Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit RentX! Die Buchung erfolgte aus Deutschland über den Anbieter Check24. Die Abholung und Rückgabe des Mietwagens verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Bei der Übergabe wird ein Protokoll erstellt mit allen bereits bestehenden Schäden, welches man per Mail erhält. Der Shuttleservice zum Flughafen erfolgt mit firmeneigenen Minivans, die Fahrtzeit dauert weniger als 10 Minuten. Aufgrund einer Verschiebung unseres Abflugs benötigten wir den Mietwagen einen halben Tag länger als zunächst angegeben, RentX war sehr kulant und ermöglichte uns eine längere Ausleihdauer ohne gesonderte Gebühr.

Très satisfaite ! Prise en charge rapide à laéroport en dehors des horaires de lagence et retour rapide également en dehors des horaires ! Personnel très sympathique ! Nous navions pas pris lassurance intégrale et avons dû laisser une caution qui nous a été restituée après une vérification rapide de la voiture. Tous les documents (contrat, facture) nous ont été envoyés par mail ! Je recommande !

AUFPASSEN BEI REIFENPANNE! Wir hatten ein Fahrzeug für 3 Tage gebucht und bei der Abholung war noch alles ok. Wir waren kaum 5 km unterwegs, plötzlich hatten wir eine Reifenpanne. Kam mir schon komisch vor. Wir riefen die Vermietstation an und nach knapp 45 Minuten kam ein Servicewagen und die Vermietfirma stellte uns direkt ein Ersatz-Kfz zur Verfügung. So weit so gut; ich war entspannt da wir bri Check24 auch Reifenschutz mit abgeschlossen hatten. Dann das dicke Ende: Die Vermietstation stellt 110 in Rechnung mit dem Vermerk Road Assistance. Dies widerum sieht Check24 und deren Schadenregulierung (Allianz) als Mobilitäts-Leistung und verweigert die Erstattung. Auf mein Drängen hin hat Check24 nochmal beim Vermieter nachgefragt und bekommt die platte Rückmeldung Road Assistance. Und ich konnte die Reifenpanne auch bildlich dokumentieren. Stelle mir da echt die Frage, welche Art von Kostenübernahme gibts beim gebuchten Reifenschutz? Also muss ich jetzt weitere Schritte unternehmen um an mein Geld zu kommen. Die Regulierung ist auch kein Ruhmesblatt für Check24, aber das ist eine andere Geschichte. Also, bei einer Reifenpanne bei dem Anbieter wirklich darauf achten, was er in Rechnung stellt und wie es formuliert ist. Allein die Tatsache, dass der Reifen nach 5 km plötzlich Luft verliert, hat bei mir ein Geschmäckle hinterlassen.

Wenige Worte sagen alles : billig soll man nie wählen, da kann der beste Anbieter nicht mit. Aber hier ist alles fair, zuverlässig und freundlich. Unser Flieger ging so früh, dass wir um 6:30 das Fahrzeug abgeben mussten, obwohl ausserhalb der Geschäftszeit perfekter und pünktlicher - und freundlicher Service. RESPEKT

Excellent service. No complaints at all. Was given a brand new Mercedes a class with only 15000kms on the clock. Very Transparent. They even let go of the out of office fee as our flight was a few mins late. One thing to note is that drop off the car where you picked it up not at the other office. Definitely will book again

Hatten einen Mietwagen für unseren Mädels-Madeiratrip gebucht. Das erste Auto hatte Probleme mit den Steigungen in Madeira (ist dauernd verreckt wurde aber problemlos ausgetauscht. Hatten dann auch noch die Rückgabezeit geändert von vor der regulären Öffnungszeit (7:30 auf 8:00) die reguläre Öffnungszeit und haben sogar die EUR 30 zurückerstattet bekommen. Waren sehr zufrieden, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und mega unkomplizierter Ablauf. Einfach top!

Online direkt über RentX gebucht und ebenfalls online vorab eingecheckt. Volles Versicherungspaket vorsichtshalber dazu genommen, da die Firmen sowas immer dabei haben wollen. Junges freundliches Personal, gab sogar nen kleines Upgrade. Keine Probleme bei der Abholung oder Rückgabe, da wie oben erwähnt volles Versicherungspaket. Für 8 Tage 1er BMW mit Automatik knapp 400 gezahlt. Jederzeit wieder, sollte man auf Madeira sein!

