Ha autót akarsz bérelni ne keresgélj tovább! A foglalás könny és egyértelm . Minden kérdésemre gyorsan válaszoltak e-mailben. Farón a reptéren béreltük az autót. Nagyon gyorsan ment az ügyintézés, nincs kaució, rejtett költség. Egy szinte új, patyolat tiszta autót kaptunk. A leadás is nagyon egyszer .Ha csak Algavrében tartózkodik valaki, felesleges az autópálya díjra költeni, minimum 10 eurót kell feltölteni a berendezésre és vagy elhasználod vagy nem. Legközelebb is itt fogok autót bérelni.

Ich kann Luzcar wirklich sehr empfehlen. Ich habe kurzfristig per WhatsApp angefragt und schnell und unkompliziert einen Mietwagen Klasse C für 30,- pro Tag bekommen. Er wurde unentgeltlich zum Hotel gebracht. Das Auto war komplett vollversichert, ohne Selbstbeteiligung und ohne Kaution. Der Wagen war in sehr gutem Zustand. Man kann bar oder mit Karte zahlen und benötigt für die Anmietung keine Kreditkarte. Der Service und die Informationen sind erstklassig. Wenn man möchte, bekommt man einen Maut-Transponder, oder man unterschreibt, dass man keine mautpflichtigen Autobahnen benutzen wird. Ein rundum Sorglos - Paket!!! Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich!!!

Friendly lady gving the keys, easy transaction and the baby chair was included in the price of our rental which made the whole difference, in other companies they wanted to charge per day of use. I will not look never again for other car rental when we are in Portugal. As a feedback, the guy who made the reservation was a bit rude and basically told me that I did not make de reservation, when I rang and told me exactly dates and hours of the email he amend his mistake and confirmed the rental.

Väldigt nöjd! Vi hyrde två bilar, hämtade upp dom på Faro flygplats. Betalade allting på plats och det gick väldigt smidigt, vilket var samma pris jag fått i offerten. Fick en gratis uppgradering till finare bilar än vad vi bokat. Vi kunde checka ut bilen senare när vi återvände utan att någon personal behövde vara närvarande. Ifall ni planerar att hyra en bil kring Algarve kan jag definitivt rekommendera Luzcar. Ett tips är att i förväg planera hur mycket ni kommer köra på den stora motorvägen A22, eftersom det tillkommer vägtull för att färdas på den vägen. Vägtullen betalas via en trådlös dosa som hyrfirman placerar i bilen, som registrerar när du färdas genom tullzonen. Du får sen välja hur mycket pengar du vill ladda dosan med. Viktigt att veta är att denna betalning endast görs med kontanter. Vi betalade 20 EUR i tullavgifter för vår resa från Faro till Aljezur och tillbaka till Faro igen. Denna resa uppskattade bilfirman kosta 10 EUR, men det är bra att ha lite marginal då enda sättet att utöka saldot på dosan är att åka in till Luzcar kontor i Lagos. 20 EUR var tillräckligt för att åka mellan Faro och Aljezur fram och tillbaka, samt några vändor bilkörning kring Algarve på den snabba och stora vägen A22.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Am Flughafen, haben wir aus dem Van heraus den Kaufvertrag und Schlüssel erhalten. War für uns das erste Mal und wir fanden es sehr merkwürdig, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Ding für die Maut gibt es derzeit nur für die A22 (Algarve), daher bitte vorher schlau machen, wenn größere Touren geplant sind. Es gibt ein System das ist identisch mit diesem und es wird auch darüber kassiert, ansonsten gibt Mautstationen wo man ein Ticket löst und am Ende der Autobahn dann bezahlt. Wir waren zur Kontrolle noch einmal in Lagos in einer Niederlassung und auch da wurde uns ganz unkompliziert geholfen. Wir können Luzcar nur empfehlen.

Zum dritten Mal die Vermietung genutzt. Immer problemlos. Auto wurde zum Hotel nach Lagos gebracht, dort Übergabe zum vereinbarten Termin. Ich wurde am Anreisetag kontaktiert und der Termin je nach vermutlicher Ankunft vereinbart. Auto dieses Mal älter aber ok.

