Una dintre cele mai bune experien e de inchiriat masina. Preturi bune, dar am rezervat totusi cu cateva luni inainte. Roberto este profesionist, relaxat, onest, transparent. Ne-a dat sfaturi de condus si parcat in Madeira, care ne-au ajutat foarte mult. Am inchiriat o Dacia Sandero Stepway manuala si a fost o alegere foarte bun . O masina foarte buna pentru Madeira. Totusi pentru cei neobi nui i cu condusul in pante i serpentine recomand transmisie automata. Navigatie ce se poate conecta la telefon prin cablu USB. Noi ne-am luat un cablu USB to ligthning i ne-a ajutat enorm. Am avut GPS si muzica din telefon. Am platit cu card de Debit, fara costuri extra sau deposit. Daca voi reveni in Madeira, cu siguran voi inchiria tot de la ei. Multumim pentru treaba buna pe care o faceti !

Great full positive experience. Pick up was clear and easy, even though I made a mistake with the pickup hour and mobile number. Company emailed me and made things smooth for us. We were introduced into a WhatsApp group, made things very uncomplicated. Dropoff went very fast, even though they couldnt make it in person (flat Tyre). Clear instructions, simple process, top notch communication. Oh, car was brand new, perfect.

Excellente expérience. Nous avons atterris et avons découvert le groupe whatsapp avec une photo de la voiture et sa position pour nous faciliter la prise en charge. Nous avons été surclassé. La voiture présentait quelques défauts mineurs et la personne a fait le tour avec nous et nous a même demandé de filmer pour que tout se passe bien lors de la remise des clés. Quand nous sommes arrivés le monsieur nous a demandé si tout c était bien passé, nous a ouvert le coffre pour poser nos valises et ne pas être encombré lors de la vérification. Il nous a mit le véhicule en français pour nous faciliter notre voyage pour la suite. Au moment de sortir du parking, nous avons eu des indications précises et il a été nous chercher le ticket de sortie afin de ne pas être embêté. Beaucoup de petites attentions, mais qui ont fait la différence. Nous n avons eu aucun soucis avec la voiture. Lors du retour du véhicule, il nous attendait sur le parking indiqué lors de notre arrivée. Il nous a demandé comment c était passé notre voyage avant même de vérifier la voiture. Je ne peux que le recommander ! C était une très bonne expérience et si nous revenons à Madère nous n aurons aucun doute à repasser avec cette agence !

Amazing experience and reasonable prices. They mean it when they say no surprises. Got at the airport and there was someone waiting with my car right next to arrivals. Processed everything fast in the parking and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. The car itself was even better than I expected, almost brand new. (Even got a free upgrade as my class wasnt available) The return was even better because they met me at departures and didnt have to worry about walking to some office to do any of the paperwork. Next time I come to Madeira I wont even hesitate to contact Williams Car Rental.

Très bonne expérience avec ce loueur, avec un service PREMIUM comparé aux agences classiques : récupération du véhicule (casi neuf) à la sortie de laéroport, juste une signature et paiement à effectuer (sans empreinte de carte bleue) Un numéro WhatsApp disponible pour répondre à nos questions (même le dimanche). Restitution du véhicule au niveau des départs en 2 min également. Le seul point à noter est que le réservoir nest pas plein lors de la prise du véhicule. En bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés :)

Williams Car Rental saved us! We made the mistake of renting from another car rental company who upon arrival wanted almost $2k for a deposit, wouldnt accept the insurance we purchased and they were very rude. I did a quick google search and called Williams and the gentleman sorry I dont remember his name came to our rescue and picked us up from that companys location, filled out the contract in a parking lot and we were off to explore Madeira and it was less expensive then the original company! Returning the car was a breeze, he was waiting for us at departures even after I messaged him late (midnight) asking if he could meet us a 1/2 hr earlier then planned. We are so grateful for his help and for the cute little white car that got us up many of Madeiras wonderful mountains! We will be renting from Williams next time we visit Madeira. Muito obrigado!

We had no issues with the car but what I will say is definitely get a car with at least 90 HP! A larrivée a laéroport nous sommes obligés de contacter le loueur car introuvable au point de rendez-vous. Au final cest un autre loueur qui nous indique où il se trouve... Il est convenu quil nous attendra au retour sur le parking des départs. Toutefois, ne voyant personne arriver à lheure dite, nous lappelons... ce monsieur ne viendra pas et nous laisse en plant. Il nous demande daller garer le véhicule aux arrivées, une fois les bagages débarqués... je ne recommande pas du tout ce loueur qui manque de sérieux avec sa clientèle.

Great and easy service! We were really satisfied. Paperwork went fast. There is no deposit, no credit card, full insurance and 2nd driver already included in price. The fuel policy works not full to full, but you refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle. Communication was really easy, via email or via WhatsApp. We were late with dropping off the car in the airport around 10minutes and the man was really kind, he check the car and fuel level quickly. It didnt take more than 3min. I strongly recommend this company and next time we choose them again.

I highly recommend this car rental. I was a little bit afraid as I had a very bad experience last time with a small, local car rental on Mallorca. But this one was so much different. Fully professional, no hidden costs, zero excess full insurance for a reasonable price. Very good contact. Easy and quick pick-up and drop-off in front of the terminal. The car was a Dacia Sandero Stepway with 17000 km. We got automatic gear (booked manual) which was very helpful on the steep roads of Madeira. Only the fuel was not full but 1/4 of the tank.

