Buna ziua M numesc Giani Am închiriat un Dacia Joger din data de 28/11/2024 pân în data de 22/12/2024 ,când am predat ma ina am constatat o zgârietur superficial pe partea dreapt a aripii i o ciobitur pe capota ma inii care p rea veche pentru acestea am fost taxat 1520, deci am fost taxat maxim tot depozitul care a fost oprit ,Klass Wagen men ioneaz urm toarele : Costurile imputate în cazul daunelor includ mai multe aspecte, nu doar repara ia efectiv a vehiculului. Acestea sunt calculate inând cont de: Grupa vehiculului condus (în func ie de categoria ma inii); Num rul de elemente avariate; Num rul de kilometri; Num rul de zile în care ma ina a fost imobilizat pentru repara ii, ceea ce genereaz pierderi financiare suplimentare. De asemenea, v asigur m c toate costurile sunt stabilite pe baza repara iilor necesare i sunt sus inute prin facturi i evalu ri oficiale. Ce m nemul ume te este faptul c nu am primit nici o factur precum sau executat repara ii la ma ina ,cum men ioneaz Klass Wagen . Vreau s spun c dac nu ai o asigurare ful casco te taxeaz la maxim de parc i ar da ma ina pe gratis ca i cum nu ai pl tit pentru închiriere.P rerea mea e c ma ina e f cut pentru uzur .

Long waiting times, very poor customer service, completely strange and dark pick-up location, the employees make a lot of mistakes when picking up the car and returning it. The cars have a lot of scratches which they are trying to charge the customer for. Worst car rental experience ever!

In case of damage they charge way too high. Grid prices are very very high. I traveled in a lot of countries and I never saw grid prices that high. For example they charged 760 for 2 scratches that can be fixed with 50-100 anywhere in Romania. Their full insurance is too high. Overall very bad experience as a user.

Bun ! Experien a a decurs mai bine decât m a teptam, procesul de preluare predare a decurs foarte bine, autoturismul fiind curat i într-o stare bun de func ionare. Nu am avut experienta nepl cuta momentan..decat cu asigurarea care o baga pe gat..la propiu...ceva de genul full casco..etc. Varul meu a închiriat pt aproape o luna o ma in de la ei...si a returnat-o înainte de termen dupa multe reviews si discu ii cu alte persoane care au mai închiriat de la ei. De teama sa nu i se întâmple ceva cu depozit ul.. a returnat-o chiar in 3 zile. Ei tot au gasit o mica zgârietura pe plafon...cik poate sa fie si de la o cioara, care a scapat ceva din gura..etc..Va da-ti seama???Si nu glumesc. Si acum depozit ul lui este blocat pana la expertiza ...ulterioara. Va d-ati seama?? O cioara??Ia si zis, citezcredeti ca ce bani noi facem din cei 3-5 euro pe zi?? Noi facem din full casco sau din posibile stric ciuni...etc? Acum abia a tept sa închiriez de la ei iar...sa vad ..ce se va întâmpla. Pt ca daca vor încerca ceva....Fereasc Dumnezeu! Acum ...nah... cu ghinionul fiec ruia! Dar si stric ciunea lor...poate fi mai mare. Asa ca aveti mare grij ! Adta e România!!!!

Am inchiriat o masina de la Klasswagen Iasi (un Renault Clio) pe 28 Septembrie 2024. Totul a decurs foarte bine pentru mine. Personalul a fost foarte de ajutor. Am fost preluat de la aeroport de ei si in maxim 10 minute de cand am ajuns la sediu am preluat masina - Renault Clio benzina 1.0 in conditie excelenta. La intoarcere la fel, baietii au rezolvat totul foarte repede si au deblocat garantia pe loc. Mentionez ca am achitat in prealabil pachetul risc 0, ceea ce recomand si altor utilizatori. Catastrofic. Nu recomand aceasta companie! Lipsa de respect, de profesionalism si de seriozitate! O rusine pentru orasul Iasi si pentru Romania! Am inchiriat prin intermediul e dreams o masina la aeroport. Plata in avant, cu asigurare completa inclusa. Am specificat numarul de zbor, cum se cerea, pentru a fi la curent compana cu eventuala intarziere a aterizarii (nu am avut). La 20:30, ora inchirierii, nu era nici un shuttle. Am sunat compania Klass Wagen si dupa 5 minute de asteptare o doamna a raspuns si mi-a indicat sa asteptam in fata terminalului 4, un coleg urma sa soseasca. Dupa alte 25 de minute sun din nou, fiindca nu se prezentase nimeni si incepea sa se lase noapte, toata parcarea din fata aeroportului se golise de altfel, numai noi cinci mai asteptam Subliniez ca shuttle ul venea din parcarea Ciric (la 3 minute de aeroport), unde ne ducea apoi ca sa luam masina. Aceleasi 5 minute de asteptare la telefon si aceeasi doamna care ne spune sa mai asteptam fiindca o sa il sune pe colegul sau si o sa ii spuna sa se grabeasca! Am mai inchiriat de multe ori masini la aeroporturi din diferite tari, niciodata nu s-a intamplat sa astept mai mult de 5 minute pentru o naveta, in general ne astepta deja cineva. I-am explicat doamnei ca este inacceptabil. Ca suntem plecati de dimineata, cu copii, ca avem nevoie sa ajungem cat mai repede la destinatie si ca nu este o functionare normala a unei companii care se vrea de incredere! Doamna mi-a raspuns ca e normal sa ma simt obosita si frustrata, dar probabil ca au avut o problema colegii!!! Probabil?? Nici macar sigur? Si daca ar fi fost cazul, nu trebuia sa ma sune compania sa ma previna? Sa anunte un alt coleg care sa vina sa ne ia?? Dispun de foarte multe masini, spre deosebire de alte companii de inchiriere din Iasi! I-am exprimat doamnei nemultumirea mea fata de lipsa de seriozitate si i-am spus ca daca nu vine shuttle ul in 5 minute anulez inchirierea si luam taxiul. Mi-a raspuns ca va veni colegul, sa nu anulez. Nimeni nu a venit in 5 minute. Ne-am urcat in taxiuri (doua, fiindca noi eram cinci), am trecut pe langa parcarea Ciric, pe drum nu ne-am intalnit cu nici un shuttle Klass Wagen Am sunat din nou de doua ori si nu a mai raspuns nimeni A doua zi dimineata am sunat din nou, mi-a raspuns o alta persoana care m-a informat ca anularea s-a efectuat automat la trei ore dupa ora de inceput a inchirierii si ca nu pot cere o rambursare la ei, intrucat compania intermediara E Dreams a incasat suma. Cei din urma imi scriu ca nu am ridicat masina la timp si ca atare anularea nu poate fi din cauza lor! Este o lipsa totala de respect. Trebuia sa fi stat o ora sa astept shuttle-ul??? Am inchiriat o alta masina de la compania Sixt, un pic mai scump, dar cu servicii irepro abile!