Hired through Luzcar last week for our Lagoa stay, it was super easy to book, collect and drop back with great service.On the day before our last, following a visit to the water park we came out to a dead battery, we called them and they were there in less than 30 minutes to assist and with another car, this was truly appreciated as we had 2 very tired, young children with us! Mauro came to the rescue and gave us the new car to ensure we got to the airport the next day. Honestly the best place we have hired a car from in our years travelling with children. Via Luzcar en auto gehuurd. De auto werd bij het hotel in Luz gebracht en opgehaald. Perfect geregeld (volle verzekering), alles werd goed uitgelegd. Routekaartje ontvangen en tips hoe de tolwegen te ontwijken. De tolkastje kun je los aanschaffen vanaf 10 als je dat wilt. Zeer fijne service en een hele fijne, schone auto.

Hired a car from Luz Cars at Faro airport. They have a desk / kiosk run from a van parked in Car park 4. Friendly service, the condition of the car was very decent. They also provided a device to autopay for tolls when using motorways. Car return was very smooth, we just had to drop the keys at check out. Will definitely use them again in Faro and Lagos. If you re looking for a stress free rental and was as stressed out as I was before coming on our trip about avoiding a nightmare of a car rental while in or around Lagos I strongly recommend Luzcar! The staff is friendly, the price is good and the pick up and drop off were fast and easy. There is no deposit needed, no need to leave credit card info and the car is fully insured. I simply paid with cash and when dropping the car off they didn t even inspect it, just wanted to know where it was parked. Stress free car delivery and drop. Not having control over what type of car you ll get from the group you selected is the only caveat. We selected Group H, we got a Peugeot 208 (old model) with 57000Kms on it. Was expecting something better. Other than that everything is insured and the folks are helpful and accommodating. They charge you what they quote you.

Alright. Easy to receive the car and return it. On the other hand, not full in the car at the start. The rental companys smile is missing.

Som biluthyrning alltid borde vara! Smidigt att hämta och lämna bilen på Faro flygplats. Försäkring utan självrisk, (förutom feltankning och borttappad nyckel, vilket är fullt rimligt). Ingen kostnad för extraförare eller krångel om vi ville besöka Spanien. Och allt detta till lägre pris än de stora firmorna. Ser inte varför man skulle funder på att hyra av ett annat bolag.

Super Service, sehr seriös, Wagen wurde ans Hotel gebracht - alles inklusive Vollkasko, zweiter Fahrer.... und dazu noch preiswert!!

Wir haben uns für Luzcar am Flughafen Faro in Portugal entschieden weil das All inklusive Paket an und für sich genial ist. Wagen annehmen, fahren und am Schluss hinstellen, ohne wenn und aber. Nur dieses Auto war alles andere als toll. Wir bekamen eine Citroen C3, Kfz-Schilder 87-ZQ-82 mit ca. 57000 km auf dem Buckel. 1. Der Wagen war extrem schmutzig innen wie aussen. 2. Die Kofferraum-Abdeckung fehlte gänzlich. Wird ja immerwieder angeraten nichts sichtbar im Wagen liegen zu lassen. Aber wie soll man so, den Koffer oder die Tasche, im Kofferraum schützen! 3. Die 57000 km und die unzähligen Mieter haben Spuren am Rückwärtsgang hinterlassen. Wenn das Getriebe beim rückwärtsfahren stärker arbeiten müsste, ist er irgendwann herausgesprungen. Man musste die Rückwärtsstellung des Ganges, mit der Hand festhalten. Das war schon übel. Die Autos werden halt sofort und ohne nennenswerter Kontrolle an den folgenden Mieter weitergegeben. Dafür ist der Preis billig aber hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck.

Je confirme à mon tour que louer une voiture avec Luzcar a été impeccable: sans paiement préalable par carte de crédit, paiement sur place à un prix très raisonnable incluant toutes les protections, un processus fluide, facile et rapide tant pour la prise de lauto à Faro que pour la remise de lauto à Lagos. Avant le départ de Montréal, jai fait deux demandes par internet pour connaître le prix selon deux scénarios possibles: jai reçu un appel dun employé au Portugal qui voulait clarifier la raison de ma «double» demande! Ça cest du service!

This is a small car rental company just down the street from the bus station. While I m not a regular at car rentals I can t say enough good things about the service, cost, and support provided by this company. It was recommended to me by a family member who travels considerably and has visited Lagos on several occasions including once for about 4 months. I did a lot of research myself at home in Canada and looked at different options (e.g. CAA). I needed to ensure that the 5 other couples we were travelling with would be satisfied with the arrangements I needed to make for 3 cars in September. Luzcar was by far the cheapest option and in communicating with them in advance they were quick to respond to the many questions I had. In short: what they quote you in advance, is what you pay. There are no surprises when you get there. The cars were new and in very good condition. They showed flexibility in our return arrangements, which we greatly appreciated. All I can say is, if you need a car rental in the Algarves DO IT THROUGH LUZCAR!

