The best in Bahrain! After dealing with so many rental car companies in Bahrain and having horrendous experiences, i would say Tooranco is way above than the best, they don’t make fuss about every detail. Friendly and being customer oriented, would strongly recommend anyone who wants to rent a car for a short or longer term.
I felt unwelcome at the juaffir branch when I visited last Friday. On my enquiry for daily rentals, I was informed that there's sunny car at 14 bd per day. Seriously?? 14bd/day... If that's true then Owners need to rethink. Budget and other rentals are offering brand new cars for 7 bd per day

I am dealing with Tooranco since almost 6 months. They are amazing in terms of supporting their customer. The Indian gentleman who work in Juffair branch is a very supportive person and i just wrote this comment because of his outstanding cooperation and support all the time and any time, literally! I also want to thank the Philipino lady because of her nice welcoming and wonderful hospitality. Out of all the places I have rented vehicles from Tooranco has been the easiest place to rent from. This is exactly how renting a vehicle should be, it took me no longer than 20 minutes from the moment I walked in to the moment I had the vehicle. Even when a slight inconvenience happened they adapted quickly to the situation and put me in a better vehicle. Definitely going to rent from them again in the future. Very good prices and service, the staff is phenomenal! keep it up!
The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in a rental car agency. To top it all they have the latest models and all are well maintained. I asked for the rental car and the lady who spoke with me she doesnt have manners how to treat the customers i was asking my queries and she shouted and she hung up the phone call .. worst service worst staff i wouldnt recommend this to anyone very bad experience and the lady who received my call she has very bad attitude.

Would highly recommend anyone trying to rent car. They have daily, weekly and monthly options, so you can choose per your requirement! The procedures were fairly quick and I was out with a decent car about half hr! Various options to choose from, you wont be disappointed

We have been usingTooranco for 6 years now and cannot say enough good things about Armaan and Layla. They are wonderful to deal with and make it so easy to pick up end drop off a car. Even when we have needed an extra car spur of the moment, they always accommodate us. Their personalized service is excellent and we have sent many friends and co-workers to Armaan as we know they will be treated professionally and fairly.
Easy, great prices, fast service, convenient location, friendly staff. Its all you need for a place just to quickly grab a car to get around in.
The cars they use are decent, but the customer service is lacking. They will charge 30-40BD for the smallest of scratches or dings in the car which could easily have been missed by the inspectors when you pick it up from them. Be sure to meticulously inspect any vehicles from these people before leaving. They will try to find something to charge you for upon return. Also, they use some sort of cleaner on the interior of the windshield which fogs up in the mildest of weather. It s Bahrain so the humidity is always high. That cleaner makes visibility extremely poor unless you have the defroster going full blast.

I rented a car from tooranco for over 6 months. Always paying on time, and never complaining even after having my first car break down on me within a hour of getting the car. But after returning my car for the last time, they wanted to charge me 50 bd for just a scratch on the bumper which Im pretty sure was already there. In the end they charged me 30 bd for the scratch. Two thumbs down, I will no longer be a customer to tooranco rent a car.

we first went with the competitors who rented us a 2009 Honda jazz for 150 bd, which was terrible and smelled like smoke- with no proper air. The owner at tooranco gave us a 2017 Toyota for the same price for the month. We highly recommend them to our military community!
