As stated in the name, the service received was absolutely LUXE!! Uche was the first chauffeur assigned to retrieve me from the airport upon landing in Lagos. He was professional, considerate and a great driver! He also went above and beyond by pointing out landmarks and explaining some visuals along the journey to VI. Throughout my stay, a second chauffeur by the name of Paul was assigned. Paul was a gem!! His skill with navigating Lagos’ insane traffic, his respect but firmness with dealing with the mannnnnnnyyyyyyy police stops during the festive hours and his patience as we went from place to place was greatly appreciated. Paul even escorted my friends and I when we decided to go local and explore the real markets!! Without a doubt, whenever I return, I will absolutely patronize LuxAuto! They made the trip far more convenient and left me feeling protected and relaxed. Very much worth it and STRONGLY recommend!

Lux Auto was the prefect way to get around while in Nigeria. Our driver Mr. Paul was pleasant, courteous and always on time for our pick up. He is very knowledgeable about how to get around Lagos, which is great for visitors that are not familiar with the area. The Lux Auto is a great car rental service in Lagos. The Chauffeurs are very knowledgeable of Lagos roads, good drivers and are customer focused. I didn t have any issues while they drove me around. All I had to do was provide a pin to the location and leave the rest to them. They were also very communicative and very responsive. I m back in America from my 7-day trip to Lagos and I gotta say thank you for the privilege of experiencing LUX AUTO!!! I am pleased to inform you that our chauffeur Adeoye did an EXCELLENT JOB! Adeoye was timely, polite, well dressed, didn t smell of bad B.O. (body odor) like the average driver/chauffeur, he had a good eye for when we needed help carrying things and he always came to our aid. We never had to LOOK for him, he was available and ready to drive whenever we came out from any building to the car! I mean . I could go on! The most important thing too was that he drove the Porsche like he would drive his own luxury vehicle! No craziness!!! Great job Adeoye; please keep up this standard of excellence!

The Overall experience was Ok, except for the fact that Im responsible for the any amount of petrol used on the road from their office to my location. I got into an argument with them on this, so if the driver gets stuck in traffic for 4hrs Im responsible for all the petrol used up in that process which to me doesnt make sense. I ended up not using them again . So before using them keep this in mind.