Would highly recommend booking with Luzcar. Make sure to enquire for a booking upfront as Luzcar is popular and rightly so. Prices are including a full damage collision waiver and one can get a transponder to be able to drive along the A22. The experience with the Luzcar team was very positive and friendly both online and in person.

Superfreundlich und unkompliziert. Auto online reserviert und kostenlos ein größeres bekommen. Wir hätten den Wagen kostenlos einen Tag länger nutzen können. Keine versteckten Kosten. Problemlose Rückgabe, hätte auch nach Ladenschluss erfolgen können. Ausflugstipps gab es auch noch. Echt zu empfehlen :-)

Wir haben ein Auto für drei Wochen gemietet und haben das am Flughafen in Faro abgeholt (+15 ) und in Lagos wieder zurückgebracht. Der Service war schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich! One or two of the older staff have got an attitude problem but apart from that a very professional and helpful outfit. Pricing is transparent although the cheaper A and B class cars seem to be in short supply so book early if you want one of those.

Ich war vom 22.01.-5.02.23 in Portugal, mein erster Urlaub dort und auch mein erster Mietwagen den ich je angemietet habe :D Ich bekam einen Seat. Direkt am Flughafen Faro konnte ich ihn dort am Stand in Empfang nehmen. Gezahlt habe ich mit meiner DebitKarte, was nicht bei jedem Anbieter geht. Auto mit leerem Tank bekommen und leer wieder abgeben, besser geht es nicht. Bei Reiseende vergaß ich den Saufnapf von meinem TomTom, was ich erst bemerkte als ich schon fast daheim war. Ich schrieb Luzcar an, hatte sehr netten Kontakt und juhu, gestern ist es angekommen. Ich möchte mich für den reibungslosen Ablauf herzlich bedanken. Es wird nicht mein letzter Portugal Urlaub sein und wenn ich wieder komme wohl gerne wieder dort einen Mietwagen anmieten :) muito obrigado. Bom Dia :D

Luzcar sets the standard all rental agencies should follow. We rented a vehicle from their downtown Lagos location, and the entire experience was great. We reserved our car in person. At pickup, Andre was very thorough regarding all aspects of the rental agreement and provided all necessary details about gas, tolls, roadside emergencies. Their policy is very straightforward. The quoted rental price for the week, which was very reasonable, included unlimited mileage and complete insurance coverage for collision, underbody, windshield and tires. No questions asked, no need to inspect for scratches before and after. Where fuel is concerned, simply return with roughly the amount of petrol at pickup. Even advised us of 24/7 numbers to call if needed. This is exactly how renting a car should be. Great job and service at Luzcar!

I recently rented a car from Luzcar in the south of Portugal and I have to say, their service was amazing. Even though their policy seems too good to be true, it actually is everything they promise it to be. What I appreciated most was that they didnt require an upfront payment or a credit card, and you can pay with cash instead. They also dont enforce the full tank policy, which was a relief. The best part was being able to pick up the car directly at the airport parking, which was extremely convenient. When it came time to return the car, I was able to do it whenever I wanted and simply leave the keys in the car. They didnt even need to check for any damage because everything is already included in the price. Speaking of price, Luzcar had the best rates around, and I felt like they werent trying to rip me off like some other rental car companies. Overall, I highly recommend Luzcar for anyone in need of a rental car in the south of Portugal. Their service is top-notch, prices are affordable, and their policies make the rental process stress-free.

Nous sommes partis début Mai avec mon conjoint et avons loué une voiture catégorie C pendant 10 jours avec Luzcar et si nous devons revenir, nous repasserons aussi par cette compagnie ! Prix plus que raisonnable (323 seulement pour 10 jours avec une Seat Ibiza quasiment neuve !) ; toujours joignable par téléphone ou mail ; et tout ça sans caution ! Ne chercher pas un stand à laéroport, on vous attend au parking P4 dans une sorte de Trafic (blanc) et tout se déroulera sans attente. Pour le badge des autoroutes, nous avons utiliser entre 15/20 sur 10 jours ! (en bougeant quasiment tous les jours...). Profitez en toute sérénité avec Luzcar :)

Ich hab mich aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen für Luz Car entschieden, da meine eigentliche Reservierung bei einem anderen Unternehmen aufgrund fehlender Kreditkarte nicht geklappt hat. Brauchte also auch noch spontan und sofort ein Auto. Kein Problem bei Luz Car. Ich kann mich den anderen nur anschließen. Super schnell und unkompliziert hatte ich ein tolles neuwertiges Auto. Preis-Leistung war top, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und entspannt. Luz Car kann ich wirklich nur jedem empfehlen!