Wir haben einen Cupra Formentor über Check24 gebucht. Ein besseres Fahrzeug hätten wir nicht bekommen können. Die Abholung im Büro in Funchal lief insgesamt innerhalb von 5 Minuten ab. Es wurde einem keine zusätzliche Versicherung aufgebrummt und die Kaution konnte sogar mit einer Debitkarte gezahlt werden. Auch bei der Rückgabe gab es keinerlei Probleme. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei RentX ein Fahrzeug mieten.

Wir hatten einen Opel Corsa für 11 Tage gemietet. Das Auto hatte natürlich Gebrauchsspuren von den Vormietern, war aber bereits alles dokumentiert und wurde uns per Mail gesendet. Der Corsa reicht völlig aus, um die Berge auf Madeira zu befahren, einfach rechtzeitig in einen niedrigen Gang schalten und mit etwas höherer Drehzahl fahren. Die Abholung und Übergabe vor Ort war sehr schnell und lief ohne Probleme ab.

Je recommande sans pb, attention caution éléveé mais si vous avez pris lassurance sur la plateforme pas de souci, prenez des photos et des vidéos avant et après comme avec tout loueur Deuxième avis quelques mois après, toujours aussi satisfait, checkin rapide, et checkoff également, la communication avec Whats se passe très vite.Des équipes à lécoute et cela fait plaisir, un peu déçu par le véhicule jaurais préféré une Seat Ibiza, mais pas grave . Bravo pour votre gentillesse notamment laccueil au départ et le chauffeur navette au retour qui nous font aimés Madère, peut être reviendrons nous un jour si budget

Leaving a two star review due to bad service received upon checkout. The reservation process and communication via WhastApp were convenient. The car Citroen 3 was a standard and fine. At reservation and check in we communicated our flight number and departure time. The lady that received us asked that we arrive 2 hours before our flight which was departing at 9:40 am. We agreed therefore on arrival at about 7:30 which I confirmed by WhatsApp. Upon arrival, Mr Victor busy with a customer checking in, welcomed us in a highly unexpected and unpleasant manner Heloooo, can I help you?! I replied yes, we re here to drop off the car . You re too early, you re supposed to be here at 8:30 . Needless to say, the entire rental experience was suddenly shadowed by his surprisingly unpleasant behavior and welcome. A few explanations later, still with the same attitude he said he d take us to the airport (5 min drive) but it ll be 30 because it is night hours (it was 7:43 at the time) and that it is written in the contract. When I explained no one informed us of this expensive charge and that we were asked to be there at that time AND that I sent a confirmation message the night before, still no one informed us of the night hours , he explained, I m just doing my job. Conclusion it s cheaper to take an Uber to the airport from their so called airport location or simply rent from another agency that will be more transparent and most importantly more pleasant to deal with. Lastly, Mr Victor drove fast in the rain on curvy roads and insisted on playing music loudly in the car despite us asking him to turn off the music, luckily he did slow down though after we asked him. Regarding music, he said that this is the best radio station (and we should enjoy it).

What a scam!! Returned car, just as they opened as our plane was leaving soon, said we had a ding. Next three cars can in said the same thing to them, they knew we needed to get our planes. They made sure the price was below the deductible!

Wir haben das Auto über discovery gebucht für 8 Tage. Wir hatten einen Shuttle zum paar Minuten entfernten Ort wo das Auto auf uns wartete. Wir hatten einen Dacia Sandero der groß genug war für 4 Personen mit Gepäck. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Wir waren 30 min vor den Hauptöffnungszeiten dort und man hat uns gleich vorab gesagt, dass wenn wir gleich das Auto abgegeben 30 extra zahlen weil es noch die Nachtöffnungszeiten sind. Wir haben gewartet ;)

Eine sehr gute Autovermietung, wir hatten die Vollversicherung und es ist alles super gelaufen. Toller Service und gut erreichbar! Man kann sowohl Bar als auch mit Karte zahlen und bekommt per Email den Vertrag und die Quittung zugesandt. Ich kann ebenfalls ein Auto mit Bergfahrassistent empfehlen, da es auf Madeira einige steile Straßen gibt. Die Abholung und Rückgabe verlief total unkompliziert und das Auto war sehr neu und sauber.

Li consiglio vivamente!! li abbiamo chiamati quando eravamo al ritiro bagagli e sono arrivati in 5 minuti. Auto nuovissima e pulitissima consegnata in poco tempo e al ritorno restituita in altrettanto poco tempo. Ci hanno portato in aeroporto senza attese. E soprattutto prezzo imbattibile!! Lunica pecca è che chiedono un deposito di 1.000 EUR nonostante avessimo stipulato la polizza All Cover, ma ci è stata restituita senza problemi entro un paio di giorni dalla riconsegna.

