I 100% recommend Stones! Very reasonable prices, nice (and super clean!) cars, and absolutely no hidden additional fees (as taxes or deposit). People there are extremely helpful, nice and flexible, which made the overall experience even better! I will be back to Madeira soon, and I will definitely rent a car from Stones :) Thank you for such an amazing service! Just one piece of advice - if you decide to pick up a car yourself, be prepared for a pretty demanding walk uphill haha 😅 If you don’t wish to have such a workout, I would advise you to request a car to a specific location ;) I don’t regret picking it up myself as it was a nice warm up before my trip to levada PR 9! 🤣
