Our office is located at Estrada de Vale Rabelho, loja C, 8200-428 Vale de Parra - Albufeira, however we deliver rental cars to Carvoeiro at no extra fee. To get your car at your Hotel or villa, ask us how! Motivated by the pleasure of the car rental activity and the ambition to better satisfy our customers, in March 2018 a new company, ANARENT CARS, LTD was born. With the intention of providing a better and more personalized service, we drop off and pick up your rental car from the comfort of your Hotel or villa in Carvoeiro, Galé and surroundings. We have friends, not clients!

Highly professional car rental service. We rented a car for 12 day. The communication wa excellent. Car was delivered to and collected from our address. On the delivery day they kindly gave us all information offering services like insurance tag for motorway toll for very affordable price. They demonstrated a very high standard of customer service and professionalism.Happy to be their customer at any time.
I had an excellent experience with ARC Rent a Car during my 7-day stay in the Algarve, near Albufeira. The car we received was in perfect condition, spotless, and well-maintained. The drop-off service to our hotel was incredibly convenient and reliable. A special thank you to Celia, who took a lot of time to assist us, providing great tips for excursions in the area. We visited the Algarve & rented a small car from ARC for a week in mid December. I travel a lot and often hire cars, this was without a doubt the most pleasant rental experience I've ever had. I made one phone call, got a quote, and arranged for the car to be dropped off to my hotel the following morning. The next morning, Anna & her colleague arrived punctually with a brand new Fiat Panda. The paperwork was handled quickly, with everything explained clearly in perfect English. I was asked at every stage if I had understood or had any questions. The keys were then handed over, with the whole process taking about ten minutes. The collection was a reverse process of the above, and equally professional. I took the extra insurance to limit my excess liability to €100, but wasn't subjected to any hard sell. 4 weken een Opel Corsa gehuurd. Prima auto en deze werd afgeleverd bij ons gehuurde appartement. Prima service, prima huurprijs en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
We rent a car (Citroen C3) for 5 days during our stay in Carvoeiro, Algarve. it went very well, we are very satisfied. The communication with the team was very good with a special mention to Anna for her explanations, professionalism and kindness.
Used ARC in May 2022. We arranged the car via email with Ana - she was very helpful. Due to the time we were landing and the ARC office being close, Ana offered to drop the car off to the house. Car was clean inside and out.

The opening hours were 9:00 no person waited here for more than 1 hour still no person on site.
Rental car and price were good. However the shop was closed when we arrived during openinig hours. There was a phone number to call, but not answered. They called back later. The key battery was very low so we risked to be locked out.

Hi, we hired a Opel Corsa from ARC. It was an absolutely clean Car in a very good condition. The Communication with the ARC Teeam via E-Mail was absolutely without problems. Although we had asked at very short notice, they were still able to offer us a car. The car was delivered to the hotel on time and the handover was thorough without any problems. The return of the car was also without problems. I would rent a car from you again at any time! Thank you for the top service!
Wir haben uns hier einen Citroen C3 für zwei Wochen ausgeliehen. Die Abwicklung war super einfach, wir sprechen aber auch portugiesisch, aber auch mit Englisch wird hier alles ohne Probleme funktionieren. Das Auto wurde mit halb vollem Tank über geben, und muss auch so zurück gegeben werden. So muss nicht direkt nach Abholung gleich zur Tankstelle gefahren werden. Das Auto war in einem guten Zustand, und alles sauber und funktionsbereit. Die Abholung erfolgt rechts neben der Hotelrezeption des Hotel Baia Cristal. Wer einen Mietwagen braucht, sollte hier anfragen. Faire Preise und gute Abwicklung. Vielen Dank an Ana und ihren Mann. :-)

We hired a car from ARC, the car was dropped at our apartment in Carvoeiro (Sept 22), cost was competitive, the Fiesta was spotless, the handover was ultra swift and very friendly, as was the collection 5 days later, I would recommend ARC 100%! Why faff about at the airport? David Nottingham

This is a great little car hire company. Staying in Salgados, with the only other option of travelling to Portimao, Faro or an expensive company suggested by the hotel, I called this company just up the road in Gale. Paula gave excellent customer service and delivered a nice clean nearly new Skoda Fabia to the hotel at a fair rate. It even had Apple play for me to use Google maps with! 5 stars
After being told that nearly all car rentals places were out of rental cars, we luckily found Anarent cars. They have really Friendly and helpfull staff who really care for their customers! The service was really nice (taking the time to thoroughly explain what to visit in the algarves etc). Furthermore the rental car was dropped of at the hotel and we got a ride back to the hotel after returning the car! They also had some good covid precautions in place with a thorough cleaning of the car.

Thank you to all the staff at Arc. We hired a car when staying at the Baia Cristal hotel as they have a desk in the reception area. The staff were all really friendly, professional and efficient. The paperwork and process was very smooth, with the prices competitive and no hidden charges. The car was great and having it really enhanced our holiday experience. I would definitely hire from you again as it was a great experience.
We were in Portugal in the Covid 19 epidemic, the UK foreign office advised people to return home so we had to change our plans and fly home. The first car hire company we tried was recommended by our campsite, the day after we booked our car they cancelled all bookings. I then found ARC rental online, and they were amazing. Great service, very friendly and professional. Our first flight was cancelled on the day, by the time i contacted ARC they ere on their way to the airport to collet the car, when I told them we were still on our site and apologised that the car was with us they had to turn around after a wasted trip. They were amazing (not even a tut) and came straight over to re-organise the booking, seemed more worried that my family were ok than their wasted time and massive loss of business. In short use these people they are amazing (this is only the second review i have EVER written, and the forst was for a friend) i cant say better than that. we will always be gratefull for their help in a very stressfull time

After reading many, many car hire horror stories, decided to hire a car locally rather than drive from the airport. Organised the whole thing the day before we arrived via email, staff responded very quickly with quote, details etc. Easy to find as located in the grounds of Hotel Baia Cristal, which was a short walk from our villa.Very helpful friendly staff made the whole experience memorable and trouble free. This was our first trip to Portugal and Carvoeiro an absolutely fantastic place. Whenever we go again we will definitely use Anarent Cars.
