web, el seguro opcional de 5 euros y repostar la gasolina. Cuando devolví la moto también fue todo muy rápido y son complicaciones de ningún tipo, sin duda, repetiría con ellos todas las veces.

Fünf Tage Scooter Yamaha XMAX (300ccm), zwei Personen. Alles sehr gut, abholen, fahren, zurückbringen. Super Team. Nur die Helme waren nicht mehr das gelbe vom Ei :-) aber damit kann man Leben. In Madeira sind Straßen mit 10-20% Steigung und Gefälle keine Seltenheit. Wer auf der gesamten Insel, mit dem Scooter reisen möchte, kommt dazu kaum an den Schnellstaßen (Via Rapida) vorbei. Denken Sie beim mieten daran. Da darf es gerne etwas mehr sein.

Leider hatten Sie am ersten Tag keinen Roller mit Top Case, dafür konnten wir aber am nächsten Tag den Roller austauschen. Preislich war es auch in Ordnung (125er für 23 am Tag). Ein Roller hat uns zu zweit gereicht.

Una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Tenia una reserva desde hacía un tiempo de una scooter de 125. Llegué a recoger la moto pero el hombre maleducado que nos atendió no tenía ninguna gana de darnosla. Nos puso 1000 pegas, hablando todo en portugués, sin hacer ningún esfuerzo para que le entendiesemos y sin apenas levantar la vista del ordenador. Finalmente utilizó como excusa que el carnet de conducir en formato digital no era válido en esa empresa y nos dejó sin la scooter que teníamos reservada para nuestras vacaciones. Imagino que tendría algún alquiler de más tiempo o algo así pero el trato fue lamentable.

Great and no-nonsens rental company. We rented one 125cc scooter (only a driving license is needed) for three days and visited a lot of places on the island, it could handle all hills we have encountered with two people on it, so definitely strong enough. The pickup and hand-off went great without hiccups. Would definitely rent a scooter here again. Also they are quite cheap, a scooter is only 23 per day if you rent it for 3 or more days.

Ich hatte die Macbor Montana XR1 Manual 125cc letzte Woche für 4 Tage gemietet. Die Maschine war in einem super Zustand. Der Mitarbeiter Fernando Almeida war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte eigentlich nur für 3 Tage gemietet aber weil das Moped soviel Spaß macht habe ich nochmal um 1 Tag verlängert. Auch die Verlängerung funktionierte problemlos und unbürokratisch. Unprofessioneller Umgang! Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir keinen Roller mieten könnten weil es Gesetze gäbe die es verbieten Roller an unter 25jährige auszuleihen. (Sogar mit A2 Führerschein) Um die Ecke (bei 4and2) ging es günstiger und mit besseren Motorrädern mit ABS. Zwielichtiger Vermieter in zwielichtigem Hinterhof. Bei so einer Vertrauensangelegenheit wie einem Verleih würde ich woanders hin!

Lovely staff. I rented a Clio off the guys at Rent-A-Scooter. They brought it to my hotel and met me back at the airport for drop off. They were really good at running me through how to use the car and the nuances of driving in Madeira and when I unfortunately had a little scrape with the car, were there on WhatsApp to put my mind at ease about the problem. In my country there is opinion, that driving scooter on Madeira is very dyfficult and risky. Its not true. I drove by a scooter on Madeira 2 days and I regret that it was only 2 days. Driving was fantastic. One scooter 125cc, two persons (me and my wife), full tank of fuel and you will get everywhere. I drove by a scooter on a Cape Girão and ER110 on 25 Fontes with no problem. This place offers great service. I rented a scooter here with some friends and when trouble came up, help was directly en route and reached us in about 10 minutes. Because the scooter broke down and there was no replacement available, we got our money back. Moreover the plcae helped us find and alternative vehicle to move through the steep hills of Madeira. Staff is customer friendly and in for a joke. Definitely 5/5

Rent a scooter was super accommodating and were willing to stay open late and open early due to our flight times. The mopeds were in wonderful condition and the people that worked there had great reccomendations and were very helpful. We will definitely rent from here again in the future.

You cant go far with the 50 scooter because of the gradients in Madeira. Exchanging it for a car worked out by chance because one was available. But very expensive at 50 per day.

Location pas chere, scooter déposé directement à lhôtel, personnel sympathique. Aucune caution. Nous avons louer un 125, cest un scooter Kymco, suffisamment puissant pour les montées infernales de Madère. Autonomie dune centaine de kilomètres mais ya des stations un peu partout. Super pratique pour découvrir les petits villages en toute autonomie.

Booked a Smart car before arriving on my hols. They didn t take any deposit. They dealt with delivery and collection really efficiently. Great service. The car was ideal for exploring as it was compact, automatic and had a convertible roof. Easy to park and cheap to run. Small engine coped well on the hills. Will happily use these guys again.

Would highly recommend! Theyre super friendly and helpful. The process was easy, and the paperwork was not long. Fully insured. Very professional, and only 23 (including extra insurance) a day for 125cc! No deposit required, we also decided to extend a day and the staff were very accommodating. Would definitely go back again!

They deliver scotters with 2l gazoline, the fuel level is displayed F on the left and E on the right. I have been distracted by that unsual display, I needed a rescue, they charged 45 extra cost for a 20 half day scotter rental. Very expensive mistake.

Nos passeios dados nesta maravilhosa ilha, uma escolha mais que acertada foi na rent-a-car. Tudo começou com trocas de email com o Sr. Francisco, super simpático, prático e esclarecedor. Reserva feita faltava ver a continuação :) fomos recebidos por mais simpatia da parte do Rúben, que nos deixou experimentar a scooter antes de a escolhermos para saber se estava tudo bem e nos sentíamos bem com ela. Tudo estava a correr lindamente menos a nossa adaptação ao tipo de férias e tipo de transporte, foi aí que voltamos a falar com o senhor Francisco para a hipótese de trocar para um carro e sentindo a necessidade de satisfazer o cliente, prontamente arranjou solução. Não mencionado ainda mas os veículos estavam em óptimas condições e limpos. Na parte da limpeza não é comum assim se encontrar em rent-a-car de nome. Sentimos que neste espaço o cliente está primeiro, algo que não se pode pedir mais de um prestador de serviços. Recomendamos e sempre que voltarmos serão a nossa escolha.

Excellent rental. Very friendly people. Good gear too. Obrigado guys! To anyone who might have doubts about renting a scooter in Madeira: it is the best way to explore the island. Hands down. There are some steep winding roads but theyre actually easier to tackle on a scooter than a car. Or on foot for that matter.

Really good service ! (Looking for the rental office I was lost they help me find it and waited for me in the middle of the high season) The scooter was perfect for the steep roads. Anyway, I really recommend using a scooter to enjoy the wind and the sun along the roads in Madeira !

Zwar nicht die neuesten Roller, dafür aber ordentlich Power und super nettes Team. Sind mir sogar entgegengekommen, weil ich keinen ausreichenden Pfand-Betrag dabei hatte. Nur zum weiterempfehlen.
