Very good, fast service and friendliness above all.

My insurance company booked a car with another car rental company that was not professional, so I went to Guerin to try to rent a car that suited my needs. Considering the time of year and the fact that it was so last minute, they didn't have any vehicle that suited what I was looking for, however the gentleman who helped us (my mistake for not having registered his name) was very friendly, professional and considerate in customer service. I was already a customer and had a good reputation, but now even more so. I recommend it.

Excellent service. We arrived upset because of the accident, the employee did everything he could to make us feel welcome, very attentive and polite. We left with the vehicle with everything explained, and when we went to return it, the same type of service was given. I can only say that the smile goes beyond the mask. Thank you very much.

Terrible service from the employee. The watchword is No. We don't have it, I can't, I don't know. I have a reservation for a BMW Series 1 that at the time of delivery is no longer available. That, and any other similar car. As a solution, I was offered a Renault Kadjar, which I accepted. The trip was to Lisbon, but only after I had signed the contract did the employee alert me to the fact that the maintenance light would be on but that it had already been done. Even so, and because I had already wasted a lot of time, I believed him and agreed to keep the vehicle. But when I presented my credit card (in my name) to block the deposit, the employee informed me that it would not be possible because the reservation had been made and paid for with another credit card (in my name)... After witnessing so much incompetence, I gave up... I decided to turn my back on him, leave and call Guerin customer service, who very kindly and politely provided me with a Mercedes C-Class Diesel at the Braga establishment. This call to Guerin support lasted 3 minutes, the problem was resolved and the deposit payment was made with the credit card that had been refused by the employee in Guimarães.

Extraordinary, attentive and informative service. Rent a car of choice.
