Part of our job is to escourt clients all over the world ao they can have a dedicated Concierge during their travell. This time we were requeated to go with a Corporate Group to Lagos, Nigéria for the first time. One friend told us to contact Shuttlelane and immesiatly after I received a call from Tunde. Ive booked several services as VIP airport Service, transfers, Chauffeur and VISA on Arrival. And I prayed first for not be a scheeme and second for at lest a random regular service. I requested for their services urgently one fateful day. I appreciate that they responded promptly, however, the vehicle they brought was dirty both outside and inside. The driver didn t also take the initiative to clean the bus while he was waiting for us to embark on our journey. The waiting took about an hour. Driver was also making way too many calls during the trip. There was no radio in the vehicle also. However, after complaining, they eventually responded by asking the driver to clean the bus for our return trip, which he did. They made some other amends also. I truly appreciate that. I believe this may have just been a mistake and I trust they will do better. They were quite apologetic and I appreciate that. I will definitely use them again.

The only way to describe what i experienced with Shuttlelane is World Class . I wish many Nigerian businesses can be this customer-centric. From calling to confirm my booking and driver details. Tunde even helped monitor traffic and advised me on when to leave home. The trolley service arrangement with Sky Blue at the airport was also very amazing. Great service!. I have used Shuttlelane three times - for both pick up and drop off at the international airport. On all occasions their staff were extremely helpful and helped me navigate customs. They were also able to help with my dog on two occasions. I would recommend Shuttlelane as they are able to take most of the stress out of the travel process.

I used Shuttlelane in Aug 2022. It was a last minute call as another shuttle service had failed us. I was skeptical at first as I was told to pay before they would come pick up, but they did not disappoint. The fee included cart at the airport so that was one less thing to deal with at the airport They had excellent service, A/C working and clean bus. Very polite driver and the back office followed up with us to make sure everything went well. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Infact already did. Thanks for the good service!!

Shuttlelane surpassed my expectations hugely. I engaged their airport shuttle service for a recent family return trip to Lagos. The package came with provision of trolley and standby porter at the MMIA Lagos. The Porter led us directly to the driver who was waiting at the car park. To avoid any security breach, the porter reconfirmed the identity of the driver before we left the airport. I requested for a 14-seater and that was what was brought. The aircon almost gave us cold . The porter from the airport was really patient and waited until I claimed my bags. Would have been 5 star but the driver didn t know his way to my hotel and kept stopping and asking for directions from passerby very late in the night which was quite dangerous to me.

Excellent service! I took my first-ever trip to Nigeria and used Shuttlelane to help me through the airport and get me from the airport to where I was staying. I added their Priority Pass service and it was well worth it. The protocol officer met me shortly after I got off the plane and helped me every step through the airport including customs and passport control. The driver for my transport was friendly and got my to my destination comfortably and without issue. I will definitely be using this service again for future visits to Lagos!

Shuttlelane provided me the seamless Airport Transfer Service ever. They literally picked up my luggage from the carousel & wheeled it to the Car Park where the driver was already on standby. It was a pretty smooth drive from the MMA International Airport to my destination. The driver was very calm and receptive too.

Best experience of coming home ..The services was top ..

My airport drop-off was 5 stars, no issues at all and very safe and careful, considerate driver. My pickup was 4 stars. They were still extremely cordial and professional and punctual, but the driver was reckless on the road as if he was being timed. Also, he had the wrong name and address for me, which led to a half hour delay once I realized the mistake because we kept going close to my destination but taking seemingly alternate routes. If I hadnt been to Lagos or didnt have a Sim card or data for Google maps, would have been even more delayed. The passenger they mixed me up with arrived at 8 pm and I arrived at 9 40 am-- not sure how the error was made. Nevertheless, mistakes happen and they were communicative and apologetic. I would and did use them again (for my airport drop-off which was excellent).

Booked 2 cabs for me and my dad for different destinations, it was smooth experience from baggage collection area to getting to the carpark for pick up. We had assistance all the way through, we didn t have to do anything. Thanks for a great service, we will definitely be using them again.

It was during the evacuation period during the pandemic lock down and I needed an airport shuttle service to get me to the airport under tight schedule and limited time.