I had a decent experience with the staff, who were friendly and professional, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. I was forced to purchase additional insurance that cost more than the entire rental itself. The reason? My bank card was a debit card instead of a credit card. This policy feels like a money grab, and it completely overshadowed what could have been a straightforward transaction. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Be careful when renting here if you don t have a credit card.

The car itself was excellent new, without any issues. However, the collection process left much to be desired. Collection: Perhaps it was my misunderstanding, but based on their collection instructions, I believed they had an office at the airport. Instead, you need to call them upon arrival, and someone will pick you up. While this is manageable, they then take you to a parking lot in the Ciric forest, where the car is handed over. The transaction takes place from the back of a van, which raises immediate concerns. The setup feels somewhat dubious, and not what you d expect from a company with a 4.8 rating. I had planned to use my own third-party insurance and anticipated the usual push to buy their insurance. However, standing in the middle of a forest, dealing with someone from the back of a van, made me question whether this was a company I could rely on if I needed to make a claim. The lack of an office made it difficult to verify their claims about my insurance, which left me feeling uneasy. While I initially intended to decline their insurance, the circumstances led me to reconsider. Other than that, the pick-up and return were straightforward and fairly quick. The staff was courteous, despite the less-than-ideal situation. However, given the price I paid, I might have been better off choosing a more reputable company that operates directly from the airport. Ive removed my previous 5-star review that I felt pressured to give on the day and left instead this review, what I wished I would have read about this company before choosing them. Any reviews on this site accompanied by a booking number are likely influenced by staff instructions during the collection process. Would I pick them again? Most likely not.,

Initially i was almost convinced by the online process to give a 5 stat review until I arrived at the destination and had to deal with the human side. The online process went smoothly and the paiement went through without any issues (even had a discount for online payement). Things changed once we arrived at the airport. I was expecting to see someone with my name on a board or something but no one was there. We had to call the company to have some information and they told us that someone will be there shortly to pick us up. Its been more than half hour of waiting in the parking lot in 40 degrees C and after 16 hours of flight. The driver gaves us some instruction in order to find a particular spot in the parking lot. That was too much for us, beeing the first time weve been in this airport and having to carry all our luggage through the parking lot at the airport. We showed our frustration to the driver but he couldnt care less. He even tries to convince us us that it was somehow our fault. We went with their shuttle to a parking lot at about 10 minutes from the airport and there we were given our car. But this isnt the end. They tried to sell us a very expensive insurance even if i told them we have a very good one with our credit card company. Initially we rented a basic car and we didnt have big expectations from the car they would give us. But, to our surprise they gave us a Fiat 500. When we tried to upgrade our car ( because the Fiat isnt one exactly) and they refused saying that is not possible. Il change my rating accordingly at the end of the contract if needed. Thanks.

Meine Erfahrung ist sehr schlecht mit Klass Wagen. Ich musste erstmal längere Zeit warten zur Abholung und obwohl ich der erste war, bekam ich als letzter mein Auto. Bei der Rückgabe musste ich das Auto erst zur etwas 5 km entfernten Waschanlage fahren und per Hand waschen, das stände so in den T&D. Ein Steinschlag an der Türe durch einen LKW wurde mit 960 in Rechnung gestellt. Zusätzlich befinden sich noch zwei Mini-Kratzer auf der Motorhaube, die sicher nicht von mir stammten, diese wurden mir mit 560 in Rechnung gestellt. Genau von diesem Teil hatte ich leider keine Bilder gemacht. Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg oder zumindest vor Abfahrt detaillierte Bilder von allen Autoteilen machen, sonst wird es richtig teuer.
