Highly recommended this car rental! We wanted to rent Fiat 500 for one day, but unfortunately it wasn’t available that day, but we received discount for better VW Beetle cabrio with automatic gearbox! It was very nice! The best service!

We rented a car from Romanos car rental at Crete. The lady was very professional and helpful. Paperwork was quick and easy.
We hired a car from Romanos car rental, Eleni dealt with us. We got a very good price for 6 days, a small auto Peugeot 107, just great for zipping around to see the island. Eleni also gave us tips on what to visit which was hugely useful and as a result we saw lovely areas of Crete. Can’t fault the service and would highly recommend dealing with Eleni. Thank you Eleni.

Perfect verhuurbedrijf, aardige mensen en uitstekende prijzen. Hadden zelf een Yaris Automaat. Heerlijk om mee rond te touren (automaat is wel erg lekker met alle heuvels op Kreta). Aanrader :)

Romanos Car Rental sehr nette Ansprechspartner und Kollegen! Nicht zu Teuer ( 50 pro Tag ) Empfehlenswert!
Leider muss ich 1 Stern geben! Man wird von vorne bis hinten verarscht. Wir wollte ein Auto für 5 Personen, in welchem wir gut von A nach B kommen. Jedoch bekamen wir nur ein Auto verkauft welches uns total enttäuschte. Es kam nur mit Mühen eine Berg Straße hoch, es hat einen viel zu keinen Kofferraum und der Zustand vom Auto war einfach miserabel. Zudem haben wir 50 mehr bezahlt für einen Tag wie bei anderen Autovermietungen. Die gute Frau verlangte außerdem Kaution und wir waren noch nicht mal versichert, was bei einer anderen Firma wiederum alles inklusive war. Deshalb kann ich diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen !!

Hi, Ive used the company, delt with a gentleman called Manos. No issues, straightforward, you can pay by card. Company placed at the Belvedere hotel, no need to use random businesses of the street.

Hier muss man 5 von 5 Sterne vergeben. Dora kommt aus Wuppertal und lebt auf Kreta, die Autovermietung war super, sie hat super Tipps zum Baden und Wandern gegeben. Auto war am zweiten Tag total sauber, obwohl wir nicht wussten, ob wir am zweiten Tag auch noch ausfahren wollten. Die Kollegen von Dora sind auch super, nett und freundlich, sprechen Englisch. I rent a car for one week, in the hotel imperial belvedere to a really smiley and nice woman called heleni. More than the renting, she gived us a lot of informations about creta and what you have to see there. Thanks to her we spent a really great time all around creta with a really good new car. The car was dirty, smelled bad and was old. The baby chair and stroller were old and dirty. Dora served us. She was good only when we made a contract. Another time she didnt want to help and was aggressive. Before that, we took a car in another place and there was very good service. I do not recommend.

Scammers! They want cash money, then you have to put a signature and then they write down extra costs. If you give up, you will not get your money back and you dont get a rental car either. Dont rent your car here.