Servicio lamentable. Cuidado con la política de cancelaciones. Cuando te cancelan el vuelo por el tiempo, algo muy común en el aeropuerto de Madeira, no te devuelven nada, ni te dejan cancelar o mover la reserva.

Good and quick service! The car was almost new and we enjoyed driving it during the whole week. On the day of return we asked to prolong the contract for an hour and it was confirmed immediately for free. In general it was a very positive experience with Rentx.

Flawless car rental experience! All the employees were polite and nice, especially Victor who also taught us some Portugese words :) We were picked up at the airport within minutes after writing them a message that we have arrived. Car was in a great condition, no issues at all during 10 days of renting it. Also the return was quick, even though we returned it outside their operational hours. I can only recommend! We will certainly rent at rentX again when we visit Madeira for another vacation.

Wir haben einen C3 mit 100 PS von Deutschland aus über einen Vermittler gebucht. Für die Insel das perfekte Auto, da die steilen und teilweise recht engen Straßen kein Problem darstellten. Die Übergabe des sauberen Autos war schnell, alle Daten lagen bereits vor und es gab zwar einen Hinweis, aber kein Aufschwatzen von Zusatzleistungen. Auch die Rückgabe war unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Rented a very nice mini convertible from the company just for a couple of days to do a little exploring with free roam. The website was easy enough to navigate, and the booking process was straightforward. Collected the vehicle in the morning, the staff were extremely polite and professional , and the process was smooth. All current damages were accurate and documented. Vehicle handled well during the whole day of driving. The day of returning the vehicle, my partner and I drove up to Pico do Arieiro to watch the sunrise early in the morning. Just before arriving at the top, the front tyre was seriously punctured due to debris on one of the approach roads, causing us to contact the company for assistance. We were informed the technician would take an hour or less to arrive with a replacement wheel. And would you know it within the hour the wheel was removed replaced and we were back on our way to return the vehicle. We werent charged for the damage nor any thing else, thanks to the insurance package they offer. I would recommend that to anyone, because no matter how competent or confident a driver you may be, the roads of madiera are something different. Cant recommend this company enough, customer service is excellent, will definitely use them again next time I visit madiera.

Very helpful service. Car hire is not cheap in Madeira but this was not tooooo bad. I took their full insurance at 20 a day. Yes I know you can buy it a lot cheaper in the UK before you hire the car via a separate insurance company, but for me its total peace of mind & hassle free buying direct from the car hire company.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich noch mehr Sterne geben. Absolut fabelhafter Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter und niemand quatscht dir zusätzliche Dinge wie z.b Versicherungen auf. Abholung hat ohne Probleme und super schnell geklappt. Ich habe ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen. Ein schönes Auto was mehr PS hat und auch sonst super in Schuss war. Alle Kratzer und/oder Beulen wurden vorab dokumentiert. Die Rückgabe war ebenfalls schnell und ohne Probleme und ich durfte das Auto sogar noch ein paar Stunden länger behalten.. und das ohne Aufpreis. Ich kann diese Vermietung nur jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen. Sollte ich nochmal ein Auto auf Madeira benötigen, ist dies meine erste Anlaufstelle ! TIPP: Wer seine Nerven schützen möchte, achtet darauf das der Wagen einen Berganfahrassistenten besitzt. Das war wirklich Gold wert auf Madeiras Straßen :-)

Excellent service after a disaster trying to pick up a pre-booked car from Auto Union. Credit to Diogo, he was excellent and had everything sorted very quickly. Diogo also called to say the car was ready for collection 3 hours earlier than scheduled at no extra cost. RentX accept debit card for security deposit which is helpful. Would highly recommend if in Madeira!

The rental company works quite well, quick pick up at the airport and quick transfer when returning the car back to the airport. Car in good condition, no pressure to take out insurance, quick return of deposit. When I rented the car, I was 1 part short of a full tank even though the contract said the tank was full - I did not address this. When returning it was missing less than half a part on the fuel gauge and had to go refuel with 4 litres of petrol which almost made me miss my flight, so I recommend taking a photo of the fuel level - my argument that I was returning with the same amount was not successful- I always take a photo of the fuel level this time I forgot. Additionally, presenting a receipt for the petrol seemed odd, never in my many rentals has the rental company asked me to do this.