Im not going to lie, when I seen their prices were less than half of what the big car hire companies were looking I was wondering what I was letting myself in for, but it was the best car hire experience weve had on holidays yet. Pick up from Faro airport really easy from car park 4, drop off coudnt be easier, no fuss, no hidden charges, no attempts to upsell. We hired a seat Arona which was clean and had android auto onboard so easy for navigation. Would highly recommend

Top aanrader! We kregen een nieuwe Seat Ibiza met slechts 13000km op de teller én met full insurance voor een zeer goede prijs. Tolkastje betaal je apart en contant, maar met 10 kom je al ver. Geen controle achteraf, brandstof geen probleem. Vriendelijke service van de man in het witte busje op parking 4. Dus gewoon goed!

As good as the reviews say. I was a bit uneasy that I had booked a minibus for my family to pick upat the airport without having paid a deposit or even have a confirmation number. All I had was an email telling me it was all booked. I found P4 easily at Faro airport and found Luzcar in the carpark. A few signatures and payment and away we went. dont scratch it too much and bring it back with around the same petrol it has when you drive away. Amazing. Thats how car hire should be, hassle free and genuine.

Easiest car rental company to deal with. We picked up a lovely new seat Ibiza from Luzcar at Faro airport late at night & we were on the road driving out of the airport in record time. The staff were very helpful too with any questions that we had around tolls etc. we will be going with Luzcar next time we re in the Algarve.

Our group hired 3 cars from them , they were the cheapest and full insurance included which was great . Picking up and dropping off was ok but we didn t get the friendly service all the reviews talk about , the chap that we dealt with was a bit impatient and abrupt and the same was felt by other members of our group, but all in all a good experience . I will use them again but hopefully next time I will get a more friendly worker at Faro :)

August 2023: gute Preise, super Service, insgesamt sehr unkompliziertes Automieten im Urlaub, sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben für fünf Tage ein Auto der Klasse c gemietet und dafür 250 bezahlt. Aufgrund der enthaltenen Vollkaskoversicherung gab es eine sehr unkomplizierte Abholung und Rückgabe. Ich kann die Autovermietung nur empfehlen und werde sie beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen! Great experience and alternative to global chains. Significantly cheaper, no credit car needed and everything is included in the price including complete insurance, second driver, child seat etc. Only thing that has to be paid separately is a toll machine. The only downside was that the provider in Lagos did not have a child seat suitable for a very small children (6 months) However it was communicated clearly during reservation and we brought our own childseat - so not a big deal. :) If we happen to return to Algarve in the future, we would def use this sevice again.

Absolutely the best car hire we ve had in Portugal. We live up North in PdL and came down for holiday. 30/day including insurance and in/out in 15 minutes. We had a train connection on departure and they allowed me to leave the car at the station for them to pick up later. Terrific service and exceeded expectations!

So pleased we decided to rent from Luzcar in Lagos opposed to some of the rival hire companies. They made the whole process extremely quick and easy for a very reasonable price. The best thing is that their prices include all necessary insurance with no excess to be paid if you re involved in an accident or scrape. Other companies charge a bomb for this kind of cover and they re usually hidden extras to try and catch you out. The member of staff we dealt with told us that they don t even check the cars before and after for damage because the customer is covered, so there s no need! Was so reassuring when driving in a different country. It was very simple to return the vehicle with no issues at all. I will definitely be using Luzcar when I m next in the Algarve!

Unfortunately the battery died on the thrid day of the holiday and with Luzcar knowing we had three small children in the vehicle, they had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Das Auto wurde direkt zum Hotel gebracht und ich konnte dort am letzten Tag auch die Schlüssel einfach lassen. Zudem benötigte ich das Auto einen Tag länger als geplant und konnte super unkompliziert noch am Hotel die Leihe verlängern. Preislich ist Lucca zudem unschlagbar!