We were in search of a car for a week so Mr.Williams was one of the agencies I contacted. He responded the same day even though it was late at night so indeed the communication is 24h a day !!! He was waiting for us upon arrival at the airport to give us the car. Very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know about the island and the roads. The whole process was super fast . The price was the most reasonable one out of all the offers I got and it even included the full insurance. No deposit and you could pay card or cash! So no stress to have a big amount of cash with you. We had an early departure flight and he was also there waiting for us. During our stay in Madeira we had a small issue and he replied immediately through whats app. Definitely recommend Mr.Williams to everyone!!!!

Je recommande cette agence de location de voitures à 100%. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Le propriétaire répond très vite par message et mail, il est très réactif. Nous avons envoyé un message le dimanche à 16h, nous avions une voiture le lundi à 8h. Tout est rapide et simple avec eux. Ils louent pour 1 journée et cest top, nous navions pas besoin de plus alors que les autres agences louent pour minimum 3 jours. Certes le prix est un peu plus élevé que dans les autres agences mais ça vaut le coup ! Pas dempreinte bancaire, pas de caution, aucun frais caché, pas de mauvaise surprise quand on rend la voiture. Lassurance est comprise. Très flexibles, ils nous ont dit que si on rentrait en retard ce nétait pas grave, sans supplément de frais. Il y a même une boîte à clé pour rendre la voiture en autonomie, cest pour vous dire à quel point cest facile, flexible et ils ne vont pas inspecter la voiture pour chercher une rayure qui était déjà là et vous la facturer. La voiture était propre, toute neuve. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était très gentil et amical. En résumé, un service de qualité et de confiance.

Tout est bien: simple (pas davance, pas de caution, assurance comprise), efficace et disponible (contacts très rapides par mail, ou w.a.), arrangeant pour les horaires, le tarif bien plus intéressant que les gros loueurs, et... la voiture. Nous avions une dacia sandero presque neuve, cest le top pour Madere(volume, puissance, caméra arrière, écran connecté au gps du smartphone, assistance au démarrage en côte, et un bon volume pour mettre 2 grosses valise souples dans le coffre plus du petit materiel...). Et en plus Williams est sympa. Nhésitez pas!

We rented a car with Williams based on recommendation. It was great! They recommend a certain car that would be good for Madeiras unique geography and it was perfect! Their service was excellent and they went above and beyond to help after the airline lost our carseat. Promt and attentive pickup and return of the car.

The car was great (upgraded from the ordered Panda), they delivered and took the car from the airport, they arrived early even if our flight was late to land. the staff was polite and helpful. the price was also not beaten by any other company that i checked for the same days. we will book with them again in the future. Abbiamo noleggiato lauto a settembre per un paio di giorni. Lauto ci é stata consegnata senza ulteriori costi in hotel la sera prima rispetto alla prenotazione in quanto avevano molte consegne la mattina successiva. Restituzione in aeroporto (10 euro). Pagamento in contanti senza cauzione. Auto nuova, pulita ed in ordine. Consigliati.

I get recomendation to hire car from Mr. Williams and it was great. Pick-up/drop off directly on airport, very fair price for full insurance with no additional fees like other car rental companies. Dacia Sandero is not bad car for madeira roads, no deposit for full insurance say clearly that it will be fair, no problem everything went great.

Easily 5/5. Contact with rental agent was excellent. The car was in good condition. All formalities have been done pre-rental (most of paper-work) the there was only my inspection, short rules talk and we were off with a car. Prices are fair compared to other rental companies. No gibberish talk like 1500E deposits, 300E for fuel and tickets like in other rental companies with worse ratings. After all there was an excellent communication with the rental agent at the spot. Our plane was 40 minutes late. The covid testing procedure took another 40 minutes more than expected. There was absolutely no problem with pick-up late by 1h30minutes. I definitely recommend this rental company to others.

Sehr unkompliziert, toller Service. Preise völlig ok. Ich hatte zwar am Anfang etwas Vorbehalt bezüglich des Wagentypes (Dacia) aber in den zum Teil engen Straßen war es doch die bessere Wahl ein kleineres Auto zu nehmen. Eine Berganfahrhilfe wäre für mich Flachländer das einzige, was ich mir noch gewünscht hätte.

Excellent customer service. Williams was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately my friend was petrified driving on the right hand side resulting in car damage. On dropping the car off no questions were asked, no hard feelings (obviously we bought full insurance, but from reviews of cheap car rentals transpires that theres always a hassle of some form). The price was also slightly better in comparison to other rental companies. Overall, super easy, stress free experience. Highly recommend.

Car rental the way it should be! Got the car (Dacia Stepway - works great on steep narrow roads) delivered to our house and picked up really early at the airport. Both times with a smile and friendly small talk. Paid in the car via hand held terminal, opted for surprisingly cheap full insurance (its Madeira, you SHOULD get it, crazy roads). Im not going to state the price tag because I think Williams is going to have to raise his prices a bit soon, but it was inexpensive indeed. Dont get fooled by his retro looking website and odd booking form, he is super responsive and trustworthy, at least in my experience.