We rented this automatic car since my girlfriend had been in Madeira before and did not like to drive in a manual car as a tourist. This Citroen C3 on the other hand was amazing! We are contemplating buying this car back at home. It had no problems whatsoever getting up the steep slopes. My girlfriend an I both felt really comfortable driving it, even though she is not a great fan of steep roads. The guy we rented the car from was really friendly and clear about the instructions. At the end of the holiday, we made some mistakes in our schedule, but even thought they had a busy day and it was tricky to change our time of returning the car, they did. Thanks to this car and this organisation, we were easily able to get around on Madeira. Thank you!

Everything was super fine! Car was great, well maintained and clean. Formalities very quick, both when renting and returning. We had a car from the B group, with the deposit option (instead of additional insurance). Group B was totally enough, the car took us everywhere without any problems :) Totally recommend.

Über Check24 gebucht. Es wurde ein Opel Crossland, der war für die Insel prima und hatte genug PS um auf jeden Berg zu gelangen. Abholen und zurückgeben war super unkompliziert und fix. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. In der Nähe ist auch eine Tankstelle zum Volltanken vor der Abgabe.

Nagelneuen Mini bekomnen, alles top und sehr freundlich, gute Preise, sehr zu empfehlen!

We got a fresh, smelling Citroen C3.10k with a mileage. The staff speaks excellent English and the return was hassle-free. Overall, everything is fine, I recommend it. Probably one of the cheapest rentals in Madeira, which does not require a credit card.

Great rent-a-car company. Not one of those scammy companies that try to charge you extra this and extra that. What you rent is what you get with a great smile from the team. The car was in mint condition, and they were consistently fast to answer any doubt. For sure will use them again! The car was what was selected on the website, and it was very clean.

If youre in doubt about renting cars due to the complicated processes consider renting here! I was a bit worried about the price and deposit but once you talk to them they will put your mind at ease with how simple it is. Just an amazing service from all the staff, they will explain everything you need to know and answer any question you might have.Very transparent especially since communication is over WhatsApp and everyone is easy to contact in case of problems! For a small fee you get service after office hours. We got picked up by a shuttle from the airport to go to the rental office (10min drive) at arrival and dropped the car off at the airport upon departure. The car was amazing and definitely a must as it took us to the hardest of places. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip such an amazing and smooth experience.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich habe selten so eine ehrliche und professionelle Autovermietung erlebt (außerhalb von Deutschland). Die Übergabe erfolgte zügig und der Mitarbeiter war wirklich ganz ganz toll. Lustig, freundlich, hilfsbereit - es stimmt hier einfach alles. Wir haben es so oft erlebt, dass man noch weitere Versicherungen aufquatschen wollte oder das die Mitarbeiter, wenn man dies nicht wollte, auf einmal richtig pampig wurden. Das ist hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Wir hatten einen, total nach Neuwagen riechenden, Fiat Kombi. Der hat die Berge und Täler auf Madeira gut geschafft. Initally after they collected me from the airport and drove me into this underground parking garage that was undergoing renovations, without any signage or other, I was sure I was going to be kidnapped :P Strangely I kind of welcomed this feeling. - Dont ask.... Anywho turns out they are legit and offered an excellent service. I received an opel corsa which did well for the 700km driving I did in a week. I got one puncture which was unrepairable ( I blame google maps, not me for going up the steep incline with a red sign saying no entry - anywho) They came an hour later with a new wheel and I was one my way. I was on the opposite side of the island so thats why I had to wait an hour. The car had continental tyres on it which were very impressive. I will probably get a pair next on my car. Rentx were very flexible with smaller details and I sure they will do great in the future in this wunderlust of an Island paradise.

RentX provided a new car, in great condition, for very reasonable rates. Picking up the car was smooth and efficient. I would recommend RentX for anyone who needs a car in Madeira and doesn t want to be gouged by the multinational rental companies. The only reason I m not rating 5 stars is because our booking was until 18:00 on the last day but the agency texted us on the last day and told us the latest time we could drop off the car is 17:30 or 17:45. We were told that if we came after 17:45 we would need to drop off the car the next day, despite our contract saying drop-off was 18:00. 15 or 30 minutes isn t a big deal but it s weird to tell customers on the last day that they need to return a car earlier than the contracted time.

Lief alles wie geplant und besprochen. Super Service, tolles Auto und keine Wartezeiten bei Abholung und Rückführung. Madeira hat viele sehr steile Straßen. Zum Teil Steigungen bis zu 35%. Es empfiehlt sich eine angemessene Motorisierung zu mieten. Man kommt mit einem Opel Corsa auch gut von A nach B aber an paar Streckenabschnitten fühlt es sich an wie eine Qual für das Auto.