Excellent service throughout. Unfortunately car broken into and all luggage stolen. We informed them immediately and as we were in North Portugal and due to return in 2 days they just asked us to drive it back on our return day with the smashed window - no questions asked or extra money to be paid. We believe it was contributed to because there was no parcel shelf and we were between accommodation so our luggage was visible - when asked why they dont supply a parcel shelf its because they find they have fewer break ins because people can see if theres nothing in the boot. Definitely not their fault but bare in mind if youre going to be travelling between places and would want a parcel shelf. Would still use them again.

Came across Luzcar whilst searching for a reliable car company for ten (multi-city) trip to Portugal. The reviews were all accurate - reliable, friendly and great quality cars. Nearly half the price of other competitors with no ridiculous last minute charges and most of all no big deposit being kept. We got a flat tire our second day (ran over wood with nails in it!) and they were super quick and helpful. We had the tire fixed in less than 10min and there was no hassle. Highly recommended!!

Une excellente surprise ! Nous avons cherché une agence qui acceptait les cartes de débit, après une première annulation dun site lambda, et nous sommes tombés sur Luzcar. Nous avons eu peur dune mauvaise surprise au vue des prix très bas par rapport à la concurrence (quasi 200 de moins pour la même durée). Mais finalement aucun soucis : aucune caution demandée (voiture ou carburant), aucun frais caché, des explications claires et précises, une prise en main super facile, un personnel au top aussi bien avant larrivée que pour la remise du véhicule. La voiture était top (catégorie C, une Clio IV de 75.000km).

Après avoir épluché tous les avis Google, forum nous tombons par hasard sur cette agence et franchement merci! Possibilité de payer en espèce, assurance comprise donc rien pour vous sentir « arnaqué »au début ou à la fin . Vous partez et retour esprit tranquille prix ultra compétitif , rehausseur sans supplément, conducteur additionnel ok, pas de frais pour le boîtier autoroute vraiment sans encombre. Nous avons prix la voiture la plus petite et nous avons eu une C3 donc cool. Wir hatten einen Fiat Punto im Juli 2022 für 10 Tage angemietet. Das Auto war günstig vom Preis, daher waren wir mit diesem trotz der billigen Ausstattung zufrieden und es hat uns überall verlässlich hingebracht. Wir mussten 2x außerplanmäßig zum Büro fahren(Scheibenwischer gerissen und Antenne geklaut). Der Service und die Hilfe waren immer schnell und sehr freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

We used Luzcar for our holiday in Lagos Portugal, September 2022. I have no faults that I can find with my experience. Reasonable prices. Good car. They aren t picky like big corporate hire car companies. They aren t there to scam you out of money, a great example of this is using the pre paid toll service. Side note:definitely get this, the A22 is so much better than the N125. It is safer, the roads are more maintained and the lanes are wider. We were planning our day trips and they showed us how much we would need on the tag and when we went in a second time to top it up as we had planned an extra trip, they were very thorough in checking that we definitely needed a top up. I would definitely use them again if I ever return to the Algarve.

Paiement du péage automatique en espèces (si on souhaite obtenir le transpondeur) 2. Pas de tablette de coffre pour les véhicules avec hayon ; ceci pour ne pas laisser des objets de valeur et bénéficier dune assurance légère .. Bon, ok .. Jai bénéficié dun véhicule neuf. Great service, no gimmicks or hidden costs. Staff were so friendly on pick up and very accomodating. VERY reasonable price for car hire during the main tourist season too! We had no issues with the car, it was clean and in good condition. Have recommended to everyone we know coming to Lagos and will definitely be return customers when we visit again.

Leichter habe ich noch nirgends ein Auto angemietet.... völlig stressfrei ohne lange Wartezeiten ohne langes brumborium vor allen Dingen ohne Versicherung aufschwatzen... einfach easy....!!! Das Fahrzeug war ein voll ausgestatteter Seat Ibiza in absolut top Zustand..... Selbst die Rückgabe morgens früh um 5 Uhr am Flughafen Faro war ein Kinderspiel und selbst um diese Uhrzeit fanden wir einen super guten gelaunten netten Mitarbeiter vor.... Luzcar... so macht mieten Spaß!!! We booked a group-c car for a week, and have received a Renault Clio. The car had only 67k on the clock, but in very poor condition! The trunk door was not standing up (falling down on your head when you needed to keep it open), brakes were sluggish (could not stop the car as expected, which could be very dangerous), the right front door was not closing / fitting properly, so you could here wind blowing in the cabin, and perhaps due to poor or lack of routine-services, you could feel mostly the car was driving itself rather than the driver. I understand that all tourist-related businesses been hit by COVID and need to save money anywhere possible, but handing over a car to a customer in that condition is totally unacceptable, specially for 255 a week. Im happy that the poor brakes did not cause us any problem, but that s just a matter of time when that happens to the next renter. To Luzcar guys: I travel quite frequently and by a clear mile, this was the worse car I have ever rented anywhere in Europe. Wish you best of luck with the business, but i will never rent your cars and will never recommend it to anyone...

