The service and vehicles are good, but be aware that they will charge you as many fees as they can.

A nice bunch of thieves. 2 rentals on the Europcar website with attractive prices. I would like to say that I have already rented with a vehicle recovery in Lisbon and Porto without any problems. But at the Fundão agency it was a theft twice. The first time I have to take out comprehensive insurance otherwise I won't have the vehicle. And the second time, the vehicle is unavailable, either I take the version above +100€ or I leave on foot. So go with confidence to the Europcar website, but pay attention to the Fundão agency.
Big time thieves! Careful with this unhelpful and incompentent bunch of losers. Car paid, but not being able to pick it up. Refund? Hahahaha.... get lost. 200€ Gone for not having a car.
