Fast processing. Everything worked well. The fuel control was a bit unfortunate, but doable. The rental price for the car was cheap! Drivalia again on your next vacation.

I liked the service, the car was 5* but the unbelievable thing is that on the same day they took the €100 deposit, it was immediately taken from my account, but when the car was delivered, those €100 were only replaced a few days later, which is unacceptable. I do not agree with this type of procedure. If they take it on the day, then on the day of delivery it should be immediately replaced or not even taken but retained.

I was not at all satisfied with the service provided by Drivalia da Guarda. They gave me a Ford Fiesta to go on a 350km trip with lights on the dashboard warning me about the tire pressure. As soon as I had gone 10km, I had to put gas in because the tank was not even half full and the lights were always on, not to mention that there was no water for the windscreen. I questioned these situations at the time with the lady who helped me, but she said not to worry, that there would be no problem. I think it is unacceptable to give a car in this condition to a customer, especially for a trip of so many km.

I was contacted by phone and then you sent me the documentation regarding some tolls that I have to pay... yes, I know perfectly well that I would have to pay the tolls and now pay for the rental of the equipment that I have not even used... when I went to your counter in Guarda... they asked if I would be using roads that had tolls... I said yes... they asked me for my credit card... which I do not have and am not even required to have... then your employee said that there would be no problem and that I would pay the tolls later... now I have to pay the tolls as is natural... but the use of the equipment that they did not even give me...