Had a great experience picking up our car from the Faro airport. Definitely utilize the directions that Luzcar sends you on how to find their pick up area. The gentleman helping us said that I could take photos of the car if I wanted but that they do not inspect the car upon return. This was very refreshing compared to other rental companies. We got an automatic transmission vehicle for an amazing price. But if you can drive manual cars then you will get an even better deal! There were no requirements such as filling the gas tank upon return of the car (thankfully! As gas is expensive) or putting down an outrageously large deposit. Overall would recommend Luzcar and will definitely use them again.

If you visit the Algarve, renting a car is recommended. We rented a car from this company in 2019 and then again in December 2022. Their prices are great, and there are no hidden charges. No need to leave a deposit either. They trust you 100%, and they get customers who take care of the car in return. If we go back, we would only rent from them. The cars are almost new, both times we rented the car for 10 days, and had no problems. The customer service is 5 stars too. Highly recommend the services of this company!

Tout simplement parfait! Nous louons souvent au Portugal et cest souvent un casse tête ( carte de crédit obligatoire, paperasse, retour tatillon et vérifications minutieuse...) et avec Luzcar tout a été impeccable ! Nous avions loué 2 véhicules car nous etions 7, les deux véhicules étaient récents ( la seat ibiza était carrément neuve) pas dattente pour récupérer les véhicules, pas de caution obligatoire, une assurance vraiment tout compris ( nous avons eu un soucis avec lun des pneus, changement gratuit du véhicule dans la demi journée). Personnel très sympathique et agréable. Le meilleur loueur du Portugal !

One of the easiest rental experiences I have ever had. Their simple policies and reasonable prices means that this will be the place I will rent from consistently in the future. The car I rented was brand new, and was top notch. They even make the very convoluted toll process very simple to work with, and do so in such a way that you spend far less then you would with other companies. Trust me- use Luzcar!

Amazing experience from the beginning to the end. We originally had a booking for a week from Lagos for a big car, but some friends cancelled and we didnt need the big car anymore - we simply asked when we arrived at Lagos, they had another car available and let it to us for a smaller fee (as it was a smaller car) with no trouble. I had never seen such flexibility with car rental companies! We were able to pay with debit card a very reasonable fee for a rental without excess and full insurance! We rented a fairly new (and decently clean) Volkswagen Polo - overall perfectly fine for an economy rental! The staff was also very nice and helpful. I honestly was felt blessed about my experience with Luzcar, because all other companies felt like scams which were hoping to see a minor scratch on the car upon return and charge you $$$ for it. 100% recommend to anyone planning on renting around Algarve.

Hired an immaculate Seat Arona (although its automatic, its quite jerky, but that may just be me as Im not used to automatics - I think the car only has around 2k km on it). Very quick and easy handover of the vehicle, and lots of clear advice given about the dos and donts, as well as recommended places to visit. Luzcar man who dealt with us (sorry, I didnt get his name) was extremely friendly and polite.

Made my reservation on line, picked it up and advised to return the car with the same quantity of gasoline. Incredible experience! For the very first time could we rent a car for 4 days so cheaply, with FULL coverage (no deposit, no additional insurance costs), very quickly and conveniently! Outstanding experience renting from them. No surcharges or hidden fees, 0 excess, tyre protection, windshield protection, road assistance - everything included (no deposit either). I am 21 but they did not charge me extra which seemed really fair. Even had the car for 4 days while only paid for 3 as they let me return it before closing the office and not on the hour of pick-up. The car was with aircon, CD and bluetooth player, quite new. I wish they were global and such renting practice was the norm everywhere. I don t want to rent from anyone else ever again!

Diese Autovermietung ist seit Jahren unkompliziert und immer hilfsbereit. Die Autos sind immer gut gepflegt und zuverlässig. Sowohl die Annahme als auch die Rückgabe ist problemlos.