AUTO okay, Moror vom Corsa viel zu schwach für die Berge auf der Insel. Was nich gut an kam, war dass der Mitarbeiter uns noch zusätzlich eine Versicherung aufschwatzen wollte, obwohl wir Vollkasko nach deutschem Standard gebucht hatten. Also aufpassen und standhaft bleiben. Ansonsten Auto war recht neu 14000km runter und sauber.

We rented a car where so we could drive through the mountains of Madeira. Rentx pick us up quickly the moment we arrived at the airport. The car was super clean and well maintained. They explaned where the car had already some scratches and toghether we checked out the whole car for flaws. Unfortunedly we hit another car by parking at our appartment. Rentx helped us with taking car of the insurences and within a week time we had the insurances claims fixed and got our deposit back. Thanks guys!!! We would highly recommend you to other people

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We used RentX through discover cars and could not have been happier with our choice. The company was off-site from the airport, but we received quick and complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport at check-in and drop-off. We were met with friendly service and were given an upgrade free of charge. Avelino was especially kind and helpful during our shuttle to departure. Although the deposit for the rental car was quite high which made us a little uneasy, we received the refund as soon as we were dropped off at the airport. Super gute Autovermietung Wir haben über Check 24 gebucht und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Nachdem wir am Flughafen angekommen waren, mussten wir eine Telefonnummer anrufen,danach wurden wir zügig abgeholt. Der Mitarbeiter war super sympathisch und hat uns gut unterhalten. Wir haben einen Opel Corsa bekommen. Das Preis -leistungsverhältnis war vollkommen ok. Ich verstehe diese Rezensionen nicht ,dass der Opel es nicht die Berge hochschafft. Sogar ich,die nun wirklich nicht die beste Autofahrerin ist ,hat es hinbekommen,durch Berge und Serpentinen zu fahren . Einfach Mal einen Gang runterschalten und dann passt das . Zudem war der Opel im Verbrauch Recht sparsam! Vor der Fahrt wurde gemeinsam nach Mängeln geschaut,das Auto war sehr gepflegt und in einem top Zustand. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und ein großes Dankeschön für den reibungslosen Ablauf.

We have recently returned home after a brilliant week in Madeira. We used RentX as our hire car provider. This was the first time we have used this company while visiting the island and we will definitely be using them again. From booking the hire car, through to airport pick up and then car collection the customer service was brilliant and highly professional. The team at RentX couldn t be more helpful and we were even given a car upgrade free of charge which was very kind. RentX is certainly shaking up the car rental market and making a much needed challenge to the more well established brands. We look forward to using RentX when we are back in 2024. Booked here via Discover Cars and had great service. All new cars, ours was fresh off the boat with only 12km on the counter. Check up with pick up and drop off was done together so thats nice too. Picked up in the Funchal office and dropped off in Machico. Very quick check up and shuttle to the airport. Mind you that if you dont book directly with them you do have to let them block 1000 on your credit card.

En prèambule je tiens à dire que ma note na rien a voir avc le véhicule et la prestation de service délivrée par lagence Celui-ci était neuf; parfaitement adapté à nos besoins et aux routes de lîle. Quant aux différents échanges avc lagence ; tout cest vraiment bien passê. Amicale; réactifs. Pas de soucis dincomprrhension malgré la barrière de la langue. Si je note aussi bas cest que je suis a 100% certain que cest dans cette agence que jai été victime de vols de mes coordonnées de cartes de crédit.m le 28 août 2023. Lors de mes 3 semaines au Portugal je nai utilisé quune seule fois une de mes cartes bleue et cétait ans cette agence ; pr le dépots de garantie de ocation de la voiture. Hors jai malheureusement remarqué 1 semaine plus tard que bien dautres débits avait éte réalisés sur mon compte via cette même carte; le même jour apres avoir loué la voiture. Quelquun cest fait plaisir sur CDiscount pour 400 euros dachat. En bref; faites trés attention lorsque vous allé a cette agence; une personne mal-attentionneé y travaille et vol les clients. Je vais faire remonter linfo a la direction en espérant que cette personne soit sanctionnée a juste titre !

Recommend it with the full insurance (about 20+ something euros pe day), at the drop off they only checked to see if the fuel tank was full. I also recommend that you get a more powerful car and automatic to have peace of mind on this island. The car was new and clean. Also their website didnt work, so either call them or get there and discuss in person.

That was an amazing car rental. The company called me that my car was ready for pick up a few hours before the official reservation free of charge. When I arrived at the city station no waiting time and a friendly man gave me an upgrade car, a brand new Citroen C3 Automatic. We checked the car together and after that, I rented the car 5 days for a good price. The Engine of the car was strong to make the mountain streets with two persons inside. Nous avons loué notre voiture à RentX lors de notre séjour à Madère. Prix concurrentiel, personnel au top, nous avons même eu une voiture supérieure à celle réservée. Nous recommandons cette agence professional et très agréable.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder über RentX ein Auto mieten. Bei der Ankunft am Flughafen wurden wir abgeholt und am Ende der Reise auch wieder zurückgebracht. Vor Ort haben wir einen Opel Corsa mit knapp 19.000 gefahrenen Kilometern bekommen (Manuelle Gangschaltung). Die Mietwagen sind generell (egal wo man sie mietet, haben uns mit anderen darüber unterhalten) eher untermotorisiert. Nach ein paar Kilometern hat man sich daran gewöhnt und schafft es auch die steilen Serpentinen nach oben, egal ob zur Levadawanderung oder auf den Pico do Arieiro. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und geht mit einem die Mängel am Auto durch, die auf einem Formular gekennzeichnet sind. Die Rückgabe und Rückzahlung der Caution hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert.

Reibungsloser Ablauf. Komplett neuer Wagen mit nur 500 km . Es wurde keine Versicherung aufgequatscht. Kostenfreies Upgrade. Rückgabe dauerte keine 5 min. Alles perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Kartenlesegeräte sind nicht ordnungsgemäß intakt, sodass man beschuldigt wird kein Geld auf dem Konto zu haben. Man wird grundlos beleidigt und angeschrien. Absolut unmöglich und verletzend. Man bekommt direkt ein ungutes Gefühl und fühlt sich betrogen. Bei Abgabe werden einen nochmals grundlos 1000 Euro von der Kreditkarte abgezogen, sodass man danach sich im Urlaub nochmal mit seiner Kreditkartenfirma in Verbindung setzen muss, um alles richtig zu stellen. ALLGEMEINE WARNUNG VOR BETRÜGERISCHEN ABSICHTEN!!

Absolut seriös, das Auto wurde bei der Übergabe gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter überprüft und Vorschäden dokumentiert. Dabei hat der Vermieter auch auf Schäden hingewiesen, die ich vermutlich übersehen hätte. Keine Probleme bei der Rückgabe, die geblockte Kaution auf der Kreditkarte wurde direkt nach Rückgabe wieder freigegeben. Das Auto war sehr jung, nur knappe 15.000km auf dem Tacho und wurde in einem super Zustand übergeben. Innen und außen sehr sauber. Ich hatte über Check24 gebucht und Zusatzversicherungen abgeschlossen, oftmals wird an der Station versucht auch noch zusätzliche Versicherungen zu verkaufen. Hier nicht, ebenfalls sehr positiv. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Ablauf und kann die Station empfehlen! Tipp: DAS Feature für Madeira ist eine Auto-Hold-Funktion (verhindert das zurückrollen am Berg beim Anfahren)! Extrem steile Berge, das schont Kupplung und Nerven. Zum Glück war mein Auto damit ausgestattet.

We were afraid of renting a car, but our experience was good and everything was flawless. Although we got a different car than we had requested, it was a better one. An automatic as we requested (which is a must-have in madeira), slightly bigger, more powerful and a brand-new car. When returning the car, the process was fast and simple. The employees didnt really try to find nonexistent scratches or anything, they just took the car as it was, as we had the car insured. (They just checked if the car was ok). The price was also great (i think about 30 per day in total) The employees were nice and accomodating.

Amazing! The best rental place! It is my second time in Madeira, I had difficulty to find an automatic car for my 5 day holiday in Madeira during Christmas time, and specially the prices were too high! At the end I found RENTX! They had also available an automatic car for that period with a super price! An Opel Corsa automatic full insurance for 65 /day, i couldn t find a better deal for that high peak season! They are great they came to pick up on the 25th December and we went to pick up the car. At our leaving we return the car at the garage (close to the airport) and they gave us a ride to the airport with no additional cost. The best! Really!!!! I recommend them!!!! you can stay in contact with them also via whatsapp! When I will come back, for sure I will rent again the car with them
